HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.08

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter. The wrestlers had the last few days off to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families.  We at the HWF/CSWA Wrestling newsletter hoped you had a good and safe holiday.

The show immediately begins with Brock Lesnar storming into GM Hulk Hogan’s office.  “What’s the deal, Hogan?  Tired of paying me already?  I was supposed to wrestle that joke McShonnessay and then was told not to even come in?  What’s the F***ing deal?”  Hogan stands up.  “Simmer down, brother.  That McShonnessay is a slippery little bugger but no worries.  You are on tonight and I will give you your choice of either being the first or last match of the night.”  “You know, that little shit cost me money so I’m going to make him pay.  MAIN EVENT.”  Hogan responded “You got it, brother.”

The first match of the night is Prestige Inc. members King Damian Sandow and Magnus taking on the Dust Brothers – Goldust and Stardust.  Prestige Inc. controlled the match early on but then the Dust Brothers starting taking the match to them.  Gold and Star tagged frequently while concentrating on both Magnus and Sandow at different times.  Towards the end of the match, Stardust gets tagged in and goes for his patented (actually, it’s a move he borrowed from his father ‘The American Dream’ Dusty Rhodes) Bionic Elbow but he missed and Sandow catches him with a knee drop. Sandow makes the cover and gets the win at the 23 minute mark.  Goldust hops in the ring and starts to words with Stardust.  Stardust pushes him out of the way and Goldust grabs a chair.  He brings it back in and swings…at Sandow.  He connects and then hits Magnus with the chair.  Stardust gets on the mic. “You know, we still haven’t seen the killer instinct Prestige Inc has been known for.  We are going to keep pushing you until there is nowhere to go.  Maybe then, the team who’s been Tag Team Champions as well as 6 Man champs will surface again.”  Goldust then took the mic.  “And if they don’t, well, I guess we’ll keep beating the crap out of them until they do.”  The Dust Brothers then left the ring.  Prestige Inc. eventually recovered and left on their own.

We cut to the back for an interview with Reid Rothchild who is accompanied by Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  “Cobra, you no good slimy double crossing, back-stabbing, sonofabitch.  Do you realize what you’ve done?  In an effort to be appreciated by the world of Professional Wrestling, I may have gotten a bit soft.  Prestige Inc. has gotten soft.  But no more.  Alexander Rusev stirred a sleeping dragon and you have just awakened it.  It is now pissed off and will take everything out on you.  You just stand and wait – you’re time here will be finished before you know it.”

Next on the card is Sheamus taking on Jack Swagger for the Hardcore title.  This one was a very close matchup (based on points, it would have been 107 to 109).  For 17 minutes, both men threw everything they had into the match.  However, a miscalculation from Swagger allowed Sheamus to lock him in the Irish Cloverleaf and he was able to get the All-American to tap out.  After the match, both men shook hands.  Sheamus retains his title.

We cut to the back for another interview.  This time, it is Reid’s opponent Professor Cobra.  “Reid Rothchild…you’ve been live high and large for so long but you’re time is up.  I am more talented than you; I am a better wrestler than you.  Hell, I even have a better win/loss record than you.  Your woman tossed in the towel for you because she knew that had it continued, I would have destroyed you and there would have been nothing left.  However, Hogan chose not to award me the title…a title I won because I DECIMATED you.  But if he wants me to do it again, what better place than Starcade.  I’ll beat you for good this time and make sure 2015 doesn’t ever get to look at your mug again.”

We head back to the ring for our best of 3 falls match with a one hour time limit.  Casey Jones is defending the X-Division title against Wade ‘Bad News’ Barrett.  For 13 minutes Casey beat on Barrett but then Wade just turned it on.  He takes Casey to the outside of the ring and then rams his back repeatedly into the ringpost.  He then drags Casey back in and beats him down for 3 minutes before rolling him up after executing a vertical Suplex.   At the 16 minute mark, Barrett gets the first fall.  Casey battles back and after 10 minutes and an eye gouge, he rolls Barrett up for the pin.  Now, they are even at one fall apiece but have 34 minutes left to determine the winner of the 3^rd fall.  Hogan comes out and says that the final fall will be a ‘falls count anywhere’ stipulation.  Barrett was tearing Casey apart.  Wade was getting ready to put Casey through a table via a fireman’s carry slam but Casey wiggled out of it and slammed Wade’s head into the ringpost disorienting him.  He placed Wade on the table and then nails a Plancha.  The table collapses and the ref makes the count 1….2….3.  Casey Jones has just defeated Wade Barrett to retain his title. (39 min total)

We cut to the back where we see Fusion Valentine.  She is still smarting from her loss to Cactus Jackie.  Madison Rayne walks over and starts to make fun of her.  Fusion goes off like a firecracker and attacks Madison.  Madison yells she wants a match in the ring tonight.  3 people are holding Fusion back.

We cut back to Hogan’s office when in walk Daniel Bryan and Curtis Axel.  Bryan says they have a great idea for the PPV.  Bryan suggests that the US and IC champions be on one side and he and Axel be on the other.  If the champs score the pin, they retain but if the challengers score the pin, they win both titles.  Hogan says he likes the idea but one small issue.   Both Axel and Bryan are members of the CSWA.  Neither can fight for the IC title since that resides in the HWF.  However, that gives him a great idea.  Axel and Bryan can fight it out again to see who will represent the CSWA and a match later tonight will determine who will represent the HWF.  Hogan shoos them out of his office and the two who moments earlier were on the same page, now find themselves fighting for a title shot at Starcade.

We head back to the ring for our next match.  This one has Samoa Joe challenging Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler for the title.  This one is also a best of 3 falls – 60 min time limit match.  This first fall is a quick one after Joe nailed Dolph with a muscle buster and rolled him up for the pin.  (6 min).  The second fall is totally dominated by Joe but this time, he can’t seem to keep Ziggler down.  The second fall goes 24 minutes and only ends after Dolph powers out of a muscle buster and locks in a sleeper hold.  He actually gets Joe to tap out.  Incredible.  The final fall is the shortest of them all.  At 4 minutes, Dolph drags Joe outside the ring and then drops him with a DDT on a chair.  He rolls back in the ring to beat the 10 count.  Dolph Ziggler retains the title. (34 minutes total)

We head to the ring for our second to last match of the night with Fusion Valentine taking on Madison Rayne.  Rayne was taking Fusion to school until she was tossed out of the ring.  Fusion follows her out and nails a Fusion Reactor (piledriver) on the floor laying her out.  She rolls back into the ring and gets the win via countout.  She is not done however and she goes back out.  Madison, one not wanting to take any more abuse, she hightails it to the back.  Fusion slowly follows.

The Greatest Staches in History – Part 2 airs on the Omegatron as the lights dim. 

The word “Sports” illuminates the screen.  It then goes on to show greats from the Grid Iron.  The montage begins and shows Aaron Rodgers, Joe Namath, Bubba Smith (also from Police Academy fame) and former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka.

It then runs a montage of Hall of Fame staches - Dr. J., Goose Gossage, Rollie Fingers, Wade Boggs, Don Mattingly, Rod Beck, MMA fighters Don Frey and Dan Severn.

The Stache.

We then head back to the ring for our main event.  Brock Lesnar comes out first and rushes the ring.  Droopy Balls is ‘escorted’ to the ring by Hogan’s meat shield.  He is very reluctant to get in the ring but eventually, the meat shield hands him over to Brock.  Once again, Droopy surprisingly held his own but in the end, he’s just no match for the Beast Incarnate.  Brock refused to go for the pin multiple times in favor of beating the snot out of Droopy Balls McShonnessay.  This went on for 23 minutes.  Finally, Brock showed his softer side and finally pinned Droopy Balls after nailing a press slam 3x.  As medics came to scoop up Droopy Balls, music hits and out comes John Cena.  He charges the ring and he and Brock slug it out until Brock opts to bail out of the ring.  Cena and Brock have a stare down as the show comes to an end.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.07

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Our talent is being given time off starting Wednesday through Friday for a long Thanksgiving break from our gracious GM Hulk Hogan.  The show begins with a blast of pyro and we go right into our first match.

The Elitist Reid Rothchild comes out with the Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  Reid gets into the ring and has a mic handy.  “Finally….the Elitist Championship is back home where it belongs.  I fought a very tough opponent in Alexander Rusev but in the end, I was able to beat him and take my title back.  I don’t plan on losing this belt ever again.”  He stops to soak in a pop from the crowd when “Booo….Booo….Booo” echoes through the speakers.  “Champion?  You’re not a champion.  You are a quitter.  You got lucky and that is why you have that title now.  And guess what?  I want that title.”  Reid chimes in.  “Show yourself and come take your best shot if you think you can.”  Reid stood in the ring waiting for whoever had spoken to come out but someone runs in from the crowd and attacks Reid.  The brawl for only a moment until the attacker is revealed to be….Professor Cobra.  Cobra drops Reid with a Cobra Strike and then yells at Raquel to leave the ring.  Cobra says he wants a shot at Reid and if he’s man enough, the belt will be on the line.  Cobra leaves Reid in the ring and Raquel rushes to his side but he is already recovered and seething.  He just stares at Cobra as he makes his way to the back.

The first match of the night is Cactus Jackie taking on Fusion Valentine to determine who will get a shot at Ravishing Raquel’s Diva’s title in London at Starcade.  But first, the Southern Belle comes out and waves to the fans and goes to sit at ringside.  She is joined almost immediately by Ravishing Raquel who questions why she is out there.  Belle says she wants to see competitors in action and up close.  Jackie comes out first and yells at Raquel and Belle.  Belle starts to frown.  Fusion Valentine comes out and the match begins.  The match only goes 5 minutes.  Jackie was cheating each and every minute.  Just before the 5 minute mark, Jackie drags Fusion out of the ring and smashes her into the ringside steps.  She rolls in to beat the 10 count and gets the win.  Jackie is going on to Starcade.  She jumps out of the ring and gets into Raquel’s face.  Belle tries to interject but gets shoved to the ground. Uh Oh!  Belle begins to HULK out (I don’t mean the Hogan kind; I mean the 7’tall green monster kind) and explodes on Jackie.  Jackie, totally taken aback by this, freaks out and hightails it out of there.  Raquel calms Belle down and they leave together.

In the back, Reid meets up with Hulk Hogan.  Reid says he wants Professor Cobra in the ring tonight and is willing to put his title on the line.  Hogan makes the match official.

Roman Reigns vs Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon is next.  Devon is accompanied by both the Axe and Psycho Jack Hercules.  The members of the band taunt Reigns from the outside of the ring.  For 6 minutes, Reigns beat the HOLY HELL out of Dirk.  The Axe sees Dirk getting his ass handed to him so he calls for Psycho Jack to get a chair.  Jack throws a chair in but Reigns catches in and blasts Dirk with get resulting in a DQ.  He doesn’t get to use it a second time as Jack and Axe attack Reigns and the three beat him down.  The Caped Crusader drops in from the ceiling and clears house with WAM! BAM! POW! Delivered to all the members of the band.  The three bail and leave nursing their wounds.  Reigns shakes the hand of the Caped Crusader.

Senor Vampiro is up next to take on Conan Jones.  Jones, smarting from his last loss, vowed to not lose 2 in a row.  This one went 24 minutes and was even for the first 10 minutes but then all of his training from Pai Mei (his former trainer looked like the guy from Kill Bill) kicked in and he owned Conan.  The end came after an exhausted Vampiro nailed a crazy powerbomb and got the pin.  As soon as the bell rang, El Chango runs in and drops Vampiro with the Diamond Dust. El Chango stood over his former partner with one foot on him in mock victory.

The lights dim as a vignette starts to play on the Omegatron.  It reads “The Greatest Staches in History…Part 1”.  A montage begins to roll and shows some of the most famous wrestlers to ever flaunt the stache –, Rick Rude, Dutch Mantel, Magnum TA, Jesse Ventura, Col. DeBeers, Ox Baker, Rick Steiner, Big Bully Busiek, Superstar Billy Graham, Blackjack Mulligan, Blackjack Lanza and Jesse ‘the body’ Ventura.  The montage slows down and then shows 3 of the best known champions in all of wrestling history with staches:  The Iron Shiek, ‘Big Poppa Pump’ Scott Steiner and finally, our GM, the Immortal Hulk Hogan.  The vignette ends with “World class Champions – with world class staches.  Even their staches were considered champions.”  The screen goes blank and then just says…”The Stache”.

We head back to the ring for more action.  Next up is Curtis Axel taking on Daniel Bryan.  This one goes 8 minutes and victory goes to Daniel Bryan who rolled up Axel after dropping him with a forearm smash.  Axel wasn’t happy that the match ended so soon but Bryan said that he likes what he sees in Axel and tells him he has a plan that could net individual championships for each of them.  Curtis seems interested and he follows Bryan to the back.

Hulk Hogan is in the back watching the Stache video.  Hogan tells Rocky Lapetus to make sure he gets a copy and wipes a tear from his eye.  “Greatest stache brother” Hogan says as he brushes it with his hand.

We are back in the ring for our next match which is Heath Slater taking on Zack Ryder.  A very close match for 13 minutes but then Slater turns on the steam.  A Flying forearm and a reach-back neckbreaker brought Ryder’s offensive to a screeching halt.  Slater nails a jumping Russian leg sweep and rolls Ryder up for the 1-2-3.  Heath Slater has just gotten himself a very rare win.  (16 min).

In the back, Hogan is looking pissed.  Droopy Balls McShonnessay is presenting Hogan with a doctor’s note that will keep him out of the ring tonight.  Hogan says “You know, brother, this is only going to piss Brock off even more.”  Droopy Balls, if he wasn’t scared before, this level of fear just jumped 10 fold.  McShonnessay bolts out of the office and right out of the arena.

The Elitist Champion Reid Rothchild heads to the ring and waits on Professor Cobra.  Reid totally underestimated Cobra who baffled the champion with a flurry of moves.  Cobra and Reid are fighting on the outside of the ring and Cobra just turned up the heat.  Cobra slams Reid into the steel steps, the ringpost busting him open and puts him through a table.  Raquel runs down and is totally freaking out for her husband.  Cobra drags the lifeless body of Reid into the ring and then Raquel….throws a towel in the ring.  WHAT THE? Did she just throw the towel in for her husband?  A very confused ref calls for the bell.  Hulk Hogan comes out and says that this is unprecedented.  This rule has not been in force…ever that he can recall.  Hogan says that although Reid was in no shape to continue, Cobra didn’t exactly get the win so Hulk is holding up the title and Reid and Professor Cobra will battle it out for the title at Starcade.  Cobra didn’t look happy but he left the ring anyway.

We just learned that the Greatest Staches in History vignette is the #1 thing trending on Twitter right now.

We go to the ring for our main event.  The Caped Crusader is getting a title shot against World Champion Kurt Angle.  This was a relatively short match that saw Kurt nail a big boot and get the pin at the 6 minute mark.  After the match, Alexander Rusev runs down and attacks Kurt.  He pounds and smashes the champ and then locks him in the Accolade.  Rusev finally lets up and stands over Kurt as the show comes to an end.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.06

Hello fans and welcome back.  The show begins with a lot of hollering and screaming in the back.  It seems to be coming from Droopy Balls McSchonnessay.  “I don’t want to go out there again.  He’s gonna kill me!”  The camera pans and we see GM Hulk Hogan standing there.  “Listen, Brother, you wanted in and now you got it.”  “I changed my mind…I don’t want to do this anymore.”  Hogan laughs.  “Too bad, so sad brother.  You’re in until I fire you.  Now, you have a match so get the Hell out there, brother.”

Brock Lesnar comes out for the first match of the night (we heard him say that he would destroy Droopy Balls and then take the rest of the night off).  Hogan’s Meat Shield come out and are escorting Droopy Balls to the ring and he is kicking, screaming and fighting to get out of there.  They form a cocoon around him and move him to the ring.  The bell rings and Brock grabs him and hauls him in to the ring.  Droopy Balls fought Lesnar off and tried to escape but the Meat Shield wouldn’t let him get away.  McShonnessay fought Lesnar toe to toe for about 10 minutes and then the Beast Incarnate took over.  Droopy got the crap beat out of him for 10 more minutes.  Brock finally finishes him off with a powerslam.  Brock brushes his hands together and then leaves the ring.  Droopy Balls is taken out on a stretcher. (20 min)

The Miz is being interviewed in the back. He says that he saw enough of what the Fiend can do and says that he’s ready for their match.  He wanted to make sure that the Fiend got a couple of wins so that when he hands him his first loss, he won’t get discouraged and quit.

We go back to the ring for our next match which has the All-American Jack Swagger taking on James Storm.  For 9 ½ minutes, Storm was beating the tar out of the All-American but while laying on his back in the ring, Swagger looked up to see the American Flag.  He began to hulk up and then nailed Storm with a gutwrench powerbomb.  Swagger made the cover and got the surprising 1-2-3.  Storm rolls out of the ring and Swagger salutes the flag to the cheering of the fans.  (10 min)

The Omegatron flashes and then reads “2015…the Stache and the Southern Bellle.  Who’s Next?”

The Fiend makes his way to the ring for his match against the Miz.  This was a pretty even match which confused the Miz.  He couldn’t understand how this schnub could keep up with him…but he did.  After maneuvering out of a DDT, the Fiend locks the Miz in the Devil Lock (Figure Four) and Miz, screaming in pain, leaves his shoulders on the mat for 1 second too long.  Miz ends up getting pinned.  The Fiend is still undefeated.  (17 min).

The Caped Crusader is being interviewed.  He says that he is none the worse for wear and that he will continue to do what is right in the face of injustice.  In walks CSWA World Champion Kurt Angle.  He thanks CC for his intervention in the match against Alexander Rusev and that he’d be without his championship if it weren’t for him.  Angle then offers CC a future shot at the World title in thanks.  The two shake hands.

North American Champion and member of the Shield Ryback makes his way to the ring.  His opponent tonight is the 7’ Big Show.  Just before the match can begin, Shield teammates Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins make their way out.  Big Show looks a little worried.  Ryback began to beat the stuffing out of Show but Show kept fighting back.  Ambrose and Rollins both tried to get involved and ended up eating Knockout Punches.   Show turned back to Ryback who was charging him and caught him by the throat and nailed a devastating chokeslam.  Show makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Big Show has just won the North American title.  Immediately, GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that before Ryback can ask for his rematch, it will be postponed until Starcade when these two will meet again in a rematch. (16 min)

We immediately go to our next match which has Christian taking on Ken Anderson.  This one goes a good distance with Captain Charisma soaking in the cheers from his peeps and takes the match to Anderson.  Christian ends up getting the win after hitting Anderson with a One Man Concerto.  (18 min)

Hulk Hogan comes out to the stage with mic in hand.  “The Hulkster is in the house, brother.  I want to say that I’ve just received confirmation that we’ve secured a second day for Starcade in London, England.  This means we’ll have even more action we can bring you, the fans of the HWF and CSWA as we take our show outside the country for the very first time.  What I can tell you is that all titles will be on the line at Starcade as well as other matches that are sure to bring the roof down.  So London, WHATCHA GONNA DO WHEN THE CSWA AND HWF RUN WILD ON YOU?”  Hogan poses for the crowd and then leaves.

Back to the ring, we have our next match with Kevin Steen taking on Prestige Inc.’s very own King Damian Sandow.  Sandow takes control early and ends up catching Steen with a Royal (Russian) Leg Sweep and gets the pin.  (10 min)  After the match, the Dust Brothers – Goldust and Stardust – make their way out.  Goldust tells Sandow that he’s lost something.  He’s holding Sandow’s crown and scepter.  Sandow asks for it back but Stardust says that the Sandow who won this from Jerry ‘the King’ Lawler a year ago wouldn’t ask for it; he’d take it back.  Stardust says that Prestige Inc. lost their bite and are nothing more than fodder.  This prompts Magnus to come out.  Goldust and Stardust attack Magnus and have the upper hand until Sandow runs over and evens the score.  The Dust Brothers say that they will bring back the Prestige Inc. of old and they walk away.

Spider Violet makes her way out and says that she’s being ignored when it comes to wrestling for a title.  She calls out Women’s Champion AJ Lee and challenges her to a match.  AJ basically laughs at her but will only agree to a non-title shot.  She says that if Spider Violet can beat her, she’ll give her a title match – AND it will be at Starcade.  This was a short match as the champ was beating down the challenger.  Violet tossed AJ out of the ring and immediately handcuffed her to the ringside railing.  Violet rolls back in as the 10 count is reached and she gets the countout win.  Per AJ’s offer, the Women’s title will be on the line at Starcade between AJ and Spider Violet. (4 min)

Roman Reigns is being interviewed and he says that he has not forgotten about Pain in the Ass.  He has a match next week against Dirk Devon where he will make him his bitch.  But at Starcade, it will be tag team action with Reigns and a mystery partner against P&A.

We go back to the ring for our main event.  The HWF World Champion Bray Wyatt is defending his title against Bobby Roode.  The champ controlled the majority of the Boot Camp rules match.  Before the end, Wyatt’s Warriors – Super Warrior and the Warrior of Truth – came out and caused a distraction that allowed Bray to connect with a Lifting Slam and pin him in the middle of the ring.  Wyatt’s Warriors hit the ring and attack Roode which prompted James Storm to run out and help his partner clear the ring.  Roode and Storm are teaming back up as Beer Money to take on Wyatt’s Warriors – anytime, anyplace.  Bray speaks for his team and says that the perfect place would be Starcade and Storm and Roode seemed pleased.  This brings the show to an end.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.05

Hello fans.  Our show today begins not inside but outside.  Droopy Balls McShonnessey is sitting outside the arena with a tin cup and a sign that reads “I need money so I can get into an HWF/CSWA show.”  Brock Lesnar heads in and sees him and for whatever reason, feels pity.  He laughs and then goes to see GM Hulk Hogan.  Brock asks that Droopy Balls be admitted in but with a caveat.  Brock says he had so much fun beating the tar out of him that he wants someone to beat up night after night until he gets John Cena at Starcade.  He promises that Droopy will never get a win.  Hogan likes the idea of a punching bag for Brock and sends for security to bring Droopy Balls in.

Our first match of the night is the Fiend taking on the Miz.  Miz came out but said that tonight wasn’t the night he’d fight the Fiend.  He says he’s not backing out of his match but really wants to see what else the Fiend can really do so he says that Fiend’s opponent for tonight would be this man. Music hits and out comes Conan Jones.  Miz seems to have “bought” an opponent for the Fiend tonight.  Miz goes to sit at ringside.  The Fiend makes his way to the ring. The Fiend put on a great showing but Conan did not.  It took only 8 minutes for the Fiend to nail Conan Jones with the Last Caress (swinging DDT) and got the cover in the middle of the ring.  After the match, the Miz got in the ring and had words with the Fiend but both split without altercation.

We head to the back where Brad Maddox is talking smack about GM Hulk Hogan.  “Damn, did you see that pathetic match?  I could book a whole lot better than the old, wrinkly piece of nasty leather that is our GM.”  Little did he notice that Hogan was standing right behind him. :”You know,  Brother, you think you can book a show better than me?  How about this…You go to the ring for a match.  If you lose, you’re out of here…brother.”  Hogan then walked away.  Maddox looked worried.

Brad Maddox made his way to the ring to await his opponent.  He paced nervously as time dragged on.  Music hits and out comes John Cena.  This one was an 11 minute ass-whupping.  Cena totally dominated the match (really, did you think otherwise) and just as the clock clicked on the 11 minute mark, Cena drops Maddox with the F-U and gets the 1-2-3.   Brad Maddox is out of a job.

A vignette runs for “Where in the world is the Undertaker?” and this time, the camera crew ends up in Death Valley.  The team, led by roving reporter Clarkus Kentus (we haven’t seen him in a while) walks up to a person wearing a hood.  “Excuse me but do you know if the Undertaker is here?” Clarkus asks.  The hooded figure turns and says “Do not seek the treasure…er…I mean…Do not seek the Undertaker.  He has changed and it may not be for the better.  Leave this place or you will burn.”  Clarkus was genuinely scared and he and his crew bolted as fast as their legs would carry them.  Clarkus mutters to the camera man “That man sounded a lot like a toad.”

Back in the ring and we are treated to a visit from Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  Raquel has brought someone with her.  “Fans of the HWF and CSWA:  I wanted to introduce to you my good friend.  Her name is ‘The Southern Belle’ and she will become a part of the growing women’s roster we have here.  Belle, did you want to say a few words?”  Belle takes the mic.  “Hello HWF and CSWA.  As Raquel has stated, my name is the Southern Belle and I am training to step in the ring with these fabulous performers.  This is a life-long dream of mine and I want to thank Ravishing Raquel for getting me in the door and for GM Hulk Hogan for giving me an opportunity.  I’m not going to demand a title shot right off the bat as I do need to prepare.  I’m being trained by some of the best in the business and next year, in 2015, I will make my in-ring debut.”  The ref walked over after pointing to his watch and tried to take the mic from Belle.  BIG MISTAKE.  (what transpires next is a combination of Glenn Close’s character from Fatal attraction, any of the ghosts/ghouls from Poltergeist and the one from Raiders of the Lost Ark).  Belle exploded on the ref.  “DON’T YOU TAKE THIS AWAY FROM ME.  THIS IS MY TIME.  BACK THE F**K OFF.”  Fortunately, the production people were able to bleep her out.  Raquel got Belle to calm down and they left together.

Xavier Woods vs Tyson Kidd was up next.  This one went 17 minutes and came to an end after Woods nailed Kidd with a front dropkick.

Next up is Roman Reigns taking on Kazarian.  This one didn’t go very long either and even though Kaz fought back, it was pretty one-sided.  Reigns ends up getting the pin after nailing a spear at the 9 minute mark.

Another vignette runs and it starts off with a man standing on a dirt road.  The guy is walking towards the camera.  He is wearing cowboy boots with spurs.  He continues to approach the camera but stops after taking a few steps.  The camera pans out and only sees a silhouette of the man known as The Stache.  His face is dark but a beam of sunlight creeps in and illuminates only his Stache.  He then draws and shoots the camera ending the segment.  “Be Prepared – 2015”.

Next, we have a match for the Intercontinental title held by Dolph Ziggler and he is defending the title against David Otunga.  This one looked promising as Otunga was on the offensive for the first 12 minutes of the match but after eating a Zig Zag from Ziggler, the tide changed.  The champ then went on the offensive and after another 6 minutes, nails Otunga with flying dropkicks and picks up another win. (18 min)

Jay Lethal comes out next and offers an open challenge to any wrestler in the back.  Out comes Jeff Hardy to take him up on his match.  Hardy controlled the entire match and after Lethal had bailed to the floor, Hardy nails him with a suicide dive and then rolls him back in and gets the win.  (10 min)

In the back, Kurt Angle tells Hogan he wants Alexander Rusev back in the ring. Hogan tells Angle if he wants this match, he needs to put his title on the line.  Angle agrees.

Brock Lesnar makes his way out for his match.  “Let’s go Droopy Balls…I don’t have all day.”  Droopy Balls McShonnessay makes his way out but tries to run away but the security accompanying him to the ring won’t allow it.  Droopy Balls went on the offensive and went toe to toe with Lesnar.  Brock was shocked.  Brock would beat him down but he’d pop right back up.  Brock tosses him out of the ring and then nails an F-5 on to the Spanish announce table.  Brock rolls back in just before the 10 count.  Brock gets the win via CO (12 ½ min).

Our main event of the evening is for the CSWA World title.  The Bulgarian Alexander Rusev (who now seems to be wearing Russia’s colors) comes out first.  He is followed by the World Champion and former Olympic hero.  This was a short match that saw Rusev nail the Accolade and (hooking the tights and feet on the ropes) gets the pin. However, before the ref can say anything, the Caped Crusader repels down from the rafters.  He tells the ref about what transpired.  He was ready to reverse the decision when Angle just asked for the match to continue.  The ref agreed and 2 minutes later and a big foot to the face, Kurt rolls Rusev up for the 1-2-3.  Kurt gets the win and retains his title.  He leaves and Caped Crusader is about to leave also when he is attacked by Rusev.  Rusev brutalizes CC and then drops a knee to the windpipe of CC.  Medics come out to check on him as Rusev stands and gloats in the ring.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.04

Hello fans, it seems that our last newsletter had the main event changed.  It was supposed to be Kurt Angle vs Alexander Rusev but the guy in charge (some schmo) put in Sheamus/Samoa Joe instead.  In a way, it didn’t really matter as the fans practically bailed after the last match.  I’m sure Angle will have words with Hogan when he sees him again.

Today’s show starts off with X-Division champion Bran-Don-Goh (or BDG as he goes by now) in GM Hulk Hogan’s office.  BDG says that putting his title on the line against Casey Jones is crazy but adding in his career, well, that’s just asinine.  Hogan tells him that a champion puts up or shuts up and it is BDG’s time as he is calling in the marker for his rematch.  Hogan also adds that if Casey can beat BDG, the loss he suffered will actually be wiped off the record books and Casey will have his streak restored.  BDG then storms out.

Standing outside the office is Master Bull and he just watches as BDG goes storming by.  Bull reminds Hogan that his time as GM is short and soon Bull will once again be the GM.  Hogan tells him not to count his chickens before the hatch, BROTHER.  The two just stare at each other as the camera fades out.

We head to the ring for our first match which sees Tag Team action between Adam Rose and partner Adrian Neville vs the Dust Brothers (Goldust and Stardust).  Rose and Neville come out followed by their opponents.  For the first 8 minutes of the match, Rose and Neville went toe to toe with the Dust Brothers but it was after both Goldust and Stardust hit their opponents with simultaneous Shattered Dreams that the tide turned in their favor.  The end comes after Rose, who was attempting a high risk move, gets tripped by Goldust and he bashes his head on the ringpost.  He falls back in the ring and Goldust makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  Goldust and Stardust are victorious. (17 min)

Hogan is on the phone with the production truck and says he wants the announcement on the Omegatron.  Hmm, wonder what that is.

We go back to the ring for our next match which has Tajiri taking on Tyler Breeze.  This was another very close match all the way through and even in some spots got the fans to get out of their seats.  Tajiri went for a running elbow smash but instead, ate a superkick from Tyler who quickly makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  Tyler Breeze gets the win.  (14 min)

The vignette starts to play and is accompanied by Old West music (the kind that would have played in a saloon).  It says “He is coming in 2015” and then shows a picture of a handlebar moustache.  Ok, we’re confused.

The next match on the card is a cross promotional match with John Cena taking on AJ Styles.  This was another hard fought match that was practically even the entire way through.  In a bit of luck, Cena caught AJ coming off the top rope and turned it into the F-U.  He makes the cover and gets the pin.  After the match, both men shook hands.  (12 min)

El Chango is in the back being interviewed and says that Senor Vampiro won’t make it to Starcade and that is a promise.  When pressed for more details, El Chango put his hand over the camera.  “You must wait and see” is all we hear.

Kicking off the second half of the show is Bo Dallas taking on Kane.  This one was a bit different than the last few matches as Kane was tearing Bo a new one.  Just past the 8 minute mark, Bo is tossed to the outside.  He tries to get back in but Kane is there blocking his way.  Finally, Bo just gives up and walks away.  Kane gets the win via Countout. (9 min)

In the back, Droopy Balls McShonnessey is waiting for the curtain call.  He looks at the match list that shows his opponent to be Conan Jones.  Droopy Balls smiles but before he can head to the ring, GM Hulk Hogan walks up.  “Hey Droopy Balls, I wanted to let you know that Conan Jones missed his flight and couldn’t be here tonight.”  “Ok” Droopy replied “Who then is my opponent?”  Hogan smiles a very evil smile “Head to the ring and then I’ll send him out…Brother.”  Droopy Balls doesn’t look too happy anymore.

Droopy Balls makes his way to the ring.  Just as a reminder, Droopy MUST win this match (or at least not get pinned or tap out) if he wants to remain in the HWF and CSWA.  All-to-Familiar music hits and out walks…oh crap…Brock Lesnar.  Lesnar is looking very pissed off.  This isn’t going to end well.  The bell rings and immediately, Droopy Balls went on the offensive taking the match to the Beast.  For 8 minutes, DBM stood his ground but that ended after Brock nailed an F-5.  He however, didn’t go for a pin.  In fact, the next 6 minutes were pure hell for Droopy Balls.  Brock beat the holy snot out of him and after hitting 3 consecutive F-5’s, he went for the merciful pin and got the win.  Medics immediately came out and took out Droopy Balls McShonnessey on a stretcher.  Poor Bastard. (14 min)

A brief intermission is called while the final two matches of the night are prepared. (30 min)

We come back from the intermission and are ready for the first of our two main events of the evening.  Out first comes the Bulgarian Bully Alexander Rusev.  He is waving his country’s flag and stands proud in the ring saluting his flag.  The “Star Spangled Banner” plays and out comes Kurt Angle with the American Flag.  He stands on the stage saluting his flag as Rusev steams in the ring.  After the song is done, Angle’s normal music and pyro hit and he hands off the flag and then heads to the ring.  The two immediately lock up as the bell rings. 

The Bulgarian Rusev hit Angle with so much power he was taken aback.  Angle battled back and the two had a power struggle the rest of the match.  At one point, Rusev tosses Kurt out of the ring and follows him out.  He bodyslams Kurt on the steel steps and then nails the Accolade.  He rolls back in beating the 10 count and gets the win but not the title.  Rusev showed his dominance in this match and I’m sure he’ll be getting another title shot sooner rather than later. (13 ½ min)

Hogan is in the back and sees Droopy Balls being taken out on a stretcher.  Hogan says tells the medics to make sure the door DOES hit Droopy Balls on his way out.

We go back to the ring for the 2^nd of or main events – Title vs Career between X-Division Champion BDG and former friend/partner/champion Casey Jones.  The fans in attendance look to all be wearing Casey Jones masks in support for their hero.  BDG gets on the mic.  “You people must all be stupid if you think for a moment this will throw me off but it won’t.  Jones, you better have your bags packed as you are done after this.”  Casey stood there and waited for the bell to ring and then went right after BDG.  This match saw both men take the lead and then falter.  Both men went for numerous pin attempts early on but could not score the quick victory.  The end came after BDG, who was on the receiving end of some nasty shots, went for a body avalanche but Casey got out of the way, went to the top rope and nailed an avalanche drop of his own. He makes the cover and the ref counted 1….2….3.  Casey Jones has just regained the X-Division title and BDG is now out of a job.  BDG realizing his career was over quietly rolled out of the ring and sulked to the back.  The fans were chanting “Na, na, na, hey, hey, goodbye” while Casey celebrated in the ring with his title (and restored winning streak).

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.03

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Today’s issue comes from a show taped in Mesa, AZ. 

First thing to note is that GM Hulk Hogan was heard saying “This isn’t in Phoenix?  Screw it, I’m not going.”  Apparently, the GM doesn’t think very highly of one of the largest cities in the state of Arizona.

The show begins with the HWF World and Undisputed Champion Bray Wyatt coming out with his (remaining) warriors – Super Warrior and the Warrior of Truth.  Bray says that his Warriors have an open challenge for the tag team titles and want the champs tonight.  Bray even goes as far to say that these Phoney Phlyers are not the real deal and questions why Hogan gave them the titles.

Our first match of the evening is “the Original Big Daddy” Donnie B and MW3 taking on the team of Rockstar Spud and Ethan Carter III.  This one was a total ass kicking by DB and MW3.  The match was pretty much locked up until Malo Leche de Mantequilla came out with the Phoney Phlyers.  The Phlyers came out to distract the ref and Malo grabbed a chair.  He went to throw it to Spud but Donnie B intercepted it and blasted Spud with it. Malo was beside himself.  The ref turned around and made the count awarding the match to Donnie B and MW3.  (22 min)  Malo and the Phlyers backed up the ramp all the while hollering at DB and MW3.

Next, the vignette “Where is the Undertaker?” airs.  This time, they are in downtown Phoenix at a local restaurant called Alice Cooperstown which is owned by the one and only Alice Cooper.  Alice Cooperstown is the home to the “Big Unit” (named after pitcher Randy Johnson).  The staff enjoyed some good food but no Undertaker was there so they left (full).

Back to the ring and we have our next match.  The Axe comes out for his match.  He is standing in the ring waiting for his opponent to be announced. It is revealed that his opponent is none other than Roman Reigns.  Reigns comes in from the crowd and begins the beatdown on the Axe.  Axe actually took the match to his former partner.  At the 11 minute mark, Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon comes out to cause a distraction.  Reigns jumps out of the ring to go after him.  Axe blasts Reigns with ‘the Axe’ and then handcuffs him to the outside of the ring.  Axe rolls back in and waits for the 10 count to be reached.  Axe gets the win via Countout.  Dirk joins him and they start to celebrate until they get patted on the back.  Thinking it was Psycho Jack Hercules or Rocky Lapetus, they turn to see an uncuffed Reigns who blasts both with a Superman punch.  Both Dirk and Axe bail and run up the ramp with a pissed off Reigns in tow. (11 min)

In the back, Alexander Rusev is being interviewed and be begins to blast America and all it stands for.  Walking by is the CSWA World Champion and former Olympic Gold Medalist winner Kurt Angle. Angle tells Rusev that America is providing him with a paycheck.  At any time he no longer wants to get paid, he can leave.  Rusev says he can beat Angle but Kurt questions “If you lose to the Elitist Reid Rothchild, how in the world do you think you can defeat me?”  Rusev attacks Angle and they are quickly separated.  Angle tells Rusev he just attacked the senior dog in this pound and that he now has the Champs attention.  Tonight, they fight in the ring.

X-Division Champion Bran-Don-Goh (or BDG as he calls himself now) comes out.  He says that Casey is a wart on the butt of this company and he needs to be removed.  The crowd is now all wearing Casey Jones masks.  BDG is pissed off.  Casey Jones comes out.  He says he wants his rematch for the title moved up from Starcade to NOW.  BDG says he’s not prepared but will be by the next show.  BDG says that if Casey wants his title shot now, then he needs to also put up something…like his career.  Casey says he’ll agree to those terms but only if BDG puts his career AND the title on the line.  It will be a winner takes all.  BDG scoffs at this and says Casey isn’t serious so he walks out of the ring. Casey eventually leaves.

We go to the back and we’re (unfortunately) treated to some blah blah blah by Droopy Balls McShonnessey.  He says that at the next show, he will be making his in-ring debut (opponent to be determined) and once he wins his first match, he will want a shot at the World Champion.  Bold statement from a schmuck who hasn’t even wrestled yet.

Kenta and Sanada come out for a tag team match against 2 members of the 6 man champs – The A-Team.  Antonio Cesaro and Abyss will be stepping up for their team while ‘the man’ Austin Aries manages them.  This match was pretty much even for the entire 18 ½ minutes it went on.  The end came after Abyss nailed Sanada with the Black Hole Slam on the outside of the ring and he was unable to get back in to the ring in time.  The A-Team get themselves another win.

The Fiend (looks like one of the Misfits) comes out and he is ready for action.  His opponent tonight is Mike Bennett.  The two were pretty even for the first few minutes but then Bennett showed his experience but the Fiend eventually battled back to even everything out again.  Bennett was ready to hit a Wristlock sitout slam but the Field reversed it and nailed The Last Caress (swinging DDT). He makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3 and his second win (21 min).  All of a sudden, we hear mock clapping and out walks the Miz.  Miz says that the Fiend won two super easy matches but if he wants to prove himself, Miz is here.  The Fiend accepts and says the two will meet soon.  Miz says “sooner than you think” and hits him with the Skull Crushing Finale.  Miz celebrates in the ring for a moment before leaving.

The action continues with the Phoney Phlyers (with Malo Leche de Mantequilla) taking on Wyatt’s Warriors.  The match didn’t get started with all the brawling in the ring so the ref threw the match out.  Malo jumps in joins the melee but then a surprising person comes out….Master Bull (formerly known as Centurion).  Bull says that he’s supposed to be done with in ring action until Starcade but says that for old time’s sake, he’d team with his partners again to take on the Phlyers and Malo.  The match is turned into a 6 man fight with Centurion starting off like a bomb.  Malo and the Phlyers were outgunned so they bolted which resulted in a count out.  They didn’t seem to care.  Bull celebrated with Wyatt’s Warriors and then everyone left.

Our main event is for the Hardcore title with the champion Sheamus taking on Samoa Joe.  Sheamus starts off with 3 consecutive Irish Backbreakers and it looked like Joe was hurt.  Joe did managed to blast Sheamus with a loaded military boot.  That did not phase the champ as Sheamus locked Joe in an Irish Cloverleaf and the damage to Joe’s back must have been to severe and he tapped out in just over 4 minutes.  Sheamus reatains his title.  He looked on with concern as Joe was helped out of the ring by medics.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.02

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter. 

Today’s show begins with Bran-Don-Goh making his way out to the ring and as he gets to ringside, he sees more and more people wearing the “Casey Jones” mask.  “What is wrong with you people?  Casey doesn’t care for you.  Bran-Don-Goh does.”  Fans begin to boo him.  “I’m the champion, dammit!  You don’t boo me.”  This only incited the crowd even more.  BDG finally gave up and left the ring.

The first match of the night is “The Original Big Daddy” Donnie B and MW3 taking on the Dust Brothers (Gold and Star).  For 24 minutes, DB and MW3 went toe to toe and held their own until out came Malo Leche and his Phony Pflyers.  The Pflyers attacked Donnie B while Malo caused enough of a distraction that allowed Stardust to hit a scoop slam on MW3.  As Stardust made the cover (they were by the ropes), Malo reached in and held down MW3’s leg preventing him from kicking out.  Stardust and Goldust get the win and the Pflyers and Malo laughed all the way to the back.

“Where is the Undertaker” vignette airs.  This time, they are walking the mean streets of the Bronx.  A few people were asked about the Undertaker and most people directed our camera crew to local mortuaries.   That didn’t help so the crew gave up.

Next up we have Heath Slater vs Adam Rose w/ Adrian Neville.  This match was about as even as it could get.  Just before the 19 minute mark, Neville caused a distraction which allowed Rose to nail Heath with a Samoan Driver.  Adam Rose gets the pin and the win.

                                                                                                             

Next on the card is EY – Eric Young taking on newcomer Prince Devitt. Devitt didn’t waste any time and took the match to EY.  10 minutes later and a knee to the midsection, Devitt gets the win.  EY was not very impressive in this match.

We go right into our next match with Mike Bennett taking on Robbie E w/ Rob Terry.  Robbie E was barely holding his own until Terry, causing a distraction, allowed Robbie E to nail a superkick on Bennett and with his feet on the ropes, got the 1-2-3.  Robbie E and Rob Terry took off before Bennett (who was a tad upset) could do anything about it.

We cut to a backstage scene with GM Hulk Hogan bringing both Mike Bennett and Eric Young into his office.  “Listen Brothers, the HWF and the CSWA are the best of the best and based on both of your last outings, that is NOT what is expected from our roster.”  Mike Bennett tried to interrupt but got Hogan’s palm in his face.  “Hold on there, brother.  If you feel that you are at a disadvantage when someone brings out their partner, you need to step up and do something about it.  I don’t want to hear any whining or crying.  Shape up or ship out…Brothers.  Now, get out of my office.”  Bennett and EY then left. 

The Hardcore champion comes out and holds an open invitational for the Hardcore title.  We hear some fighting in the back and out runs El Chango (formerly of VamChango).  Sheamus stands ready as El Chango hits the ring.  El Chango runs right into Sheamus and then falls down. Sheamus starts to laugh but that only irritates El Chango and he goes right on the offensive…for a whopping 2 min.  The rest of the time, the champ schooled his opponent.  About 17 minutes in, Out comes Senor Vampiro.  He takes a chair from ringside and then blasts El Chango with it (this is a no DQ match).  Vampiro blasts his former partner over and over with the chair basically knocking him out.  He then leaves as Chango is not able to get up before the 10 count.  Sheamus gets the win with a KO.

In the back, Senor Vampiro is meeting with Hulk Hogan and asks for El Chango at Starcade.  Hogan says he’ll think it over and let him know.

We go back to the ring for our main event.  North American Champion Ryback is putting the title on the line against Bobby Lashley.  The newest member of the Shield dominated the Dominator.  Ryback showed why he is the champion.  It didn’t hurt that Brock Lesnar appeared on the Omegatron and it put Bobby off his game.  Ryback hits Bobby with the meathook and gets the 1-2-3 in 15 minutes.  Ambrose and Rollins make their way out and celebrate with their teammate as the show comes to an end.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 11.01

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.   The month of November has started off with a bang.

The show begins with X-Division Champion Bran-Don-Goh making his way out to the ring.  As BDG is walking down, he starts to notice that fans are wearing hockey masks – wait, this isn’t Halloween – it must then be an homage to Casey Jones, the former champ.  BDG begins to freak out some and then hightails it backstage.

Today, we have a new wrestler joining the show.  He is known as “The Fiend” (he is dressed like one of the Misfits).  He comes out to the song ‘Die, Die, My Darling’ by Metallica but it is quickly cut off as GM Hulk Hogan rushes out.  “Hang on a second there, brother.  We don’t have permission from Metallica to use their music so unless you want to be on the receiving end of a lawsuit, this will need to be changed.  We will find you something different, brother.”  He walks The Fiend to the back (I presume) to start this all over again and ensure there is no character copyright infringement.)

Finally, it seems our first match gets to take place.  Our first is Natalya and she is followed by Cactus Jackie.  These two fought tooth and nail but neither could get the advantage over the other.  They both put on some high spots but neither could capitalize.  Finally, the bell sounds and we’ve reached the 30 minute time limit.  They looked like they could go another 30 but that would need to be saved for another time and place.

We cut to the back and see Rocky Lapetus working on the VISA applications.  Dirk walks over and bumps him making him mess up an application.  Dirk glares at him “Watch what you’re doing there jerk.  You almost made me spill my coffee.”  Dirk walks away and Rocky looks back at the application he was working on and it just so happened to be Dirk’s.  Rocky looks back up with an evil glare and then goes back to work.

We head back to the ring for our next match.  First, out comes Rockstar Spud.  He is then followed (with all new music) by the Fiend.  The Fiend starts off the match like a firecracker and doesn’t let up.  Spud doesn’t make it too easy for him but after 22 minutes, Spud was out of gas.  Fiend locks in the Devilock (figure four) and Spud ends up with his shoulders on the mat for 1 second too long. The Fiend gets his first victory. 

Brock Lesnar makes his way out and says that Cena is dead meat.  He will destroy the Doctor of Thuganomics and send him back to his Prototype days.  Cena appears on the Omegatron and tells Lesnar that he is full of hot air and he’ll float away if he’s not too careful.  Cena says he wants Lesnar just as bad but the two of them are not allowed to lock up per GM Hogan.  Hulk comes out and says that our main event tonight will see these two – but in tag team action.  Brock can pick any opponent he wants and Cena can pick any he wants.  They will be granted a 60 minute time limit if they need it.

In the back, Brock is approached by Randy Orton.  Orton tells Lesnar that he hates Cena just as much as he does and wants in.  Brock says that this is serious and Orton had better pull his weight.  Lesnar storms off while Randy stands there with a smirk on his face.

We cut to John Cena’s dressing room and he is talking to someone off camera.  Cena says Lensar just joined up with the Viper and John needs someone to get into Brock’s head.  John asks if he would sign up and (we assume) the person he’s speaking to agrees.  We don’t get to see who that is.

We go back to the ring for more action when Bram and MVP storm out.  They say that there were cheated out of a win and want another match right now.  Out comes the team of Kenta and Sanada.  MVP and Bram don’t look very happy.  Bram and MVP have definitely upped their game but their opponents wouldn’t let them go for a single pin attempt.  The bell rings to signal a time limit draw and MVP and Bram are none-too-happy.  They attempt to beat down Kenta and Sanada but are quickly interrupted by the Uso’s.  Jimmy and Jey run Bram and MVP away from the ring and chase them to the back.

Next on the card is Big E Langston taking on the Bulgarian Alexander Rusev.  Rusev states that he will build himself back into an unstoppable force and then will go after a title.  Unfortunately for Rusev, Langston had other plans and brought all that to an end after dropping the Bulgarian with a jerking wristlock. (11 min)

Adrian Neville and Adam Rose come out and say that they deserve a title shot against the Pflyers.  Malo Leche de Mantequilla comes out and says that they don’t deserve anything.  When shown footage where they defeated the Mexicali Flyers, Malo mumbled something and says “You’re right…I forgot about that. (CRAP!)”  Neville and Rose head to the ring for their match. 

The Pflyers come out and look absolutely horrible (for those long-time wrestling fans, these two look like a short Tank Abbott and the fat security guard who used to accompany Gillberg).  The match was short lived.  Malo threw a chair into the ring but Neville caught it instead and the ref turned and immediately disqualified Neville and Rose.  Before they could explain what happened, the Pflyers and Malo bolted from the ring.  All of a sudden, dropping from the rafters is the Caped Crusader.  CC explains to the ref what happened and he immediately reversed his decision DQ-ing instead the Pflyers and giving the win to Neville and Rose (still, the belts don’t change hands on a DQ).  CC then repelled back up to the rafters.

It is time for the main event.  Randy Orton comes out first followed by Brock Lesnar.   John Cena comes out next but stops and introduces his partner - a man Lesnar knows very well – Bobby Lashley.  Lesnar begins to flip out in the ring.   About a minute in, Cena and Lesnar begin to go at it and Lashley comes in for the double team.  They take Brock out of the ring and blast him with the ring steps (potentially) injuring him.  Cena gets back in but Randy Orton takes the match to him.  Lesnar seems to get back up and yanks Lashley down and the two continue to brawl all the way to the back.  Cena, looking for his partner, turns into an RKO and Orton gets the pin right in the middle of the ring. (10 min).  After the match, Randy goes to punt Cena in the head but Cena pops up and locks Randy in the STF.  Orton is tapping out but it doesn’t matter as the match is over.  Cena lets him go.  Brock runs back down to the ring and attacks Cena.  The two brawl until half the dressing room comes out to separate them.  The show ends with the two glaring at each other from across the ring.
