Hello fans and welcome to another installment of the HCW Wrestling Newsletter. I will be your guest host, filling in for Max; James Leahey! On tonight’s show, we have Casper Wyoming making his debut against Jessie California! We have a new tag-team debuting, newcomers Azrael and Barry Morningstar led by their new manager The Ambassador. Phantom Frank, another newbie, steps into the ring against Otto Ruthless. A wacky turn of events involving the “Any-time, Any-where” title was reported at the Seattle, WA Bennihana restaurant over the weekend. And Korbi Kong defends her title as Women’s Champion for our finale of the evening.

Kicking-off our show, the crowd hears the opening of “Take me home country-roads” as Casper Wyoming makes his way to the ring; the novice getting a nice little pop from the crowd, giving out some high-fives and appreciation for the fans! The song is cut-off mid-entrance and Casper turns to the booth, raising his hands in question. “We don’t have the rights to that song, Casper”, and the licensed HCW Theme continues. Jesse California starts to walk out to “Hotel California” and is immediately cut-off. Producer Burt Halmatch gives our fantastic guest-host an ear-full and to which, Mr. Lahey reluctantly announces over the speaker, “I have been informed by management, there will be no more licensed song intros unless it is cleared with production first! Too bad, so sad but, you are walking out to elevator music bud!”
Jesse gives James a solid “WTH” look and flips the bird towards
the booth, as the elevator music queues up. Classy Jesse, you are a true
gentleman and a scholar… Our referee ensures both fighters are ready. And with

The Steel Curtain get the win and the fans pop huge for them. The Ambassador complains to the ref but it
falls on deaf ears. Just then, the
diabolical Dr. Red Fang hits the ring and attacks the Steel Curtain. Azrael and Barry join him in beating them down
until Biceps Bannerman runs down and chases the villains off. Biceps glares at the four men as they back up
the ramp.
Next,
we get our introduction to Phantom Frank.
Public Service Announcement: Warning; this individual is wanted in
regard to vigilante suspicion in the; New Jersey, and Chicago, IL areas.
Suspect is considered dangerous when provoked, approach with extreme caution.
Backstory; originally born Frank Gahluoly “Ghooly” Phantozinei’; to a below middle class Italian family in New Jersey, 1987. Frank always admired heroes like Batman and the Gray Ghost, however upon moving to California and then to Auburn, Washington. Frank quickly realized that the local police, were not as passionate about his caped crusading as he was. So, he decided to beat-up bad guys in the ring. When asked why the “caspered-caper” made the decision to step from the streets onto the mat, Frank simply said “I do not have to fight guys with guns anymore and it is better pay, wouldn’t you?”
Match 3; Phantom Frank vs. Otto Ruthless
Intro music for our third match begins, Otto Ruthless starts
making his way to the ring, beating his chest repeating to himself “take his
head off, Wilbur wants his head!” Most of the crowd “boo” or silently observe,
aside from a few of Otto’s handful of fans (very few). But as Otto makes his
way, showboating around the ring, the lights cut-out and the stadium falls
dark. The crowd falls silent and the atmosphere is still….. As the lights come
on, and a masked man is now in the center of the ring; the Phantom, whom Wilbur
and TNT attacked a few weeks ago. Frank points a finger towards Otto and says
in a low voice, “Tell Wilbur, I’m coming for him.” The crowd starts to cheer
for the mysterious man. Otto laughs with excitement. The crowd chants grow
louder. And with that our next fight is underway; a shot from the bell rings,
and the ref shouts “Fight’s on”!

The lights black-out again and Frank is gone, leaving Otto to be
carried out of the ring by medical staff.

backstage news gossip, it is revealed that one of the kids that was verbally
assaulted by Dash Woodbrick was the son of the Anytime/Anywhere Champion Master
Bull. Bull has vowed to make Dash pay.
Match 4; Anytime, Anywhere title match (takes place at the
Benihana in Seattle.)
While we wait for the mat to be cleaned for our title fight of the
night, here is a re-cap of the unexpected weekend Any-time, Any-where match
that occurred between Master Bull and Dash Woodbrick, here is the report and a
tape of the incident.
On Saturday 5/7, HCW received word that Anytime/Anywhere Champion Master
Bull was enjoying some dinning at the Seattle, Benihana. Dash Woodbrick also
happened to be there. Dash being the logical man he is, considered “well if I
can grab a meal and another belt on one of my days off, the commission will
have to give me a raise!” Dash looks
over to see a large section of “smaller-patrons”. Dash remembers fondly his
mini assistants that he previously used with Dennis when they won the World Tag
Team titles.
Dash’s eyes widen and he grins; “Little People, ….PERRFFFECT!!!”
Dash approaches the group, and says “Hey, I will pay each of you, if you help me jump that guy sitting at that table over there (pointing to Master Bull). A member of the group inquires, “well…how much will you pay us?” Dash replies “Twenty bucks!” One bulkier height-challenged man looks like he is considering it, while the rest of the group reacts with remarks like “Get the hell out of here, ya CLOWN!” “What are you on, you crazy ….?”
Dash knowing there is no time to lose, sees his opportunity and
takes it. Without hesitation and before anyone can blink; Dash picks up two of
the small patrons and throws them at Master Bull in quick succession. One,
slams short of Master Bull, onto his table; knocking it aside and forcing the
meal in place and the smaller man onto Master Bulls lap. The second, goes clear
over Master Bull’s head and shatters the glass hitting a passing pedestrian and
sending them both to the ground with an impactful “thud”! Dash equips another two and volleys them
through the air. The third victimized patron is sent through the air and smacks
Master Bull straight in the face, snapping his head back. Master Bull, still
sitting, re-adjusts and cracks his neck, now glaring at Dash. Master Bull picks
up the first innocent patron, dust him off, sets him down and wipes what was
left of his food, off of his clothes. Dash
laughs and the larger small-patron, who was considering the deal initially,
starts laughing psychotically and yells “Me next!, MY TURRNNN!!!”. Dash turns
in surprise and smiles. “You got it buddy, your time to SHINE!”, chucking the
fourth patron, sending him through the air!
Master Bull catches the incoming Benihana patron (being used like a projectile) single-handedly by the face and hurls him back at Dash! Sending Dash over the table. Dash laughs in pain, sending another small patron back, “Good ‘ol Dwarf tossing, the oldest sport in Scotland besides drinking!” Dash leaps over the table as his previous throw strikes Master Bull, and melee ensues between the two;

the ensuing chaos. Seeing Master Bull unconscious on floor, Lucas sees his
chance to seize the Any-time/Any-where belt and he does!

walks away. The disgruntled restaurant staff surround Dash and Master Bull as

Coming back to our live feed now, Korbi Kong makes her way to the
ring. Korbi is usually a woman of few words but requested that a message be
passed on to her fans, it reads; “Thank you for all your support over the past
season, it has been an honor to be your HCW Ladies’ Champion and I look forward
to the future, with more seasons to follow!” The fans pop huge for her and in
comes her challenger Chloe Parker, who is met with less matched applause. As
both women enter the ring, a moment of silent respect is held between the two but

out and says that he cannot have such a miscarriage of justice transpire on his
watch so he says that he is holding up the title (Chloe and Maxine complain)
and a new match will be held right now.
Familiar music hits and out runs Violet Valkyrie. Violet checks on Korbi but Ms Kong is in no
shape to take a rematch. Korbi tells
Violet to take her place. Maxine is sent
to the back leaving Chloe all alone.
Korbi slaps her hands in frustration on the ring apron as she is helped
to the back. Violet is out for revenge
and that match starts right now!
