Hello fans. In addition to the goings-on within the HWF and the CSWA, a new group has come up. It is called the EODRF federation (stands for Either Old, Dead or Retired Fogies). A tournament was held called the "Old Timers Classic" to see who would be crowned the first ever Old Timers Classic Champion. This is also based on the Pro Wrestling Superstars game but only has characters included from that era (there is no Rock or Steve Austin but there is a Rockers version of Shawn Michaels and "Big Scott Magnum Hall" from the AWA days.
Only 60 wrestlers, all chosen at random, participated. Those inclulded: Abdullah, RW Animal, Ricky Steamboat, Cpl Kirchner, Mad Dog Vachon, Curt Hennig, Magnum TA, Billy Jack Haynes, Kevin Von Erich, Stan Hansen, Ole Anderson, Black Bart, Kevin Sullivan, Superstar Billy Graham, Nikolai Vokoff, Arn Anderson, Roddy Piper, Paul Orndorff, Bruiser Brody, King Kong Bundy, Tito Santana, Mike Rotundo, Baron Von Raschke, Jesse Ventura, Ronnie Garvin, Randy Savage, Buzz Saywer, Big John Studd, The Missing Link, Mr T, Adrian Adonis, RW Hawk, Rick Rude, Chris Champion, Lex Luger, Wahoo McDaniel, Mike Von Erich, Big Bubba Rogers, Ivan Putski, Shawn Michaels (awa), One Man Gang, Bob Backlund, Kerry Von Erich, Ted Dibiasi, Nikita Koloff, Andre the Giant, Rocky Johnson, Rick Martel, Chief Jay Strongbow, Larry Zbyszko, Tully Blanchard, Michael Hayes, Barry Windham, Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Ric Flair, Bruno Sammartino, Ken Patera, Terry Gordy and Nick Bockwinkle.
The final four were Billy Jack Haynes, Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant. Andre was eliminated by chump hogan, Shawn eliminated hogan. The winner of the tourny and 1st ever Old Timers Classic Champion.........Billy Jack Haynes.
Now, I have to come up with a top 10 for this too.
This is going to be ugly. Based on their win/loss record from the tournament, the top 10 looks like this (takes into account the total number of minutes spent in all matches between wins, losses and draws - if more than 1 wrestler had the same amount of matches, their ranking is determined on the lowest amount of time in the ring. If there is a tie, then the person who was ahead on points at the end of the match is ranked higher):

2) Hulk Hogan (5 matches - def Windham, Flair, Bockwinkle, Andre and lost to Michaels - total 68 min (def bockwinkle in 2))
3) Curt Hennig (3 matches - def Magnum TA, Cpl Kirchner and drew with Animal - total 36 min)
4) Arn Anderson (3 matches - def Paul Orndorff, Bruiser Brody and drew with Mr T - total 52 min)
5) Mr. T (yes, unfortunately) (3 matches - def Missing link, Buzz Sawyer and drew with Arn Anderson -total 52 min)
6) Road Warrior Animal (3 matches - def Steamboat, Abdullah and drew with Hennig - total 60 min)
7) Jesse Ventura (2 matches - def Baron Von Raschke and drew with Savage - total 24 min (Baron sub'd in 1 min).
8) Wahoo McDaniels - (2 matches - defeated Mike Von Erich and drew with Lex Luger - total 32 min)
9) Randy Savage (2 matches - def Ronnie Garvin and drew with Jesse Ventura - total 36 min)
10) Lex Luger (2 matches - def Chris Champion and drew with Wahoo - total 43 min)

In his first ever title defense, Billy Jack Haynes defeated Shawn Michaels with a Tin Soldier Suplex in 9 minutes.
