Max McGillicutty: “We’ve got an incredible lineup for you tonight. From the TV Championship match between Owen Zestwell and Evan Stockwell, to the Six Man Tag Team Championship clash with Dominic, JR, and Alejandro taking on the Fangs of Despair with Beastfang. Commentator 1: “Max is right, Johnny. This card is absolutely loaded!”

The crowd chants “HCW! HCW!” as Max McGillicutty smiles and nods.

Max McGillicutty: “So sit back, relax, and get ready for the best wrestling action on the planet. Welcome to Reign of Champions!”

The camera cuts back to the commentators as the crowd continues to cheer.  Max leaves the ring and heads to the back.

The camera zooms in on the ring as the first match is about to begin, the excitement in the arena palpable.

Match #1:   Owen Zestwell vs. Evan Stockwell

Commentators: Mike “The Voice” Johnson and Johnny “The Hammer” Harris

The atmosphere was electric as Evan Stockwell, accompanied by his manager Ruth Heartless, made his way to the ring amidst a chorus of boos. The crowd’s mood shifted dramatically when the TV Champion, Owen “Orange Fury” Zestwell, entered to a thunderous pop, clearly the fan favorite.

Mike Johnson: “Listen to this crowd, Johnny! They are firmly behind Owen Zestwell tonight!”

Johnny Harris: “No surprise there, Mike. Zestwell has earned their respect with his heart and determination.”

The match began with Stockwell taking the early advantage, executing a Dividend Dropkick that Zestwell absorbed with resilience.

Mike Johnson: “Stockwell with a quick start, but Zestwell is standing tall!”

Zestwell responded with a powerful bodyslam, but Stockwell quickly countered with a choke against the ropes, showcasing his ruthless tactics.

Johnny Harris: “Stockwell is already bending the rules, choking Zestwell against the ropes! The ref needs to keep an eye on him.”

As the match progressed, both competitors exchanged a series of high-impact moves. Zestwell’s clothesline and bodyslam were met with Stockwell’s relentless Bull Presses and Dividend Dropkicks.

Mike Johnson: “Zestwell with a thunderous clothesline! But here comes Stockwell with another Bull Press!”

Despite Zestwell’s efforts to apply his signature Orange Squeeze submission, Stockwell refused to submit, displaying his tenacity.

Johnny Harris: “Zestwell has the Orange Squeeze locked in! But Stockwell is fighting through the pain!”

The turning point came when Ruth Heartless intervened, providing “words of wisdom” and a well-timed smack with her briefcase, which Zestwell managed to endure.

Mike Johnson: “Ruth Heartless with that briefcase again! How does the ref not see this?”

Johnny Harris: “It’s despicable, Mike. Zestwell is fighting against two opponents here!”

Stockwell capitalized on this distraction, executing a Hostile Takeover and a series of brutal moves, including a Bankroll Punch and a Slam into the Turnbuckle.

Mike Johnson: “Stockwell with the Hostile Takeover! Zestwell is in trouble!”

In the final moments, Zestwell attempted to regain control with a Jersey Driver and an Orange Juicer, but Stockwell’s underhanded tactics prevailed. With the referee distracted, Stockwell pinned Zestwell, using the ropes for leverage and grabbing a handful of tights. The referee counted to three, awarding the victory and the title to Evan Stockwell at the 28 minute mark.

Mike Johnson: “What a match! But you have to question the tactics used by Stockwell to secure that win.”

Johnny Harris: “Absolutely, Mike. Stockwell’s cheating was blatant, and it’s a shame to see Zestwell lose his title this way.”

Evan Stockwell gets the win and Ruth enters the ring and secures the title around his waist.  He begins showboating in the ring and doesn’t see Owen come up from behind.  Owen spins the champ around and begins peppering him with lefts and rights until Evan had enough and jumped out of the ring.  As he backs up the ramp, he points to his head showing he outsmarted Zestwell and is once again the TV Champion.  Owen chatted with the fans before heading to the back.

JR Fargo: “And let’s not forget, we’ve got the power of the fans behind us. They believe in us, and we believe in each other. The match for the Six Man Tag Team Titles kicked off with a bang as Alejandro Guerrero faced off against Dr. Red Fang. The Fangs of Despair, led by Count Vlad, wasted no time in asserting their dominance. Dr. Red Fang, Nightfang, and Beastfang executed a brutal triple-team assault, with Dr. Red Fang delivering a Shoulder Smash, Nightfang hitting a Transylvania Piledriver through a table, and Beastfang performing an Athletic Plex Spinning Leg Hook Back Suplex.

Mike Johnson: “What a vicious start by the Fangs of Despair! They’re not holding back at all!”

Johnny Harris: “Guerrero is in serious trouble here, Mike. He needs to tag out fast!”

Despite the onslaught, Guerrero fought back with a Latino Uppercut and a Triple Rolling Vertical Suplex, nearly pinning Dr. Red Fang. However, Dr. Red Fang kicked out, and Guerrero tagged in Dominic Marconi.

Mike Johnson: “Guerrero with a near fall! But here comes the Italian Thoroughbred!”

Marconi entered the ring with fire, attempting to take control, but Dr. Red Fang tagged out to Nightfang. Marconi managed to lock Nightfang in a Boston Crab, but Nightfang fought through the pain and tagged Dr. Red Fang back in.

Johnny Harris: “Marconi with the Boston Crab! But Nightfang is tough as nails!”

The match continued with intense back-and-forth action. Guerrero re-entered the fray, executing a Gory Bomb on Nightfang, who responded with a Vampire Lunge. The chaos escalated as all six men entered the ring, leading to a wild brawl. Guerrero, Marconi, and JR Fargo executed a series of double-team moves, but the Fangs of Despair matched them blow for blow.

Mike Johnson: “It’s absolute mayhem in the ring! Everyone is going at it!”

Johnny Harris: “This is what tag team wrestling is all about, Mike!”

At the 7 minute mark, Guerrero managed to hold Dr. Red Fang and brought him to the faces’ corner. Dominic Marconi went for a big punch, but Dr. Red Fang moved at the last second, causing Marconi to accidentally clock Guerrero.

Mike Johnson: “Oh no! Marconi just hit Guerrero by mistake!”

Johnny Harris: “That miscommunication could cost them the match!”

Seizing the opportunity, Count Vlad struck Guerrero with the Transylvania Spike. Dr. Red Fang then pinned Guerrero for the three-count.

Mike Johnson: “Count Vlad with the Transylvania Spike! The ref didn’t see it!”

Johnny Harris: “This is outrageous! Guerrero had no chance after that!”

Dr. Red Fang secured the victory for the Fangs of Despair, capturing the Six Man Tag Team Titles in a controversial finish.

Mike Johnson: “What a match! But you have to question the tactics used by the Fangs of Despair to secure that win.”

Johnny Harris: “Absolutely, Mike. The Fangs of Despair’s cheating was blatant, and it’s a shame to see the champions lose their titles this way.”

This brought out GM Max McGillicutty.  Max said that the way the Dark Dominion stole the titles tonight was not going to sit well with him so he is announcing that at the next show, JR, Alejandro and Dominic will get a rematch for the titles.  The fans pop at this news.  The Dark Dominion head to the back with their newly won gold and the former champs made their way to the back.

Mike Johnson: “Luciana Albano is cashing in her Money in the Bank contract tonight! She’s determined to take the Ladies Championship from Korbi Kong.”

Johnny Harris: “With Pierre Boulay by her side, Luciana is as dangerous as they come. This could be Korbi Kong’s toughest challenge yet.”

The atmosphere shifted as the Ladies Champion, Korbi Kong, entered to a thunderous ovation. She stopped by her fan club, the Clan Kong, who gave her words of encouragement, boosting her confidence as she headed to the ring.

Mike Johnson: “Listen to this crowd! Korbi Kong is getting a hero’s welcome from the Clan Kong!”

Johnny Harris: “The fans are firmly behind Korbi Kong. She’s going to need all the support she can get tonight.”

The match began with Luciana executing a Bridging Northern Lights Suplex, but Korbi absorbed the punishment. Pierre Boulay quickly got involved, holding Korbi for an attack, putting her on the defensive for several rounds. Luciana capitalized with an Electric Chair Facebuster and a Full Nelson Slam, attempting multiple pins, but Korbi kicked out each time, with the Clan Kong cheering louder and louder.

Mike Johnson: “Luciana is relentless, but Korbi keeps kicking out! The Clan Kong is going wild!”

Johnny Harris: “Korbi’s resilience is incredible. She’s not giving up without a fight!”

Korbi fought back with a Running Shoulder Block and a Backbreaker, but Luciana continued her assault with a Belly to Back Pendulum Facebuster and Sole Food. Despite the punishment, Korbi kept kicking out, fueled by the roaring support of her fan club.

Mike Johnson: “Korbi Kong is showing the heart of a champion! She refuses to stay down!”

Johnny Harris: “The Clan Kong is giving her the strength to keep going!”

In a dramatic turn, Pierre Boulay attempted to slip a foreign object to Luciana, but Korbi neutralized it and executed a Running Clothesline. Luciana responded with another Riptide Pumphandle Bomb, but Korbi kicked out once more, the crowd’s cheers reaching a fever pitch.

Mike Johnson: “Korbi Kong with the reversal! She’s still in this match!”

Johnny Harris: “The fans are on their feet! This is incredible!”

In the final moments, Luciana locked in the Nightmare Lock Inverted Cloverleaf, but Korbi refused to submit. Pierre Boulay tried to interfere again, but Korbi reversed it, locking in the Arm Triangle Lock. Luciana struggled but ultimately submitted, and Korbi retained her title.

Mike Johnson: “Korbi Kong has done it! She retains the Ladies Championship!”

Johnny Harris: “What a match! Korbi Kong’s resilience and the support of the Clan Kong made the difference!”

As Korbi celebrated her hard-fought victory, ‘The Widow’s Fang’ Selena Blackfang stormed the ring, attacking the champion. The crowd was in shock as Selena stood face to face with Luciana, setting the stage for future confrontations.

Mike Johnson: “Selena Blackfang is here! She’s attacked Korbi Kong!”

Johnny Harris: “But she is face to face with Luciana.  It looks like Selena wants Luciana’s ‘spot’ Mike. Things are heating up in the Ladies Division!”

After standing toe to toe, Luciana ended up backing off, exhausted from her 30 minute battle but knowing there is now a new threat in the Ladies Division.  Selena then turned back to Korbi and picked her up by the hair.  She plants Korbi on the mat with two powerbombs.  She stood over Korbi with a quizzical look on her face and then left.  Korbi is helped to her feet but with the fans popping huge for her, the surge of adrenaline allowed her to make it to the back without any assistance.

The night ended with Korbi Kong retaining her title, but the presence of Selena Blackfang promised more intense battles are to come.

We head backstage for the final promos of the evening before our main event.

The scene shifts to a dimly lit area backstage, where Wilber Townsend stands, shrouded in shadows. His eerie presence and unsettling smile send chills down the spine.

Wilber Townsend: “Jack Lumber… the mighty champion. You stand tall, but even the tallest trees fall when the storm comes. And I am that storm. You see, Jack, this world is full of darkness, and I am its harbinger. Tonight, the light will fade, and the shadows will consume you. Your strength, your courage, they mean nothing in the face of true fear. The time has come for the reckoning, and I will be the one to bring it. Run, Jack, run… but you can’t escape your fate.”

Wilber’s unsettling smile widens as he steps further into the shadows, his ominous words lingering in the air.

The camera cuts to the backstage area where the World Champion, Jack Lumber, stands with a determined look on his face. The championship belt rests proudly on his shoulder.

Jack Lumber: “Tonight, I step into the ring to defend this World Championship against Wilber Townsend. Wilber, you may have your mind games and your twisted words, but they don’t scare me. I’ve fought too hard and come too far to let you or anyone else take this title from me. The fans believe in me, and I believe in myself. Tonight, I show you and everyone else why I’m the World Champion. Get ready, because Jack Lumber is bringing the fight!  Remember, I can play the mind games just as good as you.”

Jack Lumber raises his championship belt high, ready for the challenge ahead.

Match #8:  The Main Event:  World Title Match:  Jack Lumber vs Wilber Townsend

The arena lights dim, casting eerie shadows across the crowd. A haunting melody begins to play, sending chills down the spines of the audience. Fog rolls in, enveloping the entrance ramp in a thick, ghostly mist. Wilber Townsend emerges slowly from the darkness, his unsettling smile illuminated by the flickering lights. He moves with a deliberate, almost hypnotic pace, his eyes locked on the ring. The crowd is captivated, a mix of fear and fascination as Wilber makes his way down the ramp, his presence sending shivers through the arena.

Mike Johnson: “Here comes Wilber Townsend, and you can feel the tension in the air. This man is a master of mind games.”

Johnny Harris: “He’s got that eerie presence, Mike. You can’t help but feel uneasy when he’s around.”

Wilber reaches the ring, pausing to take in the atmosphere before stepping through the ropes. He stands in the center, his unsettling smile never fading, as the lights slowly return to normal.

The arena erupts with excitement as the sound of a chainsaw revving fills the air, followed by a booming voice shouting, “TIMMMBERRR!” Jack Lumber bursts through the curtain, the World Championship belt gleaming on his shoulder. The crowd roars with approval as Jack makes his way down the ramp, high-fiving fans along the way. He stops by his fan club, the Lumber Lounge, where they shower him with words of encouragement and cheers.

Mike Johnson: “And here comes the World Champion, Jack Lumber! Listen to this crowd, Johnny! The Lumber Lounge is in full force tonight!”

Johnny Harris: “Jack Lumber is a true fan favorite, Mike. The energy in this arena is electric!”

Jack, fueled by the support of his fans, continues his march to the ring, his eyes locked on Wilber Townsend. He climbs the turnbuckle, raising his championship belt high as the crowd chants his name. With a determined look, Jack steps down and prepares for the battle ahead.

Match Summary: World Championship

Commentators: Mike “The Voice” Johnson and Johnny “The Hammer” Harris

The eerie atmosphere set by Wilber Townsend’s entrance lingered as the match began. Jack Lumber, fueled by the support of the Lumber Lounge, was ready to defend his title against the unsettling challenger.

Mike Johnson: “The tension is palpable, Johnny. Jack Lumber is ready to defend his title against the eerie Wilber Townsend.”

Johnny Harris: “This is going to be a battle of strength versus mind games, Mike. Let’s see who comes out on top.”

The match kicked off with Jack Lumber delivering a stiff uppercut, catching Wilber off guard. Townsend tried to defend but was unsuccessful. Lumber followed up with a powerful spear, but Townsend retaliated with a lifting forearm smash, showing his resilience.

Mike Johnson: “Lumber with a stiff uppercut! Townsend is already on the back foot.”

Johnny Harris: “But look at Townsend fight back with that forearm smash. This is going to be intense!”

The action continued with both men exchanging heavy blows. Lumber executed an atomic drop and a Yukon Bodyslam, while Townsend countered with mounted elbow smashes and a scoop powerslam. The crowd was on the edge of their seats as the two competitors went back and forth.

Mike Johnson: “Lumber with the atomic drop! But Townsend is right back with those elbow smashes.”

Johnny Harris: “Neither man is giving an inch, Mike. This is what championship matches are all about.”

As the match progressed, Townsend attempted a pin after a lifting sideslam, but Lumber kicked out at one, showing his determination. Lumber then hit another stiff uppercut, but Townsend responded with hammering blows to the back.

Mike Johnson: “Townsend with the pin attempt, but Lumber kicks out! The champion is not going down easily.”

Johnny Harris: “Lumber’s resilience is incredible. He’s fighting with everything he’s got.”

In the final moments, Lumber executed his signature move, the “TIMMMMMBEEERRRRR,” but Townsend kicked out at two, much to the crowd’s shock. The fans rallied behind Lumber, their cheers growing louder with each passing second.

Mike Johnson: “Lumber with the TIMMMMMBEEERRRRR! But Townsend kicks out! This crowd is going wild!”

Johnny Harris: “The Lumber Lounge is on their feet! They believe in their champion!”

With the clock ticking down, Lumber delivered a series of powerful moves, including a Yukon Bodyslam and an elbow smash. Townsend tried to defend but was unsuccessful. Lumber went for the pin, and the referee counted to three just before the bell rang to end the match.

Mike Johnson: “Lumber with the elbow smash! He’s going for the pin!”

Johnny Harris: “1…2…3! Jack Lumber retains the World Championship!”

Jack Lumber celebrated his hard-fought victory, raising his championship belt high as the crowd erupted in cheers. Wilber Townsend’s mind games and dark presence were not enough to dethrone the resilient champion.

Mike Johnson: “What a match! Jack Lumber has proven once again why he’s the World Champion.”

Johnny Harris: “An incredible performance by both men, but Lumber’s determination and the support of the fans made the difference.”

The night ended with Jack Lumber standing tall, the World Championship belt gleaming on his shoulder, as the fans celebrated their hero’s victory.  Wilber Townsend leaves the ring as Jack celebrates; plotting his revenge.

As the show is ready to end, new music hits and out comes the Wicked Prophet.  He stands on stage and mockingly claps for Jack.  Jack seems perturbed that Prophet is there but then goes back to celebrating with the fans.  As the camera zooms in on him, we can hear Prophet say “Now that the pretenders are done, it’s my turn.”  The cameras then fade to black and with that, the show comes to an end.  Thanks for reading.  We are sure there will be fallout from all of this so stay tuned.

HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2024 #1030 – 8/25/24 – The Go Home Show

Hello Wrestling Fans and welcome to another installment of the HCW Wrestling Newsletter.  Tonight, is the Go-Home Show (last house show before the PPV) and there is a lot riding on tonight.  Dominic Marconi finally gets his hands one on one against his main nemesis Dirty Dick Albano.  The Commando will team up with the Bounty Hunter to take on Col. Flagg and Rex Rampage.  Luna Shadow and Goldie Locks finally get the Cummings twins in a STEEL CAGE.  There will be no place for them to run.  In preparation for his title match at the PPV, Jax Brenner has agreed to wrestle in a non-title match tonight against an opponent to be named later.  JUST ADDED:  The Banker will take on Evan Stockwell with the winner getting the next shot at the TV Champion Owen Stockwell and Hell’s Fang The Morningstar challenges Duke Knight.  This time, the Morningstar has put his career on the line in a 7th Circle of Hell Match.  If Duke wins, Tommy, I mean, Hell’s Fang will quit HCW but if he wins, he gets the Hardcore title match.  Duke agreed.

GM Max McGillicutty comes out to a solid pop from the crowd.  He says that this crowd is the loudest in a while.  He goes on to pump up the PPV and convince the audience to buy the last remaining tickets so this can be another sold out show.  He doesn’t want to take away from the action so he’s kicking off the show now.

More pyro goes off as our first match begins.

Match #1:  Dick Albano vs Dominic Marconi

The Italian Thoroughbred Dominic Marconi comes out first to a huge pop from the crowd.  Albano, with his manager Pierre Boulay came out next.

"Dirty" Dick Albano, with his manager Pierre Boulay by his side, faced off against the fan-favorite Dominic Marconi. The bout kicked off with Albano using underhanded tactics, including an eye gouge, to dominate early. Marconi struggled but managed to survive a series of brutal attacks, including an Apron Sidewalk Slam that sent him outside the ring temporarily. Marconi fought back with a Boston Crab, but Albano continued to employ dirty tricks, such as using foreign objects and executing a series of mounted punches.

Throughout the match, Albano's underhanded strategies, including cheap shots and chair attacks from Boulay, put him ahead. Marconi displayed resilience, countering with a bearhug and flying dropkicks, but he was often hampered by Boulay’s interference. As the match progressed, both wrestlers exchanged fierce maneuvers, with Albano repeatedly using mounted punches and eye gouges to gain an advantage. Vicious Vinnie Albano came in from the crowd and as Dirty Dick Albano distracted the referee, Vinnie grabbed Marconi hurling him into the steel post before rolling him back in.  Despite Marconi's valiant efforts and powerful moves, he was ultimately pinned by Albano after a decisive mounted punch (he MUST have had a foreign object in his hand), securing a victory for the dastardly heel.

Dick and Pierre celebrated and quickly left before the referee would find that Dick had indeed cheated (WE KNEW IT) and wouldn’t get caught.  Dick said he had a dinner to go to and hopped in a car and left.

Match #2:  Evan Stockwell w/Ruth Heartless vs the Banker:  The winner gets a TV title shot at the PPV.

The Banker made his way out first to a mixed reaction from the crowd.  He got into the ring and motioned for Evan to get his ass out there.  Evan Stockwell and his manager Ruth Heartless came out to massive booing from the crowd.   The Rich Athlete comes out to join them and the Million Dollar Alliance is there in force.  They head to the ring amid a cascade of booing but they mostly ignore them.

In a fiercely contested match, Evan Stockwell, supported by his manager Ruth Hearthless and tag team partner The Rich Athlete, took on the heel wrestler known as The Banker. From the outset, the bout was intense, with both competitors exchanging heavy blows. The Banker initially gained the upper hand with a Foreclosure Frankensteiner, but Stockwell quickly retaliated with a Hostile Takeover and a Liquidation Leg Sweep. As the match progressed, Stockwell maintained control with aggressive moves like the "Bear" Hug and a Bull Press, though The Banker made several comebacks with powerful attacks, including a Repossession Rib-Buster.

Despite The Banker's attempts to turn the tide with a Foreclosure Frankensteiner and a Tax Audit Turnbuckle Thrust, Stockwell, capitalizing on Ruth Hearthless’s strategic interference, executed a decisive Dividend Dropkick and followed up with a distraction from Ruth to secure the 3 count (with a handful of tights, of course).  After the match, the Million Dollar Alliance did not hold back; they brutally attacked The Banker, ultimately delivering a double powerbomb through the announce table, shattering it and leaving the crowd in shock and watching the Banker leave on a stretcher.

The Million Dollar Alliance celebrates as the fans boo them heavily.  They eventually make their way to the back.

Match #3:  Flagg/Rampage vs Commando/Montrose.

Col. Flagg                                        The Commando

The Flaggship came out first to massive booing from the crowd. Col. Flagg and Rex Rampage flipped off the fans as they made their way to the ring.  The fans popped when the US Champion The Commando Zack Brown and the Bounty Hunter Jake Montrose came out.  Before the match could even begin, Rampage and Montrose attacked each other and took their brawl into the crowd. For now, that left Flagg and Brown, the two not strangers to each other.   Brown starts right off hitting Flagg with a Paratrooper Plunge.  He then locks in a backbreaker and Flagg actually taps out!  This match is over in less than two minutes.  Zack has his hand raised but immediately sees the Rich Athlete trying to attack from behind.  Brown catches him and drops him with a hard left.  He sets the Rich Athlete up against the barrier and then runs to the other side of the ring and back and hits a spear that sends the Rich Athlete through the ringside barrier.  The US Champion stands tall and tells the Rich Athlete he will get more of that at the PPV.  Zack then takes his title and leaves.  A couple of refs came out to try and help the Rich Athlete but he slugged them both and went to the back on his own.

Match #4:  Jax Brenner vs ??? in a non-title match.

The Hardcore Champion ‘the Alaskan Wildman’ Jax Brenner comes out first with his manager Molly Mason to a huge pop from the crowd.  Molly shook hands with the fans as Jax was a man focused and went right to the ring.  Jax gets on the mic and issues an open challenge to anyone in the back who wants to come take him on.  Count Vlad comes out and says he has the perfect challenge for Jax.  Out comes BEASTFANG!  The monster flexes showing his massive muscles.  Vlad states that if Jax wants a real challenge, their match can be Tournament of Death Rules.  Jax agrees.  Beastfang makes his way to the ring.

We cut to offsite where Dirty Dick Albano goes to the Little Italy section of Columbia, SC for dinner.  As he’s leaving, an angry mob of Italians begin throwing bricks at him (reminiscent of what happened with Capt Lou).  Their aim isn’t great so Dick isn’t in much danger.  He hops into his car and the driver begins driving off with Albano hanging out the window flipping them off.  Wow, the heat on him is going to be insane.

Match #5:  The Morningstar vs Duke Knight in a 7th Circle of Hell match.

The Morningstar comes out first to massive booing from the crowd.  Count Vlad comes out after and whispers something to Hell’s Fang and he heads to the ring.  This type of match has only been seen one other time here in HCW when the Morningstar took on SCW’s Commissioner Shane Douglas.  He gets into the ring and the 4 corner posts spit out huge flames of fire.  Duke Knight makes his way out to a huge pop from the crowd.  He makes his way out and heads to the ring shaking hands with the fans.  He gets into the ring and we’re ready to get this one going.

Duke Knight is tended to by medics and helped to the back.

Match #6:  The Main Event: Luna & Goldie vs the Cummings Twins in a STEEL CAGE

It is time for our main event.  The Cummings Twins, Betsy and Felicia, come out first to massive booing.  They take their time as the cage is secured to the ring.  Time is spent getting the fans riled up which works for them.  They enter the structure and then immediately take out a change and lock and secure the door so that their opponents must enter over the cage wall.  The fans pop as Goldie Locks and Luna Shadow come out to one of the loudest pops of the night.  They make their way to the ring and begin scaling the wall.  As they reached the top, arms raised high, the fans pop again before they descend into the ring.  We don’t have to wait long for the match to begin.

In a thrilling showdown, the evil Cummings twins, Felicia and Betsy, faced off against the dynamic duo of Goldie Locks and Luna Shadow. The atmosphere was electric as the match began, with the crowd eagerly anticipating the clash between these fierce competitors.

From the outset, Felicia Cummings took control, executing a devastating armbar on Luna Shadow. Despite the pain, Luna absorbed the punishment, showing her resilience. Felicia quickly tagged in her sister Betsy, who continued the assault with a sunset flip, leaving Luna reeling.

The Cummings twins displayed their ruthless efficiency, tagging in and out seamlessly, keeping Luna isolated and under constant pressure. Felicia’s front facelock and monkey flip further weakened Luna, but she refused to give up. The crowd rallied behind her, willing her to fight back.

In a moment of sheer determination, Luna managed to lock in her signature Abyssal Lock on Betsy, but Betsy fought through the pain and tagged out to Felicia. The Cummings twins’ relentless offense continued, but Luna’s spirit remained unbroken.

The turning point came when Luna executed a stunning Starafall DDT, finally creating an opening to tag in Goldie Locks. Goldie entered the ring with a burst of energy, executing a catapult into the cage that left Felicia dazed. The momentum shifted as Goldie and Luna began to work together, double-teaming their opponents with precision.

The match reached its climax with a series of high-impact moves. Luna’s Midnight Moonsault and Lunar Leg Sweep showcased her incredible athleticism, while Goldie’s B-52 Kneedrop off the top of the cage was a sight to behold. Despite the Cummings twins’ best efforts, they couldn’t withstand the onslaught.

In the final moments, Goldie executed a B-52 Kneedrop off the top of the cage, pinning Felicia for the victory. Luna and Goldie then scaled the cage walls on opposite sides of the ring.  They give the fans the thumbs up and climb over the top and drop to the floor.  The crowd erupted in cheers as Goldie and Luna celebrated their hard-fought win, proving that even the most formidable opponents can be overcome with determination and teamwork. (19 min)

The HCW universe witnessed a match for the ages, filled with drama, excitement, and unforgettable moments.

Goldie and Luna stayed and interacted with the fans.  The lock was cut off the cage door and Felicia and Betsy limped out and headed to the back.  This brings tonight’s show to an end.  The PPV is in 6 days so stay tuned.
