HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 09.04

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  We continue our East coast run as we head to Philadelphia, PA for our next event.  The show begins with “The Elitist” Reid Rothchild making his way to the ring.  He is accompanied by fellow Prestige Inc. members King Damian Sandow, Magnus and the Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  Reid starts off “Rusev, you’ve been running around saying you put me out.  Well, guess what, you didn’t.  In fact, the loss of my title has made me more focused and ready to challenge you at the next show in New York at Madison Square Garden for my title.”  He is then cut off as the Elitist Champion Alexander Rusev comes out and stands on the stage.  “You don’t know when to cower and run away do you?  Do I have to break every bone in your body for you to know that you have NO chance against me?  I am smart enough to say that you have no chance against me so I refuse.  You won’t beat me so it doesn’t matter.”  Rusev begins to leave when GM Hulk Hogan comes out.  “Just a minute, Brother.  You may do things differently in Bulgaria, but here in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, (cheap pop) you need to put up or shut up.  You WILL be fighting Reid at MSG at that title WILL be on the line.  Have fun, Brother.”  (editors note:  Not sure where Hogan was going with this but he wanted some fan support so I guess he got what he wanted.)  Reid and Prestige left the ring.

The first match of the night is the Axe taking on Kazarian.  These two had a good solid outing with Axe being in control for 13 minutes until Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon made his way out.  The distraction threw Axe off his game.  Kazarian takes advantage of the distraction and nails the Axe with the Wave of the Future and makes the cover for the 1, 2, 3.   Dirk looks on and shakes his head in bemusement and then walks away. (15 min)

Next on the card is Bo Dallas taking on Conan Jones.  At the beginning of the match, Bo takes the mic and tells Conan that he needs to “BO-Leave” that Jones will get a loss tonight.  Bo didn’t disappoint as he beat the snot out of Conan.  Jones, did however, manage to trap Bo in a guillotine choke and got Bo to tap out.  WOW.  After all that, Jones gets himself another win.  Jones may be working his way back up to a title shot of some kind.  After the match, Bo hits a double underhook facebuster and leaves Conan laying in the ring.  (15 min)

Next up we have Natalya taking on Angelina Love to see who will be working towards a title shot.  Angelina took the match to Nattie and basically schooled her the entire match.  Angelina nails a Suplex and with her feet on the ropes, she gets the win.  (16 min)

We cut to the back where Brock is pacing.  Brock walks over to the camera and says that he destroyed Malo Leche and his next victim will be John Cena. 

Speaking of Malo Leche de Mantequilla, we’ve determined he was taken to ICU and he will remain there for some time.  I guess that’s what you get when you talk smack to Brock Lesnar.

Next on the card is tag team action with Beer Money taking on the Colon’s.  This one was totally controlled by Roode and Storm and after a lengthy beat down, Bobby finishes Epico off with the Roode Awakening.  They are surely heading in the right direction if they are looking for another tag team title shot. (16 min)

Miz makes his way out and starts off by blaming everyone else for his losses – from Dolph Ziggler to the Caped Crusader.  Roderick Strong makes his way out and says that maybe the Miz is losing is because he just plain sucks.  Miz invites Strong into the ring and we have ourselves another match. 

 

Strong never had a chance. Miz beat the holy hell out of him for 10 minutes (yep, you guessed it, cheating all along the way).  Miz makes the cover after delivering numerous kicks to his fallen foe and gets the win.  This travesty brings out the Caped Crusader who starts to make his way to the ring but he is attacked by Mike Bennett.  Bennett kicks Crusader a few times and then nails a wristlock sitout side slam.   Miz comes over to join in the fun and nails the Crusader with the Skull Crushing Finale. Both men stand with their arms raised and then leave. (10 min)

The show is beginning to wind down and Madison Rayne makes her way out and calls down the Women’s Champion Velvet Sky. Rayne tells Sky she wants a title shot; nay, deservers a title shot and she is cashing that request in now.  Rayne stands up to the champ and matches her blow for blow for 11 solid minutes.  Velvet nails the Beauty Mark and then makes to cover to get the win.  Velvet Sky retains the Women’s title. (12 min)

We cut to the back where we see the Caped Crusader being attended to.  The Crusader asks for a mic. “Mike Bennett, you prevented me from exacting Justice.  The fact that you got in my way puts you on my radar.  Miz, I will deal with you in the future but for now, Bennett, at MSG, Justice will be served.”

We head back to the ring for our main event.  Bobby Lashley will be taking on Chris Jericho.  This one was truly a match to behold.  Bobby tried to use his strength to his advantage but the experience of Jericho kept the two on a level playing field.  After nailing a Dominator on Jericho, the tide turned in the former MMA fighter’s favor. Bobby kept Chris on the defense for the remainder of the match and just past the 18 minute mark, Bobby nails another Dominator and covers Jericho for the 1-2-3.  After the match, both men shook hands and celebrated with the fans as the show came to a close.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 09.03

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Today’s episode comes from Baltimore, MD.  In a surprising move, GM Hulk Hogan does NOT start off the show.  Instead, we are treated to a backstage event.  What we see is someone approaching a door that has the name “Brock Lesnar” on it.  The person puts something on the floor and knocks.  They leave before Brock answers.  He opens the door and curses when no one is there but he looks down and sees a box.  He takes the box with him.  The camera man follows him in.  Brock opens the box and inside is a DVD.  He puts it in the player and what he sees makes him shake his head in disbelief.  Malo Leche de Mantequilla is being interviewed and he says “Brock Lesnar is a joke.  He may be something in the octagon but here, in our ring, he’s nothing.  Hell, Bobby Lashley beat the crap out of him and look at where he is now.”  Brock stands up and kicks the DVD player and the TV.  He storms out of the dressing room.  Uh Oh.

We cut to the ring for our first match.  Kevin Steen is on hand and he is wrestling the Aztec Warrior.  As we mentioned in the past, this guy is a dead ringer for Alberto Del Rio (who by the way is supposed to be out of the HWF/CSWA).  Steen comes out first followed by Aztec Warrior.  As Aztec is making his way down to the ring, GM Hulk Hogan runs up from behind and yanks off the mask of the Aztec Warrior revealing him to be Alberto Del Rio.  “I KNEW it was you, Del Rio.  You are banned from working here.  You need to leave right this very minute.”  Del Rio yanked the mic from Hogan’s hand.  “You know, Hogan, I could sue you right now for discrimination and a hostile work environment.  You and your A-team – you can all go right to HELL.”  Del Rio storms out and the fans are applauding his attitude.  Hogan can’t understand the fans reaction so he says “Oh shut the hell up.  Send someone else down for this match.”  Hogan then leaves.

Hogan makes it to the back and says that each and every match will be a “drawn at random” match.  He will pick who gets to wrestle who (as he feels he knows what is best for business).

Prestige Inc. member King Damian Sandow comes out and says he’ll take the match.  The match is dominated by his Royalness and in 11 minutes, Sandow gets the pin after hitting a swinging neckbreaker.

Next up is a match for the Intercontinental title held by Dolph Ziggler and he is taking on Bran-Don-Goh.  B comes out and fans are holding signs that say “I only want to win” (in reference to the last time he won a title).  B put up a hell of a fight but was no match for the champ.  Ziggler gets the win after hitting the Zig Zag bulldog at the 24 minute mark.

Next up is a 10 man match which puts Hogan’s CWO (Corporate World Order) comprised of the A-Team (Adam Rose, Austin Aries, Antonio Cesaro & Abyss) plus Dirk “the Pick” Devon taking on the 719 Cartel comprised of the Mexicali Flyers, World Tag Champs VamChango and Rey Rey).   The ref said there were too many people for this match so the Flyers and Abyss/Devon were told to sit this one out.  This of course didn’t keep Abyss from getting involved.  El Chango got thrown out of the ring and Abyss nailed a nasty Black Hole Slam on the concrete.  El Chango was not able to beat the count and the A-Team gets the win in 10 minutes. 

The A-Team was sent away along with Rey Rey and VamChango and that left the Mexicali Flyers to take on Abyss and Dirk Devon.  In 21 minutes, the Flyers did what the other Cartel members could not and that was get a win.   Tornado en Fuego gets the pin on Dirk after hitting a Dragonscrew leg whip.

In the back, Samoa Joe and John Cena are having a staredown.  Joe says that the last time they met, it ended way too soon.  Cena agreed and offered Joe a rematch at MSG in New York.  Joe accepted.  They glared at each other for a moment before separating.

Jay Lethal comes out to defend his Hardcore title and his opponent today is Brad Maddox.  In 22 minutes, Lethal gets the win via knockout after Maddox could not get back to his feet after a 10 count.  Jay Lethal retains his title.

Goldust w/ Stardust comes out to take on David Otunga.  After taking a beating for 10 minutes, the Golden one battled back and with some encouraging words from his brother, he gets the win at the 25 minute mark after hitting Otunga with a golden slam.

Brock Lesnar makes his way down to the ring with someone slung over his shoulder.  Hey, it’s Malo Leche de Mantequilla.   Malo got in a little offense but that was only because Brock felt sorry for him.  Brock basically pummeled Malo for 20 minutes hitting multiple F-5’s, powerslams and powerbombs.  At the 20 minute mark, Brock hits the final powerbomb and mercifully pins Malo.  He brushes himself off, wipes the sweat and blood (Malo’s, not his) from his body, smears it on Malo and leaves.  EMT’s are standing by and help Malo out of the ring and stretcher him to the ambulance waiting in the back.

As the crew clean the ring from the massacre that just transpired, Prestige Inc. (King Damian Sandow, Magnus and Reid Rothchild w/Ravishing Raquel) comes down for their 6 Man tag team title shot against Wyatt’s Warriors (Centurion, Warrior of Truth and Super Warrior).  This match was basically even for the entire 16 minutes it went on.  All men got their chance to shine but it was the Warrior of Truth who was able to get a pin on Magnus with a sitout gourdbuster.  After the match, Rusev and team attack Prestige Inc and the champs with Rusev hitting haymakers on everyone.  Rusev hits a double chokeslam on Super Warrior and Reid Rothchild at the same time bringing the show to a close.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 09.02

Hello Wrestling Fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Today we are reporting on our show which took place in Washington, DC.  The show begins with the all-too-familiar music of Jimi Hendrix blaring through the loudspeakers and GM Hulk Hogan makes his way down to the ring accompanied by his meat shield.  He takes a mic.  “The Hulkster is in the house, brother!  We’ve completed the roster shake up and that means you are in for some interesting matches.”  He is then interrupted by the New Shield (Ryback, Ambrose and Rollins) who make their way down to the ring.  Ambrose tells Hogan that they are worthy of the next 6 man tag team title shot.  Hogan then says that so is another team and calls out his CWO A-Team (Austin Aries, Antonio Cesaro and Adam Rose w/ Abyss) and says so his is team.  Hogan sets up a match and then leaves.

A brief fight breaks out before the ref restores order.  The bell rings and we have ourselves a match.   In a 14 minute match, Aries gets the pin on Dean Ambrose after hitting him with a Pendulum elbow smash.  Hogan appears on stage and seems extremely pleased with his team’s win in a very impressive match.

The Axe makes his way out to the ring and calls out former “band” member Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon.  Dirk makes his way down but stops short of entering the ring.  Axe wants to know why Dirk turned his back on their team and break up the ‘band’…again.  Rocky Lapetus makes his way down and joins Dirk on the ramp.  Rocky takes the mic “Axe, we’ve had to cover your shortcomings for weeks now and it just isn’t working out. Dirk needs to separate himself from you.  The Pick has his sights set once again on singles titles and he promises he will hold one of those titles again.”  While this is going on, Psycho Jack Hercules sneaks into the ring and attacks Axe.  Dirk rushes the ring and helps with the beatdown until Roman Reigns runs out and clears house.  Axe shakes his partner’s hand and they leave the ring with Dirk Devon and Psycho Jack laid out behind them.

Our next match is up with Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler taking on Sanada in a cross-promotion match.  Sanada heads to the ring wearing an elaborate robe (ala the 80’s Ric Flair and Macho Man Randy Savage) and his robe says “The Great Sanada” on the back.  The champ makes his way to the ring and the match begins.  The match is relatively short as Ziggler gets the win in 5 minutes after locking in a handstand head lock.  Both men shake hands afterwards.

Prestige Inc. member Magnus comes out and calls down Tajiri.  He says they have unfinished business and wants him in the ring.  Tajiri obliges but is accompanied by Alexander Rusev and Bad News Barrett.  Magnus was able to hold his own but with Rusev and Barrett at ringside constantly interfering, it just became too much.  In 15 minutes, Tajiri spits a green mist (ala Great Muta) into Magnus’ face and rolled him up for the 1-2-3.  Rusev and Barrett jump in the ring to continue the beatdown and then Reid Rothchild and King Damian Sandow run down to even the odds.  Rusev and his team bails leaving Prestige Inc. behind. 

Back at Hogan’s office, he receives a knock on the door and a new guy walks in.  “Hello Mr. Hogan. I’m interested in a job here and would love to perform.”  Hogan stands up.  “What’s your name, brother?”  The new guy straightens his shirt and says “I’m called ‘Droopy Balls’ Donovan”.  Hogan stares in disbelief “What kind of STUPID ASS name is that?  You know, Droopy, let me show you something.”  He walks over and puts his arm around Droopy.  They walk to the door. “Don’t let this hit you in the ‘balls’ on your way out” and slams the door in his face.  Another bad gimmick squashed before it got started.  Thanks Hulkster!

Eric Young (EY) makes his way out to the ring and says he’s happy to be in the CSWA.  So happy, in fact, that he feels that he’ll get a better shake here.  He calls down US Champ AJ Styles and puts Styles over as one of the best in the business.  He asks if he could get a shot at the title and AJ agrees.  This one went for a good clip but EY really never mounted much of an offense.  In 19 minutes, AJ gets the win with an armlock facebuster.  The two shake hands after the match.

‘Bad News’ Wade Barrett comes out as the last match ended and told EY as he was leaving that his bad news is that he sucks and will never amount to anything.  Barrett then calls down X-Division Champion Casey Jones and tells him that there is more bad news coming and that is Jones will be losing his title tonight.  “Sorry about your damn luck” Barrett yells as the champ makes his way to the ring for their match.  In a 17 minute ass-kicking, Barrett locks Casey in an abdominal stretch and with help from the ropes, he gets Casey to tap out.  Wade Barrett has just defeated Casey for the title but the ref informs him that it is ‘best of 3 falls’ and the match continues now.  The second fall goes just 8 minutes with Casey battling back like a man on a mission.  He hits Wade with a strikeout headbutt and gets the pin.  Now, we go on for the 3^rd and final fall.  This one was over before it begun.  Wade nails a big boot and Casey goes down.  Wade then goes over and removes the turnbuckle cover exposing the metal underneath.  Wade goes to throw Casey into the corner but it is reverse and Wade smashes into the exposed metal and then flips over the top rope crashing to the floor below.  The ref counts but Wade cannot get back in before the 10 count.  The ref counts to 10 and Bad News is counted out awarding the match to Casey Jones.  Casey takes his title and leaves before a pissed off Brit has a chance to attack the champ.   

Next up is the Women’s Champion Velvet Sky taking on Nikki Bella.  In 13 minutes, Velvet retains her title after hitting Nikki with a wrist clutch stomp.  Nikki was not happy with the outcome but oh well.

Our next match is a tag team version with the Uso’s (Jimmy and Jey) taking on Robbie E and Rob Terry.  This one was controlled by the Samoan team for about 8 minutes and then after that, Team Rob wiped the mat with their opponents. This one went the full distance with lots of double teaming.  Just when we thought this one was going to end in a time limit draw, Rob Terry nails a shoulder tackle from the top rope and with seconds to spare, gets the 1-2-3.  Team Rob is victorious.

John Cena makes his way down and says how good it is to be in the HWF – the home of the greatest wrestlers in the world.  Cena starts to talk about his road to the World title when his is interrupted by none other than Brock Lesnar.  Brock gets in his face and says that he is the uncrowned champion and if John has any hopes of going after a World title, he would have to go through the ULTIMATE tough guy.  Brock tells John that if he really wants a title, he should go after something more his style – like the IC belt.  This draws a “oh no you didn’t” reaction from the crowd and John is, surprisingly, speechless.  Brock yells “This is MY house.  You, a stranger, don’t let yourself in when you’re not invited.  John, you are NOT wanted here.  Go back to the CSWA and the minor leagues.”  This draws another “oh no you didn’t” reaction from the fans.  Brock slaps Cena across the face and John attacks the Beast but Brock hurls him right out of the ring.  John grabs a mic “You know Brock, I’m going to continue with what Bobby Lashley started and that is kicking your MMA ass.  He left to go to the HWF because he was tired of beating you day in and day out.  You want me to go back to the CSWA?  Well, maybe once I’ve embarrassed you like he did, then maybe I will.”  This enraged the Beast and he and Cena brawled all the way to the back.

The Elitist Champion Alexander Rusev is in the back being interviewed.  He says he is done with Reid Rothchild and is now setting his sights on the top prize – the CSWA World Title.  Rusev calls the Undertaker washed up and it is time, not for Taker to pass the torch but for Rusev to TAKE the torch and he will pry it out of the dead man’s hand if he has to.  He then leaves for the ring for our main event.

Alexander Rusev makes his way to the ring for his title match against the Undertaker.  Just before the match can begin, out comes Reid Rothchild who stays up on stage much to this dislike of Rusev.  This does exactly what it’s supposed to and that is put Rusev off his game.  Undertaker beat the snot out of the Elitist Champion and after executing only 4 offensive moves in 15 minutes, Undertaker finishes off his challenger with a chokeslam.  Undertaker retains the title and leaves immediately.  Reid Rothchild makes his way down and stares at the laughable situation as Rusev is beaten.  Reid says “That is only the beginning.   I’m taking my title back.”  Rusev pops up surprisingly quick but Reid nails a Rothchild stunner and Rusev is back down again.  Reid leaves to a nice pop from the fans to end this show.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 09.01

Hello fans and welcome to our first newsletter for the month of September.  After taking a much needed day off for Labor Day, we wind up in Richmond, VA for the next show.

The cameras begin rolling as Donnie B and Jeff Meyers arrive with lawyers, the local police and GM Hulk Hogan.  They wander around the back until they find Malo Leche de Mantequilla.  They approach Malo and Donnie B asks Malo to drop the suit.  Malo refuses so Donnie B hands Malo pictures of his own…showing Malo unmasked!  Malo screams “where did you get those?” Meyers tells Malo to drop his blackmail immediately or the pictures will be revealed and the lawyers and police on hand will take immediate action.  Malo stares at the pictures (we don’t get to see them so we don’t know his identity) and he submits.  The lawyers make Malo Leche sign some legal documentation that he can never reveal the identities of the Mexicali Flyers and if he does, not only will he face fines but jail time as well.  Malo looks at Donnie B and says “Always holding someone down, aren’t you?”  The police, lawyers and Donnie B and Jeff Meyers all walk away.  Hogan remains behind.  “Listen Brother…there are ways of information being leaked that don’t have to tie back to you.   Think about that…brother.”  Hogan then leaves and heads to the stage leaving Malo to ponder on what just transpired.

GM Hulk Hogan appears on stage and in his briefest of soliloquies, says that the draft will take place at the end of the show.  He then leaves so the show can begin.

Our first match has Robbie E and Rob Terry challenging Shield members Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins to see who gets the next tag team title shot.   The match goes for 25 minutes and saw ‘Team Rob’ actually control the match against the Shield.  That may have had to do with Roman Reigns coming out for the distraction.  At different points of the match, Reigns nailed the Superman punch on both Ambrose and Rollins.   In the end, Rob Terry gets the pin on Seth Rollins after hitting a running powerslam.  ‘Team Rob’ is in line for the next tag team title shot against VamChango.

In the back, HWF World Champion Batista is complaining about the lack of talent in the HWF – at least anyone worthy of a title shot.  Bray Wyatt walks over and says he never got a rematch.  Batista gloats “Listen, little man, I’ve beaten you at your own game (specialty match) and will do it again if you want.  I will annihilate you a second time and if I don’t, I’ll leave.”  Both agree to an ECW rules match and after a brief staredown, they go their separate ways.

Back in the ring, we have the team of Alexander Rusev, Tajiri and ‘Bad News’ Wade Barrett taking on Prestige Inc. with Reid’s first match back since Rusev took him out.  Not only is this a grudge match but will also place the team on the road to the 6 Man Tag Team titles.  The match was dominated by triple teaming from Prestige Inc. on the big Bulgarian.  Rusev was in the ring almost the entire time and Tajiri and Barrett saw little in-ring action.  Magnus only got involved in the triple teaming.  Reid was on top of his game and took the fight to Rusev.  Finally, after 9 minutes, Rusev makes the tag to Tajiri.  Tajiri spit mist in Magnus’ face and after being tossed into the corner, Reid nails a Stinger Splash.  Sandow takes down Rusev and Barrett while Reid makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Prestige Inc. win this one and move up the tag rankings.  Rusev and Barrett carry Tajiri from the ring cursing that this isn’t over. (12 min)

Next match up has Sanada taking on Kenta.  The two men put on a hell of a show but you could tell from the first few minutes of the match that Sanada was in control.  Kenta got in some good shots including two GTS (Go to Sleep) shots but it couldn’t keep Sanada down.  Sanada connected with two Moonsaults and that allowed him to control the tempo.  Finally, in just over 18 minutes, Sanada hits Kenta with a leg roll clutch and turns it into a 3 count.  Sanada gets the win and he motions that he is ready for a title shot and he is gunning for the IC title currently held by Dolph Ziggler.

The match that followed is Conan Jones taking on Zack Ryder.  Surprisingly Conan Jones held his own against Ryder.  This was a short match that saw both men fighting on the outside of the ring. Conan nails a german Suplex on to one of the announce tables (it did not break).  Conan rolls back in and gets the win via count out. (5 min)

Up next is Kofi Kingston taking on Sami Zayn.   These two put on a hell of a show but Zayn was in control the entire match with Kingston kicking out at every turn.  At the 21 minute mark, Zayn nails a sunset flip powerbomb and rolls Kofi up for the 1-2-3.

Bran-Don-Goh makes his way down for his match which was next.  His opponent tonight is Tyson Kidd.  B has one of his best outings to date.  He was able to lock in a stepover toehold facelock at the 4 minute mark and he got Tyson to tap out.  Bran-Don-Goh gets another check in the win column.

Our first of two main events John Cena vs Samoa Joe.  This one was disappointing as it was way too short.   Cena tries for a knuckle jam but Joe nullifies it.  Joe locks in a modified camel clutch but Cena powers out and nails a 5 knuckle shuffle and rolls Joe up for the pin.  Joe popped up and looked shocked that the match was over so soon.  The two stared at each other and then left.

Our 2^nd main event is the HWF World Champion Batista taking on former champ Bray Wyatt.  This one is set up with ECW rules. 

HWF Champ Batista complains about lack of talent in the HWF (worthy of a title shot).  Bray Wyatt comes out and says he never got a rematch.  Batista gloats over beating him at his own game (specialty match) and will do it again or he’ll walk out.  Both agree to an ECW rules match.  Bray hits a scoop powerslam and Batista hits an enforcer spinebuster.  He goes for a pin but only gets a 2 count.  Batista stands on Bray’s throat and then hurls Bray into the ref knocking him out.  Bray tries to whack Batista in the gonads with golf clubs but Dave nullifies it.  Batista then rams Bray into the ringside barrier and then brings him back in the ring and hits another enforcer spinebuster.  Dave stands on Bray’s throat again but Centurion runs down and hands Bray a chair which is then smashed over Batista’s head drawing blood.   Dave nails another enforcer spinebuser.   Dave is dominating Bray and hits a boot to the face.  He makes the cover but Bray kicks out at 1.   Bray somehow hits a lifting sideslam and makes a weak cover but Dave kicks out.  Bray stumbles and picks up the chair again and blasts Dave in the head not once, not twice but three times.  Bray drops the bloody instrument and makes the cover.  The ref starts to count 1….2……3.  Bray Wyatt has just defeated Batista to regain the HWF World title and Batista is out of a job.  Medics come out and load Batista to a gurney and take him to the back.  Bray remains in the ring cackling covered in blood.  Finally, he leaves.

GM Hulk Hogan comes out but stays on the stage.  “Well, we have a new World Champion and with a few people no longer employed, it is time to stage our draft.  As a reminder, those who have federation specific belts such as the World title and US title, they will stay put.  Those with non-specific titles such as the Elitist and Hardcore titles can be drafted elsewhere.  The purpose of that is to give them a resting place if or when they lose their titles.”  Psycho Jack Hercules comes out with a bowl full of wrestler’s names and it appears Hogan will be using this method for the draft.

The HWF picks up the following wrestlers:

Samoa Joe, Prestige Inc., Brad Maddox, the 719 Cartel, Bo Dallas, The Axe, Kane, EC III, Rockstar Spud, Malo Leche de Mantequilla, David Otunga, John Cena, Conan Jones, Alexander Rusev, Tajiri, and Randy Orton. 

The CSWA picks up:

The new Shield, Ken Anderson, Jay Lethal, Big E Langston, Christian, Bobby Lashley, the Colons, Kenta, the Miz, Sanada, Professor Cobra, Tyson Kidd, The Dust Brothers, Kazarian, Kevin Steen Brock Lesnar and Jack Swagger.

Hogan seems happy with all the changes and brings the show to an end.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 08.10

Hello fans and welcome to our latest show (8/30/14).  We are coming to you from Knoxville, TN on the Birthday of the owner of the HWF and CSWA – Donnie B.   GM Hulk Hogan said he would not be attending the show (kind of a slap in the face, don’t you think?) so standing in for him (again) is everyone’s favorite hitman – Psycho Jack Hercules. 

Owners Donnie B and Jeff Meyers arrive onsite and are greeting by a host of wrestlers including Mr. Suck Up himself Psycho Jack.  Psycho Jack shows the owners to their dressing rooms and then makes his way out to start up the show.  He is stopped by Undisputed Champion Bray Wyatt.  Wyatt tells Jack he has a new stable mate starting tonight and needs to have his contract signed.  Bray tells Jack that Hogan approved it but forgot to sign.  Psycho Jack signs the form and then hurries to start the show.  Bray smiles and turns and says “All right, let’s get ready.”

Out on stage, Psycho Jack is getting the crowd excited for today’s show but wandering around in the back is Malo Leche de Mantequilla.  Malo walks by a dressing room and thinks he hears a familiar voice.  He peeks in (creepy stalker) and is shocked at what he sees.  He mutters “sonofabitch” and then we see the wheels start turning.  He pulls out a camera (again, creepy) and takes some pictures.  One of the members in the room peers outside (we don’t see his face) but no one is there.  Hmm.

Back on stage, Psycho Jack states that GM Hogan has said that each and every member of the A-Team (Adam Rose, Antonio Cesaro, Abyss and ‘the Man’ Austin Aries) is getting a title shot tonight.  He has faith his team will bring home some gold.

The first match of the night is VamChango defending the Tag Team titles against Beer Money.  Before the match can start, Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon and Psycho Jack Hercules make their way out and say that this match is now a 3 way battle for the titles.  Before the bell can ring, out comes The Axe and his new partner Roman Reigns.  They chase off Devon and Psycho Jack.  I guess that means the match is back to a normal tag match.  Needless to say, Beer Money was killing the champs.  I have never seen such a one sided match (since real Brock Lesnar vs John Cena).  The beating continued for 11 minutes.  Finally, the champs turned on the offense.  Senor Vampiro handcuffed Storm to the ringpost.  El Chango hurled Bobby Roode out of the ring and then nailed the Diamond Dust.  VamChango gets back in the ring but Roode can’t make it back in and is counted out.  VamChango retain their titles.

Alexander Rusev, the Elitist Champion and his new partner Tajiri come out.  They tell Prestige Inc. they accept the challenge for a 6 man tag team match but they are one member short.  Rusev tells Prestige that he has some “bad news” for them and introduces the newest member of their team – Bad New (Wade) Barrett.  Barrett puts himself over as England’s greatest contribution to wrestling; Rusev as an unbeatable Bulgarian and Tajiri as Japan’s greatest export.  They will be happy to take on Prestige Inc. and send them packing.

The World’s Strongest Man and owner of the North American title comes out and says that he owes the Caped Crusader an apology.  He would like CC to come out but instead, out comes the former NA champion and A-Team member Abyss.  Abyss says he is invoking his rematch clause and that match is happening now – and it is a no-DQ match.  Abyss began choking out the champ and the ref couldn’t do anything about it.  Out then comes the Caped Crusader who can’t stand by while wrong doing is happening in the ring.  He hops in and nails Abyss with the Wam!Bam!Pow! and Abyss goes down.  Mark Henry looks over and nods.  CC nods back and leaves.  Henry climbs to the top rope and hits a splash.  3 seconds later Mark Henry is declared the winner and still the North American champion (4 min).

A vignette shows advertising a new wrestler.  Bray Wyatt comes out and says that Wyatt’s Warriors has just acquired a new member.  He introduces…the Aztec Warrior.  (Hmm…Looks like Alberto Del Rio to me.)  Bray says that Aztec Warrior will have his first match at the next show.  The two of them then leave.\

It seems that with all the title matches taking place, that this is another night of champions show.   Psycho Jack sees X-Division Champion Casey Jones walking around looking like he’s lost.  Jack asked him if he’s been reading the memos that were sent out.  Casey said no.  Jack didn’t like that and told Casey to head to the ring for a match.  Casey heads to the ring and then is followed by Professor Cobra.  It was determined that after Cobra lost the X-Division title to The Axe, he never got a rematch so he finally gets one.  There were many near falls in this 22 minute battle but Casey ended up battling back and finished off the Professor with a slingshot Suplex.  Casey Jones retains.

Adam Rose heads to the ring for a match against US Champion AJ Styles.  This was not a very long match but in just 9 minutes, AJ finishes off Rose with the Styles Clash.

Next up is Antonio Cesaro getting a shot at Batista’s HWF World title.  This one went slightly longer to 12 minutes but the Beast just dominated Cesaro and pinned him after hitting a devastating forearm smash.

The final match is the CSWA World Champion Undertaker taking on Austin ‘the Man” Aries.  Unfortunately, being ‘the Man’ sometimes isn’t enough and Undertaker dominated his challenger getting him to tap out to the triangle choke in just under 5 minutes.  Bray Wyatt came out on stage and stared but then left.

The ring is cleaned up and set up for Donnie B’s Birthday Celebration.  Jeff ‘the Hawk’ Meyers did something similar to a “this is your life” segment that included some of the highlights (and lowlights) from Donnie B’s career in the ring. They are then rudely interrupted by former Cartel member Malo Leche de Mantequilla.  Malo bullies his way in to the ring and says he has important information.  “I have it on good authority that someone here in the HWF and CSWA isn’t who they claim to be.  There is fraud going on here I tell you.  Two people masquerading as wrestlers.”  Donnie B asks “Who in the blue hell are you?”  Malo puffs out his chest and says “I am Malo Leche de Mantequilla.”  Jeff scrunches his face and asks “Doesn’t that mean ‘bad buttermilk’?”  Malo looks offended.  “Nevertheless, unless these two people want their identities revealed, I have a few demands.  I demand my own title that I don’t have to defend.  Second, I want a pay raise. Not some minimum wage increase; I want money.  I also demand a reduced work schedule.”  Donnie B says “This is extortion.  What proof do you have to back up your claims?”  Malo Leche pulls out some pics.  “These.  Go ahead.  Keep them.  I have plenty.”  Donnie B and Jeff look at each other and are concerned.  “I will bring these to GM Hogan’s attention if you do not act in by the next show.”  Malo struts around the ring and then leaves.  Donnie B pockets the pics.  Just before we go off the air, Donnie B says to the Hawk “Something needs to be done.”  Jeff smiles back and says “I know just who to go to.” 

Well, I guess we can’t have a ‘drama free’ show so you’ll need to stay tuned to see what happens next.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 08.09

  

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Today, we come to you from Lexington, KY as the HWF and CSWA make their way east.   Before the show begins, we see the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt walking around the back.  He passes by an open door and peers in.  He sees the newbie El Riche Pollo preparing for his match but what he sees initially throws him for a loop.  “Huh, I didn’t see that one coming.  I wonder how that is going to play out.”  Bray then turns and leaves.

Pyro goes off as the show begins and “Voodoo Child” blares and GM Hulk Hogan makes his way out.  “Lexington, the Hulkster is HERE.   We have a great line up for you this evening and first, I need to say…”.  Hulk is cut off as RVD comes out and walks right past the GM and heads to the ring.  He grabs a mic.  “Sorry boss man but RVD’s got something to say.  I’ve had a great time these last few months but I haven’t been bouncing back as fast as I’d like so I’m taking a leave of absence.”  Hulk marches down to the ring.  “What do you think you’re doing…boy.  You don’t get to leave whenever.”  “Oh yeah I do…brother.  In fact, here is a copy of my contract.  I’ll see ya all in a few months.  Stay cool.”  RVD then walks right past Hulk and straight to the back.  Hulk follows him.

Malo Leche de Mantequilla comes out and says he is taking on the scum who is filling his old spot in the 719 Cartel El Riche Pollo.  He is going to teach El Riche the meaning of respect.  El Riche Pollo comes out with the rest of the Cartel in tow.  Malo doesn’t look happy to see his old teammates.  The match is a short one with Malo tapping out to a rolling cross armbreaker in only 3 minutes.  El Riche is standing on the turnbuckle celebrating when Malo attacks him from behind and hits a reverse DDT.  He then proceeds to unmask him but before the Cartel could prevent it, Malo removes the mask revealing….Alberto Del Rio.  Hang on a sec…I thought Del Rio was supposed to be gone.  Hogan comes right back out and orders Del Rio out of the arena.  Del Rio leaves with a smirk and shakes hands with the Cartel and then leaves.  Bray Wyatt approaches him as he is leaving the building that if Alberto really wants to, he has a solution for him.  Alberto says he’s interested and he and Bray leave together.

The Elitist Champion Alexander Rusev makes his way down to the ring and proceeds to bash the US.  Familiar music hits and its…Reid Rothchild accompanied by Ravishing Raquel, King Damian Sandow and Magnus.  Reid rushes the ring and Rusev takes off through the crowd.  “The one and only Elitist Reid Rothchild is back.”  The fans cheer.  “I am happy to say that I am at 100% and I am committing myself to my team Prestige Inc.”  King Damian Sandow takes the mic “It’s great to have you back Reid and for Magnus and myself, we are glad to have you.”  Magnus chimes in.  “First things first, Reid.  You are missing something…that Bulgarian bully has something that belongs to you.”  “Right.  Rusev, you’re mine.  I will get my Elitist title back and once I do, I will fully invest myself into Prestige Inc. and we will be challenging for the 6 man tag team titles.  I can guarantee you that Prestige Inc will be back on top.”  The three shake hands and Raquel gives her husband a quick kiss and then they all leave except for Magnus who has a match next.

Magnus waits in the ring as Tajiri makes his way down.  The two of them fight like there is no tomorrow.  For 12 minutes they battled back and forth.  Finally, Magus catches Tajiri coming from the top turnbuckle and nails a powerslam.  He then locks Tajiri in the sharpshooter and Tajiri taps.  Magnus has won the match but then Alexander Rusev runs back in from the crowd and attacks Magnus.  He and Tajiri double team Magnus until Reid and Sandow run down and chase them both off.  Rusev promises to find a third member for their cause (that cause is the elimination of Prestige Inc) and then the playing field will be level.

The next match has Miz taking on the Caped Crusader.  Crusader is definitely looking outmatched for this event.  The bell rings and Miz beats down on him.  He goes for a pin but then pulls the Crusader up.  For 20 minutes, Miz did all this and more.  He would choke the Crusader with his cape, stand on his throat and blind him by turning his mask around.  Miz finally nails a Skull Crushing Finale but does not go for a pin.  Instead, he picks up the Crusader and places him on the top turnbuckle.  CC pops up and hits a flying body press.  Miz’s head bounces off the mat.  The ref goes to count 1…2….3.  The Caped Crusader has won his match.  He then exits the ring and leaves through the crowd via bodysurfing.  Miz recovers and is pissed off in the ring.  He eventually leaves.

In the back, Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode) are chatting about their upcoming title shot against VamChango.  The Dudley Boys walk in and say that they are the best team in the sport and they should be the ones deserving of a match.  Beer Money disagrees.  Bubba says that he wants a match against Beer Money and if they lose, they’ll leave the CSWA and HWF.  Beer Money agrees.

Hardcore Champion Jay Lethal is attacked by Psycho Jack Hercules who just happens to have a ref following him around.  The ref rings his bell and the match is underway.  This is a fast match that basically saw Psycho Jack trip over his own shoe laces.  As he was crashing to the floor, Lethal climbed some scaffolding and dropped the Macho elbow on Jack.  Lethal backed off as the ref counted and Jack did not answer the 10 count.  Jay Lethal gets the win.

Hulk Hogan is in the back and he says that the New Shield (Ryback, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins) have called out Roman Reigns.  Hogan tells Reigns that his match is next and it will be a handicap match.

The New Shield vs Roman Reigns went to a no decision.  The New Shield attacked Reigns as he headed to the ring.  The bell never got a chance to sound.  The three men attacked Reigns until 2 unlikely men decided to stand up to the Shield…HP members Bran-Don-Goh and Casey Jones.  They ran in for the save but were immediately on the receiving end of a Spear from Ryback and a Samoan Drop from Dean Ambrose.  HP got their asses handed to them until an even more unlikely teammate ran in….The Axe.  Axe ran down and cleared out the New Shield.  Axe helped HP to their feet and very reluctantly, shook hands with the man who once turned on them.  Axe then told Reigns that if he wanted someone to watch his back, he would volunteer.  Reigns accepted and they shook hands.

Our main event of the evening is Beer Money vs the Dudleys with the winner getting a shot at VamChango and the World Tag Team Titles.  Bubba says he forgot to mention that this would be a ‘Tables’ match.  With this being the Dudley’s specialty, they of course were in control for most of the match.  However, after Bobby hit Bubba with a beer bottle shattering it over his head, he nailed some clubbing fists and Bubba went flying through a table.  Beer Money gets the win and the Dudleys are now on the unemployment line.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 08.08 – fallout from the Clash

Hello fans and welcome to our “fallout from the Clash” show here in Pueblo, CO.  We’ve heard that GM Hulk Hogan is not in attendance so his lackey Psycho Jack Hercules has control.  

                                                                                                                         

The show starts off with the Miz marching down to the ring like a man of a mission.  Miz grabs a mic and begins on a tirade about losing to Dolph Ziggler.  The loss is 100% blamed on the interference from that damned Caped Crusader.  Miz wants him in the ring to teach him a lesson.  Miz is waiting for an answer but none comes.  He then storms out of the ring.

Just as Miz leaves, out comes ODB.  She gets in the ring and says she’s tired of being overlooked.   She calls out the new Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  She tells Raquel that she deserves a match right now and if she can’t win the title, she will call it quits.  Out comes the Diva’s Champion and asks ODB if she really wants to put her career on the line.  ODB says yes and then attacks Raquel trying to get an advantage.  The champ battles back and the match officially begins.

Raquel dominated her challenger for the first 6 minutes of the match.  After that, ODB started to get some offense in but that was soon squashed.  At the 13 minute mark, ODB throws Raquel into the corner and charges.  Raquel moves at the last second and ODB rams her shoulder and arm right into the steel post.  The three minutes that followed, Raquel worked over the arm and shoulder with various moves.  At the 16 minute mark, Raquel locks in the Ravishing Chickenwing and ODB submits.  Raquel retains her title and ODB is out of a job. She refused to shake Raquel’s hand and leaves the ring nursing her arm.  She reaches the top of the ramp, turns to the crowd and sadly cracks a smile and then turns and leaves.

We cut to the back for an interview being held with the new Elitist Champion Alexander Rusev.  Rusev goes on about how his match against Reid was so one-sided that Reid would never come back after such a devastating loss.  The Bulgarian has broken the bat (editor’s note, reference to Bane breaking Batman’s back), er, I mean Reid Rothchild.  He ended his monologue with “I’ve broken your spirit and your will.  You will never return.”

We go back to the ring for an in-ring presentation.  The new Hardcore Champion Jay Lethal makes his way down to the ring dressed in a suit.  Psycho Jack Hercules is there.  He takes the 2 titles from Jay (the Internet Media title and the European title) and then presents Jay with the new Hardcore title.  Jay climbs the ropes and holds his title high.  All of a sudden, out runs Conan Jones who attacks the champ and before Lethal can run away, the bell rings for our next match.  This one went 21 minutes and Jones went all hardcore on the champ but Lethal was used to it.  I guess this one became a Concession stand brawl as they were fighting all over the place.  At the 20 minute mark, Lethal hurled a chair at Conan and he took it smack in the face.  He drops.  Lethal climbs on top of a concession stand (what, about 3-4 feet off the floor?) and then launched with the Macho Elbow drop.  He connects and the ref on hand counts 1, 2, 3.  Jay Lethal retains his belt in his first successful title defense.

We cut back to the ring where we see the Caped Crusader standing in the middle of the ring in full Batman getup.  “I would like to call down Mark Henry.”  Henry appears and looks really pissed off.  He makes his way to the ring like he’s going to tear the arms off the Crusader.  “One moment, Mr. Henry.  This is for you.”  He hand Mark a folded document and it looks like it’s an arrest warrant.  The police then make their way out and arrest Mark Henry.  Psycho Jack is watching this from the back and immediately calls GM Hogan.  He tells Hulk what is transpiring.  Hogan tells him that Mark brought this on himself but if he is out for more than 30 days, he will be stripped of his title. 

Up next is Roman Reigns taking on Ryback.  Ryback immediately hits a Meathook on Reigns and follows it up with a spinebuster.  All of a sudden, out comes Shield members Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins and they attack Reigns causing the DQ.  Ryback looks pissed and the Shield turns to see a very upset Ryback who then runs and hits a spear on Reigns.  Roman goes down.  The three men continue to beat down Roman and then throw him out of the ring.  It looks like Ryback is the newest member of the Shield.  Ryback says that the time is now and the NEW Shield is challenging for the 6 man titles.  Wyatt’s Warriors better be prepared for a loss.  They leave a broken and beaten down Reigns in the ring.

We go back to the interview area where Bray Wyatt and Wyatt’s Warriors are all standing together.  Centurion steps forward and says that the WW are prepared for all new challengers and that includes the new Shield.  Warrior of Truth steps forward and says “The Truth will set you free.”  Super Warrior looks at the camera and grunts and snarls.  Bray steps forward.  “Undertaker, you defied me.  I am the alpha and the omega and you DEFIED me.  You will pay and you will suffer; that I promise you.”  Bray and his warriors then left.

In the ring are two members of Hogan’s CWO – Pick and the Axe and they are waiting to see who their opponents will be.  Out comes 719 Cartel members the Mexicali Flyers accompanied by Rey Rey.  They high-five with the fans before getting in the ring.  The bell sounds and our match is underway.  For the first four minutes of the match, Dirk is double-teamed and Axe keeps getting knocked off the apron as to not interfere.  Finally, after 4 minutes of beatings, the Pick finally tags in the Axe.  Just as the Axe was getting the upperhand, Dirk tags himself in unbeknownst to the Pick.  Dirk is immediately double-teamed again by the Flyers and he scurries to the corner to tag in Pick.  Tornado en Fuego hits a kneelift that sends Axe out of the ring.  El Dragon Insano then climbs to the top turnbuckle and nails a flying body press.  Axe gets counted out and the Flyers get themselves a win.  Rey Rey and the Flyers leave.  Axe gets back in the ring and confronts Dirk.  Dirk then turns and hits Axe with the Fender 5-Arm.   He then throws Axe into the corner and hits a Bass Body Avalanche.  I guess this means that Pick and the Axe are no longer a team.  Axe storms off on his own leaving his former partner in the ring.

Prestige Inc. member Magnus is walking in the back and he is asked about Tajiri.  Magnus says he’s not done with Tajiri and will address the situation sooner rather than later.

We are ready for our main event and that is Beer Money vs the Dust Brothers (Goldust and Stardust) with the winner getting the next title shot at VamChango.  This was a distance match with it going to 29:55.  This match was completely controlled by the Dust Brothers but they just couldn’t seem to get the 3 count on their opponents.  As the time limit was winding down, Bobby Roode nails a Northern Lariat on an unsuspecdting Goldust and with his feet on the ropes, he gets the win.  Beer Money is ready for a tag team title shot. 

Just as the show is getting ready to end, out comes Psycho Jack Hercules.  “Before you all leave for the night, our illustrious GM Hulk Hogan has sent in this message he wanted played for the audience.  He did want me to say that Pueblo, CO is not deserving of his presence so that is why he is not here.”  The audience started to get riled up and Jack saw the writing on the wall.  “Run the video” he yelled as he then hightailed it backstage.

Hogan’s video plays.  “Pueblo, Colorado.  Like I’d ever set foot there.  The Hulkster is NOT in that house but will be gracing fans with his presence soon enough.  Anyway, I wanted to take this very moment to announce that in September, there will be a true roster shake up.   Those champions in possession of Federation specific belts including the IC, US and World titles will be exempt.  Any and all official teams such as Prestige Inc., the Cartel, the Shield, etc will stay together.  When one gets drafted, his entire team gets drafted.  That is all I have for you.  You are free to go to back to your homes and pathetic little lives.  Hulkster OUT, brother.”

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 08.07 – Day 2 – Clash of the Champions PPV

Hello fans and welcome to Day 2 of the Clash of the Champions PPV live here in Denver, Colorado.  As a recap, at yesterday’s show, we saw only three champions retain and all the other titles changed hands.  We also saw the return of the Undertaker as he dumped Bray Wyatt and his warriors and took back the mantle of the character he’s had for so long.  The memory of Paul Bearer broke him out of his reverie and he was able to regain a title he was wrongly stripped of. 

The show begins with the superfans Derek, Kaitlyn Quinn and P’Nut HBIC all in their seats at ringside.  Hogan’s music hits and the GM makes his way to the ring in quick, powerwalk fashion.  He gets in the ring.  Surprisingly, there is no meat shield.  “The Hulkster is in the house, brother.  The CSWA once again has it’s champion.  With Undertaker winning the title, I’ve decreed that I want the HWF Champ Batista and CSWA Champ Undertaker to meet with the winner going against Bray Wyatt for the Undisputed Championship.”  He paused to let the fans cheer.  “Now, I know you all want action and not have me out here flapping my gums so I present to you…Day 2 of the CLASH OF THE CHAMPIONS, Brother!”  Hogan leaves the ring as pyro continues to go off.

Match #1 is ready to start and Mark Henry makes his way to the ring and he is followed immediately by the newest member of the A-Team and the current North American Champion, Abyss.  A shoving match begins in the ring before the bell can ring and the ref does a poor job separating them.   Finally, he is able to get them separated long enough for the bell to get rung.  This one is a very short match totally dominated by the World’s strongest man.  About 4 minutes into the match, a masked man comes to the ring and hits Abyss with a chair.  Abyss falls down and Mark Henry climbs to the top rope and hits a splash crushing Abyss.  The ref counts 1…2….3 and Mark Henry has just defeated Abyss in just 5 minutes to become the NEW North American Champion.  Henry looked around for that masked man expecting to see the Caped Crusader but it is a new person we’ve never seen before.  Hmm.

Match #2 is about to begin when Batista’s music hits.  The beast comes out and gets in the ring.  He is ready for action.  Next, the CSWA World Champion Undertaker comes out and makes his way to the ring.   There is a brief staredown just before the bell is rung.  Just then, Bray Wyatt comes out and he is not looking happy.  Undertaker sees him and starts to go after him but Batista chop blocks him and then hits a powerslam on the floor.  Batista drags him back in the ring and continues the beat down.  Every time Undertaker tried to get in some offense, Bray would be there to distract him.  This went on for 18 minutes until Undertaker finally got his hands on Bray, dragging him in the ring and hitting a chokeslam.  Bray rolled out just as Undertaker turned and got hit by a Batista Bomb.  Batista made the cover and got the 1.2.3.  He will go on to fight Bray Wyatt later this evening.

We cut to the back where the Elitist Reid Rothchild and Ravishing Raquel are being interviewed.  Reid begins “Rusev, you’ve run away all this time showing me the coward you are but now, the running stops.  I’ve got you in the ring and once we are done, I will still have my Elitist title and you, well, you’ll be sent home with your tail between your legs.”  Raquel then took the mic from him.  “Cactus Jackie, you have something of mine and I want it back.  I hope you got all that water out of your ears so you can hear me coming and I promise you, I will be walking out with my title.”  Both Reid and Raquel then left.

Match #3 is up next with the 6 Man tag team titles on the line.  The Champions, Wyatt’s Warriors comprised of Super Warrior, Centurion and Warrior of Truth are taking on the 719 Cartel’s own Mexicali Flyers and Rey Rey.  The champs controlled the match until at the 9 minute mark, El Dragon threw Super Warrior out of the ring.  The masked man we saw earlier comes back out.  He blasts Super Warrior with a chair and he ends up getting counted out.  The Cartel gets the win but does not win the titles.

A video package is then shown of all that has gone down between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley to date.  It ended with a banner that read “It all ends in the Hell in a Cell…TONIGHT”

We cut over to Hogan’s office and sitting there with him are owners Jeff Meyers and Donnie B.  Hulk begins “I think there are just too many titles floating around.  There are 4 singles for each federation, 2 Women’s titles, the Undisputed title, the Elitist title and two different tag team belts.  That is just too much.”  Jeff Meyers asked “So what do you propose?”  Hogan scratched his chin and then said “The European and Internet Media titles are probably the “who gives a shit” titles we have so I’m thinking that those two titles get combined and one title…maybe bring back the hardcore title…would remain.”  Donnie B then asked “What are the parameters for this title?”  Hogan said “This belt would not be specific to one federation but would float between both.  The holder of the title, in similar fashion to the hardcore title of old, would be defended anywhere and potentially at any time but I don’t want it to be too much of a gimmicky belt.  I say put in a time frame – 10 am to 10 pm every day.  That would be the only time the belt would be defended.  Also, I don’t want the title changing hands every few seconds so the champion would not have to defend the title more than once in that time period.”  Donnie B and Jeff Meyers nodded.  Jeff spoke up next.  “That sounds like a really good plan.  However, this may be more hassle than it’s worth.  If at any time you feel that too much time and energy are being invested, then we need to consider something else.”  Donnie B spoke up next “I agree.  Hulk, keep up the good work.”  DB and Jeff left Hogan’s office. 

For Match #4, we head back to the ring for our Diva’s match between the champion Cactus Jackie and her challenger, the 1^st Diva Ravishing Raquel for the Diva’s title.  Jackie apparently did not forget Raquel knocking her into a pool so she charged at her challenger and the bell was quickly rung to start the match.  The match was pretty even for the first 11 minutes of the match and then Raquel, the DIVA of Prestige Inc., brought forth all her experience and knowledge and took over the fight.  Jackie tried as best she could but I think Raquel was just too determined.  This was one of the longest matches of the night going 28 minutes and the fans enjoyed each and every minute.  Towards the end, Jackie had Raquel in the middle of the ring locked in the Cactus Stretch but Raquel just wouldn't tap out. Jackie got extremely frustrated and started kicking the ropes.  Raquel got up and hit a power full nelson and put Jackie on her back.  She then signaled going to the top rope which got the audience on their feet.  A very weary Raquel manages to perfectly nail a moonsault.  She makes the cover 1…2….3!  Raquel has just regained the DIVA’S CHAMPIONSHIP in a very hard fought victory.  Jackie left the ring and Raquel celebrated with the fans.  She even spent a moment talking and taking selfies with Kaitlyn Quinn and P’Nut.  They were both ecstatic.   Raquel’s husband ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild came out and with a big kiss, they went to the back all the while Raquel holding her new title high over her head.

We cut to another backstage segment with Abyss being questioned by Austin Aries and Antonio Cesaro about his loss.  Abyss said “I should have won had it not been for that masked person.  I promise I will find out who he is and will make him pay.”  Cesaro interjected “WE will make him pay.  WE are the A-Team; all for one and one for all.”  Aries nodded “Perfectly stated. Abyss, we will figure this out.  On another subject, I wanted to say that I’ve made an executive decision to bring in a 4^th member to our A-Team.  I’d like to introduce him here and now.”  Cesaro and Abyss move out of the way as…ADAM ROSE walks in.  “Austin, Abyss, Antonio, I am humbled by your including me into your group.  I promise to live up to the standards of the A-Team.  I will not let you down.”  All men shook hands congratulating Adam on his inclusion into wrestling’s #1 stable.

We go back to the ring for more action.  Match #5 is pitting the European Champion Jay Lethal against the Internet Media Champion Malo Leche de Mantequilla.  The winner of this match will be crowned the new HARDCORE champion.   This match is made a no countout/no DQ match.  Malo calls for the rest of the 719 Cartel to come out.  Rey Rey, the Mexicali Flyers and VamChango all come out and stand on stage.  Malo feels a surge of intestinal fortitude but that is quickly drained out of him by Lethal’s flurry of kicks.  Lethal dominated the 16 minute battle and then finished Malo off with the Lethal Combination.  Jay Lethal is now the NEW HARDCORE CHAMPION.  Lethal is handed the two titles and is told he will surrender them once the new Hardcore title is finished.  Malo hollers at the Cartel for not backing him up and he quits the Cartel.  He shoves his way to the back.

Match #6 is up with ‘The Elitist” Reid Rothchild defending his title against the Bulgarian Alexander Rusev.  Reid is accompanied to the ring by the new DIVA’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  In a very surprising move, Rusev is accompanied to the ring by Cactus Jackie.  Huh…wonder what’s going on here.  Rusev calls Reid a coward who will run away when it suits him.  Rusev tells Reid if he wants to prove himself, they need to make this match a Russian Chain match.  Reid agreed.  As soon as both were chained together, they immediately went to battle. Reid was immediately overpowered by the sheer strength of Rusev.  Reid threw everything including a spinnarooni at the Bulgarian but it barely fazed him.  Jackie, holding a chain of her own attacks Raquel and knocks her out with the chain.  She then leaves the ring…her mission accomplished.  Rusev then went back and destroyed Reid.  At the 7 minute mark, he wrapped the chain around Reid’s neck and then threw him over the top rope.  Reid struggled but could not get himself free.  Rusev then dragged Reid back in the ring and laid him out in the center.  He then went to the top rope and nailed a kneedrop to Reid’s windpipe.  Rusev makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Rusev kicks Reid out of the ring and celebrates with his newly won ELITIST TITLE.  Medical staff came out and helped both Reid and Raquel to the back on stretchers.

We cut to the back for a quick promo by El Dragon Insano.  El Dragon says he is glad Malo Leche de Mantequilla is gone from the Cartel.  He was nothing more than a leech on their team.  El Dragon says that Rey Rey gave him permission to make the following announcement.  With Malo gone, they have a new body to fill that role.  In walks the masked man we saw from earlier who attacked Abyss.  “His name is El Riche Pollo and he is the newest member of the 719 Cartel.”  Hulk Hogan walks over and asks who this guy is.  “Trust me Mr. Hogan, it is ok for him to be here.”  Hogan doesn't believe him and says he is going to ‘check his records’.

We are down to the first of our two main events.  Match #7 has Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt taking on the HWF World Champ Batista.  This one is set up as a no DQ Brawl Games rules match.  For the first 7 minutes, Batista was in control.  After that, Bray just got pissed off.  For the following 9 minutes, he showed why he was the Undisputed Champion.  Bray got some outside interference from Centurion who came out to show support.  Bray then stood on Batista’s throat until he was practically out cold.  Bray makes the cover and gets the 3 count but Dave also has to beat a 10 count (last man standing).  Dave is not able to get up in time and Bray Wyatt retains his title in a killer 16 min fight.

The ring is cleared as the staff get ready for our second main event:  Match #8: Bobby Lashley vs Brock Lesnar in a Hell in a Cell.  The same video from yesterday is run showing the history between these two.  Both men enter the cell and just as the bell rings, it’s on.  To steal a phrase from Jim Ross, this was nothing short of a slobberknocker.  This was a 100% brawl; no wrestling here.  Brock hits an F-5 early on but Bobby kicks out.  Bobby nails a spinebuster but Brock easily kicks out.  This goes on for 21 minutes.  The first HOLY SHIT moment of the match is when Brock tried to throw Bobby off the cage (and to the table below) but Bobby reverses it and nails a spinebuster on the top of the cage.  DAMN.  Brock ends up battling back and knocks Bobby off the cage (he was hanging) and he falls and lands on the table breaking it.  Our second HOLY SHIT moment.  Brock climbs down and drags Bobby back into the ring.  Brock goes for an F-5 but Bobby reverses it and hits a Dominator.  He is too out of it though to go for a pin.  Brock nails 3 consecutive power clotheslines. He follows it up with a powerslam but he doesn't capitalize on it; instead he goes to the turnbuckle to showboat.  Bobby regains his composure and grabs Brock from the top turnbuckle and hits a Dominator for our third HOLY SHIT moment of the match.  A very weary Bobby Lashley crawls over and drapes his arm on Brock.  The ref counts 1….2…..3.  Bobby Lashley defeats Brock Lesnar in what is sure to be the match of the year.  Oh My God.  Bobby can barely stand and Brock rolls out of the ring; shoving away medical staff and walks to the back on his own.  Bobby Lashley remains in the ring celebrating as the cage is raised.
