Hello fans and welcome to Day 2 of our Zero Hour PPV event. Today’s show is also sold out and the fans are hanging from the rafters; fighting for the best view. Pyro goes off and the fans pop huge.
In a pre-recorded
segment we believe took place at the end of yesterday’s show, we begin back in
the office of the GM. ‘Sassy’ Maxine
DeVito is in her office talking to J9.
J9 is complaining about how she didn’t really quit and that she was
framed. Maxine tells her not to worry
and she will be issuing her a pardon… however, she still yelled those words “I
Quit” and she must be off TV for 2 months.
Thankful she still has a job, she tells Maxine that once she returns to
the ring, she will make her proud. She
leaves and the segment ends.
Back to live TV,
the fans are not happy with Maxine’s abuse of power and they let her know it
calling her not-so-nice names. Maxine comes
out and yells at the fans again calling them wastes of flesh. After blowing an air horn into her mic and
getting the fans to quiet down, she says that tonight, her representative
- co-holder of the Tag Team Titles Dash
Woodbrick will take on Max McGillicutty’s pick Master Bull. Bull sweetened the pot by putting his career
on the line. If he loses, he and Max are
both out. Maxine then leaves.
Pyro goes off once
again and our show is ready to get underway.
The Smashers (#1 and #2) make their way out to massive booing from the
fans. True to their nature, they
threaten to hit a few fans along the way but pull back at the last minute. They get into the ring and get the fans riled
up. The music changes and out comes
Maximillian Redbeard and Superquake Ferguson.
The fans pop for them as they make their way to the ring. They enter the ring only to be ambushed by
the Smashers. The bell rings and this
one is ready to get underway. We noticed
that Maxine’s ref (Fast Count Frank) was officiating this match and true to his
name, he fast counted anytime the Smashers went for a pin. That biasedness put Redbeard and Ferguson on
the defensive for a good portion of the match (even though there were legit
tags, he “didn’t see it” and would send the other back out of the ring. As we passed the 20 minute mark, you could
tell that Redbeard and Ferguson were frustrated beyond belief. We join them in the ring at the 22 minute
mark.

from the crowd.
Backstage, Korbi
Kong, the NEW Ladies Champion, a woman of few words had this to say in regards
to the attack by her ‘friend’ Violet Valkyrie: “Bitch, watch your back.” Few but very powerful words.
We head back to
the ring for our next match. First,
Hayley Hailstorm comes out to a huge pop from the crowd. She makes her way down to the ring shaking
hands with fans along the way. She gets
into the ring and climbs the turnbuckles with her arms in the air. The music changes and the fans go sour as the
stage fills up with fog. Like a rocket,
Violet Valkyrie comes zipping out on a zipline that takes her to the ring. She lowers herself to the ring. I’ve never heard HCW’s own soccer mom get
such an aggressive reaction from the crowd but then that’s what you get when
you attack your friend (and NEW Ladies Champion Korbi Kong). Hayley also had a bone to pick with her as
she was violently hurled out of the ring last night by Violet. The ref calls for the bell but Violet
procrastinates causing a delay in the start of the match. Finally, when she declared she was ready, it
finally started. Violet hit Hayley with
a chop block to the knee which limited Hayley’s speed in the ring. She dropped Hayley with a one handed running
bulldog. Hayley connected with a
running (limping) lariat but Violet sent her to the outside with a jumping knee
smash. Violet dragged Hayley back into
the ring and locked her in a Triangle choke but Hayley made it to the ropes to
break the hold. Violet went for a
Japanese armdrag and a cover but only got a 2 count. At the 9 minute mark, Violet took Hayley down
with a clothesline and then rolled her up putting her feet on the ropes for
leverage (and a handful of tights for good measure) and got the 1-2-3. Violet gets the win and the fans boo the crap
out of her. Just then, appearing from
the back, is Ladies Champion Korbi Kong.
Korbi rushes the ring and Violet bails taking off through the
crowd. Violet laughs as she runs away
leaving a frustrated Ladies Champion in the ring. Korbi helped Hayley up and they left to go to
the back. (9 min for the match; 5 for
the aftermath)
Next up is the
battle for the TV title. First, the
Banker comes out to “Everyone has a price…for the Banker” and is accompanied by
his manager Ruth Heartless. The duo are
booed as they head to the ring. The
Banker stops in front of one child and offers him a $10 bill only to pull it
back at the last minute and laugh in his face (WHAT A JERK). He gets into the ring and hands his briefcase
to Ruth. The music changes and out comes
the TV Champion Texas Wildfire. The fans
pop huge as the fan-favorite makes his way to the ring. He high-fives with a few fans at ringside and
then enters. Neither have to wait long
for this one to get going. The match was
pretty even with both men taking control of the pace of the match. After about 20 minutes, the Banker started
getting momentum going and went for quite a few pin attempts only for the champ
to keep kicking out.

accidentally bumps the ref stunning him temporarily and then grabs the
briefcase and throws it to Texas Wildfire who catches it. The Banker then hits the mat (and we think he
bladed) leaving Wildfire holding what appeared to be incriminating evidence of
use with a foreign object.
The ref
clears his head and sees Wildfire with the briefcase and he calls for the bell
disqualifying Texas Wildfire for use of a foreign object.

The Banker
wins with a Disqualification over Texas Wildfire!!!
The Banker may
have outsmarted the ref but he failed to realize that the belt does NOT change
hands on a disqualification. He tried to
take the belt from the ref but instead the ref handed it to Wildfire. The Banker then grabbed his briefcase and
blasted the ref with it. Wildfire
blasted the Banker with lefts and rights and then hit him with a Bionic Elbow smash
that sent the Banker scurrying for higher ground. The Banker may have won the match but Texas
Wildfire won the outcome.
We head backstage
where the Steel Curtain and Biceps Bannerman are trying to cut a promo but
their mics get cut off. We then cut over
to the Six Man Tag Champs and they have something to say.
Wilber: "Although it is your ravenous behavior
that draws me to you, your unwillingness to just go away is testing my
patience. The clock is ticking, Steel Curtain; Biceps Bannerman. I need you to
understand that I do not wish to watch you suffer. In my world, there is no
such thing as a happy ending. There are no fairy tales. I'm not going to take
you up to pa's house and roll you down a field of dandelions. This story ends
the same way it started: destruction. I need you to know that we're going to
hurt you, bad. I don't care if it kills me, I promise that I'm going to prove
to you that you are weak and in that moment of serenity, I will take all the
pain away. Follow the buzzards.”
We head back to
the ring for our next match. Music hits and
out comes Buzz and Starbuck Steel, the Steel Curtain and Biceps Bannerman. The fans pop huge for them as they make their
way to the ring. Once inside the ring,
they climb the corners eliciting an even louder pop from the fans. They step down and await their
challengers. The music becomes somber
and the lights go dim. Wilber Townsend,
Otto Ruthless and Talon McFrost - the
Six Man Tag Team champions, come out each carrying a lantern. The lanterns gently sway as they make their
way to the ring. As the champs enter the
ring, the lights come up. The bell rings
and all six men start off in the ring.
Shortly thereafter, Biceps takes Talon out of the ring and hurls him
hard into the unforgiving steel steps taking him out of the match
temporarily. At the 7 minute mark, Buzz
drops Wilber with a Buzzkill on a ladder that was pulled out from under the
ring. Wilber is temporarily injured. This left Otto to hold the bag. He’s not alone for long as Talon and Wilber
join him after a couple of minutes. At
the 14 minute mark, Wilber had set up that ladder against the ringside barrier and
was going to put Starbuck through it but ‘Buck got out of the way at the last
second and Wilber crashed hard into it tumbling over the ringside barrier. He was out again for 5 minutes. When he finally came back, we went almost 25
minutes of everyone beating the holy hell out of each other. We join the match again at the 39 minute
mark.

as they are handed the titles and they each climb a turnbuckle and hold their
belts high. Wilber, Otto and Talon all
had to be helped to the back. The new
champs celebrated with the fans for a few minutes before making their way
backstage.
We go backstage
for an interview with the US Champion ‘the Ragin Cajun’ Rad Gumbo and his
manager Miss Alexandria. Gumbo states
that Mason may have started the war but tonight, he finishes it. Mason may have escaped from the psychiatric
ward but he will end him once and for all.
Gumbo tells him to ‘bring it’.
Also backstage,
Maxine is with Dash. Dash tells her she
has nothing to worry about. Tonight,
Apollo will be in his corner to make sure no shenanigans transpire. Maxine tells him she is counting on him. He responds with “Would I ever steer you
wrong?” He walks off.
It’s time for our
US Title match. First, Madman Mason
comes out to massive boos from the crowd.
He ignores most of them and gets into the ring stepping over the top
rope. He doesn’t have long to wait until
we hear “GUMBO 730 MEANS ITS SUPPA TIME, BITCH” and out comes the US champion
and his manager. They make their way to
the ring with the crowd popping for them every step of the way. Gumbo enters the ring and holds his title
high. Mason then grabs Ms. Alexandria
and hurls her into the corner hard knocking her out. Gumbo rushes to her side and he calls for
medics. Medics rush down with a gurney
and carefully load her onto it and applying a neck brace. They take her quickly (but safely) to the
back. Gumbo is PISSED. He goes right after Mason but the madman is
waiting for him.

Bull says he has an equalizer for Apollo. Max reminds him that if they lose tonight,
both of them are out of a job. Bull says
he knows and says that Maxine’s reign of terror ends tonight.
We go back to the
ring for our 1st of 2 main events.
First, Master Bull makes his way out and heads to the ring. The fans pop for the former GM. He gets in the ring and gets the crowd pumped
up. Next, Dash Woodbrick makes his way out
accompanied by his tag team partner Apollo Gyze. He hands Apollo his title and starts walking
to the ring. Apollo begins to make his
way down to the ring but Master Bull says he has an equalizer. He points up and we see a steel cage
lowering. Apollo and Dash are
stunned. The cage is quickly locked into
place and the match begins.

the win and with this win, Max McGillicutty is once again the sole GM of
HCW. Maxine DeVito is out. Max immediately gets on the mic and directs
security to remove Maxine from the building.
Maxine is holed up in the office of the GM feverishly completing writing
something down. Security bangs on the
door but she finishes and hands it to Gardinia Blue who reluctantly stamps it
(she is a notary too). The door opens
and Maxine stops them in their tracks.
She holds up the notarized document showing she has pardoned herself and
cannot be prosecuted for anything she may have done in the past. She says that even though she cannot control
HCW from the office, she will be doing it next year when she returns to the
ring. She shoves her way past security
and leaves laughing.
Rad Gumbo is
helping the medics tend to Ms Alexandria.
He is distracted and doesn’t hear the car barreling down hitting
him. He gets hit as the car comes to a
screeching halt. Mason exits the car, slugs
the medics and grabs Ms. Alexandria. He
then puts her in his car and drives off.
The Wicked Prophet
is backstage. He says that the imposter
has held his belt long enough. He says
Jack will not be in his right mind as last night’s reveal of him also being the
Masked Banana was done for one reason and one reason only…to mess with Jack’s
mind. With him mentally broken, tonight,
the King will once again become the World Champion.
World Champion
Jack Lumber is also backstage. He
acknowledges that the reveal of Prophet and the Banana being one in the same
was a shocker even though he secretly thought something was up. Jack says that Prophet can try and bring all
the mind games he wants. Tonight, he will
secure another win against the King and will walk out the champion…or die
trying.
It’s time for our
Main Event. GM Max McGillicutty comes
out to a nice pop from the crowd. He
says it’s wonderful to be back. He says
that since the cage is still standing, tonight’s 2nd main event will
also take place in that same cage. He
leaves so that the match can begin.
First, the King of
HCW the Wicked Prophet makes his way out to the ring amid heavy booing from the
fans. He ignores them, one and all. He stopped briefly at the section reserved
for the Banana Boat fan club and he laughs at them for being such gullible
pawns. He makes his way into the cage
and is ready for action. The music
changes and out comes the flannel wearing World Champion Jack Lumber. The fans pop huge for him as he makes his way
down to the ring. Jack is staring
daggers at Prophet who looks relaxed and ready.
Jack enters the cage and holds his title high as the fans pop. He hands it to the ref who calls for the bell
and this one is underway.

Wicked Prophet wins with an Exit the steel cage over Jack Lumber!!!
The Wicked Prophet
gets the win and becomes the NEW WORLD CHAMPION! Prophet returns to the ring with a steel
chair in hand. It is clear he’s going to
use it on Jack who cannot defend himself.
Just then, Drew the Canadian Love Machine comes running out and enters
the cage with a chair of his own.
Prophet looks at him and stands down.
He drops his chair and exits the ring with his title. Drew finds the handcuff keys and unlocks Jack
from the cage wall. Drew checks on Jack
who drops to his knees to catch his breath.
Just then, Drew grabs a chair and BLASTS Jack with it rendering him
unconscious. Jack lays in a pool of
blood and the fans are speechless as Drew stands over him with an evil smirk on
his face. Drew holds the bloodied chair
up and the fans boo the crap out of him and then throw stuff at him in the
ring. The cage deflects most of the
debris thrown. He stands tall as the
show comes to an end.
Thanks for
