HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2018 #656 – Tacoma Thunder

Hello fans and welcome back to another episode of HCW’s Tacoma Thunder.  The show begins with the Ragin Cajun King Rad Gumbo coming out with Queen Alexandria and they make their way down to the ring walking on a red carpet.  The Queen holds the ropes open for his royalness and he does the same for her.  King Rad gets on the mic and begins to berate the fans in attendance but he doesn’t get too far as the music changes and out comes Phoenix Heat GM Master Bull.  Bull gets a loud pop from this Pacific Northwest crowd.  Gumbo tells Bull he’s happy he’s here as he has a major announcement.   Gumbo then states that HE will be the final entrant into the Elimination Chamber taking on Starbuck Steel in a non-title match.  Bull cuts him off and tells him that unfortunately, he cannot participate as Elimination Chamber is only open to those on the Phoenix roster (unless he allows it but he won’t allow Gumbo on his show).  King Rad is pissed off and then decrees that he will face Starbuck then in a title match for the World title.  Gumbo says once he defeats Starbuck, he will hold all the power and then Bull will have no choice but to let him on that show or the World title will never be seen again by the Arizona crowd.  Music changes and out comes the World Champion Starbuck Steel and the crowd pops huge.  Starbuck makes it to the ring, taking a mic and says he accepts Gumbo’s challenge and suggests that Bull go with Magnum Kone vs Wilber Townsend instead.  Bull likes the idea and makes it happen.  Bull warns Gumbo that if he, Superquake or anyone on the Tacoma roster interferes (or for that fact, anyone associated with HCW), they will be suspended.  A quick cut to Gumbo shows that the wheels are spinning in his head.  Bull then adds that if anyone outside of HCW interferes, they will face jail time.  Gumbo looks like his brilliant plan just came to an end.  Master Bull and Starbuck leave the ring as Gumbo’s lip turns into a sinister curl.  He and his Queen leave right afterwards.

Our first match is ready to begin after the pyro finished.  First, the Muscles Trio comes out wearing their rainbow colored bull horns.  Muscles Thorpe and Weasley head down to the ring.  Next, the Axe & TNT come out to a pop from the crowd.  The 4 men shake hands and this one begins.   Axe started off the match but tagged in TNT early and as soon as he did that, the Muscles sequestered him to their corner beating him down.  Axe tried to make the save but the ref kept sending him out.  When Axe entered the ring trying to stop double teaming, the ref would send him out and the Muscles would slap their hands loudly together to make sure the ref heard they made the tag.  This went on for over 20 minutes.  Axe did manage to break up pin attempts and he was getting increasingly frustrated not being able to help.  Finally TNT made the hot tag and Axe began tearing it up.  Axe went for a high risk move but it didn’t pay off.  TNT saw Axe was hurt and tagged himself back in.  Seconds later, Weasley hits the Muscles Crush and scored the 1-2-3.  The Muscles get the win.  Being good sportsmen, they did check on Axe and TNT before leaving.  Axe recovered and questioned why TNT would sacrifice himself like that.  Axe helped his tag team partner to the back.  (23 min)

We cut backstage to the GM’s office and King Rad is at his desk and is stewing about being shone up by Master Bull.  He mutters “I’ll show them all once I win that belt.”

We go to the ring for our next match.  First, Madame Jade comes out to a pop from the crowd.  She makes it to the ring and the fans pop as she climbs each of the 4 turnbuckles.  Next, El Gato Negro comes out and the fans also pop for her. Once in the ring, she removes her jacket and is ready for action.  El Gato stunned Jade hitting a Soaring Meow (headscissors) followed by the Tailspin.  Jade was disoriented and El Gato capitalized on it.  It took a few minutes for Jade to get her bearing but one she did, she began to battle back.  Jade fell to the Gato Paw but kicked out at two.  El Gato set her up and hit the Gato Paw a second time and this time she rolled her up and got the 1-2-3.  El Gato Negro gets the win.  She celebrates as Jade makes it to her feet.  El Gato stops and meets Jade in the middle of the ring.  After an awkward moment, the two ladies shook hands much to the delight of the fans.  Both women left to a pop from the crowd.  (8 min)

We head backstage for our next interview.  Dr. Red Fang & Ant Graham are talking about how great Graham’s Ghouls are and now that they are complete (in walks Wolfman Keg and Mason the Mangler), the team will be one cohesive unit.  Fang ends the segment with “VAMPIRE LUNGES FOR EVERYONE”.

Our next match is ready to go.  First Kimberly Kiccsass makes her way out but she is booed all the way down to the ring.  She doesn’t seem to care or let it phase her.  Next, Scarlett Phoenix comes out and the fans pop huge for her.  She high fives the fans as she makes her way down to the ring.   Kimberly attacks her once she slid under the bottom rope.  Scarlett dominated the match which threw Kimberly off her game.  Scarlett started off with a monkey flip followed by the Black Widow and a 1 count on her pin attempt.  Scarlett hits a flying bodypress and then set Kimberly up again for the Black Widow. This time she made the cover and hooked the leg tight for the 1-2-3.  Scarlett Phoenix gets the win in just 4 minutes.  Kimberly tried to complain about pulling the tights etc but the ref (Fast Count Frank) walked off on her leaving Kimberly behind in the ring.  Eventually she left.

King Rad Gumbo and Queen Alexandria are backstage cutting a promo.  Queen Alexandria says that Rad has been a bit stressed out with all the underhanded goings on (wait…what?) and that once Rad wins the World title, he will finally and truly rule the world.  King Rad says that the idiotic fans can hold their stupid signs but maybe they should do it in the food stamp lines.  The fans booed pretty hard.  Rad says that he gets no respect even though he wears the crown but once the 20 lbs of gold is wrapped around his waist, he will finally get the respect he deserves from the clueless fans all the way to clueless Master Bull.  Rad and Alexandria leave.

We head back to the ring and Ghee Buttersnaps is making his way out to the ring.  The fans pop for him.  Next, we hear the ever obnoxious “VAMPIRE LUNGES FOR EVERYONE” slogan from the evil vampire Dr. Red Fang and he comes out with his manager Ant Graham who is hated just about the same as King Rad.  Once in the ring, Fang attacks Ghee (the cheater).  Ghee looked like he was going to control the match but Graham stuck his big nose into the action and things turned and went Fang’s way.  Fang controlled the match for almost its entirety but Ghee started to make a comeback and Graham decided against it so as soon as the ref’s back was turned, Graham smacked Ghee over the head with his walking cane.  Fang went for the cover and got the 3 count.  Dr. Red Fang and Ant Graham steal another win.  (8 min)

We cut backstage where the World Champion Starbuck Steel is cutting a promo of his own.  Starbuck is joined by his brother Buzz Steel.  Buzz wishes him luck but Starbuck says that he’s got this.  Gumbo has had multiple shots at the title and was turned away by former champ Drew the Canadian Love Machine and now he’ll get turned away once again by him.  Starbuck says that he expects to have a long run with the title.

We go back to the ring for the next match.  First, Ovaltine Jackson comes out and gets a loud pop from the crowd.  Next, Bob ‘Powder’ Keg makes his way out and the fans are mixed in their reaction to him.   Bob gets in the ring and Ovaltine extends his hand but Bob doesn’t shake it.  Ovaltine took the match to Bob and it only took him 9 minutes to connect with a Director’s Cut Powerslam and make the cover to get the 1-2-3.  Ovaltine gets the win and celebrates briefly before heading to the back.

Lexy Flexx is backstage and confronts Candice Charisma about the attack.  She says “I bled to get this far”.  Candice replies “That is your problem…you bled.  I used my brains and my agility to get me this far.  I don’t need to spill blood in order to succeed in the business.”  Lexy pushes Candice.  Candice slaps Lexy.  The two have their altercation broken up. It looks like we have a new feud brewing.

It’s time for our Main Event.  First, the challenger comes out.  The Ragin Cajun King Rad Gumbo comes out and is escorted down to the ring by his Queen.  Both do the pathetic wave at the crowd and the fans just go to town on them.  Rad lets it slide…for now.  Next, his music is cut off which pisses him off and out comes the World Champion Starbuck Steel.  The fans pop HUGE for him.  Queen Alexandria whispers something to Rad and leaves the ring.  Starbuck brushes past King Rad and holds his title high over his head.  Rad then attacks him starting this one off.   The champ successfully held Rad off although Queen Alexandria got involved quite a few times.  We join this one at the 13 minute mark.

HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2018 #655 – Phoenix Heat

Hello fans and welcome back to another episode of HCW’s Phoenix Heat.  We have a stacked card today and GM Master Bull comes out to pyro to kick off the show.  Bull says that a lot of great things will be happening tonight.  We will have an Elimination Chamber qualifier between the Unknown Assassin and Biceps Bannerman.  There will be a loser leave town match (only because Wolfman Keg belongs on Tacoma and he really doesn’t want him here).  We will also have the Tag Team Champions Elitism defending their titles against the Smashers.  Lastly, the new Tacoma (temporary) GM King Rad Gumbo dumped one of his guys on him after taking Superquake Ferguson so after the Jesse/Wolfman Keg match, he will be announcing who he will be taking from the Tacoma roster.  All this and a whole lot more will be taking place tonight so without further ado, it’s time to get this one going.

Pyro goes off once again and this one begins with Graham’s Ghouls member Wolfman Keg making his way out to booing from the crowd.  Surprisingly, manager Ant Graham was not there (supposedly he said that Master Bull didn’t pay for his airline ticket).  Next, Jesse California comes out to a pop from the crowd.  He makes his way down to the ring.  Neither man wasted any time pandering to the crowd but after a very slow start (he was lamenting not having his manager there), Wolfman Keg finally kicked it into gear and gave Jesse a match.  Unfortunately it wasn’t enough as Jesse hit Wolfman Keg first with a Zig Zag followed by a superkick and finally, a standing dropkick that nearly took Wolfman Keg’s head off.  Jesse made the cover and got the 3 count.  It looks like Wolfman Keg will in fact be moving to Tacoma and it works out as he will now be able to reside with his Ghoul teammates.  (11 min)

Master Bull makes his way out and announces that with Wolfman Keg moving to Tacoma, he will be bringing in…”the King of Cones” Magnum Kone.  The crowd pops for the announcement and Bull leaves the stage.

Our next match is ready to go and the fans don’t care too much for this one so a lot of them exited to go use the restroom or go for snacks.  Scooter J, Wilber Townsend and Otto Ruthless come out first.  Scooter J notices a lot of them leaving and yells at the fans for missing the top talent in the business.  Once in the ring, their opponents come out and the 5th Column (Baron von Blood, Oswald Zimmerman and Karl Braun) all make their way to the ring.  The fans that remained in their seats (because they were not fast enough to exit).  SJ, Wilber and Otto thoroughly dominated the column…in fact, it was embarrassing.  Wilber and Otto softened up the Column and then Scooter J went in first hitting Karl with the 10 punches and getting a 1 count and followed it up with an eye rake and went for a cover with his feet on the ropes getting the pin this time.  Wilber, Scooter J and Otto celebrated in the ring while fans booed and threw stuff at them.  Both teams eventually left.  (9 min)

There was a brief intermission as the crew came out to clean the ring of the debris that was thrown in there.

We cut to a video feed where the Tacoma roster was gathered and witnessed GM Master Bull’s announcement.  There was some congratulatory remarks as Magnum shook hands with some of the people as he made his way out but as soon as he exited the building, he was blindsided by Superquake Ferguson.  Superquake beat Magnum down (the camera quickly pans and we see King Rad Gumbo standing there laughing) and then set him up next to a van.  Magnum was practically out on his feet so he didn’t see the freight train that is Superquake Ferguson charging at him and spearing him into the van rocking it on to two wheels and leaving a huge dent in its side.  Magnum crumbled into a heap and medics who are always on hand in case something like this happens rushed to Magnum’s aid.  The segment ends as Magnum is taken away in the ambulance and the camera pans back to King Rad who says “’Der you go Bull.  All wrapped up in bandages for ya” and he just laughs.

We head back to the ring for our next match.  First, Talon McFrost comes out and is booed.  Next, Steel Curtain member Buzz Steel makes his way out and the fans pop huge.  Talon began the match with some driving elbow drops and a swinging neckbreaker.  Buzz stunned him with a Buzz Cut and a throw out of ring.  Talon stewed and jaw jacked with the fans and finally got back in only to be sent flying out again.  Talon said he’d had enough and walked away.  Talon got counted out and the match is awarded to Buzz Steel via countout (3 ½ min).  Buzz interacted with the fans for a few moments before leaving.

Master Bull is back in his office and he’s on the phone.  He slams it down angrily and says that Magnum better not be sidelined or there will be hell to pay.

We go back to the ring for our next match.  This is an Elimination Chamber qualifier.  First, Biceps Bannerman comes out and the fans pop for him.  Once he makes it to the ring, manager J C Dykes comes out and the fans go sour.  Dykes tells them to shut up and sit down so that the ‘champion of champions’ the Unknown Assassin could come out and dazzle everyone with his prowess. He does come up but that all just infuriates the fans all the more.  Security rushes out to line the ramp and Dykes and UA head down to the ring.  Right off the bat, Dykes got involved slipping some sort of foreign object to UA who kept Biceps dazed for the first few minutes of the match.  Biceps began to battle back and UA and Dykes became concerned.  UA stepped out of the ring but remained on the apron and pulled out the foreign object again.  Biceps lifted him back in using a reverse Biceps Crunch but UA popped him with it again.  The Unknown Assassin then hit a Fireman’s Carry Roll and hooked the leg for the 3 count.  The Unknown Assassin gets the win and goes on to the Elimination Chamber.  (16 min)  Unknown Assassin and Dykes celebrated their way to the back as the fans voiced their displeasure.

The Smashers are backstage and they complain that it has taken this long for them to get a title shot.  They have dominated in the past and tonight will be no different when they take the titles back now that they have their manager MJ back in their corner.  MJ says that Elitism had their run but now it’s time for the REAL team to take over.

The action in the ring is ready to continue as Missy Chick makes her way out to the ring to a mixed reaction from the crowd.  Next, Figgy Newton comes out and introduces Taylor Bella and the fans boo.  They collectively flip everyone off and make their way down.  The two wasted no time in getting this one going and had the fans entertained for the majority of the match.  Figgy tried to provide some intestinal fortitude to Taylor but Missy shut him down (which the fans popped for).  The next thing we knew, time was running out.  Taylor got desperate and blasted Missy with a vicious uppercut.  She went for the cover but they only reached 2 when the bell rang bringing this one to an end.   Figgy took Taylor and they left, disappointed.  Missy too eventually left the ring.  (20 min draw)

The Ambassador and the Tag Team champs Elitism (Reid and Roderick Rothchild) are backstage and the Ambassador comments that at one time, yes, the Smashers were a dominant team but that was before Reid and Roderick joined forces to become the ultimate team.  They turned away great teams like the Column, the Steel Curtain, and so on and now, the Smashers will be just another set of victims to the top dogs in the business.

It’s time for our main event.  First, MJ makes his way out and introduces the Smashers.  They are all booed as they make their way down to the ring.  Next, the Ambassador comes out with the champs and after what seemed to be the loudest pop of the night, they too head down to the ring.  The Smashers immediately attack but the champs fight back.  The champs used their speed to nullify any advantage the Smashers had in the strength department but this one was practically even through the entire match.  Both teams got in some double teaming action and even saw MJ and the Ambassador almost square off.  7 minutes in, the champs were doing some double teaming on Smasher #1 but then Reid got dumped over the top rope to the floor.  Smasher #2 ran over and hit Reid with the Fall of Man on the floor.  Reid wasn’t able to get up in time and ended up getting counted out.  Smasher #2 got in the ring and both Smashers held their arms high but the ref informed them that titles do not change hands on a countout and therefore, the Smashers win the match via countout but do not win the titles.  MJ was furious as the ref handed the Ambassador the titles.  MJ and the Smashers yelled at Elitism as the show came to an end.

Thanks for reading.  More to come.

HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2018 #654 – Tacoma Thunder

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Our new temporary GM the Ragin Cajun King Rad Gumbo has not provided any sort of lineup for the day so the ENTIRE Tacoma roster showed up.  I think this is what the new GM wanted.  He actually began the show by making his way out to the ring (there are his and hers thrones set up) accompanied by his Queen Ms. Alexandria.  They walk down to the ring doing (what he calls) the peasant wave.  They enter the ring and sit on their thrones.   King Rad then calls out the entire roster and they come out (men and ladies) and they all stand on the stage.

“My loyal subjects…Your King and Queen have asked you here to show to one and all that we are benevolent and will treat you right.  Now, with that said, there is a show to run and we will need you, our Tacoma Roster, to band together to put on a show like no other.  Tonight, I ask for volunteers to represent our great roster and show me and my queen why you are worthy to be on the same roster as us.”  There is unrest among the roster and the fans start booing Rad.  “Now now mah subjects, don’t be dat way.  Your King expects loyalty and respect and I’ll be DAMNED if you start to turn against me.  If you won’t volunteer, I’ll make you work or you can hit the unemployment line.  I will call out a list of names and ah want you to step forward.

His lordship takes a breath as the wrestlers he’s called out step forward.  “Now, all of you will be wrestling tonight and I’ll be making up the card as soon as I get back to mah office.  The rest of you are dismissed.  The roster begins to walk away but not before “Red Hot” Lucas Johnston comes out and walks down to the ring.  He enters much to the dismay of the King.  “What do you want, boy?” Gumbo states.  Lucas points to a lot of the signs in the audience – the one he settles on is “Lucas got screwed”.  The fans pop loud for him.  Lucas snatches the mic away from Gumbo.  “This Boy should be king and not you.  But I’m not one to cry over spilled milk so you think that you deserve the crown…prove it.  Me and you…one on one.”  Gumbo snatches the mic back.  “I’ve got nothing to prove to you and besides, you can’t fight me as I have not declared it.  Besides, you’re not cleared to return to action (I have not allowed it) so you can just go home right now.”  Lucas then grabs Rad by the robe but before he could do anything, Phoenix GM Master Bull came out. “Hold it.  Lucas, let him go.”  Bull gets into the ring.  “I understand your frustration but you don’t want to start off by putting your hands on the GM.  Go ahead and take off and we can address it later.”  Lucas turns and leaves.  Bull continues “Don’t let the power get to your head, Gumbo.  I am the senior GM until Max returns and we won’t have an abuse of power.  Oh, by the way, since you picked Red McNulty for action tonight, he’ll defend the title against Leiton Snake who just so happens to be backstage.” Gumbo is furious at the interruption “You can’t tell me how to run my organization so you are not welcome here.  Security, escort this man off campus.”  Security comes out (dressed as royal guards) and leads Master Bull to the back.  Gumbo finishes with “We will have a video montage playing of mah win of the crown while I go back to mah office.”  Gumbo and Queen Alexandria leave to the fans really booing them but he doesn’t care.

A video plays (much longer than it needed to be) of Gumbo’s win of the crown at the Reigning Royalty PPV as well as the dismissing of MJ as his manager from the following night (all cut and edited to make Gumbo look superior).

Once the video ended, we cut backstage where El Chango and Leon Teremoto are talking and they agree to reform the Desperados.  El Chango says he’s tired of getting screwed over and Leon was outright robbed of the Hardcore title.  They were dominant as tag champs before and they will be again.

Gumbo then releases the lineup for today’s show.

The Desperados vs Ghee and Ovaltine

Bad News Marvin Barnes vs Davis Hoffmeister

Mustang Sammy vs Drew the Canadian Love Machine

The Duchess and Lady Hermann vs Candice Charisma & Lexy Flexx

Magnum Kone vs Dr. Red Fang

Red McNulty vs Leiton Snake for the hardcore title

The show begins with fan favorites Ghee Buttersnaps and Ovaltine Jackson making their way out to the ring.  Next, music we haven’t heard in a long time plays and out comes the Desperados – El Chango and Leon Teremoto.  The fans who remembered them popped but the younger fans weren’t familiar with them so they were pretty stoic.  The match started off pretty even although it took El Chango and Leon Teremoto a while to get used to being back in tag team action. The fans eventually cheered for both teams but for some reason, King Rad’s lackey Superquake Ferguson came out.  He made his way down to the ring and stood at ringside.  When the ref went over to question what he was doing there,  He produced a piece of paper that he looked over and then shrugged his shoulders.  The match continued and as time was running out, Superquake decided to get involved.  He ended up pulling Leon out of the ring and then hit a chokeslam on Leon sending him down hard on the mat.  The ref didn’t do anything.  Ghee hits some pectoral chops on El Chango but Superquake reached in and hit El Chango with a knockout punch.  El Chango drops to the mat.  Ghee looks confused but makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Ghee and Ovaltine get the win.  They still seem confused even when Superquake gets in the ring.  He walks over to Ovaltine and NAILS him with a knockout punch. He turns to Ghee who tried to flee but Superquake picked him up and hit a HUGE backbreaker.  Superquake then departed leaving the carnage behind him.  Eventually all 4 men made their way to the back. (20 min for the match; 5 extra for the additional segment)

Candice Charisma gloats about taking out the Duchess and the Ladies Champion Ravishing Raquel.  She holds (and already signed) the #1 contenders contract so once Raquel is out of the hospital, she will cash in her contract.

Our second match is ready to begin.  First, Davis ‘the Hoff’ Hoffmeister comes out to a HUGE pop from the crowd.   Davis gets into the ring but his time to celebrate is cut short when we hear “I’ve got some bad news for ya” and out comes ‘Bad News’ Marvin Barnes.  The crowd boos him as he makes his way down to the ring.  Davis begins with trying for a monkey flip but Marvin reverses it and hits a Star Effect Sitout side slam.  He then stands over Davis laughing.  Davis is up and nails Marvin with a piledriver.  He goes for the pin but Marvin kicks out at two.  Davis stands over Marvin, picks him up again and hits another piledriver.  He makes the cover and this time gets the 3 count.  Davis Hoffmeister gets the win in just 3 minutes.  Davis celebrates briefly before heading to the back.  He makes it to the stage and pumps his arms in the air and turns…right into a KNOCKOUT PUNCH from Superquake Ferguson.  Davis is out cold.  Superquake leaves.  Davis is helped up and makes his way backstage.

The Duchess is backstage with Lady Hermann and she says that Candice is off her rocker.   She says that the wacko needs some serious help as she’s delusional with violence tendencies.  Lady Hermann says that when they hurt someone, there is purpose behind it.  Candice has none.  It goes to show that some people on the roster (Lexy Flexx) has no idea what she’s getting herself into teaming with Candice but they will show her tonight.

The next match begins with Drew the Canadian Love Machine making his way out and the pop he gets is just as loud as what Davis got.  Next, manager Figaroa Newton comes out and the fans start a “Figgy…Figgy” chant and that just pisses him off.  Next, Mustang Sammy comes out and the fans boo as he and Figgy (sorry, we just can’t call him Figaroa anymore) head down to the ring.  Figgy directs Sammy to go on the offensive and he attacks Drew but the former World Champion held him off successfully.   At the 10 minute mark, Drew hits Sammy with a superkick knocking him out.  Figgy then jumped onto Drew’s back resulting in a DQ.    Drew gets the win although it wasn’t as he had hoped.  Mustang Sammy then got up and he and hit Drew with a steel chair.  He held Drew down until Superquake Ferguson came out again.  Ferguson handed a stuffed envelope to Figgy and then he picked up and locked him in a torture rack backbreaker.  He held Drew in it until Drew had passed out.  He then dropped Drew and then left.

We cut to the GM’s office where King Rad Gumbo and Queen Alexandria are talking about the show.  Superquake walks in and Rad tell his “well done” and Ferguson went to stand in the corner waiting to be used again.  The segment ends with Rad laughing.

The next match is ready to go.  First, Candice Charisma and Lexy Flexx come out and are booed.  Next, the Duchess and Lady Hermann come out but their reception is a bit better than their opponents.  Candice is pacing in the ring like a caged tiger.   Once all 4 ladies were in the ring, the match began.  Candice and Lexy took the fight to the royals but after 15 minutes, the royals began to beat the snot out of their opponents and had an offensive run that went practically 14 minutes.   As the match began to wind down, Lexy tagged herself in and Candice grumpily left the ring.  Lexy connected with a hurricanrana on Lady Hermann and then showboated before going for the pin.  She made the cover but the bell rang before this one could end.  The match ends in a draw.  The Duchess and Lady Hermann left the ring.  Candice climbed back in and began yelling at Lexy.  Lexy tried to blow her off but Candice attacked her hitting a facebuster.  She stomped on Lexy all the while yelling at her.  After the final stomp, she stormed out of the ring.  Lexy had to be helped to the back.  Candice just seems to be making “friends” everywhere she goes.

We cut to the back again to Rad’s office and he makes the comment that the Duchess and Lady Hermann are using the term “royals” and as they are not officially part of their royal family, that will need to stop.  Queen Alexandria jots some stuff down in a notebook.

We go back to the ring and we hear “VAMPIRE LUNGES FOR EVERYONE” and out comes Dr. Red Fang and his manager Ant Graham.  They are booed heavily as they make their way down to the ring.  Next, we hear the familiar bell ring of the ice cream cart as Magnum Kone makes his way down.  He stops along the way to hand out treats to the kids.  Magnum eventually gets in to the ring and the fans cheer him on.  As normal, Graham interfered and almost got Fang disqualified but the ref let it slide.  Magnum knocked Graham out and then took the match to Fang.  The evil vampire couldn’t stop the onslaught without his manager by his side.  Magnum finally hit Fang with the Bomb Pop (power clothesline) and he covered Fang for the 1-2-3.  Magnum Kone gets the win.  As Magnum makes his way up the ramp, Superquake Ferguson comes out again and stands in his way.  Magnum tries to push Ferguson out of the way but the immovable object isn’t budging.  Magnum warns Superquake to move but he doesn’t. Magnum slugs Superquake to no avail.  Ferguson slugs Magnum and he shrugs it off.  The two begin pounding on each other and it ends up taking about 12 people to break it up.  Neither man gave an inch. It will be interesting to see where they go from there.

GM King Rad was watching the confrontation between Superquake and Magnum Kone and he was really surprised Magnum didn’t fall like the rest.  “Hmm, we’re going to have to work on dat”.

It’s time for the Main Event.  First, Leiton Snake and his Snake Pit brothers (Niven & Tobias) come out and do the fist bump with Leiton before he heads down to the ring.  Next, the Hardcore Champion Red McNulty comes out and is booed as he makes his way to the ring.  He hands over the title and is then asked what type of rules he wanted for this match.  Red replied with “Texas Death”.  Red immediately attacks Leiton but it’s reversed and Leiton hit the Sling Blade sending Red into the steel post busting him open.  Leiton continues to kick Red’s ass but Red removes his eye patch and begins to choke Leiton with it.  Niven Snake runs down and slides a steel chair into the ring. Leiton wiggles out of a bodyslam and hits a pedigree facebuster onto the steel chair.  Red is out cold.  Leiton makes the cover and the ref counts 1…2…3.  Leiton Snake is the NEW HARDCORE CHAMPION!  Leiton holds the title high but his celebration is interrupted by GM King Rad Gumbo who is accompanied by Superquake Ferguson.  King Rad sends Ferguson down to the ring to conduct business.  In from the crowd comes Niven and Tobias Snake and they stand with Leiton.  Ferguson looks to the King who makes a motion and Ferguson attacks the entire Snake Pit.  As big as he is though, the numbers overwhelm him.  Just when you thought Superquake was down and out, he exploded up sending the members of the Pit flying.  He grabbed Niven and hurled him over the top rope.  As Niven struggled to his feet, he looked up just in time to see Tobias flying right at him.  The two crashed and fell to the ground.  Superquake then picked up Leiton and hit 3 chokeslams.  He finished him off with a Cutting Edge.  King Rad got on the mic and then announced that Superquake was the #1 contender to the Hardcore title and that he is making this the final match of the night.  The bell rings and Superquake dominates the new champ.  After beating him senseless for 5 minutes, he sends Leiton to the ropes and then levels him with a big foot to the face.  Ferguson makes the cover and gets the 3 count.  Superquake Ferguson is the NEW HARDCORE CHAMPION!  King Rad joins him in the ring along with Queen Alexandria and the 3 celebrate as the show comes to an end.

I’m sure there will be some serious repercussions moving forward so stay tuned.
