Hello
fans and welcome back to our
newsletter. Well, GM’s Master Bull and Max
McGillicutty have gotten together and completed the draft for their respective
shows. Bull will run the Phoenix Heat
show (Wednesdays) and Max will run the Tacoma Thunder show (Sun). Just as they were sitting down getting ready
to pick for the draft, they got a visitor.
A young man has shown up asking for a tryout. Max told him that things were on hold for the
moment. The youngster said that he had a
tape of one of his latest matches and asked that if he and Master Bull would
watch it. If they thought he was worthy,
he’d like a shot on the actual roster.
Master Bull thought about it for a moment and then asked to see the
tape. Bull popped it in the VCR (I guess
there was no DVD copy available) and watched an independent promotion match
starring ‘Top Gun’ Justin Winger. Winger
was taking on 80/90’s wrestler Angel of Death.
This one was a disaster…but not on Winger’s part. For 4 minutes, he practically destroyed the Angel
of Death and finished him off quickly with a flying knee to the back. After the match was finished, Bull looked at
Winger and said what little that was there was impressive but he really needs
to shine on the big stage. Max and Bull
agree to allow “Top Gun” to try out for the HCW roster. Once he is drafted, he will have his debut
match and then it will be decided if he’ll be offered a contract. Justin shook hands with the general managers
and then left.

didn’t take as long as we expected but here is how the draft played out.

the draft completed, HCW will be taking some time off to get things situated in
both Phoenix and our latest expansion into Tacoma, WA.
