HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2016 #533 – Welcome to 2017

Hello fans and welcome to our first newsletter of 2017.  2016 was a year of change and we feel it was all for the better.  We in HCW feel that 2017 will only get better.

While the roster was on break, GM Max McGillicutty went to the arena in Phoenix, AZ on Christmas Eve where all the shows were taped to ensure everything was in order.  However, as he made his way towards the ring, he noticed that a light was enveloping the ring and someone was making their way into the ring.  The Hardcore Champion the Masked Gentleman entered the ring holding something in his arms. He puts up what appears to be a tripod of sorts, then opens up the package he has brought with him, and takes it and places it onto the tripod, it is a #BlackNBlueCrew Wreath, as he admires it for a moment, then leaves the ring and heads back to his dressing room.

Max sees him backstage (we guess MG lives part time out of his dressing room) and approaches MG. "Hey I saw what you did in the ring out there with the wreath, nice." MG Looks at him, "What…Ummm…What the Hell are you talking about? I didn’t do a DAMN thing! Get out of my face before I Welcome mat you to China!”  MG pushes Max out of the way as he heads into his dressing room.  Miss Samantha comes into the backstage area and bypasses Max as she is making her way to MG's dressing room. She is dressed up like a Santa Playboy bunny, as she makes her way to MG's dressing room and enters it.

Another item of note is that The Shockmaster, after winning the US title, decided to forgo his mentor’s name and now calls himself the Super Shockmaster.  Um…Ok.

Last bit of information is that the Queens Court (The British Crippler, Queen Beckett and Lady Hermann), while touring around England, added a new person to their team – Starr Vixen - but instead of letting her wrestle with them, she was made to carry their bags, polish their shoes, etc. I’m sure at some point she will get tired of this and strike back.

As GM Max McGillicutty promised, here is the list of awards presented to select members of the HCW roster.

Starting Wednesday, we’ll be back on the circuit.  Exciting action heading your way.  Stay tuned.

HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2016 #532 – Final newsletter of the year – PPV fallout

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  The graciousness of the owners and GM Max McGillicutty has given the talent the rest of the year off.  HCW will shut down for the rest of the year but will be back up and running at the beginning of January.

The Masked Gentleman is interviewed by Larry Morton.  Larry comments that MG talks a lot of smack.  MG says that 2 nights ago, actions spoke louder than words when he defeated Texas Wildfire.  MG says he is the Alpha and the Omega when it comes to talking trash.  Larry says I think King CJ will have something to say about that as he is the resident smack talk artist.  MG says the King has been Dethroned, I am the King of Smack talk in HCW Now.  MG says that CJ needs someone to write his promos for him.  Unlike King CJ, MG doesn’t write his stuff; his stuff writes itself *Smirks*  Larry says that once the Hashtag is done dealing with Baron von Blood, he may turn his sights on MG.  MG replies with “The Hashtag huh??? When I am done with him he will be "The Trash Bag" instead of the Hashtag.”  MG pie faces Larry and walks away.

Our first match kicks off with Sonic Blade making his way down to the ring.  His opponent is introduced by his manager Ant Graham – Dr. Red Fang.  Fang screams “VAMPIRE LUNGES FOR EVERYONE” and when a few fans wanted to cheer for him, he snarled and growled and practically scared them out of their skins (what a meanie).  Sonic Blade took the match to the evil vampire and had him on the ropes until Ant Graham got involved.   Blade went out of the ring to go after the annoying manager but Fang attacked Blade from behind and together, he and his manager handcuffed Sonic to the ringside railing.  Fang went back in the ring and Sonic ended up getting counted out.  Dr. Red Fang advances in the US title tournament.  (12 min)

Backstage, King CJ cuts a promo of his own.

Clap clap..... "Ladies and gentleman give it up..... a round of applause for the most uninteresting man in the HCW...... THE SKUNK....i mean the masked gentleman!!!!" What in the world makes you think you are qualified to 1) talk to The King??? Ohhhb i know, you watched some of my old promos....then youtubed a little stone cold and rock and now wal-llah..... your an entertainer???!!!  Or 2) that your a contender...what cuz you made your debut in a revamped HCW....cuz you won a couple of matches in the local talent pool at your local ymca???? Or is it because you used to wash rey mesterios tights....stole his tighty whiteys and bought a luchador mask this halloween..GTFOH.  i think you might have to have a couple more dos equis' the hashtag has been sitting back quietly observing all things plotting his next move and along comes a yapper barking at the wrong big dog....you see you are NO rey mysterio, mr wrestling, hell your not even a erik piscosis (WHO?) or la parka....well hell i dont even think your at the level of doink or disco inferno...so masked gentleman i think you need to rethink your strategy.... get with your little manger and find a new career path cuz this one is gonna be short lived.  Hashtag Out!”  (drops the mic)

In a rematch from our PPV, Baron von Blood, accompanied by Ant Graham, makes his way down to the ring.  Next, the Hashtag King CJ comes out.  We won’t call this one-sided but CJ dominated his opponent and as much as Ant Graham hated seeing the carnage happen, he couldn’t do anything about it (King CJ used the handcuff left behind and secured Graham to the ring side barrier nullifying him from this match.)  9 minutes in, CJ nails the Baron with a Superplex.  He goes for the pin but Baron kicks out.  CJ then locked in a guillotine choke but Baron wouldn’t tap and successfully made it to the ropes.  CJ then hit the ropes catching Baron von Blood totally unaware with a Neck Snap. CJ makes the cover, hooks the leg and gets the 1-2-3.  King CJ is victorious and can now put this feud behind him.  (12 min)

Backstage, Texas Wildfire says he gets Rad Gumbo in the qualifying round.  TW says he will advance.

Ladies Champion Ravishing Raquel comes out and asks for a mic.  She calls out the Duchess and Ruby for attacking her after she beat both of their asses.  Raquel calls the Duchess stupid for wasting her title shot last night and said she would have had a better chance to beat her had she waited.  She says she wants the two of them in a match in January and is willing to put her title on the line.  However, once she defeats them again, the two of them are OUT of any future Ladies Title shots.  She tells Ruby and the Duchess to think about it and get back to her.  She then leaves.

GM Max McGillicutty confirms that the US title name will be reinstated when a new champion is crowned.

The Masked Gentleman comes out for MG’s Pit and asks all the managers to come out.  Ant Graham, MJ and the Ambassador all make their way down to the ring.  MG says he’s decided on what he wants and unfortunately, no one in this ring will earn his services.  The 3 managers look on in confusion wondering if he just opted not to have anyone.  MG then demands everyone cast their eyes to the ramp as this is who will manage MG moving forward.  Music hits and out comes someone new…Wow, MG got himself a female manager.  She makes her way to the ring and MG stands there while she joins him.  MG states that this woman, Miss Samantha, is his new Valet and she will be at MG’s beck and call.  MG directs her to hold the ropes open for him (chauvinistic pig) and the two of them head to the back with the managers all left in the ring wondering what happened.

It is time for our next qualifying match.  “The Ragin Cajun” Rad Gumbo accompanied by his manager MJ heads down to the ring.  Next, his opponent Texas Wildfire comes out to a huge pop.  Wildfire started off hot but then the Masked Gentleman showed up on the Omegatron.  He addressed the crowd but was really talking to Wildfire.  “MG is in a gracious mood so he’s decided that he will give everyone in HCW – including Max - a Chia Pet of himself (he spared no expense as he wanted everyone to have the best chia pet ever) except for TW.  MG has something special for you.”  He holds up a chia pet in the form of a prosthetic arm (in memory of TW’s dad).  TW sees this and rushes out of the ring and runs backstage.  Gumbo stood there watching TW get counted out.  Rad Gumbo moves on with a countout victory over Texas Wildfire.  (12 min)

GM Max McGillicutty comes back out and says that with the final 3, instead of doing more elimination matches, he would make this a triple threat with Dr. Red Fang vs Rad Gumbo vs the Shockmaster to crown a new US Champion.

Backstage, Wildfire is chasing MG who had a long lead and is waiting at his limo to taunt TW all the more.  As TW approaches, MG and his valet Miss Samantha get into the limo and then MG HURLS the chia arm at TW as he gets closer.  The limo takes off just as TW get there.  He picks up the chia arm and SMASHES it on the ground.  TW heads back in and runs into Max.  TW says that MG cost him a match TWICE now.  Max asks him what he wants to do about it.  Wildfire asks to be included in the final match for the US title and stipulates that if he does not win, he will not pursue any legal action against MG.  Max thinks about it and feels that a fatal four way would be better and inserts TW into that match.  Max tells him it’s up next so he should get down to the ring.

Dr. Red Fang, Rad Gumbo and the Shockmaster all make their way down to the ring.  Texas Wildfire comes out and they are none too happy he wormed his way into this match.  They all made an agreement to take him out first.  All 3 men beat down on Wildfire and then dumped him out of the ring.  After a few minutes to recuperate, TW joined the fray again and OWNED everyone.  He was dropping everyone bionic elbows.  Eventually, his 3 opponents would team up again and beat him down some more.   Fang hit him with a Vampire Lunge.  Gumbo connected with the Bayou Blitz and the Shockmaster headbutted him with his helmet.  Just when it looked like the 3 of them were getting along, the Shockmaster hit a low blow on Gumbo dumping him out of the ring.  He then turned to Dr. Red Fang and nailed him with the Wave of the Future and Fang rolled out of the ring.  The Masked Gentleman then snuck in from the crowd and held TW’s foot while the Shockmaster ran and nailed not one, not two but THREE body avalanches on Wildfire.  MG lets go of TW’s foot and TW falls down.  The Shockmaster dragged him to the center of the ring, made the cover and got the 1-2-3 and the win and is now the NEW US Champion.  The Shockmaster parades around the ring with his title, flips off the fans and then leaves.  (37 min)

GM Max McGillicutty comes out with a plaque for Manager of the Year.  Max says that towards the end, it got close but one person came out ahead in the end.  Max announces Master Bull as the Manager of the Year.  Just as Bull makes his way out, he is interrupted by Ant Graham.  Graham states that the vote was way too close (he presents documentation where it shows that the votes had them neck and neck.  Ant then demands a recount before any award is made as he believes votes were deliberately left off (he says he tried to vote and the system wouldn’t let him).  He tells Max that he has gone out and hired Black, Blackman &Whitehead to represent him and assist in the recount.  Max apologizes to Master Bull and says he’ll look into this and he will make an official announcement when all the other awards are presented next year.  Master Bull and Ant Graham have a staredown and Ant is proud of himself for disrupting the ceremony.  His lawyers better be good.

Backstage, Clarkus Kentus is with the Wraith.  The Wraith says he’s been looking forward to this for a very long time and finally gets to rid the world of that caterpillar resting under the Stache’s nose.  He will defeat him, shave off the stache and then will have the HCW to himself when the Stache leaves town in disgrace.

Also backstage is the Stache and he is with Larry Morton.  The Stache says the Wraith has been running rough shot all over the HCW and it’s up to him to make things right in the world.  Stache says that the Wraith may have stolen a win over him at the PPV but it’s what happens tonight that will matter.  The Stache walks off ready to head to the ring.

It is time for our Main Event:  Stache vs the Wraith in a loser leaves town match/Shave his head vs shave the stache in a Steel Cage.  The cage is lowered and the fans pop for it.  First, the Wraith comes out and is booed.  He flips them off not caring.  He enters the cage and holds the clippers for all to see.  Music changes to the theme from Bonanza and out comes the Stache.  He gets a huge pop and he makes a beeline right for the cage but instead of going through the door, he goes over the top.  The Wraith is mad because the Stache is showing him up.  He immediately attacks the Stache and the match is underway.  For 15 minutes, both men used every move in their arsenal as well as the cage as a weapon.  Both men were bloodied up.  The Wraith nailed the Stache with a Flying elbow drop.  He made the cover and got the 3 count but he has to get out of the ring.  Stache was up pretty quick and pulled the Wraith down.  The Wraith hit a low blow and tried to scale the cage again and again, the Stache stopped him.  Both men finally ended up fighting on the top of the cage and the Stache smashed the Wraith’s head into the cage and he fell back down into the ring.  He began climbing over but then stopped.  He looked to the fans, looked down on the Wraith and then did what insane wrestler would do…he nailed a B52 kneedrop from the top of the cage onto the Wraith.  The fans POPPED HUGE.  The Stache then nailed the Tombstone (piledriver) and made the cover to get a 3 count.  He then scaled the cage, went over the top and dropped to the floor before the Wraith could get to the door to escape.  The Stache wins!   The Stache and a few refs enter the ring and get a groggy Wraith into a chair.  He starts to squirm but he is held steadfast.  Stache pulls out the clippers and begins to shave the Wraith’s head but not bald.  He cuts and trims and leaves the Wraith with the same haircut Road Warrior Hawk used to have but with a few modifications.

The refs let the Wraith up and he bolts out of the ring, through the back, grabs his bags, turns and yells “You all SUCK.  I never cared for any of you worthless trash bags.  Hope you can all sleep at night with your new ‘hero’.  Oh, and each and every one of you can KISS MY ASS.”  He grabs his bags and storms out of the building.  Back in the ring, the Stache celebrates with the fans as our final show of the year comes to an end.

Thanks for sticking with us making this a hell of a year to remember.  We hope you’ll join us in 2017 when the HCW returns from hiatus.  Until then, everyone have a safe holiday, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2016 #531 – Apocalypse PPV Day 2

Hello fans and welcome to day 2 of HCW’s Apocalypse PPV.  Pyro goes off and GM Max McGillicutty comes out.  Max thanks the fans here live and those watching from home for contributing to the success of HCW.  Max says that last night’s appearance of the Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin had pushed that show to become the #1 most watched PPV in the history of HCW.  Max promises that tonight’s show will carry on the excitement from last night.  He leaves so the show can begin.

Backstage, Magnum Kone is being interviewed by Clarkus Kentus with his backups Haagen and Daas and tells the fans that he puts Pete the Pun-isher on the shelf and then later in the show, will participate in the battle royal to see who will get the shot to become the US Champion.

Pete the Pun-isher is being interviewed by Larry Morton and tells Larry that it’s no surprise that Magnum is overlooking him and that will cost him dearly tonight.

Match #1:  ‘The King of Cones’ Magnum Kone comes out to a pretty good pop from the crowd.  Magnum, Haagen and Daas hand out ice cream to the ringside fans.  Magnum enters the ring and awaits his opponent.  Pete’s music hits but there is no Pete.  Magnum asks what’s going on all the while staring up the ramp.  Pete came in from the crowd, slid into the ring and attacked Magnum. The bell rings quickly and this one is under way.  Magnum battled back and mostly controlled the match after hitting Pete with the Ice Cream Sandwich (corner splash).  Pete would battle back with the Pun-ctuation, a Pun-ch to face and the Layin down the Whip-pun.  Pete thought he had things locked up and tried for the Pun-t to the head but Magnum reversed it and nailed the Popsicle (piledriver).  Magnum made the cover and got the 1-2-3.  Magnum wins the match.  He celebrates as Pete struggles to his feet.  He turns and attacks Magnum again knocking him out of the ring.  Pete hits him with the Freezer Burn and while Magnum was down, nailed him with the Pun-t to the head.  The ref and other ‘shirts’ from the back quickly stepped between the two to avoid further altercations.  (7 min for the match; 10 for the segment)

Larry Morton is backstage and has ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild and his manager Master Bull.  Reid says that he’s had plenty of time to brush up on ScooterJ and now knows him better than he knows himself.  Bull says Reid will be wearing gold again and will prove to the world he exemplifies “Elite”.

Clarkus Kentus has the TV champion ScooterJ and the champ says that he’s tired of beating down Reid.  Tonight will be the last time as Reid is a multi-time loser and ScooterJ will end 2016 STILL the TV Champ.

Match #2:  TV Champion – ScooterJ vs Reid Rothchild.  ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild comes out first with his manager Master Bull.  Reid and Bull shake the fans hands as they head to the ring.   The music changes and out comes the TV Champion ScooterJ.  SJ wastes no time getting in the ring and shoves the TV title in Reid’s face.  ScooterJ then climbs the turnbuckles showing off as the fans boo him.  ScooterJ controlled the match early on but Master Bull provided Reid with intestinal fortitude and Reid began taking the match to the champ.  Reid hit the Rothchild Stunner on ScooterJ and the ref counted 1…2…KICKOUT!  Reid couldn’t believe it.  Master Bull couldn’t either.  ScooterJ makes it to his feet and plants Reid with a superkick.  ScooterJ hooks the leg but Reid kicks out at 2.  ScooterJ then hit Reid with the 10 punches but Reid dropped him and locked in the Figure Four Reid Lock.  ScooterJ makes it to the ropes.  Reid gets up and nails a Reid-a-rooni but ScooterJ hits another superkick and gets another 2 count.  Reid nails the Reid Bottom but could not make the cover.  ScooterJ hits a bodyslam and goes for the pin but Reid reaches up and reverses the pin but SJ rolled back over and got his feet up on the ropes and got the 1-2-3 on Reid.  ScooterJ retains his title.  Master Bull tried to complain but the ref said he didn’t see anything.  ScooterJ takes his title and leaves laughing at Bull and Reid.  Both men eventually left.  (14 min)_

Backstage, El Chango enters Max’s office and tells him that he did Max a ‘solid’ by jobbing to Drew and letting last night’s main event go on as planned.  El Chango says that right now he should be the World champion.  Max says he has no idea what El Chango is talking about but says that regardless of who wins the tag team match tonight, the Desperados will get the first title shot in 2017.  El Chango thinks about it for a minute and then nods and leaves.

Match #3:  The Men’s Battle Royal.  There was just a major house cleaning and half of the roster was eliminated in the first 5 minutes.  The battle royal went on for an additional 25 minutes and the final four left were Sonic Blade, Dr. Red Fang, ‘The Ragin Cajun’ Rad Gumbo and the Shockmaster.  The Masked Gentleman was angry that he wasn’t in the match and made sure that Texas Wildfire wouldn’t make it either.  However, TW went under the ropes; not over so he was never eliminated.  GM Max McGillicutty came out and said that at tomorrow’s show, there will be 5 people fighting for the US title.  He said that the person with the best record in the battle royal (survivor) would draw a first round bye.  That was none other than the Shockmaster with 5 eliminations.

King CJ, the Hashtag, is backstage with Larry Morton.  His Royalness says that tonight, he destroys the threat of Baron von Blood and then will work on getting his way back into a title hunt.  CJ says that if the rest of the 5th Column stick their noses into his business, he will deal with them the HARD way.

Match #4:  Baron von Blood makes his way out first and he is accompanied to the ring by his manger Ant Graham (who is carrying a sign that reads ‘Vote for me for Manager of the Year’) and the rest of the 5th Column / 6 Man Tag team champions Karl Braun, Wendell Hammerschimdt and Oswald Zimmerman.  The team stands united in the ring. Music changes and out comes the Hashtag – King CJ.  CJ makes his way to the ring with very little interaction with the crowd as he is extremely focused.  The ref gets Graham and the 6 Man champions out of the ring.  The ref then sends the 5th Column to the back but they refuse.  All of a sudden, Ivan Dragovich comes running out (ala the Ultimate Warrior) with a chair in hand and he chases all of them to the back but not before getting in one good shot on Karl Braun.

Early on, Ant Graham used a chair on King CJ’s knee and that limited a lot of what CJ could do as it appeared he couldn’t put a lot of weight on it.  Finally, he got out of the ring and after taking out Ant Graham, quickly taped his knee up and got back in.  That is when CJ went off like a firestorm.  Baron von Blood seemed lost with his manager incapacitated but held his own until Graham recovered.  As soon as he did, Ant broke his cane over CJ’s back.  The Baron locked in the Gas Chamber (modified sleeper) but CJ, fading, made it to the ropes.  Baron let him go and then as CJ made it to his feet, Baron hits him with a German Lariat.  Baron makes the cover and Graham holds CJ’s leg down and the ref counts 1-2-3.  Baron von Blood gets the win.   Ant Graham joins Baron in the ring and they celebrate.  CJ recovers and nails Baron with a shoulder smash that sent him flying out of the ring.  CJ then locked Ant Graham in a Guillotine Choke and Graham was tapping out like crazy but eventually he went “to sleep”.  CJ dropped him and Baron dragged his manager out of the ring and helped him to the back.  CJ celebrated in the ring and then eventually left.  (22 min)

Backstage, P&L – Phat Sol & Red Hot Lucas Johnston are with their manager the Ambassador and the Ambassador says it’s P&L’s time to shine and tonight, they will defeat the Steel Curtain to become the World Tag Team Champions and will set the HCW on its side.

The Steel Curtain are with Clarkus Kentus and Buzz says that P&L and their manager are delusional and nothing changes tonight except for another W going on their record.  Starbuck leans in and says “Word”.

Match #5:  The Ambassador comes out first and introduces P&L.  Phat and Lucas came out and the fans went nasty on them.  Ambassador leads his team to the ring.  The music changes and out comes the World Tag Team Champions the Steel Curtain.  Buzz and Starbuck Steel get one of the biggest pops of the night and in the ring, P&L are trying to get the fans to quiet down. The Ambassador taunts the champs from the ring daring them to make this a no countout/DQ match.  The champs eagerly agree.  Starbuck begins for his team but neither Phat nor Lucas really want to start off.  They do the “rock/paper/scissors” and Lucas kicks things off.  Things go south really fast for the challengers as the champs hand them their asses in super quick fashion.  It only takes 5 minutes for the Steel Curtain to pin P&L after Buzz hit Phat Sol with the Buzz Kill.  Buzz says he barely broke a sweat.  The Ambassador was pissed.  He gets on the mic and tells the Curtain that if they were so confident then SC should put the titles on the line again against his new team.  Starbuck says he doesn’t manage anyone else.  “Ah, that is where you are wrong.  In fact, I signed a very unlikely duo only minutes before this match.  These two are willing to work together if tag team gold is on the line.”  Buzz says “why not” and it looks like we have ourselves ANOTHER title match.  The Ambassador calls out his new team.

Match #6:  Music hits and out comes…Pete the Pun-isher.  He makes his way down to the ring.  The music changes and we hear a very familiar…ice cream truck music. HOLY CRAP…it’s the King of Cones, Magnum Kone.  Magnum as aligned himself with the Ambassador and his enemy Pete!  He has turned his back on the fans once again for what?...the chance for gold?  The fans boo him but he dismisses them.  The match begins and THIS is what the last match should have been.  All four men beat the crap out of each other but this time, the challengers posed a real threat to the champs.  The Ambassador got involved a few times but the Curtain retaliated and dropped him.  Magnum had a serious advantage after squashing Starbuck with the Ice Cream Sandwich.  Buzz tagged in but Magnum dropped him with the popsicle.  Before he could go for the pin, Pete tagged himself in.  Pete then sized Buzz up and nailed a PUN-t to the head.  He hooked the leg and the tights and the ref counted 1…2…3!  HOLY CRAP!  Pete the Pun-isher and Magnum Kone have just defeated the Steel Curtain to become the NEW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!  What a travesty of justice!  Magnum is not happy Pete stole his pin opportunity but as soon as the Ambassador handed him the tag belt, all settled down.  The new champs paraded around the ring while the Steel Curtain had to be helped from the ring.  The Ambassador screamed “I told you so” as he and the new champs made their way to the back.  (32 min)

Backstage, there is an altercation between P&L and the new Tag Team Champions.  The Ambassador says that for now, P&L, as a team, need to be sidelined but instead will go for singles opportunities instead.  The Ambassador puts over Magnum & the Pun-isher as the “Team of the Year”.

The main event is almost upon us.  Ravishing Ruby Princess is with Larry Morton and she says that tonight, her dreams of becoming a champion come true.  Larry tells her that she actually has to BEAT Raquel.  Ruby replies “No Problem” and walks away.

Clarkus Kentus is with the Ladies Champion Ravishing Raquel and Raquel heard the crap that Ruby is once again spewing.  Raquel says she will dispatch Ruby like she’s done with all of her other opponents and will walk into the new year with the title around her waist.

Match #7:  It’s time for the MAIN EVENT!  First, the challenger Ravishing Ruby Princess makes her way down and it looks like she’s changed her outfit and now is a total dead ringer for Raquel.  Ruby gets in the ring and calls for the champ so this one can get underway.  Music hits and the Ladies Champion Ravishing Raquel comes out to the loudest pop of the night.  Raquel holds her title high as she makes her way to the ring accompanied by her husband ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild.   They get to the ring, he gives a quick peck on the cheek and then leaves.  Raquel enters the ring, climbs all the turnbuckles holding her title high as the fans pop.  She finally hands it over to the ref and Ruby attacks her starting this one off.  Raquel shook off the attack and like a solid champion, controlled the entire match.  6 minutes in, Ruby trapped Raquel in the middle of the ring with the Ravishing Rubywing but the champ powered through it and slowly inched her way to the ropes to break the hold.  Ruby complains to the ref and Raquel straps in her own Ravishing Chickenwing but Ruby gets to the ropes to break the hold and then complains when the hold is not immediately released.   As Ruby turns around, Raquel, who climbed the turnbuckle, launched and connected with a moonsault.  The fans POP and chant “That was Awesome”.  After a bit more action, Raquel locks in the Ravishing Chickenwing again but Ruby escapes.  Ruby is nursing her arm and turns into a Power Full Nelson and slam from Raquel.  The champ makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Ravishing Raquel retains the Women’s title.   (11 min)

Music hits and out comes the winner of the Ladies Money in the Bank contract the Duchess.  The Duchess says she is cashing in her contract right now and hands off the briefcase and slides into the ring.

Match #8:  This one went a bit longer at 14 minutes and the Duchess seemed to have the champ’s number but Raquel, to her credit, kept up a strong match.  The Duchess set Raquel up for the “All Hail her Majesty” but at the last second, Raquel reversed it and locked in the Ravishing Chickenwing.  The Duchess, suffering from a shoulder injury earlier in this match, tapped out quick.  Ravishing Raquel retains her title in strong fashion.  (14 min).  Her celebration was short lived as Ravishing Ruby returned to the ring and began beating down the champ.  The Duchess joined in and together, they beat Raquel down.  The show comes to an end with the two ladies standing tall in the ring while Raquel is tended to by medical.

Hello fans and welcome to our December PPV – Apocalypse!  This show is so big it had to span two days!  Pyro immediately goes off and the fans in this sold out show are “hanging from the rafters”.  People are packed into this venue and the fans expect to get their money’s worth and I can tell you, with the lineup and surprises in store, we feel the fans will all go home happy tonight.

GM Max McGillicutty comes out and thanks everyone for attending live and on PPV.  Max says that both today and tomorrow’s show are packed with top notch action.   Max states that since tonight’s main event of World Champion Drew the Canadian Love Machine vs the S.H.I.T. champion the Savior will be a winner takes all, I’m sure that whoever wins will drop the S.H.I.T. title and first thing on our agenda is to change the name back to the US Title.  Max then goes on to say that the men’s battle royal tomorrow will in fact be to crown a new US Champion.  The final 4 from the battle royal (everyone participates except for whoever holds the World title, TV and Hardcore title) will then appear on the final show of the year in a tournament to crown a new champion.   With that out of the way, the program is ready to go!

Before the match can be announced, MG enters the ring for MG's Pit...he grabs the mic amongst boos from the crowd, as he brushes them off. "I wanna get one thing off my chest first and foremost! People are saying I am resembling MG's Pit after someone Iconic, and that I am using old school tactics this apparent Iconic wrestler would use...This is a complete fabrication; My Stuff is all Original, right down to the coconut I used on TW...Now with that being said I have 3 guests today on the Pit.....They are here to try and analyze the Intelligence or lack intelligence of TW and why he thinks he needs to be in MG's business. Now I would like to introduce these guests, they are truly advanced in their field of knowledge, as they are 3 Scientists....give them a warm welcome!”

3 Scientists in white Lab jackets come to ringside and enter the ring.  “Welcome professors!" Scientist 1 says, "We are Scientists, not professors." "Whatever, now, you guys are supposedly pros in figuring out the psyche of people, am I to understand that?" Scientist #2 says, "We are, yes." MG says "Good well can any of you three figure out what Texas Wildfire’s problem is?  He really thinks he has a chance with Me at the PPV. Can you give me your evaluation of him?" The Scientists conjoin together for a minute then separate. Scientist #3 says, "After consulting with my colleagues, we have determined that we cannot rationally see why TW is in your business." MG says "So would you safely say that you are baffled by TW's actions and cannot understand why he would be so dumb to mess with MG?" Scientist #1 says, "We are all in agreement that us Scientists are Baffled by TW AND CANNOT Rationalize why he would want to be in your business, it makes no sense." MG: “Thank you Scientists.”  MG turns and then hits ALL THREE OF THEM with the Welcome Mat.  "Now you know that TW is not sane, he will now be shown by me destroying him in the PPV...this has been MG's Pit, and You are Welcome!" MG Leaves the ring.

Match #1:  The show begins with manager Ant Graham coming out and introduces Dr. Red Fang.  Fang exclaims “VAMIRE LUNGES FOR EVERYONE!” before heading to the ring.  Fang is in the ring and pacing like a tiger.  His opponent the Axe comes out to a good pop.  He high fives the fans as he makes his way down to the ring.  Fang tries to attack him and Axe hits him with the Axe right off the bat but Fang rolls out of the ring.  He regains his composure but spends the next few minutes on the outside of the ring.  Axe gets tired of Fang spending time outside there and he almost got counted out.  Just as Axe was getting back in the ring, Ant hit him with his cane.  Although damage was done, it motivated Axe more and he took it out on Fang beating him from pillar to post.   Ant tried to intimidate the ref and Axe went after him almost getting him but Ant stayed one step ahead.  Axe put Fang into the corner and tried for a shoulder tackle but Fang reversed it and nailed a skull crusher.  Axe hits a backbreaker but Fang nailed an airplane spin.  Axe was a bit woozy and Ant grabbed him leg almost tripping him.  Fang then nailed the Vampire Lunge and with a hook of the tights, got the 1-2-3.  Dr. Red Fang is victorious in the first match of our PPV.  Fang yelled and screamed at the fans (VAMPIRE LUNGES FOR EVERYONE) until his manager escorted him backstage.  (12 min)

The Masked Gentleman barges into Max's office, "MAX! I want to shut this chump Wildfire up! I DEMAND to fight TW for my Hardcore Title in a....DOG COLLAR MATCHJ!......Ooooo SNAP That! MAKE IT HAPPEN NOW!" as MG leaves Max's office.  Max says “fine” and pencils it in.

Match #2:  The Muscles Trio (Weasley, Thorpe and McGuire) comes out wearing their rainbow colored bull horns and are running around posing for all the kids in the audience.  Next, manager Ant Graham comes out and introduces the 6 man tag team champions the 5th Column (Karl Braun, Oswald Zimmerman and Wendell Hammerschmidt).  The fans turn nasty as the Column makes their way to the ring.  Neither team wasted any time and all went right at it as soon as the bell rang.  The champs held their own for the first 6 minutes with constant tagging in and out.  Finally, Muscles Thorpe caught Braun with a running splash and the tide turned into the favor of the challengers.  Their run was short lived as the Column regrouped and triple teamed Muscles Weasley for 3 rounds while his partners stood helpless on the outside of the ring.  After the beatdown, Weasley made the hot tag to McGuire but he too fell victim to triple teaming.  At the 13 minute mark, it was the Muscles Trio team to hit some triple team action and Ant Graham couldn’t believe it and started to panic.  After the ref regained control, Ant hopped up on the apron and started to verbally assault the ref.  The ref then ejected Ant from ringside and he BLASTED the ref with his cane.  The ref immediately called for the bell disqualifying the 5th Column.  Unfortunately for the trio, belts do not change hands on a disqualification so the 5th Column retains their titles.  They left and headed to the back all the while Graham pointing to his head  - seemingly trying to tell us he is smart.  I’m sure Max will have something to say about the finish.   The Muscles trio posed with the fans for a few minutes and then left the ring.  (21 min)

The Texas Wildfire is backstage and he says that he too has an expert where it comes to the Masked Gentleman.  He has the camera turn and he is looking at the ass end of a…well…ass.  “MG, this here ass says e’ knows you better than you know yur’self and e’ holds himself in higher standing and says that you are no better than the crap that comes out of this ass’s ass.  All the crap you put mah family through as well as the cowardly attack on me only motivates me all the more and tonight I will be victorious.  MG, since you love M&M's so much I'm gonna go ahead and call you the Masked Mo-ron and Masked Mo-ron, you crossed the line when you disrespected my family. There's gon' be hell to pay! Alpha Dog vs. Bully Dog in a dog collar match. You gon' find this dog's bite is a hell of a lot worse than his bark!”

Match #3:  The Ladies Battle Royal.   Max came out after all the ladies (except Ravishing Raquel and Ravishing Ruby Princess) got into the ring and told them that the winner of the battle royal will get a “money in the bank” title shot at the winner of tonight’s event that they can cash in at any time before the February PPV.  The eliminations went fairly quick and the final two in the ring were Queen Beckett and the Duchess.  Queen Beckett pounded on the Duchess for 5 minutes and just as she was getting ready to toss her out of the ring, the Duchess reversed it and hurled Beckett over the top rope crashing to the floor.  The Duchess wins the match and now gets a title match.  (29 min)  She grabs the briefcase and parades around the ring with it.  This brings out Southern Belle who immediately challenges her to a match for that briefcase.  The Duchess begins to walk away but then turns around and BLASTS Belle with it.  The Duchess accepts the match.

(Impromptu) Match #4:  The Duchess vs Southern Belle for the future title shot.  Belle owned the match and beat the hell out of the Duchess.  Duchess just couldn’t get her bearings.  Belle hit the Southern Swing twice but Duchess kicked out both times.  Belle nailed the Duchess with everything in her arsenal but Duchess just wouldn’t stay down.  At the 15 minute mark, Belle dropkicked Duchess with her cowboy boots on and that sent the Duchess flying out of the ring.  Duchess felt she had enough and just kept walking.  The Duchess ends up getting counted out in 15:30 (score was 66 to 107 with Belle destroying her) however the title shot does not change hands (like a title) on a countout so the Duchess retains her future spot.  Belle fumed in the ring before leaving.

The Saskatchewan Heavyweight International Title holder the Savior says that the time has come for one man to be saved and that is Drew the Canadian Love Machine.  The Savior says Drew has been duped by his own hype and believes himself to be the “face” of the company.  The Savior tells him he is delusional and after tonight, the Savior will be the new World Champion and the “face” of HCW.

The theme from “Bonanza” plays and out comes the Stache.  The fans pop huge for him.  He makes it down to the ring and after getting a mic, he says that he does have a surprise for the fans.  The Stache says that while he was out due to injury, he landed a few roles out in Hollywood and he ran into a man who recognized him as a former HCW World Champion.  Stache says this guy at one time used to be a wrestler and was pretty good.  He asked the Stache if he was returning and after answering yes, this person asked if he could accompany him.  Stache says absolutely.  Stache’s guest is here tonight and says it’s time for him to make his HCW debut.  Over the loud speakers blares... “IF YOU SMELLLLLLLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK….IS COOKIN’” and out comes the ROCK.  HOLY CRAP!  The fans explode and it just becomes deafening.  Stache gives the Rock the mic and Rocky says he’s not here to wrestle but to be in the corner of the Stache.  Before he can continue, the Wraith comes out.  The fans instantly boo.  Rock asks “Just who in the blue hell are you?” as the Wraith enters the ring.  The Wraith snatches the mic out of his hand.  The Wraith then says that this is a nice surprise but just like beating the ass of the Stache, Wraith’s surprise will one up.  The Wraith turns to the Omegatron as the sound of breaking GLASS rings and out comes….HOLY CRAP…STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN!  Austin was the person who the Wraith called and after Wraith told him Rock was going to be there, Austin said “OH HELL YEAH” and agreed to show up.  Rock and Austin faced off as the Wraith and Stache did.   Max came back out reminding us this is not a tag team match.  Rock and Austin separated and went to separate corners.  The Wraith and Stache then squared off.

Match #5:  The Wraith vs the Stache. The Wraith immediately hit the Stache with low blow and that set the pace of the match. The Wraith was extra vicious in this match and took it out on the Stache.  Stache would battle back hitting the Whiplash (snap suplex) and the Tombstone but could not get a 3 count.  The Wraith ripped off a turnbuckle cover and smashed the Stache’s head into it (umm, why wasn’t he DQ’d?) busting him open.  The Wraith climbed to the top turnbuckle and nailed a flying elbow drop.  He then went to the outside and grabbed a chair.  The ref tried to take it away from him but Austin said to let them fight it out.   The Wraith went to swing the chair but the Stache blocked it and the two struggled over it.  The Wraith hits another low blow, yanks the chair away and blasts the Stache with it again.  The Wraith then went to talk crap to the Rock and Rocky was ready to get involved.  Austin went over and got between them.  Wraith hit the Stache with the chair again and then after discarding it, made the cover to get the 1-2-3.  The Wraith wins the match in pure cheating fashion.  The Wraith then goes out and grabs a pair of electric clippers.  He gets in the ring and then motions he’s going to remove the Stache’s Stache.  Stone Cold gets in the ring and tells the Wraith that he inflicted enough damage but the Wraith, high on adrenaline, PUSHED Austin away.  Austin got pissed and nailed the Wraith with the STONE COLD STUNNER!  The fans popped huge.  Rocky gets in the ring and looks like he’s going to have words with Austin but instead, picks up the Wraith and nails him with the ROCK BOTTOM!  The fans pop huge again.  Austin and the Rock leave.  The Stache recovers and sees the clippers and asks the crowd if he should use it on the Wraith.  However, he waited too long and the Wraith escaped.  The Stache then gets on the mic and tells the Wraith that the HCW isn’t big enough for the two of them and challenges him to a Loser Leaves Town match.  The Wraith says he’ll one up him and wants the Stache to put his Stache on the line.  If Stache loses, the mustache goes too.  GM Max McGillicutty comes back out and tells the Wraith that if wants that stipulation, he has to put his hair on the line.  After a bit of flubbing, The Wraith agrees.  The final show of the year will be “hair vs Stache” and the loser leaves HCW.  (17 min for the match; 30 for the full segment)

The World Champion Drew the Canadian Love Machine is backstage and says he has had it with the Savior and wants it all to end tonight.  He promises his family, his fans and himself that he will take care of business tonight.

Match #6:  Hardcore Champion the Masked Gentleman vs Texas Wildfire in a dog collar match is up next.  Texas Wildfire comes out first to a huge pop (so far, it was the loudest after the Rock and Austin) and he looks ready, not for a fight but for a war.  The Masked Gentleman comes out and he is still in possession of TW’s father’s prosthetic arm.  He uses it to wave to TW in the ring expecting to further get under his skin and put him off his game.  The ref first attaches the dog collar and chain to Texas Wildfire and after some hemming and hawing, MG finally gets his attached.  There is nowhere for either person to go.  Not sure what else to say other than Wildfire OWNED this match.  MG was totally caught off guard with the level of viciousness and bled early after multiple chain shots to the head.  MG was wearing a crimson mask under his…mask.  TW got a chair and brought it into the ring.  He then hit a leaping DDT on MG on the chair and the fans screamed “Holy Shit”.  TW went for a pin but only got a two count.   Wildfire hit a high cross body but MG kicked out.  After kicking TW in the face, MG tightened the dog collar on TW choking him out.  TW battles back and hits a hangman clothesline, goes for the pin but MG kicks out.  TW smashes MG’s head in the corner but MG eye rakes him. TW hits a huge powerslam but the pin is broken up after MG hits TW in the head with the chain.  MG drags TW to the corner, hoists him up to the top turnbuckle and then hits a Superplex.  TW begins to make it to his feet but MG nails him with TW’s father’s prosthetic arm.  MG makes the cover and hooks the tights and puts his feet on the ropes.  The ref doesn’t notice as he makes the count 1…2…3.  Masked Gentleman wins the match cheating all the way.   Wildfire is pissed.  He then begins whipping MG with the chain after the dog collar is removed and MG grabs his title and RUNS (either he was scared or had to use the bathroom).  Wildfire stays in the ring and celebrates with the fans who don’t care he lost.  As he leaves, he promises MG that he’s not through with him.  (16 min)

Backstage, Max says the match between the Wraith and the Stache will in fact be the main event of the final show of the year and will take place in a Steel Cage!  Max says it’s time for the Main event to get going so he’s sending us back to the ring…and since so much is on the line, it will be a no DQ/no time limit match.

Match #7:  Main Event:  World Champion vs S.H.I.T. Champion – winner takes all.  The Savior comes out first and is booed pretty heavily.  World Champion Drew the Canadian Love Machine comes out and the fans pop – almost on par with the Rock & Austin’s reactions.  The Savior attacks him before the bell but that doesn’t faze the CLM.  For 17 minutes, the match was practically even with neither man giving an inch.  The fans were on the edge of their seats and popped for each and every move.  At the 18 min mark, the Savior went for a brainbuster but that was reversed and Drew hit a handstand headscissors that sent Savior to the outside of the ring.   Savior got back in and nailed a Holy Uppercut.  Drew battled back with a series of slaps that dropped the Savior.  Drew went for a pin but Savior kicked out.  We now join the match at the 24 minute mark.

Drew the Canadian Love Machine has done it.  He is now the combined champion.   He celebrates in the ring climbing each corner turnbuckle and gets the fans to pop each time.  Unfortunately, due to HCW regulations, one man cannot hold two singles titles.  GM Max McGillicutty comes out and asks Drew which belt he wants to drop.  After kissing the US title, he hands it to Max.  Max says tomorrow night will get us the final four and then crown a new US champion on Sunday.  He leaves to allow Drew to celebrate in the ring as the fans pop for him.  The show then comes to an end.

Be sure to turn in tomorrow for Day 2!!!
