HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.09

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Wrestlemania is just a week away and we are stoked.  Next week will be our 2 day fan fest followed by a 3 day PPV extravaganza.

GM’s Master Bull and Hulk Hogan collaborated and came up with the following poster for the event:

In the last issue, match results were inadvertently left off and that was the match between the Bella Twins and ½ of the Beautiful People Angelina Love and Madison Rayne.  That match was a pretty even match that went to a 30 minute time limit draw.

Based on Buff Austin’s comments to the Stache calling him “Lone Ranger”, Disney, the maker of the last film of the same name, contacted the Stache and asked if he’d be open to a role if a sequel is determined.   The Stache seemed open to the idea but put the caveat that El Chango would also need to be included.  Disney agreed.  Now, we just have to wait and see if a sequel is indeed created.

GM Hulk Hogan says that after the beating ‘The Original Big Daddy’ Donnie B and MW3 took at the hands of the Ascension, he is making the executive decision to keep them off TV so they can heal and be 100% ready for their Tag Team title rematch.  Hogan says that #TeamJones’ constant interference in other people’s matches will be dealt with sooner rather than later.

The show kicks off with Bo Dallas taking on Robbie E.  In 19 minutes, Dallas gets the win after hitting the Bo-bulldog headlock and rolled E up for the 1, 2, and 3.  After the match, Bo leans over Robbie E and says “BoLieve that.”  He then leaves the ring.

In the back The Ascension cut a promo saying that they beat DB and MW3 so bad they may not make it to Wrestlemania.  MJ says that this is the team that all future wrestlers will emulate.  “Gone are the days of the Ultimate doofus; the immortal cripple – our GM Hulk Hogan and Flabby (Ric) Flair.  THIS is the team everyone wants to be.  All the women want them; all the guys wish they could be them.”  The segment then ends.

We head back to the ring for our next match which has #TeamJones (#ConanJ and #CaseyJ) vs Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud.  Conan grabs a mic to (most likely) spout out some gibberish but Spud dropkicks him right out of the ring.  I guess ECIII and Spud will be the fan favorites in this match.  For 14 minutes, #TeamJones ruled the roost until Conan started to get double teamed and have his ass handed to him.  ECIII and Spud then took over and controlled the action.  At the 23 minute mark, in an act of desperation, Conan dropkicks ECIII out of the ring.  Ethan then got hit by a flying body press from #CaseyJ and was taken out.  He was unable to make it back in the ring so after 23 ½ min, #TeamJones gets the win via Countout.  #ConanJ picked up the mic again but I think it was broken as he got frustrated, threw the mic down and stormed out.  #CaseyJ followed.

Bray Wyatt comes out and congratulates his team (#TeamJones) on their win.  He then talks about how everyone hides behind masks and makeup, but he is going to send Undertaker home; buried six feet under.. He says he controls all of the ‘magic’ behind Undertaker, (then some thunder and lightning begins in the arena) and he says Taker is guilty. Bray says he will take his place as the new face of fear, and Taker is going to get the mercy he has been begging for. Bray says he will let Taker finally rest in peace, then taunts Taker’s kneel down pose and tells him to “Find ME!”

We go back to the interview area with Alberto el Patron and he tells Samoa Joe he wants his spot back and tonight, he is challenging Joe to a match.

Our next match is ready to begin and it has The Fiend from the Miz-fits taking on Prince Devitt.  This was an excellent match put on by both competitors.  It was about as even as you can get (58 to 60 if you’re counting points).  The Fiend capitalized on a hesitation from Devitt and locked him in the Devilock (figure four) and Prince, not paying attention to the count, left his shoulders down one second too long.  The Fiend gets the win in 9 minutes.  After the match, the Band (the Axe and Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon) hit the ring and hurl the Fiend out of the ring and kick Devitt out.  Axe says that their loss to the Uso’s was all the fault of the Miz-fits and they promise to beat the crap out of them at Wrestlemania.  Dirk says that they were not scheduled to be here tonight however, they want to fight.  The next match, which happens to be a tag team match will now include them.  3 teams…one victor…and it WILL be them.

Adrian Neville & Adam Rose vs Xavier Wood & Tyson Kidd vs the Band is up next.  This one went almost a full 30 minutes with Neville and Rose beating down the Axe and Wood and Kidd beating down on the Pick.  Axe and Pick head to the outside of the ring to take a breather and that set up the normal tag match between the other competitors.  Xavier Wood had just nailed Neville with the Red Arrow and was going for the pin until Axe pulled him out of the ring and bashed him into the steel steps.  Dirk gets in, picks up Neville and nails the Pearl Drum Drop.  Pick gets the win just before the bell rings.  Pick and the Axe then clear the ring and they stand tall until the Miz and the Fiend reappear on the ramp.   The two teams have a stare down before cutting to commercial.

In the back, Samoa Joe says he will accept Alberto’s challenge but he wants something more out of him.  He says that if Alberto wants a spot he’s not entitled to then Joe will ask for the same.  He says that if Alberto were to receive any singles title shot in the future and he loses tonight, that title shot will become Joe’s.  Joe says that this is the only way tonight’s match happens.  Alberto walks over and agrees.  The two shake hands.

We go back to the ring for our next match which has Jeff Hardy taking on the Miz.  This was another really close match that saw both men get numerous 2 counts.  The longer the match went on, you could see it taking its toll on the competitors.  Just after the 20 minute mark, Jeff hits Miz with a dropkick that sends him outside the ring.  WAIT…someone is at ringside wearing a hood.  It’s the AXE!  He grabs a chair and blasts Miz with it.  He then runs off in the crowd before he could get caught.  The ref never saw it.  Miz ends up getting counted out.  The Fiend runs down and tries to explain but the ref says he didn’t see it.  He ends up helping his partner to the back.

Before we have our main event, we wanted to show you what the PPV looks like today (baring anyone getting hurt and screwing things up).  The day to day lineup is still being finalized but here is the list of matches:

North American Champion Alexander Rusev vs Daniel Bryan in a flag match

World Tag Team Champions the Ascension vs Donnie B and MW3 in a rematch.

CSWA World Champion Kurt Angle vs AJ Styles
X-Division Champion Kane vs Roman Reigns
Asian Connection vs the A-Team
HWF vs CSWA World Champion to see who gets a shot at the Undisputed Heavyweight Title
Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt vs ???

It is time for the Main Event:  Alberto El Patron vs. Samoa Joe.  If Joe loses tonight, he loses his shot at the Hardcore title at Wrestlemania.  If Alberto loses, he will lose his spot for the CSWA US title.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that this will be a No DQ match.  Hardcore Champion Big Show comes out and goes to sit at ringside.  Alberto looks put off.  Joe goes to toss Alberto into the crowd but that get nullified.  Joe goes for a kick to the chest but Alberto stops that one too.  Alberto hits a 5 kick combination and a lifting back suplex and Joe locks in a modified camel clutch.  Alberto is definitely weakened.  Alberto struggles to his feet and Joe locks in a rear naked choke.  Alberto struggles but it all futile.  Finally he just taps out.  Joe retains his spot at Wrestlemania.  Big Show then climbs in the ring and gets into Joe’s face.  Show then holds the belt right in front of Joe and as they continue to stare at each other, the show comes to an end.

Just as the cameras are starting to shut down, there is a commotion in the back.  It’s coming from #ConanJ (no surprise there).  We head to the back to see what he’s bitching about now.

Promo from #ConanJ (behind him is the Wrestlemania poster)

“In other action......in other action....don’t miss live.....wtf.....every single time i turn around....i......(I mean) we the jones' are getting the screw job..... ass-cension.......prestige who........fat ass and slack daddy....blah blah bablaah....who really gives a hoot.....i know...we know....all the fans who they really want to see......yet the Chicken Shit Whiney Ass....and Homo/and Women’s Foundation continue to force feed these LOSERS.....and we get ‘in other action’.....i promise you...no i guarantee…the jones' will make this Wrestlemania as epic....IF NOT MORE than when our gm hollywood what’s his nuts did when the fix was in against the late great Giant”......(slams the mic and tears the poster off the wall).  He storms off yelling “I’m gonna fix this.”

Thanks for reading.  I expect we’ll have one more set of matches before Fan Fest gets here.  Stay Tuned.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.08

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Our show starts off with whining and complaining.  Randy Orton heads to the ring and complains about not being on the biggest card of the year.  He is interrupted by Mark Henry who also heads to the ring and also complains.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that there is only one slot left for a WM match.  The A-Team comes out and complains about being part of Hogan’s CWO and they are not on the card.  Hogan says that the 3 of them will compete in matches tonight (2 in singles and one 6 man) in a “Beat the Clock” competition.  The way this works is the person/team who gets the win in the shortest amount of time will get the final spot at Wrestlemania against who they are fighting tonight.  If they lose, they will not be considered.

The first match on the card today will be Kalisto (1st time in singles action) taking on Zach Ryder.  Kalisto is accompanied to the ring by his tag team partner Solomon Crowe.   In only 90 seconds, Kalisto gets the win after hitting the Hari Kari and Ryder fell out of the ring and got counted out.

Since Solomon Crowe was already at ringside, they just decided to do his match (also 1st singles match).  Crowe is taking on Tyson Kidd.  In very dominating fashion, Crowe gets the win in 6 minutes after connecting with a bicycle kick.  Crowe and Kalisto then say that they want a shot at the tag team titles and will work up to becoming the #1 contenders.  They are putting all teams on notice.

In the back, the Ascension are talking smack about all the tag teams in the HWF and CSWA calling them nothings.  They are sure to insult the Desperados, #TeamJones, and their challengers at Wrestlemania – Donnie B and MW3.  They want a warm up match tonight and will grant that one special wish to a team in the top 10 and they get a shot tonight.  MJ pulls a name out of a hat at it is…Sami Zayn and Roderick Strong.  Viktor tells them tonight will only be about the pain they will inflict on anyone who tries to take their titles away.

We head back to the ring for women’s tag team action.  (After what transpired last show, GM Hulk Hogan said that ½ of the Beautiful People – Fusion Valentine and Southern Belle will be taking on Cactus Jackie and Spider Violet.  But not to leave the other Beautiful People (Madison Rayne and Angelina Love) out of the picture, they will wrestle the Bella Twins tonight.)

Fusion Valentine & Southern Belle vs Cactus Jackie & Spider Violet is nothing short of a street fight.  Jackie and Spider were dominating the challengers until a lucky tag from Fusion brought a HULKED UP Belle back into the ring.  She began wailing on Jackie with lefts and rights and knocked her silly with a vicious uppercut.  Jackie then bailed out of the ring. Spider followed and they walked away from the match resulting in a countout. Fusion and Belle get this win via CO.  (8 ½ min)

Our first Beat the Clock challenge is up with Randy Orton taking on Bobby Lashley.  As a reminder, Randy needs to win this or he is out of consideration for Wrestlemania.  In 9 minutes, after having his ass handed to him, Orton is pinned after Bobby hits the Dominator.  Randy loses and will not be in single competition at Wrestlemania.  He will be able to participate in the Money in the bank battle royal though.

Our next match is a tag team match with the Band (the Axe and Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon) taking on the Uso’s.  Before the match could begin, the Miz-fits (the Miz and the Fiend) come out.  The Band is not happy about this but the Miz-fits remain on stage and do not approach the ring.  The Uso’s capitalized on the distraction and just dominated the Band. Finally, the Miz-fits head to the ring all the while keeping their hands up.   This just infuriated the Axe.  A very distracted Axe turns and gets hit with the Asiatic spike.  Jey makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  The Uso’s get the win in 14 minutes.  The Miz-fits then leave the ring laughing at Dirk and Axe in the ring looking all mad (was pretty funny).

Next up is our second Beat the Clock competition with Mark Henry taking on the Shield’s Ryback.  In just 6 minutes, Ryback catches the World’s Strongest Man in a Marching Cradle suplex and gets the pin.  Both singles teams are out.  Now, all the A-team has to do win their match and they will go on to Wrestlemania.

#TeamJones makes their way out and continue to talk smack and this brings out Donnie B and MW3.  MW3 tells #ConanJ that he runs his mouth but doesn’t know how to back things up.  Donnie B asks #CaseyJ what he was thinking in teaming with this low-life schmuck.  #ConanJ invites the former champs into the ring and they’ll show them the true meaning of an ass-kicking.  Conan refused to be in the ring at the same time as MW3 so that delayed the start of the match.  This did however allow the Ascension (Konnor and Viktor) to sneak up behind Donnie B and knock him out with a chair.  He is out cold.  #ConanJ catches MW3 with a hangman DDT.  Casey then pulled an unconscious MW3 out of the ring.  Viktor threw an unconscious Donnie B into the ring.  The Ascension then left the ring.  #ConanJ called for the bell.  He then locked in a guillotine choke and the ref reluctantly raised and watched fall Donnie B’s arm 3 times.  The ref then awards the match via submission to #TeamJones.  #ConanJ and #CaseyJ celebrate in the ring.  #ConanJ takes the mic “DAT..is how its dun.”  #CaseyJ takes the mic from him and says “What he said.”  #TeamJones leaves Donnie B and MW3 out cold.  Medics come out and help both DB and MW3 back to be checked on. (60 seconds)

In the back, Sami Zayn and Roderick Strong are being interviewed.  They say that they are being given a tremendous opportunity tonight and they will do their best to capitalize on it.

Our final Beat the Clock challenge is next with the A-Team (Austin Aries, Antonio Cesaro and Abyss) taking on the team of Kenta, Tajiri and Sanada.  This was not a good night for the A-Team.  The Asian Connection dominated the once 6 man tag team champs and in 14 minutes, Sanada pins Aries after connecting with a moonsault.  The Asian connection gets the win.  The A-Team immediately attacks them and Aries hits Sanada with a German Suplex, Abyss hits a Blackhole slam on Tajiri and Cesaro hits Kenta with cradle facebuster.   The A-Team stand over their opponents and call out GM Hulk Hogan.  The A-Team says that they still put on the best show of the night and demand Hogan put them in a rematch against the Asian Connection at Wrestlemania.  Hogan comes out and agrees with them and makes the match official.  That rounds out our final card as of now.  As always, the card is subject to change pending injury but I think everyone will do their best to stay as healthy as possible between now and our PPV.

It is time for the main event.  First, the challengers Sami Zayn and Roderick Strong make their way out to the ring.  They get a nice pop from the fans.  MJ then comes out with mic in hand and introduces his team. “Stand up all of you and give the proper respect to THE team of the 21st Century…the ASCENSION!”  Konnor and Viktor come out with their belts held high.  The fans are booing the heck out of them.  They swagger down to the ring and immediately attack Zayn and Strong.  The bell finally rings.  The champs dominate the challengers and on more than one occasion, they pull up their opponent to prolong the destruction they are ensuing.  Konnor takes Zayn outside the ring and hits the Fall of Man.  In the ring, Viktor catches Strong with a knee lift that almost takes his head off.  Viktor makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  The Ascension retain their titles in a 28 minute one-sided match.  As the Ascension are standing in the ring getting pelted with junk in the ring, out comes Donnie B (who is sporting a blood soaked bandage on his head) and MW3.  They attack the Ascension but the champs destroy any offensive the challengers tried to execute.  Viktor and Konnor both hit the Fall of Man on DB and MW3 and then stand over them; titles held high as the show comes to an end.

Thanks for reading.  Be sure to stay tuned as things are really heating up.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.07

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Our 350th episode was a huge hit with fans from all over the world.  Wrestlemania continues to shape up very nicely as the PPV draws near.  The PPV will be taking place in Chicago on April 10, 11 and 12th with the Fanfest taking place 2 days prior.  The HWF and CSWA will be taking over the Windy City.  Do you have your ticket?  If not, you will be able to catch us live on PPV.

The show begins with GM’s Master Bull and Hulk Hogan entering the arena.  The lights suddenly go out and come back on seconds later.  Standing in their midst is the one and only Undertaker.  Taker asks GM’s Master Bull and Hulk Hogan for permission to wrestle in the HWF even though he is rostered to the CSWA.  For once, the GM’s agree that it is best for business and will allow it but tell Undertaker that his match against Bray should also have the title on the line.   Sheamus walks over and says he’s the #1 contender for the HWF World title and shouldn’t be taking a back seat to anyone – even someone as great as the Undertaker.  Bull says that tonight, Sheamus will take on the Undertaker and the winner meets Bray for the HWF World title.

We head to the ring for our first match which has Sonic Blade heading to the ring for his match against Adam Rose for his spot for the North American title.  Rose totally dominated Sonic Blade and of course, the match wouldn’t have been complete if it weren’t for outside interference.  This time, Lucas Johnston came out and as Rose distracted the ref, Lucas bashed Sonic Blade multiple times with chair shots.  Johnston takes off through the crowd.  Adam Rose nails a Samoan driver and makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  Adam Rose retains his spot.  Sonic Blade has to be helped from the ring.  (17 min)

Wade Barrett makes his way to the ring and says that he is wondering where all the supposed talent is in the HWF.  Roman Reigns comes out and says that he wants to challenge Wade for his X-Division spot.  Wade looks hungry and accepts the match.  Wade started off strong but after 3 minutes started to fizzle.  Roman then took over and beat the holy hell out of Wade.  He seemed to enjoy it and totally dominates Barrett. Finally, he hits the Moment of Silence (belly to back urange) and then makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  Reigns gets the win and then issues a challenge to X-Division champ Kane.  The lights go out and then fire blasts up from the ringposts.  Reigns turns around and there is Kane.  Kane hits a Chokeslam on the unsuspecting Reigns.  Reigns is down and Kane stands over him holding his title.  Looks like another match is on the books.  (18 min match; 20 min segment)

In the back, El Chango and the Stache are filming a commercial for their respective brands (Fruit Roll Up for the Stache and Slim Jim for El Chango).  “What a joke” sounds from off set.  “You think that you film a commercial that you are better than everyone now?”  From off-set walks over Buff Austin (formerly Senor Vampiro aka Superfan Brian).  “From the 719 Cartel to World Tag Team Champions to a joke with a cowboy.  Wow, you sure have fallen a long way there Chango ol’ chap.”  El Chango gets in his face and asks “What do you want?  Haven’t we done the ‘been there, done that’?  However, I your trying to pick a fight, I won’t’ back down.”  Buff Austin scoffs at him.  “You’re soft.  Hollywood has made you weak.  Sure, I’ll take you on…for old time’s sake.”  He turns to the Stache.  “Back off Lone Ranger.  This is between me and Chango.  See you in the ring.”

The Scorpion Warrior heads to the ring with one-third of the 6 Man tag team championship. Sting says that he loves being in the HWF and CSWA where only the best competitors are.  The Warriors never back down from any challenge.  He is then interrupted by Xavier Woods.  Woods storms down to the ring (power walks) and gets into Sting’s face.  Woods says that people like Sting always overlook people like him since he is not steroided up like other people are.   Xavier tells Sting that he could never beat him.  Sting asks if Woods wants a match.  Woods agrees.  This was a pretty one-sided match but exactly opposite of what you would think.  Woods was MOPPING the floor with the Scorpion Warrior (ok, maybe not mopping but dominating for sure).  After catching Sting with a CreeDDT, he makes the cover and gets the clean 1-2-3 in the middle of the ring.  Xavier smiles as his hand is raised and he tells Sting to let the other Warriors know they are coming after the 6 man titles…one way or another.  (13 min)

Southern Belle is in the back being interviewed and she says that she is really looking forward to meeting Raquel in the ring for the titles.  She has worked extremely hard to get to this point and nothing will stop her.  Cactus Jackie walks in and interrupts and says that at one time, Jackie was Queen.  She then got discarded like yesterday’s newspaper.  Belle will be no different.  Belle is a flash in the pan and does not have what it takes to be a champion unlike her.  Belle responds “If you are so great, why aren’t you the champion?”  Jackie then slaps her across the face.  “Meet me in the ring bitch and I’ll show you.”  Belle began to hulk up but Fusion Valentine, Madison Rayne and Angelina Love ran over and calmed her down.  Love says the Beautiful People stick together and they will be in Belle’s corner.

We go back to the ring and the old west music hits.  El Chango w/the Stache come out to a huge pop.  They make their way to the ring.  The music is abruptly cut off as Buff Austin makes his way to the ring.  Buff says that he wants El Chango to put his X-Division title shot on the line and Chango agrees.  This one is pretty short as Austin, thinking the Stache was looking at him weird, opted to walk out after only 3 minutes.  El Chango retains his spot and gets the win via countout.  Not quite sure the purpose of all that.

We head to the back where #TeamJones are being interviewed.  The interviewer asks #ConanJ if they are stirring up a bees nest.  “A bees nest....a bees nest...you think these insects mean something to the appex predators......this whole time we’ve just been hibernating....waiting....and now the grizzles are up and hungry....and looking for their first meal...and once we devour the timid little bambis......believe me we will be looking for our next meal....our hunger CANNOT.....WILL NOT be satisfied til we have our biggest meal…the tag team championships........when the belts are around the rightful champions then and only then will this so called wrestling affiliation be a true giant in our industry.....but as long as these has-beens and never-wases keep shielding the fagazzis, we will continue to terrorize when and where we see fit.....”  #CaseyJ looks at the camera and says “What he said.”  They then walk off.

Cactus Jackie makes her way to the ring and she seems all proud of herself.  The fans are booing her and she doesn’t seem to care.  Southern Bell and the rest of the Beautiful People make their way down to the ring.  Belle goes right after Jackie but CJ bails prolonging the start of the match.  This goes on for about 2 minutes until the Beautiful People surround her and make her get back in the ring.  Halfway through the match, the ref sends the rest of the Beautiful People from ringside after they threatened to interfere.  Jackie capitalized on it and while the ref was distracted, he blasts Belle with a foreign object.  She then locks Belle in the Cactus Clutch and Belle has no choice but to tap out.  Jackie gets the win here but continues to keep the hold locked in.  Fusion Valentine runs back down and Jackie releases the hold.  The two of them start to jawjack which gives Belle time to recover.  Belle then hulks up in the ring and starts to wail on Jackie.   Belle connects with a vicious uppercut followed by the Southern Swing.  Jackie then bailed as soon as she could.  Fusion got in the ring and calmed her partner down.  They then left the ring shortly thereafter.

It is time for our main event.  Sheamus’ title spot is on the line here against the Undertaker.  Both men make their way to the ring.  Just as the bell rings, the lights go dim and the eerie blue light shines down and Gong sounds that normally accompany the Undertaker begins to ring.  Bray Wyatt, sitting in his rocking chair, is at the top of the ramp.  Bray begins to laugh.  Bray gets on the mic and tells Undertaker that if he loses, then their match at Wrestlemania is off.   Bray says that he already has to defend the HWF and Undisputed titles at Wrestlemania and feels that he should not have to wrestle a third time.  Undertaker looks put off and Bray seems happy about it.  Undertaker blocks the clubbing fists from Sheamus and hits a Chokeslam. Sheamus connects with a double axe handle smash and Undertaker hits the Last Ride.   Undertaker then locks in the Devil’s Triangle (modified gogoplata) and Sheamus taps out.  All this in 3 minutes.  Undertaker gets the win and is now the #1 contender for Bray’s World title.  Bray stands up on the stage and starts to look concerned as Undertaker drags his thumb across his throat and with mic in hand, says “Rest…in…Peace.”  The lights go out except for a spotlight on the ring reflecting the Wrestlemania logo.   With that, the show comes to an end.

Thanks for reading.  Stick around; things are getting interesting.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.06 (issue 350)

Welcome fans back to our newsletter.  We have just hit another milestone with this being our 350th published newsletter.  INSANE.  That’s truly a lot of wrestling news.  GM’s Master Bull and Hulk Hogan said they wanted this show (coming to you live from the home of the CSWA Colorado Springs, CO) to be “off the hook” so let’s get right on to the show.

The show begins with GM’s Master Bull and Hulk Hogan coming out to a pop from the crowd.  Hogan talks briefly about our 350th episode and Master Bull says that the road to Wrestlemania continues tonight.  Bull announces that, along with the Men’s Battle Royal for a money in the bank contract match at Wrestlemania, there will also be, as expected, a Women’s Battle Royal.  Just like the Men’s version, this one too will be for a contract at the championship at a later date.  Hogan says that the show needs to get started “BROTHER”.

Diva Paige comes down and gets in the ring with a mic.  She calls down AJ Lee who makes her way to the ring.  Paige says that she wants to have a match at Wrestlemania with AJ that will tear the house down.  “I want a match against the greatest uncrowned Women’s Champion and that is YOU, AJ.”  AJ agrees to the match.  Both shake hands but as AJ turns away, Paige goes to attack her but AJ saw it coming and hit Paige with the Black Widow.  AJ smiles, skips around the ring and then leaves.  Paige gets up rubbing her neck and cracks a small smile and then heads to the back.

The first match of the show is Big Show defending the Hardcore Title against Dolph Ziggler.   GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that this will be a “Brawl Games” rules match with one fall.  Hogan then leaves as the bell rings.  Ziggler takes the fight to Big Show but just can’t take on the behemoth.  John Cena makes his way out and Dolph sees him.  Show capitalizes and hits Dolph with the knockout punch.  The ref counts to 10 and awards the match to Show.  He leaves with his championship.  (15 min)

John Cena gets in the ring and stares at Ziggler knocked out in the ring.  Cena then starts to go off on Dolph until Samoa Joe comes out.  Cena is pissed he is being interrupted.  Samoa Joe says that with Dolph’s loss tonight, he is the #1 contender for the Hardcore title.  He is issuing a challenge for that title and his match will be at Wrestlemania.  It looks like we have another match set up.  Joe goes to leave and Cena starts to berate him for interrupting him.  Joe looks like he gives a rat-s*it.  Cena then insults Joe’s Samoan heritage and Joe turns around and heads to the ring.  Joe gets in and a chant “Joe’s gonna kill you” begins.  Joe says that Cena can say whatever he wants about Joe himself but he does NOT insult his heritage.  Cena starts a shoving match and then Joe catches him with a superkick.  Cena crawls to the corner with his eyes all wide.  Joe says “You want to do this now?  Ring the bell.”

The bell rings and we have an impromptu match.  Joe begins to beat the snot out of John but Super Cena battles back.  After hitting 2 consecutive F-5’s, John nails a 5 knuckle shuffle off the top rope.  He goes for a pin until Dolph (he was still on the outside of the ring) pulls John out and decks him.  The bell rings and Joe has been disqualified for outside interference. (15 min)  Dolph whips John into the ring post.  Dolph drags John back into the ring and there is a pissed off Samoan still there.  Dolph whips John to the ropes and John hangs on.  Joe then hits John with a superkick and then clotheslines Dolph out of the ring.  Joe gets a big pop from the crowd and then leaves.  Cena and Ziggler both make their way to the back (separately, of course).

In the interview area, Sonic Blade says he is there to issue a challenge to ‘lukewarm’ Lucas Johnston for a match at Wrestlemania.  If Johnston is a man, he will accept the challenge.

Next up is Intercontinental Champion Tyler Breeze defending his title against Roman Reigns.  Before the match can begin, Brock Lesnar runs down and slams Reigns into the steel steps.  He then dumps Reigns back in the ring.  Reigns nails a headbutt but Tyler nails an insuguri and after that, Reigns never got another offensive move in.  Breeze dominates Reigns and then mercifully pins him after hitting an Implant DDT.  Brock, still at ringside, sarcastically yells to Breeze “You’re Welcome.  I’m Next.  At Wrestlemania”.  It looks like another match is set up. (7 min)

Back in (the safety of) his office, Master Bull makes it official that Cena and Ziggler will meet at Wrestlemania (like we didn’t know).

Next, we have a placement match with AJ Styles challenging Prince Devitt for his World title placement spot.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that the winner of this match will go on to Wrestlemania to meet Kurt Angle for the CSWA World title.  This had to be the best match of the night so far.  Devitt and Styles put on a HELL of a show.  AJ nailed Devitt with a dropkick to his leg as Devitt was trying for a high risk move.  Devitt then fell out of the ring.  He could not put any pressure on his leg at all and kept collapsing.  The ref counted to 10 (eventually – it was more like 30) and awarded the match to AJ Styles.  It looks like AJ trades spots with Devitt and is going on to meet Kurt Angle for the CSWA World title.  Angle comes out and says he congratulates AJ on his win but this could be the last time AJ has his hand raised as the victor.  He chuckles and walks away.  (11 ½ min for the match; 20 minutes for the segment).

Our next match is a grudge match with The Desperados & the American Wolves vs #TeamJones & Beer Money.  GM Hulk Hogan came out and basically told the ref to stand down.  Hogan says that these 4 teams need time to beat the living hell out of each other.  The ref left the ring and all 8 men jumped in the ring and beat the hell out of each other.  There was no tagging in or out.  It was an old fashioned slugfest.  After about 8 minutes, Hogan sent the “shirts” down to break it up.  #TeamJones and Beer Money seemed to come out less-scathed than their opponents but I would hardly say they “won”.  As the teams were leaving, MW3 runs in from the crowd and goes right after #ConanJ.  Conan sees him and bolts faster than lightning.  MW3 chased him to the back.

Our main event starts with HWF World and the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt coming out.  He says that last show, Undertaker played his music and did his light show and it cost Bray a shot at the Hardcore title.  That’s ok, he says.  Taker wants to play mind games.  He can do that too.  Bray says he is defending his title tonight and his opponent is none other than Kevin Steen.  Steen comes out and looks ready for action.  Bray reminds him that this will be a specialty match and the rules will be “Singapore Cane rules”.  The bell rings and Bray goes right after him.  This was a 23 minutes ass kicking…by the champion.  Holy Cow.  This was a really bad beat down.  Bray blasted Kevin multiple times with the cane.  Finally, at the 23 minute mark, Bray connects with Sister Abigail and gets the 1-2-3.  Bray Wyatt has defeated Steen.  As Steen leaves the ring with his head held low, Bray gets on the mic and calls out the Undertaker.  The lights go out and the eerie blue light shines in the ring.  A GONG sounds.  Six hooded druids start to make their way to the ring carrying torches.  They are also carrying a casket.  Bray leans on the ropes and then starts to sing “I’ve got the whole world…in my hands.”  The druids stop at the ring.  They open the casket and…it’s empty.  Bray begins to laugh maniacally.  He immediately kicks backwards and connects with the UNDERTAKER.  Taker was trying to sneak up on Bray.  Bray tosses Undertaker to the ropes but after ducking and bouncing off the other side, Taker takes Bray down with a clothesline.  Bray hits a cheap shot on Undertaker and he collapses in the ring.  Bray picks him up and hits Sister Abigail.  Not once, not twice but 3 times.  Bray then drags the Undertaker to the casket and dumps him in it.  He closes and locks the lid.  He then drags the casket (it’s on wheels) to the top of the ramp.  Bray then runs and shoves the casket right off the stage where it crashes to the floor below.  HOLY CRAP chants ring out.  The camera pans down and we see the casket, broken and open but it’s EMPTY!  Bray looks shocked.  He looks around all nervous as the blue light comes back on and the GONG rings over and over.  This brings the show to an end.  (23 minute match; 30 minute segment)

Thanks for sticking with us.  I’m not sure how these performers are going to top this as we get closer to Wrestlemania but I have faith they will continue to amaze and astonish us.  Stay tuned.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.05

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  This year, Wrestlemania will be taking place in none other than the Windy City – Chicago, IL.   As we mentioned in a previous issue, Wrestlemania’s 3 Day extravaganza is sold out.  The 2 day fan fest is sold out.

Our first major announcement for today will be that there will be a Men’s Money in the Bank match to see who will win a title shot at a title of his choice within his federation.  Most likely there will be one for the Women but it has yet to be confirmed.

The Ascension make their way out and gloat about how easy a win it was in defeating the Desperados.  They are interrupted by Donnie B and MW3. MW3 gets on the mic and begins to run down the champs when they are attacked from behind by Kane.  The odds are then evened up when Alberto El Patron runs down and assists.  Master Bull comes out and says that these teams will be meeting in a 6 man match in tonight’s main event.

Our first match begins with Sheamus challenging Dolph Ziggler for his Hardcore title spot.  The Great White Dope took the fight to Ziggler but was unable to get a pin.  John Cena makes his way out and runs down to the ring.  Cena goes after Dolph and causes the DQ at the 8 ½ minute mark.  Dolph and Cena brawl all the way to the back.

In the back, Samoa Joe says he is challenging Bray Wyatt for his spot in line for the Hardcore title.  Joe says that Bray cannot refuse nor can he make this a specialty match.  Bray has to win with own two hands or he will walk out a loser.

Our next match is a women’s tag team match with the Bella Twins (Brie and Nikki) taking on AJ Lee and Paige.  The Bellas controlled the tempo of the match and kept Paige on the outside for almost the whole match except once when she jumped in to save AJ from constant double teams.  As the ref was escorting Paige back out of the ring, Nikki tags back in and hits AJ with a leaping snapmare and covers her to get the 1-2-3.  The Bellas get the win in 6 minutes.

Bray Wyatt says that he accepts Joe’s challenge and looks forward to meeting him in the ring later tonight.

Sonic Blade makes his way out for his match and he is taking on MVP for this match.  Sonic Blade was beating MVP from pillar to post until ‘lukewarm’ Lucas Johnston comes out.  He swaggers down to the ring and sits at ringside.  Sonic Blade is distracted and that allows MVP to sneak attack Blade.  He removes the turnbuckle cover and then bashes the head of Blade into it.  MVP then hits a kick to the midsection and then rolls Blade up for the 1-2-3.  MVP gets the win in 12 minutes.  After the match, Johnston hits the ring and nails a missile dropkick sending Sonic into the ropes where he gets tangled up.   Johnston then grabs a chair and busts a trapped Sonic Blade with the chair busting him open.  The refs finally get him freed from the ropes but the damage is done.  Johnston leans over and yells “Looks like I’m finally over.”  He then walks away as Sonic Blade is attended to. (12 min)

Back to the interview area we go and the Jones Boys or as they are calling themselves #TeamJones are preparing for an interview. #ConanJ says that the world is messed up with people like MW3 and Donnie B contaminating the pool of talent. #ConanJ says that MW3, when he was the world champion, cheated and like a cheater, his is a BITCH who deserves to be put down.  He claims to be the one to do it but for now, He and #CaseyJ have other BITCHES they need to attend to – two schmucks known as the Desperados.  They will defeat the Desperados, destroy MW3 and Donnie B and then take on closet dressers the Ascension and take those titles.  #CaseyJ only replies with “What he said.”  The American Wolves – Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards walk in and say that it sounds to them like the Jones Girls wants a match tonight so they are ready for a fight.  #CaseyJ says that they’ll show the Wolves who the ‘Girls’ are.

Next up is US Champion Christopher Daniels defending his title against the Big Show.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that this will be a best of 3 falls – 60 minute time limit match.  Big Show gets the first fall in 22 minutes.  Daniels battles back and gets the second fall in 13 ½ minutes after Big Show got counted out.  The final fall goes 15 minutes and in amazing fashion, Daniels hits a double jumping moonsault and gets the 1-2-3.  Daniels retains his title in very amazing fashion.  After the match, Shield member Dean Ambrose runs in and hits Daniels with the Dirty Deeds.  Ambrose says he is the #1 contender and wants his title shot at Wrestlemania.  He tells Hulk Hogan to make the match happen. (51 min)

Dean Ambrose remains at ringside as Christopher Daniels is helped to the back.  He is then joined by Shield members Seth Rollins and Ryback.  They call out any 3 person tag team to take on the Shield.  Prestige Inc. (Reid Rothchild, Magnus and King Damian Sandow) come out.  Reid gets on the mic and says Ambrose is nothing but a bully and Prestige Inc. is here to show why they are the top team in the 6 man division.  Seth Rollins interrupts that if they were #1, why aren’t they the champs?  The Shield laughs at them.  Looks like we have a match.  Ryback says that Prestige Inc needs to put their spot on the line if they really want this match to happen.  This one almost went the distance and was a pretty darn close match.  The end came after a beat up Daniels came down and Dean Ambrose went right after him leaving his teammates in the ring.  Ryback is yelling for Ambrose to come back and Magnus nails a body slam from the top rope.  Magnus makes the cover and gets the 3 count.  Prestige Inc. retain their title spot.  The Warriors come out and stand on the stage.  Prestige Inc. walk over and the 6 men have a stare down.  (28 min)

In the back, Ravishing Raquel gets on the mic and accepts Belle’s challenge for the PPV.   The champ says she’ll be ready.  Belle had better be also.

Our next match has Samoa Joe vs Bray Wyatt for the Hardcore title shot.  Bray was doing a good job keeping the Samoan at bay.  Joe then tosses Bray outside the ring.  Just before Bray can re-enter the ring, the lights go out and the eerie blue light reflects off of everything.  A GONG sounds and Bray is looking around for the Undertaker but he is nowhere to be seen.  He starts to climb back in but the bell rings.  Bray got counted out.  Samoa Joe wins his spot in the running for the Hardcore title.  Joe smiles and leaves.  (9 min)

In the back, Dolph Ziggler walks over to Joe and reminds him that he is the #1 contender.  Joe says he is ok with that so he challenges Dolph for his spot next show.  Ziggler agrees.

We come out for our next match which has #TeamJones taking on the American Wolves.  #Casey and #Conan come out first.  They are then followed by Edwards and Richards.  The two teams go right at it and the ref has trouble getting this one started.  After about 2 minutes of chaos reigning supreme, the ref decides to call this one a no contest.  Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode) hit the ring and attack the Wolves helping #TeamJones beat them down.  The Desperados (the Stache and El Chango) rush the ring and even the odds.  GM Master Bull comes out and gets them all to stop.  Bull says that next show, the Wolves will team up with the Desperados to take on Beer Money and #TeamJones.

It is time for our main event.  Donnie B, MW3 and Alberto El Patron vs the Ascension & Kane.  Donnie B, MW3 and Alberto started off by triple teaming Viktor.  They continued the fight until Kane came in choke slammed everyone.  The Ascension then took over triple teaming Alberto on numerous occasions.  After Kane hit Donnie B with a big foot sending him out of the ring and Viktor cleaning the clock of MW3, Konnor hits the Fall of Man on Alberto El Patron and makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  The Ascension and Kane are victorious and stand with all arms raised as the show comes to an end.  (25 min)

After the cameras stopped rolling, #ConanJ slinks out and blasts MW3 with a chair.  He stands over MW3 and just laughs and laughs and laughs.

That’s all for now.  Stay tuned as we are getting ever so close to our biggest PPV of the year.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.04

Hello fans and welcome back to our Wrestling Newsletter.  As we expected, the Fan Fest preceding the 3 day Wrestlemania PPV has completely sold out.  While matches are still being finalized over the next month, we expect to have a really solid lineup for you, our fans.

As was mentioned in the last issue, we have a new wrestler debuting tonight.  He goes by the name Sonic Blade.  We see him walking around the back getting accustomed to his surroundings, he is approached by Diva Spider Violet.  Violet welcomes him to the show and asks if he can arm wrestle.  Sonic replies he does so Spider challenges him to an arm wrestling match.  Sonic seems a bit thrown off by this and politely declines.

The show begins with Sonic Blade heading to the ring for his match.  He is definitely getting a better reaction than his opponent who follows him out.  His opponent for this match is ‘Luke warm’ Lucas Johnson.  Sonic Blade goes right on the offensive and takes the fight to Johnston who is not doing much in the way of fighting back.  At the 7 minute mark, Sonic hits the Alhambra Attack (tackle) and rolls up Johnston for the 1-2-3.  Sonic Blade is victorious in his first match.  Afterwards, a pissed off Johnston attacks Blade who ends up throwing him over the top rope.

Bray Wyatt says that Donnie B will be just another victim on his road to Wrestlemania.  He said he has a surprise for the end of the show.

Next on the card is Adam Rose taking on the Fiend for his title spot.  Adam Rose was beating the SNOT out of the Fiend and was on the verge of securing a win until The Miz made his way to ringside with something in his hand.  Adam Rose started complaining to the ref and that allowed Miz to hand the Fiend…BBQ sauce.  HUH?  Rose charged the Fiend who then rubbed the BBQ sauce in Rose’s face.  Rose falls out of the ring all the while trying to clean himself up.  The match ends when Rose doesn’t meet the 10 count.  The Fiend retains his title spot.  The Fiend slaps Miz’s back and leaves a BBQ hand print.  All parties leave.

Donnie B w/ MW3 are in the back and DB says he’s going to give Bray a fight and he won’t back down.

We head back to the ring for our next match which has Austin Aries taking on Big Show for his US title shot.  Aries is accompanied by the A-Team but they are quickly sent away from ringside.  I guess that any advantage Aries thought he’d have went right out the window. Big Show fought and eventually pinned Aries after hitting the Cutting Edge at the 18 minute mark.  It looks like it will be Big Show taking on Christopher Daniels for the US title at Wrestlemania.

In the back, a distraught Aries is sulking when he is approached by the Asian Connection (Kenta, Sanada and Tajiri).  Kenta mocks him for losing to Big Show and Aries begins to fight back but Sanada and Tajiri assist in the beatdown.  Antonio Cesaro and Abyss run over to help.  Tajiri spits green mist in the face of Cesaro and Sanada hits Abyss with a superkick.  The Asian Connection stand over the A-Team laughing.

Our next match is Southern Belle vs Layla El with the winner going to Wrestlemania to fight Ravishing Raquel for the Undisputed Women’s title.  Layla El comes out first and is followed by Southern Belle.  Before the match could begin, Ravishing Raquel makes her way out and sits at commentary.  Layla immediately attacks Belle and drags her outside the ring.  She pulls a ladder from under the ring and whips Belle into it.  The ref goes to disqualify Layla but Belle pleads to have this turned into a ladder match.  HOLY CRAP.  I think this is our first ever Women’s Ladder Match.   A briefcase is then hung over the ring with the contract to fight Raquel in it.

Belle begins by going for a flying body press but Layla reverses it and nails a legdrop.  Belle then stuns her with a vicious uppercut stunning Layla.  She then connects with a flying body press and Layla hits the Layout.   Layla hits a head scissors but then gets tossed out of the ring by Belle.  Belle then sets up a ladder on the outside of the ring.  Layla hits a snapmare on the floor but then Belle hits a slingshot into the ladder almost knocking Layla out.  Belle then hits a victory roll followed by a flying legdrop from the middle of the ladder.  Belle makes the cover and begins to climb the ladder.  A groggy Layla manages to stop her and follow her up the ladder.  Belle then bounces Layla’s head off the ladder and she falls to the mat.  Belle then reaches up and pulls down the briefcase making her the #1 contender for the Undisputed Women’s title.

Ravishing Raquel gets in the ring and congratulates her friend.  For a moment, Belle seems happy until Fusion Valentine, her tag team partner, comes out and nods to her.  Belle then goes APE-SHIT on Raquel taking her down.  She tells Raquel “no hard feelings but this is about a championship I want.”  Belle then leaves with Fusion Valentine while Raquel regains her composure and leaves.

Samoa Joe makes his way out and says that he is ready to be a main eventer.  He calls out Alberto El Patron and challenges him for his spot in the US title hunt.  Alberto comes out and accepts.  Alberto gets in one shot before being dumped on the outside of the ring.  Joe then hits him with a Muscle Buster and then drops a hard elbow on Alberto.  He crawls back in the ring as the ref counts to 10 and Joe wins the match and the spot in just under a minute.

We cut to the interview area where the Caped Crusader is sitting with Clarkus Kentus.   Clarkus asks why CC had a change of heart.  The Crusader explains that he is at a cross roads in his life.  He says that he feels that Cena, although a great wrestler, is an overbearing influence.  The Crusader feels that he needed to step away to try and figure things out.  He points out that he did NOT turn on Cena but got hit by the bug called “doing what is right”.  The Crusader says he has permission from GM Hulk Hogan to mentor under his hero Kurt Angle.  Clarkus ends the interview by saying that “truth and justice are not lost; it’s only misplaced.”

It is time for our Main Event with HWF World Champion Bray Wyatt taking on ‘The Original Big Daddy’ Donnie B.  DB makes his way out with former world champion MW3.  They are then followed out by the champion.  Master Bull makes his way out and reminds us that this will be a specialty rules match.  Bull says that this will be an ECW Rules match.  At one point, Bray blasted Donnie B with a foreign object which just so happened to be an urn.  Bray was getting ready to hit the Sister Abigail until the lights went dim and an eerie blue light came on.  A gong then sounded and on the stage was none other than the UNDERTAKER.   Undertaker has returned.  He motions to the sign in the rafters that reads “Wrestlemania” and then drags his thumb across his throat.  The lights come back on and Donnie B kicks Bray in the gut and then hits the Lights out Brainbuster.  He hooks the leg and the ref counts 1…2…3.  Donnie B has just defeated Bray Wyatt to become the HWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.  HOLY CRAP.  MW3 joins Donnie B in the ring and they celebrate until the Jones Boys make their way down interrupting the celebration.  #ConanJ then attacks MW3 and #CaseyJ attacks Donnie B.  All 4 men fight in the ring until DB and MW3 dispose of their attackers.  The show comes to an end after Bray Wyatt slid back in and hit Donnie B with Sister Abigail.  He stands over Donnie B as the show comes to an end.

Dark Show (only for those in attendance)

But WAIT…there’s more.  Master Bull comes out and says that he really thought Donnie B would never make it that far but he did.  However, Donnie B is NOT an HWF performer therefore he cannot hold the HWF World title.  He says that he will not strip Donnie B of the title but says he will hold a mini battle royal with the winner walking out with the title.   Donnie B is still out on his feet and MW3 is yelling in protest but it does no good.  Bull then sends down Roman Reigns, Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus, Buff Austin, Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar.  Donnie B eliminated Sheamus first.  Dolph eliminated Buff Austin. Bray quickly eliminates Joe.  Brock eliminated Roman Reigns.  Dolph then eliminates Donnie B who now officially loses the title.  Bray then eliminates Brock.  Bray then cleans house on Dolph and eliminates him to once again regain his title.  Now, Donnie B was not pinned nor did he submit.  Well, you win some and you lose some.   As Bray is celebrating in the ring with his title, the lights go out again and when they come up, Undertaker is in the ring.  UT hits Bray with lefts and rights and sends him to the ropes.   Bray quickly grabs the ropes and gets himself out of the ring.  Undertaker stands alone staring at Bray.

Thanks for reading.  Stay Tuned as things are really starting to heat up.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.03

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Wrestlemania is shaping up nicely and is officially sold out.  Tickets are going live for the fan fest at the end of this show.  We expect this to sell out equally as fast.

The show begins with The HWF and Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt and the Jones Boys taking on Sanada, Tajiri & Kenta.  Bray and the Jones boys were holding their own until a few teams made their way out:  Donnie B & MW3, The Warriors (Super Warrior and Warrior of Truth) and the Desperados (The Stache and El Chango).  #ConanJ saw this and freaked out.  Bray jumped off the apron to have a stare down with the teams.  #CaseyJ ended up getting tripped at ringside by the Stache (he snuck around) and that allowed Kenta to hit #CaseyJ with a Busaiku Knee Strike and pinned him in the middle of the ring.  #ConanJ pulls his partner out of the ring and they start to make their way up the ramp until they are stopped by GM Hulk Hogan.  Hogan says that all these teams want the Jones boys in the ring.  Hogan says that Donnie B and MW3 are getting a rematch for the World tag team titles so it won’t be them.  The Warriors will be defending the 6 man tag team titles at Wrestlemania so it won’t be them.  Hogan then says that the Desperados will take on the Jones boys at Wrestlemania in a specialty match to be determined.  The Jones Boys were not happy about that.  They looked around and Bray was gone.  (20 min)

Our next match is for the Undisputed Women’s Championship.  The challenger Layla El comes out first and gets into the ring.  The Undisputed Women’s Champion comes out to a huge pop.  She is sporting both titles.   Before the match could begin, Master Bull came out and said that both titles are on the line but this match will only be a 20 minute, 1 fall match.  Layla took the match to the champion but Raquel would not give up.  Raquel hit Layla an abundance of moves but the challenger stayed one step ahead.  Raquel was beginning to battle back and even caught Layla coming off the ropes with a moonsault.  Raquel crawled over to try for a pin but the bell rang signaling the end of the match.  Since Layla was dominant in the match, she will most likely get a rematch in the future.  Southern Belle came out and politely asked for a title match.  Layla took offense and started pushing Bell around.  Raquel said that she would defend her titles against the winner of the match between these two. (20 min time limit draw)

It is time for the next match but A-Team member ‘the Man’ Austin Aries comes out and says that he was unjustly robbed of his title shot and he isn’t leaving until he gets another shot for the US title.  The #1 contender Big Show comes out.  Aries says that he wants a fight and Big Show is the perfect person to be on the receiving end of beat down.  Big Show laughs at him and says “why not.”  However, it will have to be at a later date.

Solomon Crowe & Kalisto vs the Miz-fits.  The Fiend and the Miz were operating like a well-oiled machine and were taking Crowe and Kalisto back to school.  At the 16 minute mark, the Axe blindsides the Miz knocking him out.   Dirk Devon hits the Fiend with the Fender 5 Arm.  He caused just enough of a distraction that allowed Kalisto to hit the Hari Kari and pin the Fiend.  The Band jump in and begin to beat down the Fiend.  The Miz jumps in the ring with a chair and bashes both Band members with it chasing them off. The Miz gets on a mic and issues a challenge to the Band for a match at Wrestlemania.  Dirk and the Axe accept and we have ourselves another match for the PPV. (16 min)

Next match on the card is El Chango w/the Stache taking on Sami Zayn.  El Chango owned this match and ended up pinning Zayn after hitting a shooting star press.  After the match, the Jones Boys did a run in but were quickly dispatched.  #ConanJ had to be restrained by his partner.

John Cena comes down and calls out the Caped Crusader.  GM Master Bull comes out and lets him know that the Crusader is not here tonight.  Cena is in a pissed off mood and wants a match tonight – it doesn’t matter who.  Sheamus comes out and says that he wants some in ring time so he’ll give John a match.  John takes all his frustrations out on Sheamus (who is the #1 contender for the World title).  John wastes no time and in 5 short minutes, puts Sheamus down with the F-5.  Cena says now he is the #1 contender but Master Bull comes out and says that his spot was not on the line here.  Cena says he beat Sheamus and next show he challenges Sheamus for his spot.  After the match, Dolph Ziggler ran down and attacked Cena who ended up running off.  Ziggler said he wasn’t finished yet with Cena.  Cena backed up the ramp cautiously.

The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Ryback) come out and say that they should be going to Wrestlemania to take on the Warriors because they are the better team; not because they shook the Warriors’ hands and challenged them to a match.  Prestige Inc. (King Damian Sandow, Magnus and ‘the Elitist’ Reid Rothchild) come out and say that if the Shield wants a match, they can have one.  Everyone participated and brought their top game and we saw a good solid match however, Prestige Inc were not going to be beat in this match.  This match ended up going to the time limit.  Prestige retain their spot at Wrestlemania. (60 min)

Goldust makes his way down to the ring and calls down his brother Cody.  No one shows up.  Goldust finally calls him Stardust and he comes out and swaggers down to the ring.  Goldust says this has gone on long enough.  He says they need to have a match right now top put all this behind them.  Stardust says they should have a street fight rules match.  Goldust agrees.  The older brother taught a thing or two to his younger brother.  The end came after Goldust reversed an arm whip and sent Stardust crashing head first into a ring post.  He fell to the mat and looked to be out cold.  Goldust asked the ref to check on him but was told this is a match and he needs to finish it. He reluctantly made the cover and got the 1-2-3.  (19 min)  After the match, he goes over to check on Stardust who is just starting to recover.  He is not happy he lost.  Goldust tries to break character and be Cody’s older brother but Stardust just pushes him away.  Goldust grabs Stardust by the shoulder but Stardust hits his brother with the Shattered Dreams.  He then grabs a chair from the outside of the ring and just blasts Goldust with it over and over.  Finally, GM Master Bull comes out and says that he has had enough of this.  Goldust and Stardust will settle this one once and for all at Wrestlemania.  Bull says that Goldust had requested, if this were to happen, that they have match the most brutal of them all.  Stardust mockingly asked “What?  He wants to have a pillow fight?  HAHAHA”.   Bull says “No, it will be a Hell in a Cell”.  Stardust freaks out and tries to apologize but Bull said “too little, too late.”  We have another match for Wrestlemania.

For the final segment of the show, HWF and Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Bray Wyatt comes out.  Bray Wyatt comes out and says he wonders what is actually left of the Undertaker, and he calls for Undertaker to come back. He shows a casket and says he built it just for Taker, and he could be here appreciating it, but he sits in silence. Bray says everything comes at a price and pulls up a gasoline canister, and he says fire has no prejudice or feelings; it just destroys everything in its path… just like him. Bray pours gas on the lid and says everything burns and he will burn Taker at Wrestlemania too, then he lights it on fire and screams “find me!” over and over.  The lights begin to flicker and Bray gets a big ol’ smile on his face but then nothing happens.  Bray continues to scream “Find Me” as the show comes to an end.

Stay tuned as the road to Wrestlemania continues.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.02

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  We are extremely happy to report that Wrestlemania tickets went on sale and are already 75% sold out.  I expect tickets to be sold out before the end of the week.

New CSWA World Champion Kurt Angle says his win over MW3 was easy and now that he has his title back, he is going back after Bray Wyatt’s Undisputed Heavyweight title.  “It’s True…it’s DAMN True.”

Our show starts off with A-Team member ‘The Man’ Austin Aries taking on Daniel Bryan for his US title shot.  This was a very tight match…for the whole 4 minutes it went on.  Bryan got lucky and caught Aries with the Yes Lock and Aries tapped out.  Daniel Bryan retains his spot.  After the match, Alexander Rusev ran down and attacked Bryan and the two brawled all the way to the back.

Music hits and out comes MW3.   He tells the fans that he is back and will address Kurt Angle once again all in good time but tonight, he has a surprise for the fans.  New music hits and it’s… ‘The Original Big Daddy’ Donnie B.  He is back and looks to be in good shape.  Donnie B says that he and MW3 are still owed a rematch for the World Tag team titles so they will issue a challenge to whomever wins the Tag Team title match tonight between the Champs the Ascension and their challengers the Desperados (Stache & El Chango).  Tonight, they have a match against the Warriors (Super Warrior and Warrior of Truth) and they are looking forward to it.  They get a nice pop from the crowd.  They leave the stage.

Next up, Goldust comes out for his match.  Before it begins, Goldie calls out Stardust and tells him to get in the ring.  “You don’t disrespect me, our father (The American Dream Dusty Rhodes) or the Rhodes name.”  Stardust doesn’t come out.  Looks like he’s not here tonight.  His opponent comes out and…HOLY COW…its Samoa Joe.  Joe is BACK!  Joe takes the match to Goldust and hits a tornado DDT in the middle of the ring for the 1-2-3.  Goldust leaves.  Joe gets on the mic and says that he was able to negotiate a new contract and the fans of the CSWA and HWF should start getting used to seeing him more.  He gets a pop from the crowd.

In the back, Goldust is walking with his head hanging low.  Stardust runs over and attacks him throwing him into packing crates.  Stardust stands over his brother “HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU…CODY IS DEAD.  THERE IS ONLY (pauses briefly)…STARDUST.”  He then walks away.

We head back to the ring for the next match which has Bobby Lashley taking on Adrian Neville.  Saying that Neville was getting his ass handed to him is an understatement.  Lashley kept beating Neville down but the trooper he is, Adrian kept kicking out.  Finally, Bobby calls for the Dominator.  Adrian bumps the ref causing him to go down.  Bobby hits the Dominator but the ref is out and can’t make the count.  All of a sudden, down runs Randy Orton.  He slides in the ring and sneaks behind Bobby.  Bobby turns around and eats the RKO.  Randy leaves the ring.  Adrian nails the Red Arrow just as the ref is waking up and counts 1-2-3.  Adrian Neville just got himself a HUGE win. (27 min)

We cut to the back where turncoat John Cena is standing with fellow turncoat Caped Crusader.  Cena says tonight, he will defeat Bray Wyatt and will become the new HWF World Heavyweight Chanpion.  Caped Crusader leans in and says “Believe that Gothamites”.

We head back to the ring for our next match which has the moniker “Beautiful People” on the line between newest members Southern Belle and Fusion Valentine and Madison Rayne and Angelina Love.  The two teams fought like cats and dogs but the time limit came and brought this one to a close.  All 4 competitors ended up having a staredown in the ring but ended up embracing in the ring and left as one united team.

The Desperados are in the back and they say that tonight, the Ascension will get their first official loss at their hands and will finally be put in their place.  The Jones Boys interrupt them and tell them that they are lucky to be in this spot and had better make the best of it.

MW3 and Donnie B come out to a huge pop.  They make their way down to the ring and await their challengers.  Next out comes the Warriors – Super Warrior and the Warrior of Truth.  The 4 men stare at each other as the ref explains the rules and all end up shaking hands as the match begins.  Just as the match began, Jones Boys (#ConanJ and #CaseyJ) come out and #ConanJ ends up attacking MW3 causing the DQ.  Donnie B, MW3 and the Warriors all join in and eliminate the Jones Boys from the ring.

In the back, MJ and the Ascension are in the interview area.  MJ says that his team will hold the titles for as long as it suits them.  Viktor says that the Desperados will be sent back to the old west and will leave their bloodied corpses for the vultures.

We go back to the ring where the American Wolves are taking on the Band (Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon and the Axe).  The Wolves and the Band traded blows that would have brought normal people to their knees.  The Band looked good but the Wolves just wanted it that much more.  The end came after Beer Money (James Storm and Bobby Roode) came out for the distraction which allowed Dirk to hit the Fender 5-Arm and roll up Eddie Edwards (with his foot on the ropes) for the 1-2-3.  The Band get the win.  After the match, Beer Money attacked the Wolves.  This brought out Master Bull who said he finally had enough and said that the Wolves and Beer Money would be in a match at Wrestlemania – inside a STEEL CAGE.  Beer Money flipped out and the Wolves said they’re ready now.

Bray Wyatt is in the back and he says that Cena is delusional.  Bray says he is waiting patiently for the Undertaker to respond but he thinks UT has had enough and we won’t see him ever again.  Tonight though, Bray will walk out with his title.

The Ascension vs the Desperados for the tag team titles.  GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says that this match – to mix things up, will only be one fall.  Stache and El Chango were on their way to handing the Ascension their loss until the Jones Boys walked out.  They stood on the ramp causing a distraction which allowed Konnor to hit the Stache with an elbow drop.  The Ascension retain their titles.  The Jones Boys hit the ring and attack the Desperados, who had just been through hell with the champs.  #ConanJ and #CaseyJ stood over the Desperados until the ‘suits’ came out and got them out of the ring.

A quick vignette is run showing both Cena’s turn from the light side and Bray’s dominance as the HWF World Champion.   Cena comes out first and is booed heavily.  He just flips off the fans as he makes his way to the ring.  Next, the HWF World Champion Bray Wyatt comes out.  Fans aren’t sure if they want to cheer for him against Cena so the crowd is non-decisive.  Master Bull comes out and says that this will be a Lights out match.  Fall #1 goes to John Cena who after hitting Bray with a loaded boot, nails the F-U to get the pin in 12 min.   Bray immediately takes the match to Cena hitting a loaded boot and followed it up with a side slam and with some tight pulling, he gets the win in just 3 minutes.  Master Bull comes out and says that the next person to secure the pin will be the World Champion.  He then sends down a special guest referee – the Caped Crusader.  CC is booed as he heads to the ring.  Cena, with CC’s help, was dominating the champion but Bray would not give up.  Both men beat the snot out of each other.  Just after the 24 minute mark, Caped Crusader took a baseball bat and was going to give it to Cena.  He walked over but instead of handing it to him, he dropped it.  HUH?  Cena questioned what was going on.  Cena got into the Crusader’s face and shoving started.  Caped Crusader then HIT Cena with the WAM!BAM!POW!  Caped Crusader just disassociated himself with Cena.  Bray then got the bat and started beating John with it.  The Crusader then counted John as down and out.  Bray Wyatt retains his title.  The Crusader was immediately cheered for finding the side of good.  Cena made his way back up and just stared dumbfounded at the Crusader as he made his way to the back.  This brought the show to an end.  I’m sure Cena and the Caped Crusader will have words soon.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – 03.01

Hello fans and welcome to our first newsletter for March.  The Wrestlemania show, taking place in April (tickets go on sale later this week) will be coming to you from sunny MIAMI, Florida.  Like subsequent years, Wrestlemania will be a WEEK long event with a 3 day fan fest preceding the 3 day Pay Per View.   Master Bull and Hulk Hogan come out to make a joint announcement.  They state that starting tonight, there will be one match (or more) announced for Wrestlemania going forward at every house show until the big event.

The show today begins with a mini tournament in the Women’s division to fill in some vacated spots.  AJ Lee takes on Paige and Southern Belle takes on Cactus Jackie.  The AJ/Paige match went to a 15 minutes draw which allowed the winner of the next match to automatically be inserted into the top 10.  Belle is beating Jackie seeing she is at a disadvantage (the fans are 100% behind Belle), Jackie belts the ref causing a DQ.  Belle is back in the top 10.  Jackie tried to sneak attack Belle but she was ready and Jackie quickly backed off. (25 min)

The next match on the card is Sheamus vs John Cena for Cena’s title spot.  The turncoat cheated where he could and pleaded innocent when he got caught.  Cena ends up hitting Sheamus with the F-U to get th e 1-2-3.  John retains his spot.  The fans boo him as he leaves the ring.  (19 min)

In the back, MJ, the Ascension and Kane all say that the Warriors are finished tonight.   Konnor says that the Super Warrior will follow in the steps of his mentor and will be no more.  Viktor addresses Truth and tells him “his Truth is nothing but a lie”.  Kane address the Scorpion Warrior and tells him he will “Rest in Peace”.  The lights begin to flicker but then stabilize.  Power fluctuation or something else???

Next on the card is Seth Rollins vs Prince Devitt for his spot.  In a very surprising match, Devitt owned this match.  He held off any attack by Rollins and dazzled everyone with his high flying moves.  Devitt whips Rollins to the ropes and he himself jumps to the ropes and nails Rollins with some knife edge chops.  Devitt lands on Rollins and hooks the leg for the 1-2-3.  Prince Devitt retains his spot.  (19 min)

In the back, Warrior of Truth is standing in front of a bunch of light switches.  A stagehand walks over and says he can’t be here.  Truth puts his hands up and walks away.

Our next match has Big E. Langston vs Jeff Hardy for his spot.  Hardy stuns Langston with a knee to the gut and then hits a Swanton Bomb to secure the win in only 2 minutes.

In the back, Ravishing Raquel says she will be defending her titles against Layla El at the next show.  She tells Layla she is more than ready and expects her to bring her A Game.

We go back to the ring for another Women’s match with Awesome Kong vs Spider Violet.  Spider physically looks to be the underdog here but that is not how the match played out.  Spider took the match to her opponent and stayed one step ahead at all times.  She went for a pin numerous times but Kong just keep powering out.  Spider whipped Kong into the ropes and expected to connect with a clothesline but missed and Kong nailed a Chokeslam to get the win.  Even though she lost, Spider Violet put on a very impressive show.  (17 min)

We have our newest US Champion Christopher Daniels defending the title against A-Team member Austin Aries.  Aries is accompanied to the ring by fellow A-teammates Antonio Cesaro and Abyss.  At the 10 minute mark, Daniels tosses Aries into his teammates on the outside of the ring.  Aries ends up getting counted out and Daniels wins the match via CO.  Aries is pissed and promises he will get another shot at the champ.

It is time for our Main Event:  The Ascension and Kane vs the Warriors for the 6 man titles.  The Desperados come out and The Ascension is not happy.  The Ascension and Kane triple team Sting but then the Ascension leave the ring to brawl with the Desperados.  Kane gets tossed out of the ring and Sting hits Scorpion Death Drop on the outside on the floor.  Kane ends up getting counted out.  The Desperados and the Ascension make it back into the ring and issue a challenge to the Ascension for the titles at the next show.  The Ascension accept and we have a match.  All of a sudden, Prestige Inc. come out and meet the Warriors on the stage.  They issue a challenge to them for the 6 man titles.  Super Warriors steps forward and accepts on behalf of his team.   Prestige Inc and the Warriors all shake hands with Reid and SW shaking hands but not letting go.  They then stare each other in the eyes as the show comes to an end.

We have two additional matches booked for Wrestlemania and we expect more and more to be announced in the coming weeks.
