HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 02.11

  
Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  We were just told by GM Hulk Hogan that our main event will be Kurt Angle vs MW3 for the World title in a best of 3 falls specialty match.  However, if Kurt loses, he will be traded to the HWF.

We were also told The Ascension and Kane will take on the Warriors for the titles at a future show.  It seems that the Warriors accepted the match. 

The show kicks off with our first match.  Big Show vs Alexander Rusev for the North American title.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out to say that this will be one fall takes all but Rusev wants a specialty match.  He calls for a Russian Chain.  Show surprisingly agrees quickly.  The Bulgarian turned Russian immediately blasted Big Show with the chain multiple times weakening the champ.  He eye raked Show with the chain causing Show to bleed.  Show began to battle back and even both men fought on the outside of the ring for about 2 minutes (this is a no-countout match).  Rusev drops a knee to Show’s windpipe and the champ is struggling for air.  Rusev then picks up Show and nails the Accolade.  He makes the cover and the ref counts 1…2…3.  Alexander Rusev has just defeated Big Show and is now the NEW NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPION.  Rusev gets the mic and tells the CSWA that he is taking this title back to Russia and will hand it to President Putin himself.  “Over my dead body” rings through the speakers and out runs Daniel Bryan carrying the American Flag.  Bryan starts pelting Rusev with lefts, rights and kicks.  Bryan nails a dropkick that sends Rusev out of the ring.  Rusev is pissed.  Daniel says he is the official #1 contender.  Rusev gets back in the ring and the two slug it out.  Rusev grabs the American Flag and begins to choke Bryan with it.   The fans get pissed at this action.  GM Hulk Hogan runs (well, hobbles) down and breaks it up between the two.  Hogan says that these two will meet…and Daniel interrupts with “at WRESTLEMANIA.”  The fans pop huge and Hogan looks shocked at Bryan for making this announcement.  Rusev leaves at Hogan’s insistence.  Bryan gets the American Flag and climbs the turnbuckle waiving it to the cheering of the audience.   I guess we have our first Wrestlemania Match booked. (12 minutes for the match; 20 minutes for the segment)

In the back, Angelina Love introduces Madison Rayne into the Beautiful People.  Southern Belle and Fusion Valentine don’t care for this.  Love says that if they don’t like it, they can have a match and the winners get to keep the moniker.  Belle and Valentine agree.

We head back to the ring for our next match which is The Fiend w/ the Miz vs the Axe w/ Dirk Devon.  For 9 minutes, the Fiend took the match to the Axe but it was after the Miz tried to get involved that the tide turned. Dirk had hit the Fiend with a chair behind the ref’s back.  Dirk then dropped the chair and Miz picked it up.  The ref saw Miz chasing Dirk with a chair and then sent him from ringside.  After that, it was Axe with illegal interference from the Pick that the Band got the upper hand.  After hitting a power punch, Axe drops a knee to the stomach of the Fiend and pins him in the ring (Axe used the ropes for leverage).  Master Bull came out and said that since Dirk Devon wanted to get himself involved in a match, he would be in one next.  (19 min)

The Miz vs Dirk Devon happens next.  Miz ran back down and attacked Dirk before the bell could ring.  Axe jumped in and started to double team Miz until the Fiend recovered enough to even out the odds.  Master Bull then banned Axe from ringside.  Dirk was taking the match to the Miz and this time, the Fiend caused distractions on the outside of the ring.  At one point, the Fiend got on the apron and Dirk hit him with a punch and this allowed Miz to hit the Mizard of Oz and pin Dirk in the middle of the ring.  The Fiend got in the ring but Dirk rolled out and made his way to the back.  Axe came back out to help his partner. The Miz-fits celebrated in the ring briefly before heading to the back.  (20 min)

In the interview area, ‘Luke Warm’ Lucas Johnston says that he is not getting a fair shake in the HWF/CSWA.  In walks GM Hulk Hogan who corrects him by saying that Johnston just isn’t performing to the expectations of the CSWA.  Johnston tells Hogan he wants another shot tonight.  Hogan says he’ll make it happen.

We head back to the ring for the next match which has Cactus Jackie taking on Layla El for her title spot.  Jackie was holding her own until the Undisputed Women’s Diva’s Champ Ravishing Raquel comes out.  Jackie gets distracted and thrown off her game.  Layla capitalizes and catches Jackie with an armdrag into a rollup for the 1-2-3.  Layla gets the win and retains her spot.  (24 min)

Kurt Angle is being interviewed and he says “Tonight, the CSWA World title comes back to its rightful owner and I will walk out victorious.  It’s True…It’s DAMN True.”

We head back to the ring for our next match which is Lucas Johnston taking on Heath Slater.  GM Hulk Hogan says that Johnston needs to win as it is his last chance at a contract and if he loses, he’s done.  Slater got a better pop than Johnston.  It’s not that people are booing or cheering for Johnston; it’s just that nobody cares.  Johnston definitely held his own but the fans just didn’t get into it (Who is this guy?  I’m going to the bathroom).  Johnston caught Slater with a flying dropkick and he makes the cover to get the 1-2-3.  ‘Luke Warm’ Lucas Johnston just got his first win and the fans just don’t care.  He parades around the ring but then leaves in a huff.  (20 min)

In the back, CSWA World Champion MW3 has a mic. 

“Kurt Angle, last show, you stuck your nose where it didn’t belong and put me in the Angle Lock, forcing me to give you a rematch for my CSWA World Title.  All you had to do was ask.  But, like a curtain-jerking newbie trying to make a name for yourself, you had to pull a run-in…..you wanted to make a stateme.  Well, you made one.  At the next show, you’re going to get your chance.  You’re going to step back in the ring with the Champ, you Olympic CHUMP.  So take your Flintstone vitamins; eat a whole box of Wheaties and make sure to drink your Metamucil, because you’re going to need that extra fiber to get my boot out of your ASS!

This isn’t going to be a regular fight- oh no.  You’re not getting off that easy.  This match is going to be a Pier 6 Brawl.  Anything goes.  So bring your gold medals….bring your fancy red-white-and blue leotard….bring that stupid look you have on your face 24 hours a day.  I’m going to make the beatings you took from guys like Austin, Rock, Foley, Tazz, Jarrett, Sting, Triple H….all of those will look like a walk in the park compared to what I’m going to do to you.  That broken neck you got in the Olympics, will be nothing compared to what happens to you.  I might just let you off with the injury that ended Sid Vicious’ career…..

And as for that Angle Lock….I won’t be tapping to that every again.  EVER.  You want my Gold, you’re going to have to take it.  And I promise you, saying it and doing it are two different things.

I’ll bring what I have…..you bring what you have….and let’s see what happens….”  POWERFUL!

The Desperados (the Stache and El Chango) make their way out to the ring.  They say that as the #1 contenders for the World Tag Team titles, they are issuing a challenge to the champs the Ascension that they want their match.  MJ appears on the Omegatron and says that his team is not here tonight but will agree to put the belts on the line soon.  As the Desperados get ready to leave, the Ascension run in from the crowd and try to attack them but the Desperados were prepared and turned the Ascension away without any issues.  I think these guys are ready.

It is time for our Main Event.  First, out comes the challenger to “You Suck” chants from the crowd.  Kurt flips off the fans as he heads to the ring. Music hits and out comes the CSWA World Heavyweight Champion MW3.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that this will be a best of 3 falls match and reminds us that if Kurt loses, he will be traded to the HWF.  Angle attacks MW3 before the bell and levels him with chair shots.  The bell finally rings and the champ is at a severe disadvantage.  The match goes 11 minutes and favors the challenger who gets the pin in 11 minutes after hitting a top rope Superplex.  MW3 is trying to regain his balance but Angle just continues the offensive barrage.  MW3 shows us why he won the title in the first place and he really takes the match to Kurt.  Kurt purposefully crashes into the ref causing him to go down.  Kurt then grabs a chair and after knocking the wind out of MW3, he puts the chair around the ankle of MW3 and stomps hard on it.  MW3 is in severe pain.  Kurt discards the chair and just as the ref recovers, Angle locks MW3 in the Angle Lock but MW3 just won’t tap out.  Angle keeps it locked in and MW3 ends up passing out from the pain.  Kurt Angle is awarded the fall by submission and he becomes the NEW CSWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.  Fellow turncoats the Caped Crusader and John Cena come down and parade Angle around on their shoulders.  Confetti and balloons fall from the ceiling and our show comes to an end.  (10 min for the match; 15 min for the segment).

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 02.10


Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Tonight’s show is quite a bit different than the last few have been as this was really all about matches.  Let’s begin.

Our first match of the night is The Stache vs #ConanJ in a singles match.  This one goes 16 minutes.  Both men on the outside of the ring.  #ConanJ is beating down the Stache and then throws him back in just as the bell rings.  #ConanJ gets counted out and the fans laugh at him as he makes his way to the back.  The ring announcer takes a mic and says “Stache, you just won your match. What are you going to do next?”  Stache replies "I'm going to go have some chicken."  He then leaves the ring.

On the Omegatron, Bray Wyatt cuts a promo about tragedies, and what happened makes him want to do something horrible. He twists a spike in his fingers and says it’s all a pity, but it’s time.  “There is a time for peace and a time for war.   War is now.”  He laughs maniacally.  A group of druids walk out and light some torches, then a casket is wheeled out to the ring. The lid is lifted and Bray Wyatt sits up, and he asks if they can feel it, because he can feel ‘him'; weak and broken like them. Bray says ‘his’ soul is lost, but he can send ‘him’ home, and his mission is to do so, because Bray Wyatt is the face of fear. He says he will go to Wrestlemania, and he will claim the soul of the Undertaker, then he lays back and the druids close the casket lid.

Next up is Alberto El Patron vs Randy Orton for his US title spot.  Randy Orton gets the win in 21 min after knocking out Alberto with a punt to the head.  After the match, he was going to go for a second one but
GM Hulk Hogan came out and stopped him threatening him with suspension if he connected with a second kick.

Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar for IC title placement.  Roman gets the surprising win in 12 minutes after hitting Brock with a powerbomb.  Roman moves up a spot and Lesnar moves down.  Reigns is next in line for a shot at Tyler Breeze’s IC belt.

The Ascension and Kane say their time is now and challenge the Warriors for the 6 Man tag team titles.

Big Show vs Abyss for the NA title.  Show hits a Chokeslam in 13 and gets the win.  He retains.  After the match, Alexander Rusev runs down and blasts Show with the flagpole.  Rusev is next in line for a title shot.

MW3 vs MVP for the CSWA world title is next.  MW3 secures a win in 12 min after hitting an insuguri.  Kurt Angle comes out and attacks MW3 and traps him in the Angle Lock.  He makes MW3 agree to a title match at the next show.  MW3 reluctantly agrees.

AJ Lee makes her way back out to the ring and calls out Paige.  Paige comes out but remains on the stage.  She tells AJ she has to decline the request at this time.  AJ rushes out of the ring and Paige bails.             

Kalisto & Solomon Crowe vs ECIII and Rockstar spud for their title spot.  The Desperados come out and sit at ringside.  The Stache and El Chango are eating chicken from a bucket (love that chicken from Col. Popeye the sailor man).   ECIII and Spud are distracted.  In 18 minutes, Crowe hits a Headlock Driver and gets the pin.  ECIII and Spud are now out of the tag team title running…for now.  ECIII is threatening Stache and El Chango for their interference and promises to make them pay.  Stache and El Chango continue to eat the chicken (finger cluckin’ good).

The Miz-fits are interviewed in the back but it is cut short when they are attacked by the Band (Dirk Devon and the Axe). The Band run away (cowards) as soon as the Miz got a chair.

The Undisputed Women’s Champion Ravishing Raquel (carrying both belts) comes out to a pop.  She gives credit to all women wrestlers on the roster especially AJ who put up a hell of a fight.  Now, she is the undisputed Women’s champion and the #1 Diva in the HWF and CSWA.  She welcomes a challenge from any of the women on the roster. 

It is time for our main event with Daniel Bryan vs Cesaro.  This one was truly a blockbuster match.  It was a very entertaining 21 minute match which by all accounts should be a ‘Match of the Night’ contender (if one truly existed).  Bryan gets the win after getting Antonio to tap out to the Yes Lock.  Bryan is now a contender also for the North American Title.  After the match, Alexander Rusev comes out and Daniel Bryan is waiting for him.  They brawl for a few minutes before North American Champion Big Show comes out.  Show hits Rusev with a big foot to the face and he falls out of the ring.  Show grabs Daniel Bryan and hits a Chokeslam.  Show stands in the ring holding his title as Bryan is out in the ring and Rusev is cursing at Show all the while backing up the ramp.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 02.09


Tonight’s show takes place in Oakland, CA.

*The Omegatron lights up and says “The Road to Wrestlemania Begins Tonight.”  Pop from the crowd.

Our show begins with Buff Austin coming out to complain about losing the IC title.  He then is reminded he is the #1 contender for the X-Division title and he calls Kane out for his match. 

Kane defends the X-Division title against Buff Austin.  Buff must have had a lot of pent up anger in him as he was beating down the Big Red Machine.  For 12 minutes, Buff blasted Kane with everything he had.  In a desperate move, Kane caught Buff coming off the ropes and hit a Chokeslam from Hell. He made the cover and got the 1-2-3 (just barely).  Kane retains his title.  Buff Austin leaves with his head hanging low.  (13 min)

Daniel Bryan makes his way out and calls out Alexander Rusev.  Bryan calls Rusev a coward for attacking him after he had a brutal match against the Big Show.   Rusev shows up on the Omegatron and says he has a letter to read from Russian President Vladimir Putin.  ‘Mr. Rusev, I commend you on your dedication to the Motherland and we know you have much potential.  I hereby absolve you from any past deeds you may have done that made our Country look unfavorable.  The slate is wiped clean and we have a renewed faith and trust that you will respect and honor us in the way a true patriot would.  Signed President Vladimir Putin.’ “So you see Daniel Brian, you are an American dog who needs to be put down and that process will start with ME, Alexander Rusev destroying everything you hold dear.”  Daniel yells for Rusev to come down and in from the crowd runs Rusev.  He attacks Daniel Bryan and beats him down.  Bryan battles back and goes for the Yes lock but Rusev reverses it and hits the Accolade.  Rusev pulls out the Russian flag and makes like he’s going to lay it on Brian but waves his finger no and ends up taking out an Oakland Raiders flag and lays that on Brian instead.  The fans go BALLISTIC!  Fans actually begin throwing stuff at him in the ring and fearing he may have gone too far, he bolts and runs (and I mean runs) to the back.

GM Hulk Hogan comes out and tries to get the fans to cool down. It actually took 5 minutes to get the crowd down from Defcon 1. 

Kenta, Sanada & Tajiri vs Prestige Inc. for their title spot is up next.  In 18 minutes, Sanada gets the win for his team after hitting Reid with a Tiger Suplex and had hooked the trunks for extra leverage.  Reid tried to confront Sanada but he just walked away.

Dolph Ziggler comes out and says he still has not forgotten about Cena and wants him in a match.  Cena shows up but declines singles competition but will accept a tag match.  Ziggler agrees but says tonight is not about him but about these two guys – Kalisto and Solomon Crowe.  Ziggler watches from ringside.

John Cena and the Caped Crusader vs. Kalisto and Solomon Crowe.  The two newcomers were definitely taking the match to Team Me.  About 9 minutes in, Ziggler got tired of Cena’s illegal actions and attacked him on the outside of the ring hitting the Zig Zag.  The ref saw this and disqualified Kalisto and Crowe for outside interference.  The Caped Crusader fought Ziggler off long enough to get Cena out of there. (9 min)

HWF GM Master Bull comes out and says that if Ziggler really wants action tonight, he can take on the HWF World Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt.

We go to the back and see ‘The American Dream’ Dusty Rhodes walking in from outside.  A reported rushes up to him to ask why he’s here and Dusty says that he needs to talk to his two boys.

MVP comes out saying he’s the #1 contender for the CSWA World title.  His is interrupted by Kurt Angle who challenges him for his spot.  For 16 minutes, Angle went toe to toe with MVP.  At that point, the CSWA World Champion MW3 came out and stood on the ramp.  Angle finally noticed him and ended up eating a playmaker from MVP.  MVP ends up reversing a belly to belly Suplex from Angle and hits a Belly to Back Suplex and pins Kurt after the 1-2-3 count.  MVP retains his spot.  MVP says he wants his match next show.  MW3 agrees.  (19 min)

Goldust and Stardust are shown waiting in the locker room, and Goldust says he doesn’t want to go there, then Dusty Rhodes walks in. He says their family has been going through some tough times, and Dustin has been trying to get through to Cody, and none of this galaxy stuff matters. He says whatever happens, they have a bond, then he asks them to stand together and Dustin and Cody shake hands but Stardust hits the Dark Matter and leaves Goldust laying on the floor.  Dusty yells at Stardust and Cody turns and hits his father with the bionic elbow.  Dusty falls to the floor and lays next to Goldust. Stardust yells “CODY IS DEAD. There is ONLY Stardust.”  He then walks off.

The Jones Boys come out to explain why they interfered.  #CaseyJ says he doesn’t want part timers running the roost.  #ConanJ adds that he still has a bone to pick with MW3 and, by association, Donnie B.  #ConanJ says they will turn the HWF/CSWA into their “killzone”.

We head back to the ring for singles action.  American Wolves member Eddie Edwards vs Beer Money’s James Storm is next.  This one goes 18 minutes and sees Edwards duck a superkick from Storm and then hits him with one of his own.  He rolls him up and gets the 1-2-3.  Bobby Roode runs out but Edwards gets out of the ring in time.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that since Roode is in the ring, he gets his match next against Davey Richards.

Davey Richards vs Bobby Roode.  This one goes 13 minutes and without Storm out there to back him up, Roode gets schooled by Richards.  Davey hits Bobby with a German Suplex and hooks the leg for the 1-2-3.  Eddie Edwards runs down and they hit Roode with the Force of Nature (a powerbomb/double knee backbreaker combination) and leave him beaten in the ring.  Richards gets a mic and says this doesn’t begin to settle things between them and they still want Beer Money in tag team action.

AJ Lee comes out and calls down Paige.  Paige skips her way down to the ring.  AJ wants to know why she seems to have a problem with her.  Paige says she just wants to make a name for herself and what better way than to BEAT a former Women’s Champion.   Paige attacks her and refs come out to separate them.  GM Hulk Hogan comes back out and makes this a match right now.  In 15 minutes, AJ hits Paige with the Shining Wizard and gets the win.  After the match, Paige crawls to the corner and starts to cry.  AJ, feeling moved by this, goes over.  Paige kicks AJ’s legs out from underneath her and AJ’s face crashes into a turnbuckle.  Paige then locks an unconscious AJ in the PTO (Paige Tap Out) but for obvious reasons, AJ can’t tap.  Paige lets her go and then leaves the ring.  AJ is helped up and out of the ring.  She looks to be sporting a shiner now.

Next up is our next title match with Bobby Lashley defending the US title against Christopher Daniels.  Daniels gets the first fall in 11 minutes after hitting Lashley with an Enzuigiri.  Bobby battles back and ends up scoring the second fall after blinding Daniels with an eye rake and a roll up for the 3 in 13 min. With the third fall, for 25 minutes, Bobby dominated the Fallen Angel but just couldn’t score the pin.  Right after the 25 minute mark, Daniels, playing possum, hits the Angels Wings on Lashley.  He makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Christopher Daniels has just won the US Title.  After the match, both AJ Styles and Samoa Joe come out to congratulate the new champ but then it turns into a melee when both AJ and Joe attacked the new champ and then each other.  What a cluster****. (49 min total)

It is time for the MAIN EVENT.  HWF World Champion Bray Wyatt is defending the title against Dolph Ziggler.  This one will have Brawl Games rules.  This one has a no DQ stipulation which put Dolph right on the losing end as John Cena came out and blasted him numerous times with a steel chair while Bray looked on.  John finally leaves.  Bray picked up a baseball bat and blasted Dolph across the back with it.   Dolph connects with a weak Zig Zag but can’t capitalize on it.  Bray hits him again with the bat across the back. He goes for a pin but Dolph kicks out at two.  Bray takes the badtand bashes Dolph in the ribs and then hits Sister Abigail.  Bray makes the cover but somehow Dolph gets his foot on the ropes.  Bray storms off and sits in the corner contemplating his next move.  This gives Dolph a little time to recover and he hits the Zig Zag again but only for a 1 count.  Bray pulls Dolph outside the ring and whips him hard into the ringpost and it looks like his head bounced off the post.  Dolph looks to be unconscious.  Bray drags him back in the ring and gets the 3 count and then stands back to see if Dolph can answer the 10 count.  The ref gets all the way to 10 with Dolph barely moving and awards the match to Bray via KO.  Bray Wyatt retains his title.   (8 min).  After the match, Cena runs down and hits Dolph with the F-U.  Cena then looks at Bray and says he is next in line for a shot.  Bray starts to laugh uncontrollably as the show comes to an end.

After the show ended, Christopher Daniels comes back out and calls out Samoa Joe.  Joe gets on a mic and says he’s decided to take a break from wrestling and says he’s resigning. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.  AJ Styles comes out and the 3 actually break storyline and shake hands and embrace.  Kurt Angle comes out and tells the fans in attendance that Joe is an uncrowned champion and expects him to snag the #1 belt wherever he ends up.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 02.08 – ppv fallout (sorry but its another long one)


Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Well, there were quite a few shocks that happened at Warzone.  Donnie B and MW3 lost the tag team titles to the Ascension; Bray Wyatt surprisingly defeated Brock Lesnar; and finally the heel turn of Kurt Angle and his beating down CSWA World Champion MW3.  Angle has seemed to align himself with fellow turncoats John Cena and the Caped Crusader.   Our show comes from New Orleans after a day of reprieve after the PPV.  We were given a scoop that there will be a couple of surprises tonight.

The show begins with MJ and the NEW World Tag Team Champions the Ascension making their way down to the ring sporting their new championships.  The fans boo as MJ takes the mic.  “Shut up and sit down.  We’ve got something to say.  The Ascension promised that we would shake the tag team foundation to its core and we did what we said we would do.  Konnor…”  Konnor takes the mic.  “OOOOOHHHH What a rush!  HA HA. We ARE the World Tag team champions.  Do you losers know what that means?  How about I use small words so you can understand.  WE…WON.”  The fans turn the hatred up a notch.  Viktor takes the mic.  “Ohhhhh Yeaahhhhhh.  Dig it.  These belts, which we easily took from those placemats show that we are unstoppable.  We blew through the current roster with ease.  I guess that means if we’re going to defend these titles, it may have to be against some old, retired, has-been team.  Know of any?  HA HA.”  Music interrupts “IF YOU SMELLLLLLLLLLLL…WHAT THE ROCK…IS….COOKIN.”  The Rock makes his way out to a deafening pop.  Rock stands on the stage and the place is just electric.  Rock holds up his hand and his music stops.  We hear a car screech and then Mick Foley comes out and the place blows up again.  The Rock N Sock Connection are here…in New Orleans.

Rock:  well, well….glad you could take time out to join me Mick…being on your comedy tours and all.
Mick Foley:   Thanks Rock…how’s Hollywood?
Rock:  Great Mick….getting ready for Fast and Furious 7 (cheap POP).
MF:  I heard you were filming….right down here…..in The BIG Easy, New Orleans, LA!  (Cheaper Pop).

Rock and Mick Foley make their way down and get in the ring.

Konnor:  Whoa-whoa…what the hell is this?
Viktor:  Field trip from the old folks home, Konnor.  (Laughs)

Rock:  (raising eyebrow):  Oh, Mick, look at this.  Junior and his buddy Skippy here are interrupting our conversation.

MJ:  Hey-hey!  These men are-

Rock:  IT DOESN’T MATTER WHO THEY ARE!
MF:  Know your role Jabroni.
Rock (to MF):  Whoa-whoa-whoa Mick, this ain’t sing along with the Rock….

Rock:  (hold up hand in a Stop Motion):  -is for Jackasses….now….shut your damn mouth Jabroni.  If the Rock, or Mankind want to hear anything out of you….one of us will beat it out of you.  Now, to the two trained chimps in the shoulder pads behind you….just because you dress up in your little make-up….put on your Pop Warner shoulder pads…..start running around, stick out your tongues and yelling ‘oh what a rush’ like a pair of jackasses….and you call the Rock n Sock Has-beens….the man to my right is a multiple time Heavyweight Champion, WWE CHAMPION, Tag Team Champion and the Original Hardcore Legend .  Cactus Jack….Mankind….Dude Love….MICK FOLEY….

Rock:  And you are looking at the MOST ELECTRICFYING MAN IN SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT, BASIC CABLE, EXPANDED CABLE, HBO, THE SILVER SCREEN-   ONE OF THE BIGGEST BOX OFFICE DRAWS ON THE PLANET.  A WWE CHAMPION, WORLD CHAMPION, UNDISPUTED CHAMPION AND…….THE PEOPLE CHAMPION…..(huge pop)….AND HE IS KNOWN BY ONLY ONE NAME JABRONI….

(crowd chants ROCK!  Rock!)

Rock:  THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE LALALALALALALALALALALALLALALA   ROCK!

MF:  You two think that cuz you had to cheat to be the Champs…and get those shiny belts that you are somehow the New LOD.  Well girls, I have faced, ON MANY OCCASSIONS…..The REAL LOD, and you GIRLS ARE NO LOD!  BANG-BANG!!

Rock:  I heard that for Mardi Gras, you pancake-asses couldn’t find a hotel here in Da Big Easy…..well, the Rock has a place for you….and he’s gonna tell you where in a little song…

MJ:  We don’t have time….

Rock:  Know your Role…..and shut your MOUTH!

(Rock gets guitar and starts playing Heart Break Hotel):

Rock:

MJ:  We’re not going to defend our newly won titles against two has-beens who only show up when they need an extra pay day.  You have to EARN it.  Just like we did.

Mick Foley: Rock, I seem to think that they are afraid of putting the titles on the line against us.  If we are has-beens, what is there to fear?

Rock:  Come on you LOD knockoffs, put the title on the line.  What’s the worst that can happen?  We prove you are a flash in the pan?

MJ:  Fine. We accept.  (The Ascension look at him awkward)  Show us how big and bad you really are.

Mick Foley:  Have a nice day.

The Ascension and MJ leave the ring and then are eventually followed out by Rocky and Mick.

We are shown a clip from the PPV that has Velvet Sky telling Angelina Love that she got fired and Angelina hugs her but secretly smiles. Angelina helps Velvet with her bags, and she tries to hold back her excitement, she hugs Velvet one last time.  As Velvet Sky is walking away, we hear Angelina say ‘finally’.  Not sure what is going on here.  Why is she happy about her partner losing her job?

We finally get our first match of the night which has Beer Money taking on two new guys.  The new guys are called Kalisto and Solomon Crowe and they are accompanied to the ring by a young lady – HEY, that’s the woman who distracted AJ Lee at the PPV.  We learn her name is Paige.  Paige leads her team to the ring and they are followed out by Beer Money.  The American Wolves then made their way out and sat at ringside.  This definitely threw Storm and Roode off their game.  Kalisto and Crowe took Beer Money to the limit and even was out wrestling them at multiple times during the match.  Finally the bell rings ending this match with a draw and the Wolves hit the ring and attacked Beer Money.  Eddie Edwards catches James Storm with a superkick (which Storm also uses as a move) and Richards hits Roode with the DR Driver.  Beer Money bail and have shocked looks on their faces as the Wolves try to get them back in the ring but eventually Beer Money leaves. (30 min draw)

John Cena comes out and the crowd starts to get worked up.  John has a mic.  “Simmer down, simmer down.  I really don’t know why you are all getting worked up over my change of heart.  You’ve been chanting ‘Cena Sucks’ for years and now when I try to figure out where I want my career to go, you all get in an uproar.  Well, I’ve had enough.  You want to chant that I suck, well guess what…YOU SUCK.  That’s right.  All you dumb-ass IWC marks; you suck.  You know what, instead of camping out in your mother’s basement eating chips off your chest and playing Halo 2, go get a life.  Instead of trolling the internet looking for things to complain about; get a life.  I don’t give a rats-ass what you think, what you want or what you think you’re entitled to.  From now on, like my friend Kurt Angle said at the PPV, it is all about the ‘I’; or in this case, ME.  I will be teaming up with my new bud the Caped Crusader and we will turn the world of wrestling on its ear.”  Cena drops the mic and walks out to the booing from the fans.

The American Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) storm into GM Hulk Hogan’s office and they demand the heads of Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode).  Hogan tries to get them to calm down but they say that these cowardly attacks from Storm and Roode have hit their limit.  They tell Hogan to make something happen soon or they will.  They storm out of his office.

Paige is walking around the back when she is approached by AJ Lee.  Lee confronts her about the distraction at the PPV.  Paige just shrugs it off but AJ won’t let her off that easy.  AJ grabs her by the shoulder and whips her around.  Paige doesn’t like that and hits AJ with a forearm smash across AJ’s face.  Paige just skips off.

HWF World and Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt makes his way to the ring.  Wyatt says that he has found 2 new wrestlers to bring under his wing and lead them on to glory.  He introduces…Casey Jones and #ConanJones.  The Jones boys come out and the fans are confused.  Why would they team with Bray.  Casey gets on the mic and tells us he is changing his name.  He will now be known as #CaseyJ.  Conan takes the mic and says he will be known as #ConanJ.  He then goes on a rant.

“We....the Jones' are the meat and potatoes...and maybe we got left off the PPV.......will the fluff...and spoiled milk made the show????? Wtf......glitz and glam, hot air and smoke being blown ..... the C@cksucker Wussie and Fluff/ Hasbeen Wishywashy Fagazis have it out for the REAL talent......that’s ok.....I’m sure jerry springer has more non-stop action than these guys......or maybe we should just tune into the 1980s wwf animated superstars to see hogan and these clowns in their prime.”  (Editor’s note:  we just figured out he was talking about former Tag team champs Donnie B and MW3).  Bray took the mic from him and just shook his head.   They are up next in 6 man competition. 

Bray Wyatt and the Jones boys are taking on Kevin Steen, Curtis Axel and Jack Swagger.  These guys (Steen seem to have addressed whatever issue was going on between them.  We saw a LOT of triple teaming from both teams but it was the Jones Boys, led by Bray Wyatt, who owned the match.  At the end of the match, Axel was beating down on Wyatt but then Kevin Steen did a blind tag and said that “he’s got this”.  Bray recovered and hit a short arm clothesline.  #CaseyJ took out Curtis Axel and #ConanJ took out Jack Swagger.  Bray then connected with Sister Abigail and rolled Steen up for the 1-2-3.  Bray and the Jones boys are victorious in their first team up.  (22 min) 

In the back, Master Bull (aka the Bullster) and Hulk Hogan are chatting about a future Beer Money / American Wolves match.  Both men agree that this needs to happened sooner rather than later and agree that at the next show, all four men will see action but it will be in singles competition.

Our next match is another 6 man competition.  This time, the Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Ryback) are taking on the newly formed ‘Team Me’ of John Cena, Kurt Angle and the Caped Crusader.  Team Me was definitely in control of the match until Dolph Ziggler came out and rushed the ring with a steel chair.  He went right after John Cena which caused the DQ.  Cena, Angle and CC get the win.  Cena took a chair shot but the Caped Crusader hit Dolph with the WAM!BAM!POW and it was enough for them to get out of the ring and off to safety.  Kurt was further up the ramp than his teammates and he was met by the CSWA World Champion MW3.  MW3 caught Angle and hit the MW2 kneelift.  Cena and CC grabbed Kurt and they booked it out of there.  (16 min)

We are ready for the next match that pits Adam Rose and Adrian Neville against the Dust Brothers. The Dust Brothers were in control for 24 minutes but then double teaming on Goldust changed the pace of the match.  Rose beat down on Goldie until he (Goldust) hit the Shattered Dreams.  Stardust then tagged himself in.  There were words between the Dust Brothers and Goldust shoved Stardust.  Stardust turned around and got caught with a swinging fisherman’s Suplex.  Rose made the cover and got the 1-2-3.  After the match, Stardust got into a yelling match with Goldust and walked out on him.  (29 min)

GM’s Master Bull and Hulk Hogan come to an agreement on tonight’s main event. It will be the Rock N Sock connection taking on the Ascension in a non-title match.

We go back to the ring where David Otunga is already waiting.  His opponent tonight is Kane and their match is for the X-Division Title.  Otunga got ONE offensive move in and that was a clothesline that did little against Kane.  Kane shrugged it off and hit the Chokeslam from Hell and pinned Otunga in just under 2 minutes. 

We are treated to a live stream interview with the American Dream Dusty Rhodes.  Rhodes says he will be at the next show to address the situation going on between Goldust and Stardust.

It is time for our Main Event: Rock N Sock Connection vs the Ascension for the World Tag Team Titles.  Before the match could begin, GM Master Bull came out and told us that the match was created without the approval from the GM’s but this is what is best for business so he will allow this match to happen.  Unless they win the titles, this will be the only time we’ll see this team again.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that the match needs to be called fair and square and says we need a special guest referee.  He introduces the Caped Crusader.  CC says he will call it right down the middle as he fights for Justice.  The Rock N Sock Connection are introduced and the place just goes crazy.  Rock and Foley (dressed up as Mankind) head down to the ring.  Next, MJ comes out and introduces the NEW World Tag Team Champions Konnor and Viktor – The Ascension.  All 3 men head down to the ring. 

The bell rings and Konnor charges the Rock who immediately hits a Rock Bottom. Konnor immediately tags out to Viktor.  Viktor comes in and receives a kick to the gut and then is dropped with a DDT.  He tags back out.  Finally, the Ascension get their heads on right and take the fight to the Rock.  All 4 men end up slugging it out in the ring.  Mankind locks Viktor in the Mandible Claw and Konnor throws Rock out of the ring.  Viktor is tagged in and Rock immediately hurls him out of the ring.  Viktor is back in and hits a Russian leg sweep.  He tags back out and Konnor is immediately DDT’d.  Rock goes for the pin but Viktor breaks it up.  MJ creeps behind Mankind and hits him with a chair.  (on a side note, Caped Crusader let the Ascension tag in an out as they saw fit.  He would not pay attention when Foley would try to get in but he claims to have not seen the tag so he would send Mick to the outside time and time again).  Foley jumps down and goes after MJ who scurries off.  Konnor and Viktor take Rock out of the ring and hit the Fall of Man on the floor.  All of a sudden, #CaseyJ and #ConanJ make their way out.  They rush the ring and attack the Ascension causing the DQ.  The Ascension retain their tag team titles via DQ.  Mick makes his way back down and attacks the Ascension.  Konnor and Viktor beat him down until the Rock is back in for the save.  Rock Bottom to Konnor and Viktor (the Jones boys ran away after their interference) and they roll out of the ring.  Rock turns to the Caped Crusader who has a look of fear in his eyes.  Rock stops just short of another Rock Bottom and gives him to Mick Foley.  Foley hits a DDT and then locks in the Mandible (Socko) claw.  CC eventually gets away.  The show comes to an end Rock and Foley celebrating with the fans.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 02.07 – WARZONE PPV


Hello Fans and welcome to our first PPV of the 2015 season – WARZONE!  This show is expected to look like a warzone after all is said and done.  There are a fantastic set of matches happening tonight with numerous titles on the line.  Last year at this time, Brock Lesnar was the HWF World Heavyweight Champion.  Could he become the champion 1 year later?  Also, Ravishing Raquel walked out of Warzone last year with her Diva’s title intact.  This year, she and the Women’s Champion AJ Lee put both titles on the line with one person (maybe) walking out with both titles. 

The show begins with Pyro going off and the fans explode.  At first, we are treated to our two GM’s – HWF’s Master Bull and CSWA’s Hulk Hogan.  Bull takes the mic first.  “Hello and welcome to WARZONE. (cheap pop) Everything that has transpired over the last 6 weeks has been leading us to this point.”  Hogan then added on.  “With the Hulkster and the Bullster in the house, brother, there isn’t anything we can’t pull off.  Bull and I have a working relationship and it will benefit YOU, the fans.” (cheap pop)  Bull continues.  “The show is stacked and packed and ready to explode.  Let’s get this party started.”  Bull and Hogan leave.

We cut to the back where HWF World and Undisputed Champion Bray Wyatt is standing.  Bray says that Brock Lesnar is a terrible fate that awaits the unprepared opponent but Bray is more than prepared.  He will slay the Beast and reign supreme at the top of the HWF.

More pyro goes off as our first match begins.  The show kicks off with a title match.  First, Shield member Ryback makes his way out and then is followed by the North American and Hardcore champion Big Show.  Only the North American title is on the line tonight.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and tells us that each title match for both HWF and CSWA titles will be best of 3 falls 60 minute time limit matches unless otherwise pre-determined.  Ryback and Big Show went toe to toe for a solid 8 minutes.  Ryback went for the meathook but Show ducked and then hit a huge chokeslam.  He made the cover and got the first fall win.  The next round went a bit longer and for the majority of it, both men continued fighting toe to toe.  The tide ended up changing and favored the champion who took over after hitting the Cutting Edge.  After that, Ryback just wasn’t the same.  Finally, Show climbed to the top turnbuckle and hit Ryback with a clothesline.  When both men hit the mat, it sounded like a cannon went off.  Show covered Ryback and got the 1-2-3 at the 20 minute mark.  Big Show retains the North American title.  (28 min total)

Brock Lesnar is in the back and he says he will bring Bray Wyatt a fight like he’s never seen before. He will deliver a hailstorm of fire and Bray will not survive.  Brock says that he will walk out as the World Champion and before the end of the night, he will add the Undisputed Heavyweight title to his list of championships.

Our second match of the night takes us to tag team action with the Miz-fits taking on Pick and the Axe (or Pain in the Ass is you prefer).  The Band makes their way out first and are booed all the way down to the ring.  The Miz-fits (The Fiend and the Miz) come out and the fans pop for them.  They rush the ring and of course, the Band bails.  The Miz-fits tried to get the Band to get in the ring but they just wouldn’t get in.  The Band threatened to leave if the fans wouldn’t shut up.  Finally, it took GM Master Bull to come out and threaten that if the Band didn’t get in the ring, he would fire them on the spot.  Finally, they got in the ring and the match began.  The Band took the match to the Miz-fits and stayed in control for the whole match.  The only issue was they could not get a 3 count on their opponents.  Quick and constant tags from the Miz-fits kept them (relatively) fresh.  The match ends up going to a 30 minute time limit draw.  After the match was declared over, Axe grabbed a chair and blasted both the Fiend and the Miz with it.  He drops the chair and he and Dirk Devon leave the ring.  Man, our fans do NOT like these guys.

We cut to the back where Team Warrior (Super Warrior, the Warrior of Truth and the Scorpion Warrior ) are pacing.  Super Warrior looks to the camera and says “ Here me my warriahs.   Tonight, Team Warriah will go to war with a trio of Normals whose only commonality is the letter A...  My brothers in paint and I were FORGED IN BATTLE and are BONDED BY BELIEF in the WAYS OF THE WARRIOR.  With the Scorpion Warrior and the Warrior of Truth at my side, nothing will stop us as we honor HE who came before…the Ullltamite Warriahhhhhh.  Tonight we prove ourselves to be superior and take the 6 Man Titles from those who are UNWORTHYYYYY! 

We go back to the ring for our 3rd match which is for the 6 man tag team titles.  GM Master Bull says that since there are so many participants, this one will be one fall, winner takes all.  First, Team Warrior makes their way to the ring.  The fans pop huge for all of them make their way down.   Next, they are followed out by the champs, the A-Team (Abyss, Antonio Cesaro and ‘the Man’ Austin Aries).  This one went for 19 minutes and saw triple teaming from both teams.  Sting and Abyss started off the match and really beat the snot out of each other.  Towards the end of the match, Team Warrior triple teamed Abyss for 2 minutes.  Aries and Cesaro had been disposed of on the outside.  After the ref cleared Scorpion and Super Warrior from the ring, Truth hit a scissors kick on Abyss. He made the cover.  1….2….3.  Team Warrior has just defeated the A-Team and are now the NEW 6 MAN TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS.  They celebrate in the ring until the Ascension and Kane came out and stood on the stage.  They did not make a move for the ring but only motioned that they would be taking those titles and soon. (19 min)

There is a short break as a Steel Cage is being set up. This will be for the HWF World title match between Bray Wyatt and Brock Lesnar.   Finally the cage is up and Brock’s music hits and he makes his way to the ring.  Brock gets in the ring and is pacing back and forth.  He is a man determined.  Next, out comes the World Champion Bray Wyatt.   If Bray loses the title here, he will be forced to put the Undisputed title on the line at the end of the show.  This match is also best of 3 falls. Before the match could begin, Bray pulled out some brass knuckles and hit Brock in the side of the head.  After the bell rang, it was all Bray as Lesnar could not regain his composure.  It only took 4 minutes, a lifting sideslam and Sister Abigail to give Bray the first fall.  Bray owned the second fall that went a lot longer than the last.  Brock just couldn’t recover from that brass knuckle smash Bray cheap-shot him with before the match could begin.  Brock did manage to bust Bray open early but his equilibrium was off and he could not capitalize.  Bray would battle back and then catapulted Brock into the cage busting him open.  Bray made the quick cover and got the 1-2-3.  Now he had to get out of the cage.  He started making his way up the cage but Brock recovered enough to stop him.  Bray pushed him off and then hit an insuguri that connected with Brock’s head and he went down.  Not wanting to waste any more time, Bray went to the cage door and exited.  Bray Wyatt has just defeated Brock Lesnar to retain the HWF World Title.  This means that the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship is NOT on the line tonight.  This did not sit well with GM Hulk Hogan who came out and told Bray that he was not getting off easy.  The Undisputed title would in fact be defended tonight.  Bray picked up a mic.  “I defeated the Beast but because he did not win the World title, it won’t be him.”  Hogan says “You’re right, brother.  However, it is the OTHER World Champion I’m referring to.”  Out comes MW3.  The crowd pops.  Hogan says that MW3 and Donnie B are defending the tag titles tonight and MW3 has agreed to fight a second match and it will be for the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship.  Bray is not happy.

Back to the interview area and Southern Belle and Fusion Valentine are being interviewed.  When asked about the possibility of one of them losing their jobs, Belle says “Fusion and I have come too far to lose at this stage. Our time is now.”  Fusion promises they will bring 100% and prove that they belong in the Beautiful People.

We go back to the ring and our next match is another tag team match with the Desperados (the Stache and El Chango) taking on ECIII and Rockstar Spud.  Stache and El Chango come out wearing long trenchcoats with their sponsors logos plastered all over them.  They look like walking billboards.  The fans pop for them and they shake the hands of the fans as they head to the ring.  Music hits and out comes Ethan Carter III and Spud.  The fans do not like them and shower them with booing and hissing their entire trek to the ring.  Master Bull comes out and says that he promised that this match would have specialty rules.  He has decided, with some fans he polled, that this would be a Houston Street Fight rules match.  Trash cans, stop signs and a kitchen sink all made their way into the ring during this 21 minute no-holds barred match.  El Chango and the Stache both took turns beating down their opponents.  Towards the end of the match, El Chango hits Spud with a clothesline that took both of them over the top rope.  El Chango then climbed up to the top turnbuckle and launched himself onto Spud and both crashed on the floor.  Back in the ring, ECIII set up for the One Percenter but it got reversed and was tossed to the ropes.  Stache bounced off the ropes and hit the Lasso (clothesline) taking down Ethan.  The Stache makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3 just after the 21 minute mark.  El Chango makes it back in the ring and the Desperados soak in the cheers from the fans before making their way to the back.

World Tag Team Champions Donnie B and MW3 are being interviewed.  MW3 promises that he will give his all in both the tag team title match as well as his match against Bray Wyatt for the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship.  Donnie B says “Let’s do this.”  Both men shake hands.

We cut to another interview area where Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel and Women’s Champion AJ Lee are participating in a collaborative interview.  They agree to keep it clean and Raquel says “May the best Champion win.”  AJ says just before leaving “Oh, don’t worry; she will.”

We go back to the ring for our women’s tag team match.  Southern Belle and Fusion Valentine are taking on the Beautiful People (Angelina Love and Velvet Sky).  The person who gets pinned will be out of a job and the three remaining people will be the NEW Beautiful People.   During this match, Belle and Valentine had more offensive moves but Love and Sky did more double teaming to make up for that.  At one point, Fusion Valentine grabbed both the heads of Velvet and Angelina and bashed them together.  Angelina fell off the apron and to the floor.  Fusion then dragged Velvet over to her corner and tagged in Belle. Velvet connected with a weak dropkick but Belle hit the Southern Swing.  She made the cover and got the win.   Southern Belle and Fusion Valentine are now part of the Beautiful People and Velvet Sky is now out of a job.  Sky leaves the ring on her own. (17 min)

Bray Wyatt is in the back and he has a mic.  “My good man, MW3.  I have to say that fate that Brock Lesnar met with will also apply to you.  I am afraid that there is no way you are winning MY title tonight.  Also, soon, very soon, I will introduce to the world 2 men I’m taking under my wing.  But tonight, MW3, Sister Abigail has decreed that you are leaving empty handed.”   He then starts laughing uncontrollably.  

We go back to the ring for the World Tag Team title match.  First, out comes the Ascension with MJ.  They are booed by the fans.  Next, out comes the champions ‘The Original Big Daddy’ Donnie B and the CSWA World Heavyweight Champion MW3.  GM Hulk Hogan came out and pointed out that the Ascension have had a lot of time limit draws as of late and this match is too important to leave to chance.  He is making this a 60 minute match but is still best of 3 falls.  The first fall is totally owned by the champs.  They beat the living snot out of the Ascension showing exactly why they are the champs.  Konnor and Viktor have never looked so bad in any match to date.  Donnie B gets the first fall in 15 minutes after hitting Konnor with the Lights out brainbuster.  The second fall saw the dominant team of the Ascension rear their ugly heads. 5 minutes in, Konnor pulls MW3 out of the ring and the rams his (MW3) back into the steel post.  He throws MW3 back in and Viktor nails a huge bodyslam to get the next fall.  (6 min).  Now it is time for the 3rd and final fall.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says he is extending this time limit to 60 minutes – just in case.  Donnie B knew his partner was hurt so he took his place in the ring.    The Ascension tore through the champs like wet paper.  Donnie B got injured and was dumped out of the ring.  MW3, having mostly recovered, got into the ring but was double teamed for 3 minutes (who by the way, surprisingly still held his own).  Viktor goes out of the ring and bashes Donnie B’s head into the steel post busting him open.  Bray Wyatt comes out and distracts MW3 which allows Konnor to hit a powerslam on MW3.  Konnor then climbs to the top rope and yells (DIG IT) and hits a flying elbow drop.  Konnor makes the cover and the ref counts 1…2…3.  The Ascension have just won the World Tag Team Titles.  Holy Crap.  The fans start throwing tons of junk into the ring in protest but the Ascension don’t care.  MJ raises their hands and they celebrate in the ring.  Finally they leave and the influx of junk hitting the ring ceases.  MW3 goes out to help his tag team partner who is lying in a pool of blood.  They call for medics who help take Donnie B to the back.

We take a 5 minute break for the cleaning crew to come out and clean the ring.  A video is shown of the history between AJ Lee and Ravishing Raquel.

It is time for the match to determine who will be the Undisputed Women’s Champion – Women’s champion AJ Lee comes out first and then is followed by Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  GM Master Bull comes out and says that there is a lot at stake and does not want to see this end on a DQ or countout so he is making this one fall, 60 minute time limit to allow both women to do what they need to.  Fortunately, they did not need the full time limit but used the time they had and blew the roof off.  This had to be one of the best matches of the night with both women giving their all.  Raquel was in the lead (in way of points) at the 17 minute mark but after 45 seconds of being trapped in the Black Widow, it drained her BUT she did NOT quit.  AJ began battling back with renewed passion. AJ hit the Shining Wizard and the ref counted 1…2… KICKOUT.  Amazingly, Raquel somehow managed to kick out to survive, even if only for a few more minutes.  AJ hit it a second time and Raquel kicked out a second time. AJ stood there shaking her head in disbelief.  Suddenly, a female fan who was sitting at ringside (she’s a looker – I wonder how we missed her before) started to call out to AJ.  AJ looked at her but then dismissed her.  AJ hit a cross arm sit out slam and the fan at ringside called out again.  AJ left the ring to find out what this fan wanted.  She was only gone a few seconds but seemingly it was all Raquel needed to recover.  AJ got back in the ring and hit a neckbreaker.  AJ went to the corner and charged but Raquel caught her in mid-stride and hit the Simply Ravishing.  She makes the cover and the ref counts 1…2…3.  Ravishing Raquel has just defeated AJ Lee to win the Women’s title and now she is the UNDISPUTED Women’s Champion.  Raquel collapses in the ring and her husband ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild and the other members of Prestige Inc. hit the ring and congratulate Raquel.  Reid raises Raquel’s arm and then plants a big ol’ kiss on her.  Prestige Inc. all leave the ring together.  The fans are really behind Raquel.  We never did find out who that fan was.

MW3 is being interviewed minus Donnie B who is still being attended to by medical.  MW3 says they put up a hell of a fight and the Ascension were just too much.  However, he and Donnie B will be seeking a return match in the future and when the time comes, they will be prepared.  However, tonight, he has a chance to win the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship.  “I’m not really happy that I just went through hell and have to wrestle again after you had 90 minutes to rest but as the CSWA World Champion, I don’t back down from any challenge.  I’m gonna bring what I got; you bring what you’ve got; roll the dice and we’ll see what happens.”

GM Hulk Hogan comes out and introduces CSWA World Champion MW3 who makes his way to the ring.  GM Master Bull then comes out and introduces the (still) HWF World Champion – the man who defeated the beast – and the current Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt.  Master Bull says that this will be a Lights Out rules match.  With the Undisputed title, it is one fall, winner takes all.  MW3 put up a solid show against Bray but the damage he took from his earlier match against the Ascension took its toll.   As the match continued, Bray took MW3 out of the ring and hit a piledriver on the exposed concrete.  MW3’s offense ended pretty much after that.  Bray pulled MW3 back into the ring and hit Sister Abigail for the win.  Bray Wyatt retains the Undisputed Heavyweight title. 

After the match, Kurt Angle’s music hits and he runs down to the ring.  He goes right by Wyatt and starts stomping on MW3.  He picks him up and hits 3 German suplexes followed by the Angle Slam.  Kurt picks up the CSWA World title and holds it over his head.  Kurt asks for a mic.  “I’ve done everything by the book and look where it got me…absolutely nowhere.  I stood up for the fans and where did it get me…absolutely nowhere.  Now, it is my turn.   This is all about ME.  My 3 I’s are now I, I, and I.  This schmuck doesn’t deserve to be World Champion.  I will get MY title back.”  He turns and then kicks and stomps on MW3 until he falls out of the ring.  “I am the Olympic Gold Medalist.  I will be World Champion again.  From this day forth, I will only align myself with people who are like me...all about the ‘me’.  Here are two of those guy now.”  Out comes John Cena and the Caped Crusader.  The fans boo.  Kurt drops the mic and the CSWA World title and leaves the ring.  The show then comes to an end.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 02.06 – two separate shows


Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  The Warzone PPV is this Sunday and we actually have two shows being held simultaneously with one in San Antonio and one in Austin.  HWF GM Master Bull was in attendance at the show in San Antonio and CSWA GM Hulk Hogan was at the Austin show.  Here are how those shows broke down.

San Antonio Show

Lucas Johnston vs AJ Styles – Johnston once again got a very ‘lukewarm’ reaction from the fans and he just wasn’t happy about it.  30 seconds into the match, AJ tosses Johnston from the ring and he just walks out.  He didn’t even turn around.  The ref awards the match to AJ Styles but then out comes the Samoan Submission Machine Samoa Joe.  Joe says that AJ didn’t even have a chance to get warmed up so he is here now to give him the match the fans really want to see. 

AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe – the shortest match of the night is followed by the match tied for shortest match of the night.  30 seconds in, Joe takes AJ out of the ring and nails a muscle buster on the concrete.  Joe barely makes it back in before the 10 count.  Joe gets the win via CO and we now just had 2 matches that had less air time than it took for me to write these results.

Next up we have Tyson Kidd vs Stardust w/ Goldust – Tyson owned this entire match but it wasn’t until a mishap brought this one to a close.  After we got to 29 minutes of fighting, Goldust hopped up on the ring apron.  Stardust tried to whip Kidd into the corner but it was reversed and Stardust crashed hard into his partner.  Tyson caught Stardust coming out of the corner with a back spin kick and covered him for the 1-2-3 seconds before the time limit bell would ring.

In the back, Tyler Breeze is being interviewed and he says that Buff Austin’s days as champion end tonight.  Breeze says he’ll be walking out of the match tonight as the champ.

Back to the ring we go for our next match which has Jeff Hardy taking on Randy Orton.  This one went 16 minutes and had an impressive showing from Orton.  At the end, Hardy threw Orton over the top rope but he landed on his feet.  He then hopped over the top rope and caught Hardy with a flying dropkick.  With a little tug on the tights, Orton gets the pin.  I don’t think the tight pulling was necessary but Orton doesn’t play by the rules.

Intercontinental Champion Buff Austin says that tonight, he cements his legacy when he defeats Tyler Breeze.  When asked “what legacy?” Buff gets pissed off and leaves.

Next we have Awesome Kong taking on Natalya Neidhart for her spot.  Awesome Kong catches Natalya in a choke slam and scores the pin at the 8 minute mark.  Awesome Kong moves up in the rankings.

Next on the card we have Rockstar Spud vs ‘Bad News’ Wade Barrett for his spot.  In 13 minutes, Barrett locks Spud in an abdominal stretch and gets him to tap out.  Barrett retains his spot.  As he leaves, he tells Spud “I’ve got some bad news for you.  You lost.”

It is time for our main event which has Tyler Breeze challenging IC Champion Buff Austin for the title.  Master Bull comes out and says this is best of 3 falls. In 16 minutes, Breeze scores the first fall after nailing a bodyslam on Austin.  15 minutes later, Breeze nails a superkick out from nowhere and makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  Tyler Breeze has just defeated Buff Austin for the Intercontinental Championship.  Austin looked sad as he walked to the back.  This brought the show to an end.  Breeze remained in the ring celebrating.


Austin Show

The show kicks off with the hardcore title on the line. Big Show defends the title against Daniel Bryan. This will be a falls count anywhere match.  At the end, Big show took Bryan and hit a powerbomb from the ring apron through the announce table.  HOLY SHIT chants were everywhere.  The second fall favored the champion (Bryan could barely stand) and in 11 minutes (Show was just playing with him), hits Brian with a Chokeslam to get the win.  Big Show retains his title.  After the match, Ryback makes his way out and says that Show had better be ready to accept a loss when he beats him (Show) for the North American Title.  After the match, Alexander Rusev runs down and hits beats on Daniel Bryan with the Russian flag.  He then stands over Daniel waving his flag.

The next match has Prestige Inc. taking on the Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Ryback).  This match was moved from the PPV due to an over-stacked card.  This one went 10 minutes and saw the Hardcore and North American champion Big Show come out.  He hit both Seth Rollins and Ryback with knock out punches.  Ambrose didn’t know what was going on and Reid capitalized and connected with the Hogan Leg Drop.  Reid made the cover and got the win for his team.  When Reid asked Hogan about the pay, the Hulkster said not to worry as they are still getting their PPV $$$.

Next up we have Cactus Jackie taking on Southern Belle.  Belle had asked for a rematch.  Jackie accepted as she has no problem beating someone twice.  This one went 19 minutes and Jackie was not ready for the ONSLAUGHT Belle brought.  Belle beat the living snot out of Jackie as she was all hulked out for the entire match.  Belle gets the win after hitting a flying body press.  After the match, Jackie bitch slapped Belle and then ran off like a frightened child.  Belle was still hulked out and chased after Jackie.

The next match is supposed to be a falls count anywhere match between the American Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) and Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode) but it never happened.  Apparently, Beer Money attacked the Wolves backstage and left them in a bloody heap.  We see broken beer bottles all over the place.  Medics attended to the Wolves.

In the back, Dolph Ziggler is talking to CSWA GM Hulk Hogan.  He tells Hogan he wants John Cena tonight.  Hogan says that Cena is not here tonight and he can’t make HWF matches.  However, before he and Bull left for their respective shows, Master Bull said that Ziggler can get Cena at the PPV but only if he defeats the Caped Crusader tonight.  Ziggler agrees and says he will make an example of the Caped Crusader tonight.  Ziggler tells Cena they will be in a Battlefield of Pain.

The next match on the card was requested by the Jones Boys (#ConanJones and Casey Jones).  They want the Ascension tonight.  The match, controlled by the Ascension, ends up going to a time limit draw.  After the match, Konnor and Viktor drop the Jones boys with the Fade to Black.

It is time for the main event which has the Caped Crusader taking on Dolph Ziggler.  This one had Ziggler written all over it.  Dolph controlled the match almost in its entirety.  The Caped Crusader battled back best he could but was no match for the master of the Zig Zag.  Dolph caught CC with a jumping DDT and then trapped him in the ropes.  He backed to the other side of the ring ready to take CC’s head off with a clothesline but the Crusader got himself free and pulled down the top rope and Ziggler went flying over it and crashed into the announcers table.  CC backed off and let the ref count.  1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8… 9…10.  Dolph Ziggler got counted out.  The Caped Crusader got out of the ring and dragged the unconscious form of Ziggler back in. He helped him to his feet and then nailed the F-U.  WHAT THE??? Caped Crusader removed his mask and revealed himself to be JOHN CENA!  Cena pulled one over on everyone (well, CC did look bigger than he had in the past).  There was a kid at ringside that had a sign that said “Why Cena Why?” and John snatched the sign from the kid and tore it up.  Cena celebrated in the ring as the fans booing increased and with this, the show comes to a close.

Bray Wyatt vs Brock Lesnar for the HWF World Title in a Steel Cage

Southern Belle and Fusion Valentine vs the Beautiful People.  If Belle and Valentine win, they become part of the Beautiful People.  Whoever is pinned is out of a job.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 02.05


Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  The show begins with taped promo from the HWF World and Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt.  Wyatt says that the Undisputed title will NOT be on the line at the PPV only because Brock Lesnar will not be winning the HWF World title.  Wyatt says (in mocking fashion) that Lesnar will Rest…in…Peace.  He then laughs maniacally. 

We head to the ring for our first match which has the Hardcore champion Mark Henry defending his title against King Damian Sandow.  Sandow was accompanied to the ring by the rest of the Prestige Inc members ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild, Magnus and the Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and makes this “boot camp” rules.  In what was a very entertaining match, his Royalness actually went toe to toe with the HC champ.  Things started to go Damian’s way after Big Show came out and distracted Henry.  Sandow took advantage and blasted Henry with a German helmet disorienting him.  He then blasted Henry with pummeling fists and the champ dropped to the mat.  Sandow makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  King Damian Sandow has scored the first fall (25 min).  The second fall goes 16 minutes and comes to an end after his Lordship catches Mark with a russian leg sweep.  Sandow scores the pin and is the NEW HARDCORE Champion.  He is immediately attacked by Big Show who called for his #1 contender shot right here and now. 

This one goes 10 minutes under Brawl Games rules and Big Show hits the knockout punch to Sandow to score the first fall.  The second fall is under ECW rules.  This one goes 16 minutes and sees Prestige Inc get involved.  Towards the end, Reid and Magnus blasted Big Show with steel chairs until he went down.  Sandow then hit a spinning elbow drop and got the second fall.  The third fall goes 8 minutes and this time, Prestige Inc couldn’t help the King.  Big Show had hit both men with knock out punches.   Sandow, trying to capitalize again with the chair, ends up eating the chair and a big foot from Show.  Big Show makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Big Show is now the Hardcore Champion in addition to the North American Champion.  GM Master Bull comes out and congratulates Show on his win but reminds him that either he defends the Hardcore title at the next show or he has to pull double duty at the PPV.  Show is pissed off but says he will defend the Hardcore title at the next show.

In the back, Dolph Ziggler says he will have a bone to pick with both John Cena and the Caped Crusader all in good time.  Dolph says that before he was a fan favorite, he was a heel and he knows the game just as well as anyone and he’ll feed Cena his teeth.

We make our way back to the ring for our next match which has Bram & MVP taking on the Colons.  This was as one sided a match as we’ve ever seen.  Bram and MVP double teamed the Colons for almost the entire match.  In a desperation attempt by the Colons, they end up injuring both MVP and Bram and Epico and Primo tried to take advantage but the bell rang bringing this one to a time limit draw.     After the match, Bram hits Epico with a lifting DDT and MVP hits Primo with the Playmaker.  They walk off leaving the Colons broken and beaten in the ring.  (30 min)

Back to the interview area and we see the CSWA World Champion and one half of the World Tag Team Champs MW3.  He says that he is looking forward to giving #ConanJones his match and if he’s (Jones) half as good as he thinks he is, this should be an interesting match.

We go back to the ring for our next match which has Sami Zayn taking on Dolph Ziggler.  In what was a pretty quick match, Ziggler gets the win after Zayn taps out to a sleeperhold.  (6 min)  After the match, John Cena comes out and stands on the stage.  Dolph invites Cena to the ring but he declines.  Dropping from the rafters comes the Caped Crusader.  As soon as he landed in the ring (Dolph was expecting this), Dolph nails CC with the Zig Zag before he is ever released from his harness.  A prone Caped Crusader is then hoisted back up to the rafters as Cena charges the ring.  Cena and Ziggler brawl until the ‘suits’ from the back come out to break it up.  HWF GM Master Bull comes out and tells these two that, even though it may be best for business, he will not have them fight at Warzone.  Ziggler begins to complain and then Cena hits him with the F-U.  Cena smirks as the fans boo him.  He flips them off and then leaves.

Back to the interview area we go and this time it is #ConanJones who says that he will defeat MW3 and then take that title.  #’s tag team partner Casey Jones walks over and tells him not to bite off more than he can chew.  All # can says is “I’ve got this brah”.

More in-ring action is next with Big E Langston taking on Ken Anderson.  Langston comes out to a nice pop and Anderson gets his typical “asshole” chant which he soaks in.  In 18 minutes, after reversing the Mic Check, Langston hits a yank (off the turnbuckle) to the mat and rolls up Anderson for the 1-2-3.  Big E gets the win.

We go right into our next match which has Kofi Kingston taking on the newest addition to the CSWA roster Samoa Joe.  This was another good match with Kofi doing his high flying moves and Joe doing his best to keep him grounded.  This one goes 9 minutes and after Joe caught Kofi coming off the ropes, he hits a muscle buster and then locks in the rear naked choke.  Kofi, trapped in the middle of the ring, taps out.  Samoa Joe is victorious in his first (2015) CSWA appearance.

We go to the back again where the American Wolves – Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards - are asking GM Master Bull for another shot at Beer Money.  Bull says that the match will happen but it won’t be tonight.  All of a sudden, Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode) attack the Wolves and beat them down.  Beer Money tell Bull that he had better make a match between the two teams VERY soon or there will be blood on Bull’s hands.

We go back to the ring for title contention placement.  Miz-fit member the Fiend challenged Adam Rose for his spot.  The Fiend was accompanied to the ring by his partner the Miz.  This match was extremely close with neither man giving an inch.   There were two people at ringside and one of them grabbed Miz and yanked him forcibly into the crowd.  He removes his hood and it’s the Axe.  Rose then tossed the Fiend out of the ring.  While Rose was distracting the ref, Dirk grabbed the Fiend and bounced his head off the exposed guard rail practically knocking him out.  The ref begins the count and hits 10.  The match is awarded to Adam Rose who retains his spot via count out.  (9 ½ min).  Dirk and the Axe then drag the Miz-fits into the ring.  Axe hits Miz with the Axe and Dirk hits the Fiend with the Pearl Drum drop.  The Band stand in the ring with their arms raised as the fans boo them with much hatred.

CSWA GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that the main event, taking place next, will be a cross-promotional match between his World Champion MW3 and the HWF’s own #ConanJones.  HWF GM Master Bull comes out and says that when #ConanJones wins his match (and he will), # will get a title match and then become the first ever champion to have a symbol (the # sign) in the spot where the name normally resides.  Hogan reminds Bull that # MUST get the win first and not to put the cart before the horse. 

Our main event is upon us.  #ConanJones comes out first with his tag team partner Casey Jones.  Next, CSWA World Champion MW3 comes out with his World Tag Team Champion partner ‘The Original Big Daddy’ Donnie B to a good size pop.  # never got any real offense in.  The champ schooled # and in 8 minutes, gets the pin after hitting a dragonscrew.   #Conan Jones tried to complain but it did no good.  MW3 and Donnie B celebrated in the ring but are interrupted by the Ascension & MJ.  The Ascension plow through #ConanJones and Casey Jones as they were leaving ringside and jump in the ring.  The Ascension and the tag team champs battled until the suits made their way out to break it up.  The show comes to an end with all the men staring at each other.

Stay tuned.  The action is really heating up now.
