HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – #425

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Tonight’s show is coming to you from Tampa Bay, FL – CJ’s home away from home.  The show kicks right off with the GM of the night coming out to address the fans.

“Helllllllo tampa bay....the sunshine state where the weather is warm, and the females are always hot!!!!!!  (pop from the fans)  But guess what, things are about to get a whole lot hotter up in here!!!!! (another Pop) And no offense, but this promises to be the most epic free per view in ALL OF SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT!!!! I promise to be bring the fans the best in all of sports entertainment ever.......so tampa bay welcome to the HASHTAG SHOW!!!!!!!! (pop)  Tonight we will have a show for the people, brought to you by the people, all about the people who make the HWF CSWA the single most recognized leader in all or sports entertainment...and yet some how some way The stooge has made it into the hashtag show............this show needs to be about those not normally given a chance so I say those who want to step up tonight can see me about making the cut on the HASHTAG SHOW…for those who don’t , take the night off and have a beer on Max! hahahahha......ummmmm Mr corney cones, im speaking to you!!!!! keep your asses in the back take some notes and find out what real talent, well every one but that 70s guy, the masked ron jeremy, has to offer.........so tonight you will see the best of the best in the industry under 1 roof FOR FREE, AND ONLY ON THE HASH TAG SHOW!!!!! So Tampa Bay get ready because there are no gimmes tonight...no warm ups, no lay down matches in here tonight, so tampa bay make some muter effin noise!!!!!! (HUGE POP)  Ohhhh and stac...i mean stache please be ready to step up and show your worth up in here!!!! To the owners sorry, but tonight its all about the mega talent, once again for the people, by the people...and about the people that really matter.........stache how the hell you make the HASHTAG SHOW????? But enough of the hype, and chitter chatter.....its about that time to get your asses to the ring and give everyone what they expect in the HASHTAG SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!! So ring announcer do your job and get our 1st to mega stars out here and give the people what i know they want .......CJ OUT.”

The show begins with a title match.  Tyson Kidd comes out first and heads to the ring. X-Division Champion Tyler Breeze comes out next.  For the first 11 minutes of the match, Tyson went toe to toe with the champ but after that, Tyler got his bearings and destroyed Tyson.  Kidd didn’t make it easy for the champ and the fans were really into this match.  The match ended after Tyler hit Kidd with a hurricanrana.  (huge pop from the fans).  Tyler made the cover and got the win.  (25 min)

CJ is back on the ramp and says “woooow that's how you open a HASH TAG SHOW!!!!! Tyler and Sting will have a contract signing later on for Starcade but what is a HASH TAG SHOW without the biggest man in all of the hwf cswa????? My friend, a man who has more than earned my respect.......what is a HASH TAG SHOW without the BIG SHOW!!!?????” Show enters from behind the curtain with a huge pop from the crowd.....

CJ: “Show you’re a man of men, a former champ....and a man whom I have had the pleasure of doing business with and fighting for my life in that squared circle....a true giant in this industry!!!!!”  Show gets a huge pop from the crowd grinning and taking it all in. 

Show:  “CJ, we had our fair share of battles and you too have earned my respect.  This guy, the Stache, he however has not.”

CJ:  “so Show who would you like to see in the main event tonight...who is worthy on the HASH TAG show????” 

Show:  CJ, I think you should allow the Stache to choose his own opponent but the stipulation needs to be that you reserve the right to make any last minute changes if his opponent chooses not to wrestle.  I think the fans will never forget......THE HASHTAG SHOW!!!!!”   CJ and the Big Show shake hands as we get ready for our next match.

Our next match has X-Factor member Christopher Daniels taking on Enforcer member Mark Henry for placement in US title lineup.  Daniels had control early on until he decided to take the fight to the outside of the ring.  At the 7 minute mark, Mark Henry nailed the World’s Strongest Slam on the floor and Daniels struggled thereafter.  Mark would go for numerous pin attempts but Daniels kept kicking out.  The longer the match went on, the more vicious Mark Henry became.  Finally, Mark nails a World’s Strongest Slam right in the center of the ring.  Daniels has nothing left in his tank.  Mark makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Mark Henry moves up the rankings.  (25 min)

The Stache is in the back.  “CJ, you’re an idiot.  You give me the ability to pick my own opponent after that crap you pulled at the last show?  Well guess what, I did pick my opponent and if you think you embarrassed me, just you wait and see how much egg your face will hold.  Oh, and I’ll announce my opponent when I’m good and ready.”  He walks off the camera.

We go back to the ring for our next match. Prince Devitt takes on ‘Luke-warm’ Lucas Johnston.  Johnston started off the match by slapping the taste right out of Devitt’s mouth.  That was about it for an offense that Johnston got.  Prince tore him up after that.  He also refused to go for the pin wanting to continue to inflict more and more pain on Lucas (which he did).  Finally, Prince got Lucas locked in an ankle lock and Johnston tapped out.  Prince wouldn’t let go and the ref threatened to disqualify him if he didn’t let go.  Finally, Prince relented and Johnston hobbled out of the ring.  Prince got a nice pop from the fans.  (18 min)

CJ comes out and says that it is time for a contract signing between Tyler Breeze and Sting for the X-Division title.  Tyler is in the ring and is questioning where Sting is. Sting then repels from the rafters.  Tyler says that Sting is always trying to hog the limelight and hold everyone back.  Both men sign the contract and then Tyler starts to poke Sting in the chest.  Sting fights back with lefts and rights and then drops him with the Scorpion Death Drop.  Tyler rolls out of the ring and grabs his title.  He threatens Sting as he backs up the ramp. 

CJ sees Leon Teremoto walking around backstage and tells him to man up and fight in a match…which is up next.  (editor’s note…I wonder if he was the secret opponent for the Stache…)

In-ring action continues with Leon Teremoto vs Curtis Axel.  The newest member of the Desperados started off strong then began to falter.  Axel didn’t do much better as after a few minutes, he too started to suck.  Axel locked in a rear chin lock and then Leon nailed a spinebuster out of nowhere.  He picked Curtis back up and locked in a Gorilla hug.  Axel, out of steam, tapped out.  Leon Teremoto wins this one by submission. (11 min)

CJ comes out and says that tonight’s main event will actually NOT be the Stache vs whomever as he has just gotten two of the biggest names in the CSWA to agree to a match tonight.  A title will be on the line and it will blow you away.

The next match is a battle between members of respective 6 man tag teams.  The Varsity Club’s Frankie Kazarian takes on Prestige Inc.’s own Magnus.  This is for placement for the Intercontinental title hunt.  The match was pretty close but the longer it went on, the British superstar kicked it up a notch.  Frankie tried for a desperate move by climbing to the top turnbuckle but Magnus stopped him and hit a huge bodyslam.  Magnus made the cover and got the 1-2-3.   Magnus moves up in the rankings and Kazarian moves down.  (12 min)

The American Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) are in the back and they say that the Steel Curtain got lucky…damn lucky in their last match and there is no way they are losing tonight.

We have a women’s match up next with Alicia Fox taking on new hire Bayley.  Bayley got a huge pop from the crowd and that didn’t sit well with Fox.  Alicia attacked Bayley before the bell rang but Bayley fought her off and got this one started.  Bayley surprised the hell out of the veteran and that caused Alicia to panic.  She dragged Bayley to outside of the ring and then repeatedly smashed her head into the ringside barrier.  Fox then rolled back in to beat the 10 count.  Alicia gets the countout win but the fans are irate.  Fox, realizing she was not appreciated, took off.  Bayley gets a standing ovation and she shakes the hands of fans before leaving. (13 ½ min)

There is a break as crew come out and begin assembling a steel cage which is then raised above the ring.

Match #2 between the Steel Curtain vs Wolves is up next.  The Steel Curtain (Buzz & Starbuck Steel) are up by one.  If they win this one, they will be awarded the belts again and their record will be reinstated.  If they lose, it goes to sudden death at the next show.  The Wolves had a slight advantage over the Steel Curtain but Buzz and Starbuck made frequent tags to keep each other fresh.  The Wolves looked like they had this one sewn up until the Desperados (El Chango and Leon Teremoto) ran out and attacked the Steel Curtain.  The bell rings as the ref has just disqualified the Wolves and they are pissed off.  The match is awarded to the Steel Curtain and they are once again the World Tag Team Champions.  The Wolves then teamed up with the Steel Curtain and disposed of the Desperados.  All 4 men have a staredown before the finally shakes hands.  (15 min)

CJ comes out and invites the Stache to the ring.  Stache comes out and says he’s picked his opponent.  CJ says before you reveal, there was a change to the match.  It would now be a Steel Cage match AND whomever loses will actually be OUT of the PPV.  Stache is livid.  “You can do that” the Stach screams at CJ.  “I’m the GM of the night and yes, I can.  However, I’ll give you another option.  Door #2.  You can choose Door #2 and not be locked into the cage/PPV loss stipulation”.  El Chango makes his way out and goes to talk to the Stache in the ring.  We barely heard (I’m not losing my spot at the PPV so think of something else.)  El Chango then leaves.  Stache thinks about it and relents.  Door #2 it is.  “Fine.  I’ll take this option.”  Music hits and out comes…Brock Lesnar.  Brock gets into the ring…and the cage drops.   Oops.  Stache is beside himself and looks scared out of his mind.   The Stache didn’t do as bad as we expected but Brock still owned the match.  At the 13 minute mark, Brock chokes the Stache between the ropes and the cage and then nails a press and slam.  He makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3 but before he can leave, the Stache stops him.  He has 12 minutes to score a pin or submission.  Brock looks at him with a look that says “you really want more?” and Brock continues the beatdown.  Brock beats Stache down until at the 19 minute mark, Brock throws the Stache to the corner but Stache scales the turnbuckles and the cage and then hits a B-52 kneedrop from the top of the cage.  He looked to be hurt and it took a while to make the cover but Brock managed to kick out at 2.  Brock recovered first and continued the beatdown.  As we got to the 25 minute mark, Brock nails an F-5 and Stache is down and out.  Brock walks to the cage door and exits.  Brock Lesnar wins this one.  Bray Wyatt then runs down and attacks Brock.  Both men fight until the Desperados came out to join the fray.  All 3 beat down on Brock and then Bray laid him out with Sister Abigail.  Bray leads the team to help the Stache and they all head to the back together.  (25 min for the match; 30 for the segment)

CJ comes back out and announces the main event.   CJ introduces the challenger – X-Factor member AJ Styles.  He hits the ring to a nice pop.  CJ then introduces the CSWA World Heavyweight Champion Samoa Joe.  CJ says that this one will also take place in the cage as he wants to make sure that there is one clear winner.  AJ takes control right from the get-go by catapulting Joe right into the cage busting him open.  Joe knew that he’d run out of steam from blood loss if this went on too long.   AJ nailed a gut buster but Samoa Joe locked in the rear naked choke right in the middle of the ring.  AJ was caught off guard and struggled as he might, he could not get free.  He ends up tapping out.  Joe then picked up AJ and threw him, face first, into the cage.  Joe makes it to the door and exits.  Samoa Joe wins the match in only 4 minutes.  Medics met Joe outside the cage and he tried to shoo them away but they insist on cleaning him up.  AJ ends up leaving on his own but he too got cut – just not as bad as Joe.  (4 min)

CJ comes back out and enters the ring as the cage is raised to end the show and he is interrupted by Hardcore Champion Magnum Kone.   CJ mocks him and then two guys jump CJ in the ring and beat CJ down.  Magnum goes to the ring and joins in the beatdown.  Magnum nails the popsicle and CJ is down and out.  Magnum introduces his new “muscle” and one guy is wearing a shirt that says “Ben” and the other, yep you guessed it, says “Jerry”.   The Stache makes his way back out to view the carnage but ends up backing off after seeing what Ben and Jerry did to CJ.  Magnum raises the arms of his team and that brings the show to a close.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – #424 (Black Friday Edition)

Hello everyone and welcome to our special Black Friday issue.  This show was taped in advance to allow everyone out there to partake in the insanity that is Black Friday.  GM Max McGillicutty comes out and says that the Starcade PPV is officially sold out but can still be viewed on PPV.  He also announces that today’s line up will be 100% managed by Desperado member The Stache.  He cannot hire, fire, suspend or otherwise penalize any employee.  The same will go for CJ when he hosts the next show.  Max then introduces the GM of the Day…The Stache.

The Stache comes out and says that he’s dug deep and he feels he’s come up with a fantastic card that he is sure will see the fans vote him the better manager over CJ.    For now, he’s kicking off the show with the first of 3 matches between the American Wolves and the Steel Curtain.

The Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) come out to a decent pop.  They are then followed by the Steel Curtain (Buzz and Starbuck Steel) who also receive a good pop.  The Stache announces that this will be a no DQ match and we need to see a solid match because whoever wins the titles will be facing the Desperados (El Chango and Leon Teremoto) at the PPV.  Wow…I didn’t think that had been announced yet but…there you have it.

For the first 4 minutes of the match, both teams were evenly matched.  A double team attack on Buzz brought Starbuck in and he nailed a Shooting Star Buck taking both men out.  Starbuck and Davey brawl for a bit before the Desperados (El Chango and Leon Teremoto) come out and attack Starbuck and then take off.  Starbuck drops Davey and both men make the hot tag to their partners.  Buzz charges at Eddie but ends up eating a piggyback stunner.  Eddie showboats before going for the pin but WAIT…Buzz reversed the pin and the ref counted 1-2-3!  The Desperados are STUNNED.  The Stache is STUNNED.  Stache tells his team to head back to the ring but the Steel Curtain take off through the crowd.  The Desperados are pissed off but eventually leave the ring.  (8 min for the match; 12 for the segment)

Match #2 is ready to begin and it is Jeff Hardy taking on the A-Team’s Alberto Del Rio.  X-Factor member ‘The Man’ Austin Aries comes out to sit at commentary and Del Rio is not happy.  Every time Alberto got a run going, Aries would distract him and Hardy would take control of the match.  Finally, Alberto got tired of Aries’ “interference” and got in Austin’s face.  Alberto took a swing at Austin but Aries ducked and slapped the crap right out of Alberto.  Aries then threw Del Rio back in the ring before leaving (the ref never saw any of this).  Hardy drops Alberto with a knee to the gut and then nails a Swanton bomb to get the 1-2-3.  Jeff Hardy is the winner of this match.  (19 min)

CJ comes out and says he has a video he needs to show.  It shows the Stache offering a bribe to the Wolves to take out the Steel Curtain.  Stache also says that the Desperados will do a run in but will only attack the Steel Curtain.  The video ends and CJ is shaking his head.  “Absolute power corrupts absolutely and the Stache is a weasel.  No ifs, ands or buts about it.”  CJ then leaves.

Match #3:  We go right to our next match which has Solomon Crowe taking on Varsity Club member Jack Swagger.  This will be for Crowe’s placement in the X-Division line up.  Swagger maintained control of the entire match but only barely.  Crowe, for a newbie, held his own.  It wasn’t until Swagger tried for a running kneelift and Crowe caught him with a dropkick to the gut that the tide finally turned.  Swagger was holding his stomach in pain and Crowe locked in the stretch muffler.  In the center of the ring, Swagger had nowhere to go so to avoid any further damage, he tapped out.  Solomon Crowe retains his spot.

The Stache is pissed off that his rouse was uncovered so he said that CJ will pay.  The Stache goes to Brock Lesnar and offers to pay him insane amounts of money to destroy CJ.  Brock says he doesn’t have time for such nonsense and slams the dressing room door in Stache’s face.  The Stache’s eyes go all wide as the perfect thought just occurred to him.  He leaves to go follow up on it.

Match #4:  Enforcer member Ryback makes his way to the ring and out runs the Bulgarian Bully Alexander Rusev.  Rusev attacks and beats down on Ryback before throwing him in the ring.  Rusev yells for the bell to be rung.  The attack Ryback received kept him off his game and Rusev controlled the entire match and got the win after hitting the Accolade.  Rusev stands tall over Ryback before leaving.

In the back, Bray Wyatt tells the Stache he wants to wrestle tonight.  He’s heard through the grapevine that the Stache as a surprise for those here tonight and he wants to be a part of it.  “Of course…and I think I found you the best tag team partner.”  Bray starts to laugh and the Stache joins in and both just cackle as the camera goes dark.

Match #5:  Making his way to the ring is Kalisto and he is followed out by the whitest white guy on the planet – Sheamus.  Kalisto never let Sheamus get any offense mounted.  He dominated the Irishman and in just 5 minutes, finished him off with an inverted Indian Deathlock.  Kalisto retains his ranking spot.

The Stache makes his way back out and says that it is time for CJ to have his match.  He calls him out and sends him to the ring. CJ makes his way out and once in the ring asks who his opponent will be.  The Stache (with an evil grin on his face) says he found the best person to CJ to fight and it’s someone who has a history with CJ.  Music hits (Welllllllll, it’s the Big Showwwwww) and out comes the Big Show.  (For those of you who may not remember, CJ and the Big Show feuded over the Hardcore title).  CJ actually looks worried.  Show gets in the ring and at 7’ tall, towers over CJ but he stands his ground.  The bell rings and Big Show immediately grabs CJ by the throat.  He pulls his arm back to deliver a knockout punch…and stops.   CJ then hits Big Show with the lightest punch to the jaw EVER and Show collapses.  CJ makes the cover 1-2-3!  CJ has won the match…what the hell is going on?!?!  CJ hands Big Show an envelope full of cash and Show takes it and leaves.  The Stache is beside himself.  CJ motions to the Omegatron where it shows the Stache once again trying to buy services and Big Show takes the money.  Moments later, CJ sees Big Show and they plot against the Stache.  CJ and Show shake hands and agree Show will do “the job” in exchange for even more money.  CJ leaves through the crowd.

The Stache is left fuming on the stage and then Bray Wyatt’s music hits.  Bray comes out and tells the Stache to let it go as the main event of all main events is now.  Stache shakes it off and accompanies Bray Wyatt to the ring.  Stache gets on the mic and introduces Bray’s tag team partner…John Cena.   Cena comes out and the booing is almost deafening.  Cena gets in the ring.  The Stache then says that tonight marks the return of some familiar faces but they are lacking one thing…a soul.  Bray has stolen their souls and they want retribution.  Music hits and out comes Kane followed by the Undertaker.  The Stache says that this match will be a Buried Alive match.  Bray has promised to put the Brothers of Destruction to rest once and for all.  The Stache says that the winning team must put BOTH of their opponents into the grave.

Kane executes a FACE RAKE....

Bray Wyatt tags out to John Cena

Kane was pinned by John Cena!!!  Cena and Bray drag Kane over to the grave and dump him in.  They each grab a shovel and scoop dirt onto both men bringing this one to a close. 

John Cena and Bray Wyatt win with a SHOVEL ATTACK TO FACE - DRAW BLOOD over Kane!!!  (14 ½ min)

John looks at Bray and he has this crazy look going on and he decided to leave…quickly.  The Stache joins Bray in the ring and says that this man is the next Triple Crown Champion.  The show ends with fans throwing junk at the ring (more at the Stache than at Bray).

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – #423

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter. As expected, the Fanfest is sold out for the two days preceding Starcade.  There are a few seats left for the PPV so we expect that 3 day event to sell out extremely fast so act now.

Max McGillicutty comes out to kick of the show.  He says that the show will be chock full of great matches including 2 title matches.   He says that the A-team will defend the 6 man titles against X-Factor and Brock Lesnar vs Kurt Angle for the HWF World title will headline the show.  Max says that he wants to get the show started so he calls out the competitors for the first match.

The show kicks off with Ken Anderson taking on Xavier Woods (from New Day).  Right off the bat, Xavier was beating the holy hell out of Xavier.  I’m not sure how Anderson stayed on his feet.  Xavier got to the point where he was toying with Anderson.  New Day members Big E and Kofi Kingston came out and laughed at Anderson as he was getting trashed in the ring.  Xavier picked up Anderson and while laughing with his teammates, Ken executed a Finley Roll and with a hook of the tights, he gets the 1-2-3.  Anderson bolts out of the ring as Kofi and Big E rush the ring.  Ken is the one laughing now as he makes his way up the ramp.  (11 min)

The Desperados (Leon Teremoto, El Chango and the Stache) are being interviewed and they make fun of the Steel Curtain for losing the tag team titles saying that had they been the champs, they would never have lost the belts.  The Steel Curtain walk in and just before tempers could flair, CJ walks in and gets in the face of the Stache.  He says that he and the Stache have business to take care of in the ring and The Desperados vs the Steel Curtain and CJ would be a good way to get aggression out.  Stache accepts the match and says they’ll see these losers in the ring.

We go back to the ring for our next match.  Sami Zayn comes out to the ring first and then is followed by his opponent Bobby Roode.  Just like in the last match, Roode was destroying Zayn beating him pillar to post.  After showboating for the crowd one too many times, Roode made the same mistake as Xavier did and let his guard down for a split second.  Zayn then hits a wristlock tornado DDT in the center of the ring.  He makes the cover and gets the pin.  Sami Zayn celebrates but Bobby rolls out of the ring and grabs a chair.  Zayn gets a clue and gets out of the ring before Roode can put any hurt on him.   A very pissed off Bobby Roode eventually relinquishes the chair and leaves.  (17 min)

In the back, Paul Heyman is standing with Brock Lesnar.  Paul says that Lesnar doesn’t need to say a word.  He’ll do all his ‘talking’ in the ring and will make Angle ‘just another victim’.

In-Ring action continues with Daniel Bryan vs Randy Orton as our next match.  Bryan comes out first followed by the Viper.   Randy tried to cheat but Bryan just plain out-wrestled the 3^rd generation wrestler.  Bryan kept Randy confused with all the quick moves and Randy just couldn’t keep up with speed Bryan put out.  A reversed RKO was turned into a regal suplex and Bryan hooked the leg for the 1-2-3.  Daniel Bryan secures a win.  (19 min)

The A-Team are interviewed and they say that it’s tough for the X-Factor as they will leave empty handed.  Alberto Del Rio hopes that the X-Factor won’t be crying on their way home.

The Desperados (Leon Teremoto, the Stache and El Chango) make their way out to the ring and are on the receiving end of some pretty strong hatred from the fans.  All that changes when the Steel Curtain and CJ make their way out.  The Desperados (their first time as a 3 man team) took apart the Steel Curtain and CJ.  The Stache took cheap shots where and when he could – especially if CJ was in the ring.  There was lots of triple teaming from the Desperados and they were a very well-oiled machine.  This one went on for 20 minutes until Buzz Steel and the Stache both went over the top rope and to the floor below. Both men seemed fine and both made it back in by the 6 count.  However, CJ was there to greet the Stache and caught him with a superkick.  This stunned the Stache and Buzz hits the Buzz Cut (diamond cutter).  CJ runs across the ring and nails a flying bodypress on to Leon Teremoto.  Starbuck Steel hurls El Chango from the ring.  Buzz makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  The Steel Curtain and CJ are victorious.  El Chango and Leon hit the ring and drop the Steel Curtain with chair shots.  They cornered CJ once again ready to take his head off.  They swing…and miss.  CJ jumps out of the ring and drags Buzz and Starbuck out to the floor.   CJ then takes mic. 

“Deeeeeessporados.....you been out here making messes for far too long.....you better come to your senses.....before some one hurts you!!!!  Ohhh you some whiners and cheaters and i know you got your reasons......these dudes you are cheatin are gonna hurt you somehow.....now lets talk the queen of cones, who cant be anyone on the table...you know the hashtag is the best bet!!!! Now it seems to be that starcade has been laid out on the table, and hell in a cell is what youll get!!!! Cones and despeeerados you better come to your senses, dont get into the fences cuz you wont walk out that gate, i bring pain, and death from above you.....the fans never love you, you better hope someone body saves you ...before its toooooo LATE!!!!!!!! CJ out!!!!”  As he drops the mic and yells “gimme my grammy and the damn belt” Hardcore Champion Magnum Kone comes out and drops CJ.  He stands over him and glares at the Stache in the ring.  He holds his title high before leaving.  (23 min for the match; 30 for the segment)

The X-Factor (Austin Aries, AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels) say that the X-Factor are riding high and not only will they take the 6 man titles but they will go after the individual titles and will sit atop the mountain that is professional wrestling and will reign supreme.

Making his way down to the ring for the next match is the Nigerian Wraith and he is accompanied by his tag team partner the Intercontinental champion Sonic Blade.  The Wraith’s opponent is Prestige Inc. member King Damian Sandow and he is accompanied by his tag team partner Magnus.  The former Casey Jones put up a decent fight but was just no match for the veteran Sandow.  As Sandow was choking out the Wraith, Sonic Blade tried to complain to the ref but he ended up eating a forearm smash from Magnus.  Sandow begins to pummel the Wraith with flying fists and then ends up rolling him up for the 1-2-3.  Sandow takes the win and he totally ignores the Wraith as he leaves the ring with Magnus.  (8 min)

In the back, Kurt Angle says that Brock had his chance to win the big one and failed.  He points out that is the difference between an Olympic Gold medalist and a measly NCAA champion.  (SNAP!)  Angle promises to win the title tonight and will go on to face Joe (if he makes it) and Wyatt and become the Triple Crown champion.  “It’s true, oh it’s DAMN true.”

It’s time for our 6 man tag team match with champs the A-team vs X-Factor for the 6 man tag titles.  The time limit on this one is 60 minutes.  Alberto Del Rio and Austin Aries started off the match with a staredown.  All 6 men get to see action and the challengers were the more aggressive.  This did not sit well with the champs.  After 10 minutes into the match, the champs struggled and Del Rio became increasingly frustrated with Cesaro and Neville.  While Aries was brawling with Del Rio on the outside and AJ and Cesaro were fighting, Christopher Daniels nails Adrian Neville with the Angels Wings but Neville was close enough to the ropes to roll out of the ring.  Neville ends up getting counted out and X-Factor win the match but not the titles.  Del Rio and Cesaro grabbed Neville and hauled him to the back.  (25 min)

Max McGillicutty comes back out and says that for our main event, it will be a 60 minute time limit best of 3 falls match.  He introduces Kurt Angle first who comes out to his music and the fans chant “You Suck” along to his music.  Max then introduces the HWF World Champion and Brock Lesnar makes his way out to the ring accompanied by Paul Heyman.   Paul has a mic and tells everyone that while it’s nice to be cheered, Brock is NOT here to be cheered but to get business done so that he can best prepare himself for his match at the PPV.  Just before the match could begin, Bray Wyatt makes his way out and sits at commentary.  Brock MANHANDLED the Olympic hero beating him from pillar to post.  Kurt got some offense in but it did nothing to stop this locomotive running over him.  After Brock got done choking Kurt on the ropes, he slingshot him off and then pinned him in the ring to score the first fall. (17 min)  The second fall begins automatically and now we get to see the Kurt Angle of old.  He exploded on Brock and would not let the champ even get to his feet.  Brock gets in a lucky shot that sends Kurt to the outside of the ring where he lands awkwardly on the floor.  Brock follows him out and nails an F-5 on the floor.  An exhausted Brock crawls back into the ring where he waits for the 10 count bringing this fall to an end.  Kurt Angle is counted out and Brock wins this fall winning the match and retaining his title.  (10 min)

As Kurt is being helped to the back, Heyman gets on the mic again and says “I TOLD you so.”  He then breaks out in song (Hail, Hail Brock Lesnar) as the show comes to an end.  Eventually Brock and Paul leave the ring.

GM Max McGillicutty comes out with two final announcements. One, the matches between the Steel Curtain and the American Wolves will be dropped to a best of 3 instead of 5.  This will give the winning team time to rest and recup before their match at the PPV.  Second, he thought about it and says he wants to allow both CJ and the Stache have another “battle” per se.  He wants them to run their own shows.  They get to pick the lineups AND they get to pick an opponent for each other.  The Stache gets the first show on Black Friday and CJ will get the following show.  Following both shows, the fans will get to vote on which show they thought was the best.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – #422

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.   As we get closer to our final PPV of the year, Starcade, things are definitely ramping up.  GM Max McGillicutty is in his office and says that Starcade will in fact be a 3 day event that will be preceded by a fan fest.  Those tickets for the fanfest are now on sale and are expected to sell out quickly so if you want to attend, you best jump on that now.

Pyro kicks off the show as the Desperados (the Stache and El Chango) make their way out to the ring.  The Stache takes a mic and says that he has gotten both CJ and Magnum Kone right where he wants them.  CJ will walk out as the Hardcore champ and there is nothing anyone can do about it.  He then turns to El Chango and hands him the mic.  El Chango says that while CJ is pursuing his vengeance against those who’ve wronged him, he feels the need to get back in the action but not as a singles competitor.  El Chango says that he’s spoken to their leader Bray Wyatt and he’s allowing them to bring another member into the Wyatt family.  El Chango introduces….Leon Teremoto.  Leon comes out and is booed pretty heavily.  He doesn’t seem to care though.  For those of you “old-schoolers” out there, he had a close resemblance to Dutch Mantel.  If you don’t know who that is, look him up (you’ll be in for a treat).  Leon takes the mic and thanks the Stache and El Chango for allowing him to become part of the team.  He says that even though the Stache has unfinished business that will take him to Starcade and maybe beyond, the Desperados need to re-assert themselves as a dominant tag team.  He asks El Chango to allow him to team up and El Chango accepts.  Leon then throws out a challenge against the Canadians.   He wants to see how well he works with the Great El Chango. 

Their opponents, the Savior and Drew, the Canadian Love Machine make their way down to the ring.  The match starts off with a bang with Leon and El Chango hitting the Canadians with double powerbombs on the floor injuring them.  The Desperados seemed to get the upper hand but couldn’t capitalize on it.  Drew and the Savior battled back and started taking it out on the hides of the Desperados.  The Stache made his way over and distracted the ref.  Leon blasted Drew with a chair shot and El Chango took him down with a flying spinning heel kick.  El Chango makes the cover and gets the win.  Stache joins his team in the ring and they stand victorious before leaving.  (11 min)

HWF World Champion Brock Lesnar, via satellite, says he’s unbeatable and will accept any challenge.  Kurt Angle walks by and turns and says he will challenge Brock.  This match will take place next week.

We head to the ring for our next match which is a non-title match between Jay Lethal and Kevin Owens.  This one was not only a battle of wits but a knock-down drag-out fist fight.  Lethal and Owens went toe to toe for a good solid 15 minutes but after Lethal missed with a Macho elbow drop, things went Owens’ way.  Kevin kicked things up a notch and began beating down on Lethal.  Owens goes for a Canadian stomp but Lethal reverses it and goes for a double axe handle smash but that gets reversed and Kevin hits Lethal with a nasty heabutt dropping the champ.  Kevin scurries up the turnbuckle and nails a moonsault.  SPLAT!...right on Lethal.  Kevin makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Kevin takes the mic and says he will meet Lethal at Starcade and this time, the belt will be on the line. (20 min)

In the back, there is a knock on the dressing room door for the Desperados.  A man introduces himself as a representative for some brands who have an interest in the Desperados.  He enters the room and explains that new sponsors have stepped up and like the new attitude of the Desperados.  The representative says that the time for “kiddie” sponsorship is over and it’s time for some grown up action.  He says that “Bullet Bourbon”  and “Old West Tobaccer” are willing to pay handsomely for the Desperados to accept the sponsorship.  The Stache accepts and the representative said that Leon is also included in this.  (Gee, Leon gets accepted into a new group and already has sponsors).  All 4 men shake hands as the rep sits down and pulls out the contract.  The door then closes.

We head back to the ring for a title match between the champion the Miz vs Phat Sol for the US title.  Phat Sol makes his way to the ring cheered by the fans.  The Miz then comes out and power walks to the ring.  He says on the mic that he only needs 15 minutes to defeat Phat.  He doesn’t waste any time and goes right after Phat.  Phat easily holds his own and shrugs off most of the offense from Miz.  Phat Sol outwrestled the Miz and before we knew it, the 15 minute time limit bell rang.  The ref calls this one a time limit draw and Phat celebrates as he lasted longer than Miz expected.  The Miz gets all kinds of pissed off and attacked Phat.  Sol battled back and nailed the Phat’s Enough and Miz was dumped out of the ring.  Phat gets on the mic and says that if Miz wants to settle this, they can do it in the ring and the title will be on the line once and for all.  Miz hollers he wants this and agrees.  (15 min for the match; 20 for the segment)

We cut to the back where the Tag Team Champions the Steel Curtain are talking about their match tonight.  They are defending the titles against the American Wolves and are confident they will walk out with the belts intact.  GM Max McGillicutty walks over and says that their match will be a best of 3 falls/60 min time limit match.  They are ok with that.

Women’s Champion and member of the Beautiful People Angelina Love comes out and says she will defend the Women’s title against Gail Kim and once she’s done with Gail, she’ll move on to Paige and then the rest of the roster.  Once she’s defeated them all, she will be the Best there is, best there was, best there ever will be.  She gets booed for that.  Gail then makes her way out to the ring.   Angelina immediately attacked Gail but Kim took the fight and the match to the champ.  Gail threw Angelina around like a rag doll.  Just as Angelina was mounting a comeback, former champion and member of the Beautiful People Southern Belle made her way out.  Angelina stopped in her tracks and started to yell at her former teammate.  Southern Belle waltzed around the ring ignoring the champ.  This gave Gail the perseverance to continue.  Gail bounced up and hit the champ with a Christo.  She then rolled Angelina up and scored the 1-2-3.  Gail Kim has just become the NEW Women’s Champion.  (18 min)

CJ makes his way to the ring and asks for a mic.  “The queen of cones, the stache, a wrestlers who resembles the 70s version of crotchless panties..... and now a masked new comer all after 1 man.......in the heart and soul of country music a rap battle....believe me the former hash tag is not amused...as a matter of fact he's down right pissed....I've never been 1 to back down... as a matter of fact I welcome any and all challenges...now some no name masked mark is trying to use the #hash tag# as his intro to THE MOST ELECTRIFYING program in ALL of sports entertainment...are you serious?????  I don't know who you.....and neither does anyone else!!!!  But if you think you can rush the #hashtag# from behind you've got another thing coming to you...as a matter of fact you have #CJ now coming for you!!!!  So you better run and hide and keep that little thong over you face,  because I promise you I will find you and I will beat you from pillar to post in the ring and all around the arena! CJ out.”  (drops the mic). 

The Desperados come out and surround CJ in the ring.  They all jump in to attack and out comes the Steel Curtain for the save.   The Stache, El Chango and Leon Teremoto all end up backing away. 

GM Max McGillicutty comes out and says that the Steel Curtain needs to remain in the ring for their next match where they will defend the Tag Team titles against the American Wolves.  Buzz and Starbuck Steel remain in the ring while the Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) make their way to the ring.  Max says that this match will be best of 3 falls with a 60 minute time limit.  The first fall goes to the Wolves in 14 minutes after Eddie nailed Buzz with a piggyback stunner.   The next round goes to 20 minutes and after shaking off the rust, the champs exploded on the challengers and Starbuck hits Davey with a Starplex and rolled him up for the pin.  That left 26 minutes left in our one hour time limit match.  Max comes back out and says that the final fall will have a Falls count anywhere stipulation.  The Desperados made their way back out and while Leon Teremoto distracted the ref, El Chango and the Stache blasted both Buzz and Starbuck with steel chairs.  After beating the champs down, they threw Buzz back into the ring.  The final fall goes 16 minutes and after connecting with a backpack chinbreaker, Eddie Edwards rolled Buzz Steel up for the 1-2-3.  The American Wolves have just become the NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS.  As the Wolves are in the ring celebrating, Max comes back out and is visibly pissed off.  He gets on the mic and has security remove the Desperados from the building.  Just as the Desperados are leaving, CJ runs back out and takes out both El Chango and Leon Teremoto with a chair.   Max sends CJ away too.  Max says that he is tired of interference causing belts to change hands.  Max says that he did not want to see the Wolves win dirty so he is immediately holding the belts up and the Wolves are not happy.  Starbuck gets on the mic and says that Max just needs to allow them to have one more match; one fall takes all.  If the Steel Curtain lose, they will bow out gracefully and will start over to work themselves back up the ranking HOWEVER, if they win, then their loss is erased from the books and they continue their streak.  Max agreed and we have one final confrontation.

By the time the bell rang, all 4 men looked worn and beaten.  Even though all of them were exhausted, this match went the FULL distance and the bell ends up ringing at the 30 minute mark and this one ends in a time limit draw.  The fans gave all 4 men a standing ovation.  As all 4 men are being helped from the ring, Max once again takes the mic and declares that there will be a Best of 5 Series taking place between these two teams and the winning team will be crowned as the new champions.  With that, the show comes to an end.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2015 – #421

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Today’s issue comes to you live from Nashville, TN.  GM Max McGillicutty comes out to kick off the show thanking fans for selling out tonight’s show.  Max says that Starcade is now only a month away and is shaping up to be a 5 star card.  He reminds the fans here and on TV that there are still tickets remaining but if they can’t attend live, they can join via PPV.  He then kicks off the show.

The show begins with the ‘One Man Band” Heath Slater taking on the Shield’s Dean Ambrose.  Ambrose had control of the match but only barely.  Slater must have really wanted to add a win to his record and he pulled out all the stops to make that happen.  Ambrose made a fatal decision when he tried to go for the Dirty Deeds too early and Slater dropped him with a reach-back neckbreaker.  He then picked up Ambrose and hit a jumping Russian leg sweep and rolled him up for the 1-2-3.  Heath Slater gets a win and just as he celebrates, Shield members Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns hit the ring and take Slater out.  Dean was pissed and continued to beat down on Slater and when he was softened up, he nailed the Dirty Deeds.  The Shield stand tall in the ring and are booed.  They then leave as medical comes from the back to help Slater.  (19 min for the match; 25 for the segment)

Back in the interview area, The Miz says he wants Phat Sol in the ring and doesn’t care if he has to put his title on the line.  Max interrupts him and asks if he wants this done at the PPV.  Miz says he wants him now and not later.  Max says the match will happen.

We go back to the ring for our next match which is a non-title match between X-Division Champion Tyler Breeze vs Sting.   Breeze started off strong but then as Sting found his rhythm, he took the match to the champ.  Sting beat down on Breeze but to the champ’s credit, he kept kicking out.  Sting was astonished after Tyler kicked out of the Scorpion Death Drop and powered out of a Scorpion Death Lock.  However, those moves and the time spent on the defensive weakened Breeze.  As Breeze struggled to his feet, Sting nails a flying dropkick and covers him for the 1-2-3.  Sting gets the win and after grabbing a mic, says that this makes him the top contender for the X-Division title.  Sting calls down the GM and says that he wants to fulfill his title shot at Starcade.  Max agrees and says that one has been added to the books.  (20 min)

We go back to the interview area where North American Champion Jay Lethal is being interviewed.  Jay Lethal says that Kevin Owens talks a big game.  Maybe he should put his money where his mouth is.   Owens walks in and accepts and says that at the next show, Lethal gets his wish.  Kevin then walks away.

We go back to the ring for a tag team placement match between the Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) taking on the Band (the Axe & Dirk ‘the Pick’ Devon).  This was another interesting match which saw the Wolves really tear the Band apart but Dirk and the Axe keep tagging in and out and breaking up all possible pin or submission attempts.  Just as we were approaching the time limit, the Canadian Express (The Savior and Drew, the Canadian Love Machine) make their way out.  Dirk and the Axe get distracted and Davey capitalizes by nailing the Axe with a headbutt and Eddie dropkicks Dirk from the apron.  Davey makes the cover on the Axe and gets the win just seconds before the time limit ran out.  The Wolves take off as a pissed off Band recuperates in the ring.  Dirk says that the Band should have won that if not for the interference from these cannuck schmucks.  Drew says the Band interfered in their business and says it’s only fair for them to kick the Band’s ass.  Axe laughs at him calling him a little man.  Drew says the bigger they are, the harder they fall and proceed to beat down on the Band until they run away.  Savior says the time for salvation is at hand.  They will save the Band…from themselves. (29 1/2 min)

Jupiter Jane says she can’t believe that they allowed Raquel to just waltz out and insert herself whenever and wherever into a match.  She says she will defend her title tonight against whomever wants a shot.

Back in the ring is our next match.  Rockstar Spud and Robbie E are already there and awaiting their challengers and out comes the Dust Brothers (Goldust and Stardust).   Robbie E and Spud beat down on the brothers for a good 15 minutes softening them up.  I guess with their time apart, the Dust Brothers weren’t exactly in tip top shape.  However, a botched bodyslam from Robbie allowed the Dust Brothers to find their groove and prove they are a well-oiled machine.   Finally, Goldust got tired of this and ran Robbie’s head into the post practically knocking him out.  He rolled him up for the 1-2-3.  The Dust Brothers are victorious.  They then leave the ring.  (22 min)

Prestige Inc members Sandow & Magnus say they need to dive head first into the tag team title hunt and tonight, they take on Enforcer members Ryback and Henry. 

Diva’s Champion Jupiter Jane comes out and says she will take on ANYONE for tonight’s match.  There was a bit of confusion though when Taylor Bella, Madame Jade, and Cactus Jackie all came out at the same time.   Max came out and said that there would be a mini battle royal between the 3 ladies and the last one standing gets the shot tonight.  Jackie was eliminated first and that left Jade and Taylor to battle it out.  Taylor reached into her bag of tricks but Jade caught on and threw Taylor from the ring…just not over the top rope.  Thinking she’d won it and started celebrating early, Taylor snuck back in and eliminated Jade.  So I guess the match will be between Taylor and Jane.

This one didn’t go very long as Taylor seemed to have hurt herself during that battle royal however it didn’t stop her from nailing a sitout facebuster on the champ and rolling her up for the 1-2-3.  Taylor Bella becomes the NEW Diva’s Champion in only 4 minutes.  She didn’t have time to celebrate as Ravishing Raquel came out and dropped her with the Simply Ravishing.  Raquel said she’d met Taylor at the PPV…if she can even last that long.

It is time for our main event.  Prestige Inc. members ‘the King’ Damian Sandow and & Magnus are taking on the Enforcers’ own Ryback and Mark Henry.   The Enforcers were not going to lay down for Prestige and they showed it.  They dismantled Sandow and Magnus and even attempted interference from Reid Rothchild did nothing to dampen the power we saw in that ring.  Ryback destroys Magnus with a powerbomb and then makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  The Enforcers win this on in seemingly easy fashion.  The Steel Curtain better beware.  (25 min)

GM Max McGillicutty comes out one last time to thank the fans for attending but before they leave, he has one last treat for them.  He calls out CJ first.  CJ heads to the ring.  Max then calls out the Stache and sends him to the ring.  Max says the two of them need to have a non-confrontational face off and tells them to figure something out.  The Stache says the two can have a rap battle.  CJ agrees (yes, a rap battle in the heart of the home of Country Music – not surprisingly, EVERYONE stayed).  The Stache went first and did ok.  CJ then took the mic and brought it home.  He had the fans exploding out of their seats.  The Stache got pissed and tried to charge at CJ.  CJ sidestepped him and allowed him to go flying out of the ring.  The Stache fumed on the outside as CJ rapped some more with the fans before bringing this one to a close.  As the Stache backed himself up the ramp, a masked man ran out and beat on CJ before quickly leaving. CJ chased after both men.

Hello fans and welcome to our Friday the 13^th special issue.   The show begins with a 19 person Diva’s battle Royal but only 18 have shown up.  Here is how it went down.

It looks like Madame Jade is going to be the winner but our mysterious 19^th person has finally shown up…Ravishing Raquel returns and she gets an unexpected pop.  She rushes the ring where she and Jade battle for 8 ½ minutes until…

Madame Jade (f) was eliminated by Ravishing Raquel (f) with TOSS OVER TOP ROPE after 9 minutes

Ravishing Raquel wins this one in her return to the squared circle.  She takes the mic and reminds us that winning this entitles her to a title shot.  She calls out Diva’s Champion Jupiter Jane and says she’ll cash in at the PPV.  It doesn’t matter who has the title between now and then; she’s walking out the champ.

GM Max McGillicutty comes out and says that this was a HELL of a way to start off the show.  He says that he expects the rest of the show to meet or exceed the level of excellence we just saw.  On to our next match.

North American Champion Jay Lethal vs Curtis Axel is up next.  This one goes just under 7 minutes and ends with Axel getting counted out of the ring after he got upset and walked out of the match.  Kevin Owens then appeared on stage with a mic and said that Jay Lethal is a phenomenal champion but he has not meet him yet.  He promises that if Lethal gets in the ring with him, Lethal will walk out 10 pounds lighter.  Lethal invites him down but Owens says “when the time is right.”  Owens then leaves.

Phat Sol is in the interview area and he was asked why he decided to mess with the Miz.  “I came to the HWF and CSWA to defend the honor of my niece.  I did that.  Now it’s time for me to do my own thing and that is go after a title.  The Miz is a big name here and when you enter someone’s yard uninvited, you’d better prepare for a fight.   I’m preparing for a fight against the US Champion.  Miz, I’m here.”

We go back to the ring for our next match.  First, out comes Band member The Axe.   He is followed out by Elitist Champion Reid Rothchild.  Reid is accompanied by Ravishing Raquel who flaunts her briefcase with a contract in it.  She shows off the contract showing it’s been signed (she’s smart not to make the same mistake CJ did back in the day).   The Axe starts off with hitting Reid with the Axe and nearly taking his head off.  Axe then controlled the match and barely gave Reid any breathing room.  There is a commotion from the crowd as the Canadian Express (the Savior and Drew, the Canadian Love Machine) hit the ring and attack the Axe.  The ref rings the bell disqualifying Reid (he didn’t care as he was getting destroyed).  Reid took his title, grabbed Raquel and then left.  Axe tried to fight off both Drew and the Savior but eventually succumbed.  Dirk Devon then ran out to assist but all he did was pull Axe from the ring to avoid any further beatdown.  He helped his partner from the ring and never looked back.  The Savior and Drew celebrated in the ring before leaving.  (7 min)

Music hits and the lights go out.  An eerie blue light highlights the ramp.  A tall dark figure wearing a trenchcoat and large hat makes his way to the ring.  The fans know who this is and start chanting “Undertaker…Undertaker.”  The figure holds up a hand and then drops all but one finger.  He’s flipping off he crowd.  He removes the hat and its…John Cena.  Cena says all the fans were duped and he really pulled one over on them.  He laughs until the lights go out again but are on moments later and standing in the ring behind John is…the Undertaker.   John looks scared until he drops the Undertaker with a kick to the gut.  He laughs again saying the fans are morons and they fell for it again.  He keeps on laughing as *GONG* sounds over the loudspeakers and this time, out comes the REAL Undertaker.  Cena stands his ground as Taker enters the ring.  Taker walks up to Cena who says “It’s all a joke man” and then Undertaker grabs Cena by the throat and chokeslams him.  Taker drags his thumb across his throat calling for the tombstone piledriver but Cena quickly gathers his wits and rolls out of the ring.   Taker points to a sign in the rafters that reads “STARCADE” and then points to himself and then to John.  The *GONG* sounds again and Cena nearly jumps out of his skin.  Cena retreats up the ramp while the Undertaker stares at him and then eventually leaves.

It is time for another title match with Mike Bennett requesting his match against Hardcore Champion Magnum Kone.  Both CJ and the Stache are banned from ringside with the stipulation that if they interfere in any way, they will lose their spot at the PPV.  The ref announces that this will be boot camp rules.  Bennett pulled out all the stops but try as he might, he couldn’t keep the King of Cone’s shoulders down for the 3 count.  At one point, Bennett reversed an Ice Cream Sandwich and went for a dropkick which was reversed and Kone hit the ICS anyway.  The crowd popped for it.  Mike started wailing on Magnum with Big Right Hands but the bell rang bringing this one to a 30 minute draw.  Kone takes his title and leaves.

Back in the interview area, Tyler Breeze explains why he took out Sting.  “Sting, it doesn’t matter if you opted to stay out of the IC tournament or not.  The fact of the matter is:  I was the #1 contender.  Not you.  You weren’t even a blip on the radar but because the sheep want to see you, management gives you the preferential treatment.  I tell you what:   You want a piece of me for what I did?  Fine.  However, I am the X-Division Champion.  You want me in the ring, you’d better make it worth my time.  I don’t wrestle for free so pony up.  I’ll let you decide what you think is right.”  Breeze then walks off camera.

It is time for the main event.  Kurt Angle comes out first and introduces his team:  The Varsity Club.  Bo Dallas…Frankie Kazarian…and Jack Swagger.  The Varsity Club enter the ring and pace as they wait for the champs.  They don’t wait long as the A-Team (Alberto del Rio, Adrian Neville & Antonio Cesaro) all make their way out.  They flaunt the titles in front of the fans and mock them as they head to the ring.  Swagger is immediately triple teamed and beaten down and kept in the A-Team’s corner.  They would not allow him to make a tag.  When he got close, someone would take the ref’s attention away so that he could not see the tag.  Del Rio did a lot of the work and then tagged in Antonio Cesaro.  Cesaro beat and wore down Swagger till he could barely stand.  Cesaro then nailed a gutwrench suplex and while mocking the rest of the Varsity Club, got the 1-2-3.  The A-Team are victorious in defending their titles.   The show comes to an end with the A-Team prancing around the ring with their titles.
