Hello
fans and welcome back to our newsletter.
For those just joining us, Master Bull has been ousted as HWF GM and was
arrested for embezzling money for his strip club habit. With Bull out of the way, CSWA GM Hulk Hogan
in charge of both federations. Hogan
comes out and says that tonight, things will change for the better,
brother. He promises a better HWF show
than what “that crook Bull did (or didn’t do)”.
The
show kicks off with newcomer Mr. Wrestling #5 coming out for his match. He is taking on Adam Rose who comes out
second. For the first 6 minutes, Adam
Rose controlled the match but after MW5 hit Rose with a kneelift, the tide
turned in the favor of the masked superstar.
This goes to 18 minutes and comes to an end after MW5 nails a Million $
kneelift and covers Rose for the pin.
Back
in the interview area, The Desperados talk about being on the top of the
mountain and there is nowhere to go but down but they are at the peak and plan
on staying here. They are interrupted
by the Band (Dirk Devon and the Axe) and they feel they should get a match
against the champs. Hulk Hogan comes
over and says the Band can have a non-title match at the next show…brother.
The
next match on the card is Madame Jade taking on Southern Belle. Jade is accompanied by her tag team partner
Jupiter Jane. Jane sits at ringside and
does not interfere. This was a very
close match that saw both competitors trade control of the match. At the 12 minute mark, former Women’s
champion Ravishing Raquel comes out and as Belle was being thrown to the ropes,
Raquel pulls the rope down and Belle goes flying over the top rope and crashes
on the floor. Belle ends up getting
counted out. Raquel gets in the ring and
Madame Jade backs off and goes to stand with her tag team partner. Raquel takes a mic and blasts the Women’s
champion Paige for ducking her for her rematch.
She says she will get a rematch and it doesn’t matter what Paige
likes. She drops the mic and walks off.
The
next match is Kevin Owens taking on Ryback.
This one was way short as Ryback was actually attacked by the Shield
(Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns) before the match began. Finally the match starts and it’s all Kevin
Owens. Owens hits the Steenalizer
(reverse powerbomb suplex) at the 3 minute mark and gets the win. Owens gets on the mic and says “One down…two
to go. Henry…YOU’RE NEXT.”
GM
Hulk Hogan “accidentally” sends out an email to both rosters that showed
certain wrestlers were supposed to be getting pay increases but due to Master
Bull’s theft, the raises were all cancelled.
Prestige Inc. members Reid Rothchild, King Damian Sandow and Magnus were
all on that list as well as the Desperados (was dependent on them winning the
tag titles) however we were unable to see the whole email as it was recalled
almost immediately.
Brock
Lesnar heads down to the ring and says that he is finally ready. He warns Austin Aries to stay out of HIS
business. Once he defeats Bray for the
HWF and Undisputed titles, he is going after the CSWA to become a Triple Crown
champion. His speech is interrupted by
Sting. Sting tells Brock not to get
ahead of himself. He still has to defend
the IC title against the Scorpion warrior.
“Don’t forget about me Brock. And
by the way, you remember that best of 7 set of matches we had that I lost…guess
what…the motivation is high and you won’t be going anywhere except home empty
handed.”
Our
next match on the card is the Russian Alexander Rusev taking on Big E
Langston. Big E opened a can of
whoop-ass that hasn’t been seen in some time.
Langston beat the crap out of Rusev.
A few times during the match, Rusev tried to leave but GM Hulk Hogan
would come out and send him back to the ring.
Finally, Big E got tired of Rusev trying to bail so he nails an over the
shoulder gutbreaker and pins him in the ring.

In
the interview area, Hardcore Champion Magnum Kone speaks about his win over
#CJ. He is interrupted by Leon Teremoto. Leon says that champions do not rest on their
laurels and if he wants to be a fighting champion, he should meet him in the
ring…now. Leon leaves and Magnum says
“It looks like I have a match.” He then
heads to the ring.
Leon
Teremoto vs Magnum Kone for the Hardcore title is next. GM Hulk Hogan comes out and says this will be
a best of 3 falls; 30 minute time limit.
In 11 minutes, Leon nails a powerbomb on a chair and scores the first
fall. For the second fall, Magnum knocks
out Leon and he is unable to answer the 10 count. The third fall ends up hitting the time limit
and we have a draw. Leon would have been
ahead on “points” so it is very likely he’ll see a rematch in the future.
In
the back, Natalya says she’s excited to finally get her Women’s title
shot. She says it’s been a long haul and
nothing will stop her from fulfilling her destiny as the Champion.
We
go back to the ring for our next match which is Xavier Woods and Tyson Kidd vs
the Enforcers (Samoa Joe and Mark Henry).
This one barely makes it 8 minutes but came to an abrupt end when the
Shield came down and attacked Henry and Joe causing the DQ. The Enforcers fought briefly with the Shield
before bailing.
It
is time for our main event. Paige vs
Natalya for the Women’s title. This one
only goes 4 minutes and sees the champ in dominating control. It only took 4 minutes for Paige to lock in
the PTO and get Natalya to tap out. As
the match comes to a conclusion, Ravishing Raquel comes out mock clapping for
Paige. She says that she is due her
rematch and demands it now. Paige says
ok. Raquel heads to the ring. This one was pretty even with both women
holding their own until at the 16 minute mark, Paige fell out of the ring
hurt. Raquel was like a shark in
blood-soaked waters. She beat down Paige
barely allowing her to get in any additional offense (4 moves in the following
11 minutes). Finally, Raquel hits the
“Simply Ravishing” and pins Paige in the middle of the ring. Raquel has regained the Women’s title. After the match, she hurled Paige out of the
ring where she was attended to by medics.
Raquel stood in the ring with her arms raised holding the title as the
fans booed.
That
is all for now. Stay tuned as this story is about to get good.
