Hello
fans and welcome to day 2 of HCW’s Apocalypse PPV. Pyro goes off and GM Max McGillicutty comes
out. Max thanks the fans here live and
those watching from home for contributing to the success of HCW. Max says that last night’s appearance of the
Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin had pushed that show to become the #1 most
watched PPV in the history of HCW. Max
promises that tonight’s show will carry on the excitement from last night. He leaves so the show can begin.
Backstage,
Magnum Kone is being interviewed by Clarkus Kentus with his backups Haagen and
Daas and tells the fans that he puts Pete the Pun-isher on the shelf and then
later in the show, will participate in the battle royal to see who will get the
shot to become the US Champion.
Pete
the Pun-isher is being interviewed by Larry Morton and tells Larry that it’s no
surprise that Magnum is overlooking him and that will cost him dearly tonight.
Match #1: ‘The King of Cones’ Magnum Kone comes out to
a pretty good pop from the crowd.
Magnum, Haagen and Daas hand out ice cream to the ringside fans. Magnum enters the ring and awaits his
opponent. Pete’s music hits but there is
no Pete. Magnum asks what’s going on all
the while staring up the ramp. Pete came
in from the crowd, slid into the ring and attacked Magnum. The bell rings
quickly and this one is under way. Magnum
battled back and mostly controlled the match after hitting Pete with the Ice
Cream Sandwich (corner splash). Pete
would battle back with the Pun-ctuation, a Pun-ch to face and the Layin down
the Whip-pun. Pete thought he had things
locked up and tried for the Pun-t to the head but Magnum reversed it and nailed
the Popsicle (piledriver). Magnum made
the cover and got the 1-2-3. Magnum wins
the match. He celebrates as Pete
struggles to his feet. He turns and
attacks Magnum again knocking him out of the ring. Pete hits him with the Freezer Burn and while
Magnum was down, nailed him with the Pun-t to the head. The ref and other ‘shirts’ from the back
quickly stepped between the two to avoid further altercations. (7 min for the match; 10 for the segment)
Larry
Morton is backstage and has ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild and his manager Master
Bull. Reid says that he’s had plenty of
time to brush up on ScooterJ and now knows him better than he knows himself. Bull says Reid will be wearing gold again and
will prove to the world he exemplifies “Elite”.
Clarkus
Kentus has the TV champion ScooterJ and the champ says that he’s tired of
beating down Reid. Tonight will be the
last time as Reid is a multi-time loser and ScooterJ will end 2016 STILL the TV
Champ.
Match #2: TV Champion – ScooterJ vs Reid
Rothchild. ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild
comes out first with his manager Master Bull.
Reid and Bull shake the fans hands as they head to the ring. The music changes and out comes the TV
Champion ScooterJ. SJ wastes no time
getting in the ring and shoves the TV title in Reid’s face. ScooterJ then climbs the turnbuckles showing
off as the fans boo him. ScooterJ
controlled the match early on but Master Bull provided Reid with intestinal
fortitude and Reid began taking the match to the champ. Reid hit the Rothchild Stunner on ScooterJ
and the ref counted 1…2…KICKOUT! Reid
couldn’t believe it. Master Bull
couldn’t either. ScooterJ makes it to
his feet and plants Reid with a superkick.
ScooterJ hooks the leg but Reid kicks out at 2. ScooterJ then hit Reid with the 10 punches
but Reid dropped him and locked in the Figure Four Reid Lock. ScooterJ makes it to the ropes. Reid gets up and nails a Reid-a-rooni but
ScooterJ hits another superkick and gets another 2 count. Reid nails the Reid Bottom but could not make
the cover. ScooterJ hits a bodyslam and
goes for the pin but Reid reaches up and reverses the pin but SJ rolled back
over and got his feet up on the ropes and got the 1-2-3 on Reid. ScooterJ retains his title. Master Bull tried to complain but the ref
said he didn’t see anything. ScooterJ
takes his title and leaves laughing at Bull and Reid. Both men eventually left. (14 min)_
Backstage,
El Chango enters Max’s office and tells him that he did Max a ‘solid’ by
jobbing to Drew and letting last night’s main event go on as planned. El Chango says that right now he should be
the World champion. Max says he has no
idea what El Chango is talking about but says that regardless of who wins the
tag team match tonight, the Desperados will get the first title shot in
2017. El Chango thinks about it for a
minute and then nods and leaves.
Match #3: The Men’s Battle Royal. There was just a major house cleaning and
half of the roster was eliminated in the first 5 minutes. The battle royal went on for an additional 25
minutes and the final four left were Sonic Blade, Dr. Red Fang, ‘The Ragin
Cajun’ Rad Gumbo and the Shockmaster.
The Masked Gentleman was angry that he wasn’t in the match and made sure
that Texas Wildfire wouldn’t make it either.
However, TW went under the ropes; not over so he was never
eliminated. GM Max McGillicutty came out
and said that at tomorrow’s show, there will be 5 people fighting for the US
title. He said that the person with the
best record in the battle royal (survivor) would draw a first round bye. That was none other than the Shockmaster with
5 eliminations.
King
CJ, the Hashtag, is backstage with Larry Morton. His Royalness says that tonight, he destroys
the threat of Baron von Blood and then will work on getting his way back into a
title hunt. CJ says that if the rest of
the 5th Column stick their noses into his business, he will deal
with them the HARD way.
Match
#4: Baron von Blood makes his way out first and
he is accompanied to the ring by his manger Ant Graham (who is carrying a sign
that reads ‘Vote for me for Manager of the Year’) and the rest of the 5th
Column / 6 Man Tag team champions Karl Braun, Wendell Hammerschimdt and Oswald
Zimmerman. The team stands united in the
ring. Music changes and out comes the Hashtag – King CJ. CJ makes his way to the ring with very little
interaction with the crowd as he is extremely focused. The ref gets Graham and the 6 Man champions
out of the ring. The ref then sends the
5th Column to the back but they refuse. All of a sudden, Ivan Dragovich comes running
out (ala the Ultimate Warrior) with a chair in hand and he chases all of them
to the back but not before getting in one good shot on Karl Braun.
Early
on, Ant Graham used a chair on King CJ’s knee and that limited a lot of what CJ
could do as it appeared he couldn’t put a lot of weight on it. Finally, he got out of the ring and after
taking out Ant Graham, quickly taped his knee up and got back in. That is when CJ went off like a firestorm. Baron von Blood seemed lost with his manager
incapacitated but held his own until Graham recovered. As soon as he did, Ant broke his cane over
CJ’s back. The Baron locked in the Gas
Chamber (modified sleeper) but CJ, fading, made it to the ropes. Baron let him go and then as CJ made it to
his feet, Baron hits him with a German Lariat.
Baron makes the cover and Graham holds CJ’s leg down and the ref counts
1-2-3. Baron von Blood gets the
win. Ant Graham joins Baron in the ring
and they celebrate. CJ recovers and
nails Baron with a shoulder smash that sent him flying out of the ring. CJ then locked Ant Graham in a Guillotine
Choke and Graham was tapping out like crazy but eventually he went “to
sleep”. CJ dropped him and Baron dragged
his manager out of the ring and helped him to the back. CJ celebrated in the ring and then eventually
left. (22 min)
Backstage,
P&L – Phat Sol & Red Hot Lucas Johnston are with their manager the
Ambassador and the Ambassador says it’s P&L’s time to shine and tonight,
they will defeat the Steel Curtain to become the World Tag Team Champions and
will set the HCW on its side.
The
Steel Curtain are with Clarkus Kentus and Buzz says that P&L and their
manager are delusional and nothing changes tonight except for another W going
on their record. Starbuck leans in and
says “Word”.
Match
#5: The Ambassador comes out first and introduces
P&L. Phat and Lucas came out and the
fans went nasty on them. Ambassador
leads his team to the ring. The music
changes and out comes the World Tag Team Champions the Steel Curtain. Buzz and Starbuck Steel get one of the biggest
pops of the night and in the ring, P&L are trying to get the fans to quiet
down. The Ambassador taunts the champs from the ring daring them to make this a
no countout/DQ match. The champs eagerly
agree. Starbuck begins for his team but
neither Phat nor Lucas really want to start off. They do the “rock/paper/scissors” and Lucas
kicks things off. Things go south really
fast for the challengers as the champs hand them their asses in super quick
fashion. It only takes 5 minutes for the
Steel Curtain to pin P&L after Buzz hit Phat Sol with the Buzz Kill. Buzz says he barely broke a sweat. The Ambassador was pissed. He gets on the mic and tells the Curtain that
if they were so confident then SC should put the titles on the line again
against his new team. Starbuck says he
doesn’t manage anyone else. “Ah, that is
where you are wrong. In fact, I signed a
very unlikely duo only minutes before this match. These two are willing to work together if tag
team gold is on the line.” Buzz says
“why not” and it looks like we have ourselves ANOTHER title match. The Ambassador calls out his new team.
Match
#6: Music hits and out comes…Pete the
Pun-isher. He makes his way down to the
ring. The music changes and we hear a
very familiar…ice cream truck music. HOLY CRAP…it’s the King of Cones, Magnum
Kone. Magnum as aligned himself with the
Ambassador and his enemy Pete! He has
turned his back on the fans once again for what?...the chance for gold? The fans boo him but he dismisses them. The match begins and THIS is what the last
match should have been. All four men
beat the crap out of each other but this time, the challengers posed a real
threat to the champs. The Ambassador got
involved a few times but the Curtain retaliated and dropped him. Magnum had a serious advantage after
squashing Starbuck with the Ice Cream Sandwich.
Buzz tagged in but Magnum dropped him with the popsicle. Before he could go for the pin, Pete tagged
himself in. Pete then sized Buzz up and
nailed a PUN-t to the head. He hooked
the leg and the tights and the ref counted 1…2…3! HOLY CRAP!
Pete the Pun-isher and Magnum Kone have just defeated the Steel Curtain
to become the NEW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!
What a travesty of justice!
Magnum is not happy Pete stole his pin opportunity but as soon as the
Ambassador handed him the tag belt, all settled down. The new champs paraded around the ring while
the Steel Curtain had to be helped from the ring. The Ambassador screamed “I told you so” as he
and the new champs made their way to the back.
(32 min)
Backstage,
there is an altercation between P&L and the new Tag Team Champions. The Ambassador says that for now, P&L, as
a team, need to be sidelined but instead will go for singles opportunities
instead. The Ambassador puts over Magnum
& the Pun-isher as the “Team of the Year”.
The
main event is almost upon us. Ravishing
Ruby Princess is with Larry Morton and she says that tonight, her dreams of
becoming a champion come true. Larry
tells her that she actually has to BEAT Raquel.
Ruby replies “No Problem” and walks away.
Clarkus
Kentus is with the Ladies Champion Ravishing Raquel and Raquel heard the crap
that Ruby is once again spewing. Raquel
says she will dispatch Ruby like she’s done with all of her other opponents and
will walk into the new year with the title around her waist.
Match
#7: It’s time for the MAIN EVENT! First, the challenger Ravishing Ruby Princess
makes her way down and it looks like she’s changed her outfit and now is a
total dead ringer for Raquel. Ruby gets
in the ring and calls for the champ so this one can get underway. Music hits and the Ladies Champion Ravishing
Raquel comes out to the loudest pop of the night. Raquel holds her title high as she makes her
way to the ring accompanied by her husband ‘The Elitist’ Reid Rothchild. They get to the ring, he gives a quick peck
on the cheek and then leaves. Raquel
enters the ring, climbs all the turnbuckles holding her title high as the fans
pop. She finally hands it over to the
ref and Ruby attacks her starting this one off.
Raquel shook off the attack and like a solid champion, controlled the
entire match. 6 minutes in, Ruby trapped
Raquel in the middle of the ring with the Ravishing Rubywing but the champ
powered through it and slowly inched her way to the ropes to break the
hold. Ruby complains to the ref and
Raquel straps in her own Ravishing Chickenwing but Ruby gets to the ropes to
break the hold and then complains when the hold is not immediately released. As Ruby turns around, Raquel, who climbed
the turnbuckle, launched and connected with a moonsault. The fans POP and chant “That was
Awesome”. After a bit more action,
Raquel locks in the Ravishing Chickenwing again but Ruby escapes. Ruby is nursing her arm and turns into a
Power Full Nelson and slam from Raquel.
The champ makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3. Ravishing Raquel retains the Women’s
title. (11 min)
Music
hits and out comes the winner of the Ladies Money in the Bank contract the
Duchess. The Duchess says she is cashing
in her contract right now and hands off the briefcase and slides into the ring.
Match
#8: This one went a bit longer at 14 minutes and
the Duchess seemed to have the champ’s number but Raquel, to her credit, kept
up a strong match. The Duchess set
Raquel up for the “All Hail her Majesty” but at the last second, Raquel
reversed it and locked in the Ravishing Chickenwing. The Duchess, suffering from a shoulder injury
earlier in this match, tapped out quick.
Ravishing Raquel retains her title in strong fashion. (14 min).
Her celebration was short lived as Ravishing Ruby returned to the ring
and began beating down the champ. The Duchess
joined in and together, they beat Raquel down.
The show comes to an end with the two ladies standing tall in the ring
while Raquel is tended to by medical.
Thanks
for reading. We have one final show and
then will be on hiatus till 2017. Be
sure to get your final vote in for Manager of the Year as it ends tonight ( https://hwfcswafantasy.blogspot.com
). Stay Tuned for more action!
