[Opening camera sweep]
The crowd in Columbia is hot as the camera pans the newly rebranded arena. Giant golden banners read “Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™” with dollar signs shimmering in the light.

Sam Duffy (excited):
“Hello wrestling fans, and welcome back to another installment of the HCW Wrestling Newsletter! We are live here in Columbia, South Carolina, and folks — this isn’t just the Columbia Arena anymore. No, no, no — thanks to one Ebenezer Scrooge, we are coming to you tonight from the Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™!”

Rick Granger (grinning, a little smug):
“Hah! That’s right, Sammy boy. Leave it to Scrooge to turn an honest name into a golden cash grab. Columbia Arena? Too plain. Now, every square inch of this place screams money, money, money — and you better believe the fans are payin’ for it!”

Sam Duffy (shaking head):
“Yeah, unfortunately. And speaking of Scrooge, folks, we’ve got a word from the man himself to kick things off tonight.”

Scrooge (sneering, wagging his cane):
“Columbia, HCW fans—you’re gonna pay more, and you’re gonna like it! Because in MY house… every dollar is sacred!”

[Voiceover Announcer with sleazy brass fanfare:]
“Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™—where wrestling history costs more… because YOU’LL pay it!”

Back to commentary

Sam Duffy (disgusted):
“Absolutely sickening. Folks come here to see HCW action, and instead they’re being squeezed dry by Scrooge’s greed. What a way to start the night.”

Rick Granger (chuckling):
“C’mon, Sammy — admit it. The man knows how to make a buck! And besides, nobody twists your arm. If you want to be supreme, you gotta pay supreme.”

Sam Duffy (firm):
“Supreme waste of money is more like it. But enough about Scrooge — we’ve got a night of incredible action ahead. The Ladies World Title is on the line later tonight when Trinity Bowman challenges Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang, and you know Count Vlad will be lurking close by.”

Rick Granger:
“Oh, I can’t wait for that one. But first, we’re gonna kick things off with women’s tag team action — the Tinsel Twins are here in Columbia!”

[Arena lights dim, then burst into bright pastel colors. Glitter and confetti sprinkle from the rafters as upbeat pop music hits.]

Sam Duffy (energized):
“We’re kicking things off with the Tinsel Twins! Columbia loves Sparkle and Twinkle!”

Rick Granger (smirking):
“Too much glitter for me, Sam, but these fans eat it up.”

[Sparkle and Twinkle bounce onto the stage, waving to the crowd. Both wear shimmering silver and pink gear, twirling sparkler wands. They skip down the ramp, high-fiving fans, then climb into the ring, tossing glitter into the air.]

Tony Calibur (ring announcer):
“Introducing first, from Holiday Heights… Sparkle and Twinkle… the Tinsel Twins!”

[The crowd pops as the Twins pose together mid-ring.]

[Camera cuts back up the ramp. Standing just behind the curtain in his dark tailored suit is Count Vlad Dragomir, hands clasped behind his back, his piercing eyes fixed on the Twins in the ring.]

Sam Duffy (wary):
“Oh no, look who’s at the curtain. Count Vlad, the mastermind of the Dark Dominion, already watching.”

[Mina Harker and Talia Nocturne step up beside him. Vlad leans in, speaking low but audible.]

Count Vlad (measured, confident):
“Tonight is yours. I do not need to be at ringside. Show the world that the Dominion’s fangs are sharp… even without me.”

[Mina smirks coldly, Talia nods with conviction.]

Mina Harker:
“We got this, Count.”

Talia Nocturne:

“They’ll see how dangerous we are without you. Don’t worry.”

[Vlad smiles faintly, then disappears back behind the curtain. The organ theme strikes, purple fog pours out, and Mina & Talia step forward together.]

[Purple fog rolls in as a haunting organ theme builds. Dark red lights sweep across the crowd. Mina and Talia walk slowly down the ramp, their eyes locked coldly on the Twins.]

Sam Duffy (tense):
“Mina Harker and Talia Nocturne — the Dominion Vixens. Vlad may not be at ringside tonight, but his presence hangs over this building.”

Rick Granger (grinning):
“Exactly, Sam. He doesn’t need to be out here — these two are more than enough to handle the Tinsel Twins.”

[Mina and Talia step methodically into the ring, fog swirling around them.]

Tony Calibur (ring announcer):
“And their opponents… representing the Dark Dominion… Mina Harker and Talia Nocturne… the Dominion Vixens!”

[The crowd boos heavily as Mina and Talia stand tall, eyes locked on the Twins. The referee checks both teams, then signals for the bell.]

The Tinsel Twins shined early, Sparkle using her speed to rattle Mina Harker with sharp spin kicks while Twinkle egged the crowd on. Mina quickly answered with her signature Heartstopper dropkick, staggering Sparkle and swinging the momentum.

From there, the Dominion Vixens leaned on tandem offense — Mina and Talia tagging in and out with crisp teamwork, double-teaming Sparkle with vicious DDT variations that left her reeling. Every time Sparkle tried to fire back, Mina would cut her off with precision strikes or lure her into position for another double-team.

Sam Duffy (hopeful):
“Sparkle’s fighting with everything she has — she just needs to get to Twinkle!”

Rick Granger (smirking):
“Not gonna happen, Sam. Mina and Talia are slicing the ring in half. That’s what Dominion does best.”

Midway through, Sparkle finally broke free, hitting a FrankenScreamer to pop the crowd. Twinkle stormed in, helping her sister unleash a flurry of double-team offense — a Candy Cane Crush neckbreaker and Flying Dropkick combo that had Talia rocked and the fans on their feet. For a moment, it looked like the Tinsel Twins might shock Dominion.

But the Vixens’ experience showed. Talia weathered the storm, answering with a devastating Red Wedding facebuster before tagging Mina back in. The match broke down, Sparkle struggling alone against both Vixens.

With “Slow-Count” Sam distracted by the chaos, Mina locked Sparkle in The Thirst Eternal submission while Talia smashed her with a hidden doctor’s bag shot. Sparkle spilled out of the ring, unable to beat the count.

Tony Calibur:
“Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners… by count-out… Mina Harker and Talia Nocturne… the Dominion Vixens!”

The boos rained down as Mina and Talia stood tall, smirking at the crowd. The Tinsel Twins regrouped on the floor, frustrated but defiant, vowing to fight another day.

Sam Duffy (angry):
“Come on! That was blatant, and ‘Slow-Count’ Sam completely missed it! The Tinsel Twins had this match in their grasp until Dominion pulled another cheap trick.”

Rick Granger (laughing):
“And that’s why Dominion runs HCW, Sam. They don’t just win… they dominate.”

Backstage Interview – Candace Hart with Ashen Vicar

[Camera cuts backstage to the interview zone. Candace Hart stands poised, microphone in hand. The crowd cheers as Ashen Vicar, robed in white with his hood drawn low, steps into frame. His presence is calm yet foreboding, his eyes burning with intensity.]

Candace Hart (professional, direct):
“Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with Ashen Vicar. Vicar, you step into the ring later tonight against Dr. Red Fang — a man who has tormented HCW since aligning with the Dark Dominion. What is your message heading into this match?”

[Ashen Vicar slowly lowers his hood, his voice measured but cutting.]

Ashen Vicar (intense):
“Candace… for too long, Fang and the Dominion has prowled these halls spreading his plague, feasting on chaos. But the Dominion’s curse is not eternal. Tonight, the White Flame burns against the shadow. I will not be tricked. I will not be turned aside. Dr. Fang will learn that even in darkness, the light can still strike.”

Candace Hart (nodding, firm):
“Strong words from Ashen Vicar. We’ll see if he can make good on that promise when he faces Dr. Red Fang later tonight on Voltage!”

[Camera cuts back to the arena where Sam Duffy and Rick Granger are ready at commentary.]

[Arena lights flicker green and gold as the sound of cash registers cha-ching over the PA. Sterling Silverman struts onto the stage in a tailored, pinstriped suit jacket over his ring gear. He adjusts his sunglasses, holds up a briefcase, and arrogantly waves off the fans as he makes his way down the ramp.]

Sam Duffy (disgusted):
“Here comes Sterling Silverman, the Silicon Tycoon, as smug and slimy as ever.”

Rick Granger (grinning):
“And why not? He’s making money while the rest of these people are making excuses. Sterling is self-made, Sam — the future of HCW, whether you like him or not.”

[Sterling climbs the steps slowly, wipes his feet theatrically on the apron, then enters the ring and holds the briefcase high in one hand as the crowd boos.]

Tony Calibur (ring announcer):
“Introducing first, from Silicon Valley… weighing in at 229 pounds… Sterling… The Silicon Tycoon… Silverman!”

[Music shifts to a classic rock guitar riff. The crowd pops big as Adam Jameson runs out, high-fiving fans on both sides of the ramp. He points out at the crowd, shouting encouragement, before sliding into the ring with fiery energy.]

Sam Duffy (excited):
“Listen to this crowd for Adam Jameson! This young man embodies hard work, grit, and determination — and he’s looking to shut up the Silicon Tycoon right here tonight.”

Rick Granger (sarcastic):
“Hard work doesn’t pay the bills, Sam. Money does. Sterling’s about to give Jameson a harsh financial lesson.”

[Jameson climbs a corner turnbuckle, pumping his fist as the crowd roars in support.]

Tony Calibur:
“And his opponent, from Rock Hill, South Carolina… weighing in at 238 pounds… Adam Jameson!”

[The referee checks both men. Sterling smirks and pats his briefcase at ringside, while Jameson rolls his shoulders, ready to fight. The bell rings.]

Match #2:  Adam Jameson vs Sterling Silverman

The bell rang and both men charged in, trading holds and power. Jameson shot for a takedown, but Sterling muscled him up and drove him down with a powerslam. Jameson wasn’t rattled — he sprang back with a sharp back bodydrop, only to eat Silverman’s Digital Decimator kick a heartbeat later.

Sam Duffy:
“Jameson’s speed against Silverman’s strength — this one’s moving fast out of the gate!”

Silverman tried to grind the pace down, but Jameson caught him off guard with a Reverse STF, wrenching back hard and popping the crowd. He followed up with a springy flying dropkick, blasting Sterling in the chest. Each time Jameson strung offense together, the Tycoon found a counter — slipping out of a gut buster and answering with a heavy leg sweep.

The crowd leaned into Jameson’s rallies. He connected with another stiff flying dropkick that had Silverman rocking, then fired up the crowd with a roar. But Sterling cut him short with a thunderous Silicon Slam, covering with arrogance. Jameson fought free at two.

Rick Granger:
“That’s money in the bank right there, Sam! Sterling Silverman is in total control.”

The Tycoon pressed his advantage, nailing a Tech Wreck Sidekick flush on Jameson’s jaw. Still, Adam fought back, turning a Million Dollar Dream attempt into another Reverse STF, forcing Silverman to claw at the ropes. Columbia came unglued.

The final minutes turned brutal. Jameson tried to soar with a springboard face smash, but Sterling caught him mid-flight and spiked him with a crushing Stock Market Crash piledriver. Somehow, Jameson kicked out at two and three-quarters.

Sam Duffy (shouting):
“How did he survive that?! Jameson’s got more fight than anyone realized!”

Silverman dragged Jameson up, hoisted him high, and delivered a devastating Silicon Slam off the ropes.  Again, Jameson kicked out, refusing to stay down.

Infuriated, the Tycoon reversed one last gut buster attempt, muscling Jameson over with a textbook Double Underhook Suplex and folding him into a tight pin with a handful of tights.

Honest Abe with the count:

One… Two… Three!

Tony Calibur:
“Here is your winner… Sterling ‘The Silicon Tycoon’ Silverman!”

Post-Match Angle

Silverman smirked, demanding the referee raise his hand, when the crowd suddenly erupted. Evan Stockwell stormed the ring, tackling the Tycoon to the mat. The two brawled furiously, fists flying, rolling from corner to corner. Sterling bailed out, snatching up his briefcase, but Evan dove after him, the fight spilling to ringside.

Silverman finally created space, sliding back under the ropes and grabbing a microphone, his face twisted in rage.

Sterling Silverman (shouting):
“Stockwell! You want a piece of me? Next week, Live Wire — you and me, one-on-one! And when I’m through, you’ll be flat broke, just like the rest of these fans!”

Evan stood tall in the ring, daring Sterling to come back, as the crowd roared their approval.

Sam Duffy (excited):
“Evan Stockwell versus Sterling Silverman — signed for next week! And after what we just saw, it’s going to be a fight!”

Backstage Interview – Larry Morton with Dr. Red Fang & Count Vlad

[Camera cuts backstage. Larry Morton stands ready, microphone in hand. The crowd boos loudly as Dr. Red Fang lurches into frame, eyes wild, lips curled back to show his sharp teeth. Behind him, Count Vlad Dragomir steps in, regal and composed, cane in hand.]

Larry Morton (measured, classic):
“Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guests at this time — Count Vlad Dragomir and Dr. Red Fang. Count Vlad, later tonight your Dominion’s own Dr. Red Fang meets Ashen Vicar. What should we expect?”

[Dr. Red Fang snarls suddenly, snapping his jaws toward the camera.]

Dr. Red Fang (growling):
“Vampire Lunges… for everybody!”

[The crowd boos as Fang paces, twitching and flexing his claws. Vlad gently steps forward, a calm counterpoint to Fang’s chaos.]

Count Vlad (smooth, authoritative):
“You see, Larry… this is not strategy. This is inevitability. Ashen Vicar believes in his White Flame — but what is flame without fuel? Tonight, Fang will extinguish that light. The Dominion does not need words… the Dominion delivers action. And when the night is over, Vicar’s body will be just another offering to the darkness.”

[Fang lunges suddenly at the camera, hissing and screaming his line again.]

Dr. Red Fang (snarling):
“Vampire Lunges! For EVERYBODY!”

[Vlad smirks faintly, taps his cane, and pulls Fang back.]

Larry Morton (steady but shaken):
“Well, there you have it — the Dominion confident as always. Fans, Ashen Vicar vs. Dr. Red Fang later tonight — and it promises to be a battle between light and shadow!”

[The arena lights plunge into a deep crimson. A slow, eerie heartbeat echoes through the sound system. Fog creeps across the entrance stage as Count Vlad Dragomir steps out first, cane in hand, soaking in the sea of boos. Behind him emerges Dr. Red Fang — eyes bulging, snarling, his tongue darting across his fangs. He jerks and twitches with erratic energy, pointing at the crowd like prey.]

Sam Duffy (uneasy):
“There’s the monster himself — Dr. Red Fang. And of course, Count Vlad isn’t far behind. You can feel the chill in this building as they make their way to the ring.”

Rick Granger (grinning):
“I love it, Sam! Fang is unhinged, unpredictable, and downright terrifying. And Vlad — he’s conducting the orchestra of chaos!”

[Fang stomps down the ramp, hissing and shouting his trademark line.]

Dr. Red Fang (snarling):
“Vampire Lunges… FOR EVERYBODY!”

[The crowd boos heavily as Vlad guides him toward the steps. Fang scrambles into the ring, crawling across the mat before rising to his full height and spreading his arms wide. Vlad raises his cane with a satisfied smirk as the boos rain down.]

Tony Calibur (ring announcer):
“Introducing first, accompanied by Count Vlad Dragomir… from parts unknown… weighing in at 242 pounds… Dr. Red Fang!”

[The lights shift to a pale white glow. A lone church bell tolls as Ashen Vicar steps onto the stage, robed in white, hood drawn low. He pauses at the top of the ramp, raising his arms as the crowd erupts in cheers. He slowly walks forward, each step deliberate, eyes fixed on the ring and the darkness waiting inside.  Behind him, his sigil lights up the Omegatron.]

Sam Duffy (hopeful):
“Here comes the White Flame himself — Ashen Vicar. A man who says he is here to burn away the Dominion’s shadow. He’s walking straight into the lion’s den tonight.”

Rick Granger (mocking):
“Lion’s den? More like a vampire’s nest, Sam. And I don’t like Vicar’s odds. Fang doesn’t wrestle matches — he feeds on victims.”

[Vicar enters the ring, lowering his hood, staring directly into Fang’s wild eyes. The referee “Honest” Abe steps between them, signaling for order.]

Tony Calibur:
“And his opponent, from the Eternal Order… weighing in at 237 pounds… the White Flame… Ashen Vicar!”

[The crowd roars as Vicar slowly removes his robe, never taking his eyes off Fang. Vlad steps back to the floor, leaning on his cane, while Fang twitches impatiently, repeating his mantra under his breath.]

The bell rang with the crowd buzzing for this clash of light versus darkness. Count Vlad circled ringside, tapping his cane, trying to keep Fang’s wild energy contained. Right away he tried to “psyche up” his protégé, barking orders and pointing at Vicar — but the Master of the White Flame turned the mind games back on them, snapping Fang down with the Writ of Flame neckbreaker to a loud cheer.

Sam Duffy (fired up):
“Look at that reversal! Ashen Vicar turning Vlad’s tricks right back around on the Dominion!”

Fang shook it off and lashed out with a leaping flying elbow ram, crashing down across Vicar’s chest. He hissed to the crowd, snarling:

Dr. Red Fang (bellowing):
“Vampire lunges… for EVERYBODY!”

The Dominion’s monster tried to take control, but Vicar’s precision answered with the Fall of the Faithless — dropping Fang neck-first across his shoulder for a near fall. The crowd gasped as Honest Abe’s hand almost came down for three.

The fight escalated, both men trading bombs — Vicar drilling Fang with the White Flame Purge lariat, only for Fang to spin him dizzy with a sudden airplane spin. The fans were on their feet, the two opposites trading back and forth.

Fang lunged again, this time connecting flush with his trademark Vampire Lunge, nearly taking Vicar’s head off. The crowd groaned as Fang snarled, stalking his prey.

But Vicar’s resilience shone through — another Fall of the Faithless nearly sealed the win, forcing Fang to claw his way free at two.

Sam Duffy:
“The White Flame won’t die! Every time Fang thinks he’s got him, Vicar answers back!”

That’s when Count Vlad made his move. As Vicar lined up another strike, Vlad motioned to the back.

[Suddenly the Dominion’s Nightfang and Azrael rush the ring, blindsiding Vicar with a two-on-one assault.]

The crowd explodes as the Saints slide into the ring, trading blows with Nightfang and Azrael. Vicar joins the fray, sending Fang tumbling out of the ring as Vlad yanks him back, ordering a retreat.

Sam Duffy (excited):
“The Mirror Saints are HERE! The Dominion thought they had this in the bag, but the Saints just evened the odds!”

Rick Granger (angry):
“This is chaos! Vlad had this match under control — and now these Saints are sticking their noses where they don’t belong!”

[The Dominion regroups on the stage, Vlad watching with a calm, knowing smirk while Fang thrashes with wild lunges as he is held back. It’s as if Vlad expected the Saints’ arrival all along.  Inside the ring, Vicar and the Mirror Saints stand tall, raising their arms to the roar of the Columbia crowd.]

Elyra enters the ring and stands in the center. All is in darkness but her in the spot light. She begins to speak: (Soft, steady, hypnotic)

Elyra Moane:

“When the light dies… do you pray for dawn? Or do you stare into the shattered mirror… …and finally see the truth?”

She glides forward slowly, hands folded around a chained silver tome. The crowd murmurs, unsettled.

“My name is Elyra Moane. I am the voice that speaks what your conscience cannot. I am the witness to the fall of false idols… and the herald of the ones you fear to name. You cheer your heroes. You crown your kings. But in the end, all of them rot under the same sun. Because nothing survives the gaze of truth.”

A blast of cold wind howls through the arena, flickering lights as mirrored lights spin from the rafters. Elyra looks skyward, then smiles faintly.

“From the high monasteries of shadows… beneath the Carpathian moon… they have come. Not to be loved. Not to be cheered. They are the Mirror Saints—Vael Thorne and Sorin Savax—blessed not by gods… but by the Grand Manipulator himself… Ardan Vantrel.”

(Now with a quiet venom)

“They are reflections of everything you pretend not to be. Pride. Cruelty. Self-deception. And they have not come to fight your heroes… They have come to break the Dominion.” She holds out the chained grimoire toward the camera, and on the Omegatron appears a shattered glass sigil—The Mirror Saints' emblem.

“HCW… You have looked in the mirror long enough. Now the mirror looks back.”

Cue dim lights dropping fully into shadow. A blast of distorted monk-chant music begins as two silhouettes emerge behind her—Vael Thorne and Sorin Savax standing still as statues.

Count Vlad remained on the stage after the Fangs and Azrael left.  He took in Elyra’s soft spoken promo and an eyebrow arched when she mentioned the name Arden Vantrell.  A slight smirk escaped his lips and he whispered “So, the Grand Manipulator has chosen to enter this world.  Let him come.”

[Final shot: the Wave 3 lineup spinning under golden light. Screen text reads: “AVAILABLE NOW AT SCROOGETOYS.COM or in person at SCROOGE RESORTS COLUMBIA COLISEUM™ (trademark pending).”]

After Video Package – Commentary Reaction

[The video ends with Scrooge’s sneering grin frozen on the screen as the crowd boos loudly in the arena.]

Sam Duffy (outraged):
“Unbelievable. Eighty-nine dollars for a child’s belt, nearly two hundred for a fake blood splatter? Scrooge has no shame! This is what happens when he owns the naming rights and the marketplace, folks — it’s highway robbery.”

Rick Granger (smirking):
“Highway robbery? Sam, it’s called smart business. If people want to hold a piece of HCW gold, they’ll pay for it. And if they don’t — tough luck! That’s the genius of Scrooge.”

Sam Duffy:
“Genius? No. Greed? Absolutely. But we’re moving on now — because it’s time for more in-ring action here at the Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™!”

[The arena lights flash red, white, and blue as a driving rock anthem blasts. Biceps Bannerman storms onto the stage, flexing both arms and pointing out at the roaring Columbia crowd. He pounds his chest, then stomps down the ramp, slapping hands with fans and flexing his massive arms at the hard cam.]

Sam Duffy (excited):
“Here comes the powerhouse, Biceps Bannerman! Look at that intensity — he’s ready for a fight tonight.”

Rick Granger (sarcastic):
“Yeah, yeah, he’s got muscles. But muscles don’t mean brains, and tonight he’s up against Hot Stuff Inc. — they don’t play fair.”

[Bannerman climbs into the ring, pounding the turnbuckle pads and flexing again as the crowd cheers loudly.]

Tony Calibur (ring announcer):
“Introducing first, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania… weighing in at 284 pounds… Biceps Bannerman!”

[The lights dim to a hot orange glow as fire effects flicker on the video screen. A cocky guitar riff plays as Nico “Inferno” Burnett struts out, smirking, with Julian Furnace at his side. Nico wears flame-patterned tights and arrogantly flicks his wrist as if tossing sparks into the crowd. Furnace, in his sharp suit with a sly grin, points toward the ring and mouths off at the fans booing from the barricades.]

Sam Duffy (disgusted):
“Oh, here we go. The self-proclaimed ‘Hot Stuff’ himself, Nico Burnett, with Julian Furnace leading the way. You know Bannerman’s gonna have to keep his eyes on both of them tonight.”

Rick Granger (laughing):
“And that’s the beauty of Hot Stuff Inc., Sam. Julian’s the brains, Nico’s the fire — and together, they’re unstoppable. Bannerman might be strong, but he’s walking into a stacked deck.”

[Nico climbs the apron slowly, then wipes his boots before stepping through the ropes. He raises one arm dramatically, pointing to himself, as Furnace claps proudly at ringside.]

Tony Calibur:
“And his opponent, accompanied by Julian Furnace… from Miami, Florida… weighing in at 224 pounds… Nico… ‘Inferno’ Burnett!”

[The referee checks both men as Bannerman paces like a caged animal and Nico lounges arrogantly in the corner. Furnace smirks from ringside, shouting advice. The bell rings.]

Nico Burnett came out hot, raking Bannerman’s eyes and peppering him with strikes. Bannerman shook it off, powering through with brute strength and tossing Burnett halfway across the ring with a thunderous full nelson slam. The crowd roared as Bannerman flexed over him.

Sam Duffy (excited):
“Look at the power of Biceps Bannerman! He’s manhandling Burnett like he’s nothing!”

Rick Granger (defensive):
“Don’t count out Hot Stuff Inc., Sam. Julian Furnace always has a plan — and that silk scarf is as dangerous as any weapon.”

Julian proved him right, choking Bannerman on the ropes when the referee’s back was turned. Every time Bannerman built momentum, Burnett cut him off with cheap shots — an eye rake here, a hot shot over the ropes there.

At one point, Nico rolled Bannerman up after a slick series of armdrags, nearly stealing it with a two-count before Bannerman muscled free and surged back, crushing Nico with a bearhug that had the crowd on their feet.

But the numbers game caught up. As Bannerman hauled Burnett up for another slam, Julian reached in from ringside and yanked Bannerman’s arm through the ropes, wrenching it hard against the steel cable. The sudden shock left the powerhouse stunned and clutching his shoulder.

Sam Duffy (furious):
“Come on, referee! Julian Furnace just wrenched Bannerman’s arm right into the ropes!”

Rick Granger (smirking):
“Hey, Bannerman should’ve been paying attention! That’s what you get for trying to flex instead of finishing the job!”

Seizing the moment, Burnett rolled Bannerman up from behind, grabbing a fistful of tights for leverage as he stacked him up.

Honest Abe with the count:

One… Two… Three!

Tony Calibur:
“Here is your winner… Nico ‘Inferno’ Burnett!”

[The crowd boos loudly as Nico quickly bails from the ring, Julian Furnace clapping his hands proudly. Bannerman pounds the mat in frustration, pointing furiously at the heels retreating up the ramp.]

Sam Duffy (angry):
“Highway robbery! Bannerman had this match, but Julian Furnace once again turned the tide with underhanded tactics.”

Rick Granger (chuckling):
“And that’s why Hot Stuff Inc. is dangerous, Sam. They don’t just fight — they scheme. Nico Burnett leaves with the win, and Bannerman’s left flexing at shadows.”

Nico and Julian head up the ramp to avoid the ire of Biceps Bannerman.  Bannerman shook hands with some of the fans and made his way to the back to a nice pop from the crowd.

Candace Hart (professional, steady):
“Ladies and gentlemen, I’m joined by the Ladies World Champion,
Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang, and Count Vlad Dragomir. Selena, tonight you defend against Trinity Bowman here at the Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™ (trademark pending). Your thoughts before you head to the ring?”

Selena Blackfang (icy confidence):
“Thoughts? Trinity can bring her best—she’ll still end up in my web. I am the standard, Candace. I don’t chase… I trap.”

Count Vlad Dragomir (smooth, assured):
“Trinity Bowman is courageous. Admirable… for a moth. But courage is not a cure for inevitability. The
Dark Dominion endures. Selena remains champion. Tonight is not an upset waiting to happen—it is a coronation repeated.”

Candace Hart (closing):
“Strong words from the champion and Count Vlad. The Ladies World Title is on the line next—stay with us.”

[Live in the arena at the Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™ (trademark pending). Crowd buzzing.]

Sam Duffy (amped):
“It’s main event time! The Ladies World Title is up for grabs—
Trinity Bowman challenges Selena Blackfang!”

Rick Granger (measured):
“Big fight feel, Sam. But the champion has the numbers and the mystique.”

[House lights brighten to a bold white-blue wash. A driving, uplifting theme hits. Trinity Bowman steps onto the stage, focused and determined. She pauses at center stage, taps her heart, and points to the ring.]

Sam Duffy (hopeful):
“Listen to Columbia! Trinity’s worked her way up for this moment—everything she’s done points to tonight.”

[Trinity strides down the ramp, slapping a few hands, then circles the ring with intent. She hops to the apron, looks out at the crowd, and steps through the ropes, pacing like a prizefighter.]

Tony Calibur (ring announcer):
“The following contest is your
main event and it is for the HCW Ladies World Championship! Introducing the challenger… from Denver, Colorado… Trinity Bowman!”

[Trinity raises a fist to the corner as the crowd roars.]

[The lights fall to a deep crimson. A low, sinister string motif swells. A web-patterned spotlight ripples across the ramp as Selena “Widow’s Fang” Blackfang steps out, the championship glinting on her shoulder. Count Vlad Dragomir follows a half-step behind, serene, cane lightly tapping the stage.]

Rick Granger (reverent):
“There she is—the Widow’s Fang. Cold. Calculated. Champion.”

[Selena walks slowly, eyes locked on Trinity, unfazed by the crowd’s boos. At ringside, she ascends the steps and glides along the apron, lifting the title high with an impassive stare. Vlad remains on the floor, folding his hands over the cane, composed.]

Tony Calibur:
“And her opponent… accompanied to the ring by
Count Vlad Dragomir… from Transylvanian Heights… she is the reigning and defending HCW Ladies World ChampionSelena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang!”

[Selena steps in, presents the belt to “Honest” Abe, then turns back to Trinity, expression unreadable. The referee holds the title high and passes it out.]

Sam Duffy (tight):
“Title on the line. Challenger ready. Champion unblinking. This is what Voltage is all about.”

[Bell is about to ring as both women advance from their corners.]

The bell rang and the Columbia crowd roared, knowing they were about to see the Ladies World Title on the line.

Selena wasted no time, muscling Trinity over with a crisp snap suplex that rattled the mat. She sat up coldly, eyes locked on her challenger as Vlad nodded calmly at ringside.

Sam Duffy (excited):
“Selena showing her dominance right out of the gate.”

Trinity tried to fight back, locking in a front facelock to slow the champion. But Selena reversed instantly, hoisting her challenger up and drilling her into the mat with a spinning leghook fireman’s carry slam. The champion rolled seamlessly into a cover, only getting a two, but the tone was clear: she was in control.

The challenger wouldn’t quit. Trinity fought to her feet and swung wildly, but Selena cut her off again, planting her with a stiff cradle DDT. She hooked the leg tight.

Referee “Slow-Count” Sam:

One… Two…

Trinity just kicked out. The fans rallied behind her, chanting her name.

Rick Granger (confident):
“Kicking out only delays the inevitable, Sam. Selena Blackfang is methodical, precise. Trinity’s running out of miracles.”

Selena didn’t waste time. She grabbed Trinity’s limbs and twisted her into a modified Scorpion Crosslock. Trinity screamed, clawing desperately toward the ropes, but Selena wrenched back harder, her face unreadable as she sat deep into the hold.

Sam Duffy (pleading):
“Come on, Trinity, reach those ropes!”

But there was no escape. Trinity finally slapped the mat in pain, submitting to the Widow’s Fang.

Tony Calibur:
“Here is your winner… and STILL the HCW Ladies World Champion…
Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang!”

The boos rained down as Selena stood tall, Vlad raising her arm proudly. The Dominion’s grip on the gold remained firm.

[As Selena and Vlad celebrate, the music suddenly shifts. The crowd explodes as Scarlett Howl storms onto the stage, fire in her eyes, marching with purpose toward the ring.]

Sam Duffy (shocked):
“It’s Scarlett Howl! Scarlett is here on Voltage — and she doesn’t look like she’s waiting her turn!”

Scarlett grabs a microphone, glaring at Selena inside the ring.

Scarlett Howl (fierce):
“Selena! You wanna prove you’re the Widow’s Fang? Prove it against me! Right here, right now — NON-TITLE!”

[The crowd erupts into loud cheers. Vlad leans in to Selena, whispering calmly. Selena tilts her head, smirks faintly, and nods.]

Count Vlad (commanding):
“You want her now? Very well. The Dominion does not back down.”

[Selena hands the championship belt back to Vlad and steps forward, ready. Scarlett Howl marches into the ring, standing nose-to-nose with the champion.]

Rick Granger (amped):
“Oh my! We’re getting it, Sam — right here, right now! Widow’s Fang versus Scarlett Howl!”

[The referee signals for the bell — the impromptu showdown is official.]

The bell rang and the atmosphere inside the Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™ was electric. The fans had just seen Trinity fall, but now they were treated to an unexpected showdown between Selena Blackfang and Scarlett Howl.

Selena struck first, snapping Scarlett down with a suplex, showing the same cold precision that had kept her at the top of the division. But Scarlett rolled through the pain and caught her off guard, wrenching in the Wolf’s Snare STF right in the opening stretch. The crowd leapt to its feet, roaring at the sight of the champion nearly tapping so early. Selena clawed for the ropes and broke free, her face still unreadable, but the match’s tone had shifted — Scarlett wasn’t here to play.

Selena fought back, slamming Scarlett with raw force, only for the challenger to answer back with a pendulum facebuster that flattened the champion. The fans were firmly behind Scarlett, chanting her name as she stood tall and pointed down at her rival.

The two traded big shots — Selena snapping another suplex, Scarlett driving her down with another facebuster. It was wild, frantic, the challenger meeting the champion strike for strike.

Then Selena rocked Scarlett with a vicious headbutt, but Scarlett twisted the champion down again sending her out of the ring.

And that’s when it happened. Ruby Howl leapt from the crowd with a steel chair in hand. The place erupted as rushed up to Selena and jabbed the chair straight into Selena’s ribs, a precise strike that left the champion writhing in agony. Ruby then rolled Selena back in while Count Vlad was arguing with the ref.  With the damage done, Scarlett cinched in the Wolf’s Snare STF at center ring. The crowd exploded as Selena struggled desperately against the hold.  This time, Selena had no choice. She tapped.

Tony Calibur (ring announcer, shocked):
“Here is your winner, by submission…
Scarlett Howl!

The Columbia crowd erupted in deafening cheers as Scarlett released the hold jumping out of the ring and embraced Ruby. The Howl sisters stood side by side, arms raised, celebrating the shocking upset over the Ladies Champion.

But their celebration was cut short by the roar of the Dominion’s reinforcements. Mina Harker, Talia Nocturne, Korbi, and Grizelda sprinted down the ramp, fury etched on their faces. The fans screamed as the Vixens swarmed the ring — but the Howl sisters were already gone, slipping out through the ropes and diving back into the crowd.

Sam Duffy (over the noise):
“They pulled it off! Scarlett and Ruby Howl just embarrassed the Ladies Champion — and escaped before the Dominion could tear them apart!”

Rick Granger (angry):
“This is an outrage! This is chaos! The Dark Dominion won’t stand for this!”

Inside the ring, Selena clutched her ribs while Mina, Talia, Korbi, and Grizelda screamed for vengeance, pounding the ropes and demanding the sisters return. The fans loved every second, roaring as the Howls disappeared into the sea of people, smiling and defiant.

And at the center of it all… Count Vlad. He stood silent, calm, cane in hand, expression unreadable. Where his Vixens raged and howled for blood, Vlad simply watched the sisters’ exit with that unnerving serenity. It was as if he had expected this, as if the Howls were playing into a larger plan already in motion.

Sam Duffy (grave):
“Scarlett and Ruby have struck at the very heart of the Dominion — but look at Count Vlad. He isn’t shaken. He isn’t even angry. That’s the part that should terrify everyone.”

Rick Granger (uneasy):
“The Dominion doesn’t forget. They don’t forgive. Tonight the Howls scored a victory, but they’ve invited something far darker onto themselves.”

The last image was haunting: the Dominion filling the ring, seething and screaming for revenge, while Count Vlad stood perfectly still, cane tapping once against the mat, his calm gaze following the sisters into the crowd.

Sam Duffy (signing off):
“Fans, we’re out of time here on Voltage! For Rick Granger, I’m Sam Duffy — we’ll see you next week at the Scrooge Resorts Columbia Coliseum™!”

[Fade out on Vlad’s eerie calm as the Dominion seethes around him.]
