HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 02.09

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  Well, as we saw in the last issue, both AJ Styles and Brock Lesnar got a bit of redemption over Kane and the Undertaker.  Kane even disposed of his “brother” with a chokeslam setting up the F-5 delivered by Lesnar through a table.  To the best of our knowledge, neither Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Kane nor the Undertaker are here tonight.  We are coming to you live from Toledo, OH as we continue our tour of the Midwest making our way towards the East coast. 
 

Before the event can get underway, the lights go off and the blue hue fills the arena.  The Omegatron then lights up and there, on the screen, is the Undertaker.  His eerie music is playing in the background.

 

“Brock Lesnar.  I am the Number One contender for the CSWA title but not your title.  However, I am not in a hurry to get my hands on the CSWA World title  just yet.  In fact, I will take this time right here and now to officially challenge you to a match at Wrestlemania 2014.  This will be a match for the ages and there, on the grandest stage of them all, I will beat you in the middle of the ring and walk out the winner. If, in the meantime, I win the HWF title, we will square off as Champion vs Champion.  Your time as a world champion is coming to an end.  Get your affairs in order because after our match, you will (eyes roll into his head) REST…IN…PEACE!”   The lights come back up as the music fades.

 

The show begins with pyro going off.  Master Bull then makes his way to the stage with a microphone.  “Welcome Toledo.  We are happy to be here to bring you action and talent from the HWF and CSWA organizations.  We will have championships defended here tonight and promise that today’s event will be one to remember.  We will also be utilizing local talent to see what they can do.  With that, let’s get this show on the road.”

The first match of the night is Malo Leche de Mantiquilla taking on local talent Ponderous Steel.  It didn’t take much more than 5 minutes for Malo to end Steel’s quest to join the HWF and CSWA.  Malo gets the win with a Black Doom.

Next in tag team action, local wrestler brothers Hurricane Hunter and Boorish Hunter took on Roderick Strong and Kevin Steen.  The brothers Hunter faired a bit better than Ponderous Steel did in his singles match but not by much.  Strong nails a Yakuza kick on Boorish Hunter and Kevin Steen finished off Hurricane Hunter with a Package Piledriver.  (12 min)

 

In the back, Pick and the Axe are sitting chit-chatting.  Mike stands up and does a double take.  He asks “Hey, when you said you wanted to get the band back together, did you mean just us or the WHOLE band?”  The Pick, sitting relaxed in his chair, replies “Nah, just you.  The others…well, they never mattered.  It was always about the THUMP Man.  The bass and the drums…life was so good then.”  Mike then sits down.  “Ok.  I’m not sure if there is something in the air in this nasty town but I thought I saw something.  Guess it was nothing.”

 

We go to the ring for our next match.  First comes the challenger Tensai followed by the European Champion Kazarian.  Kaz was very nonchalant in the ring.  The bell rings and Tensai hits Kaz like a freight train.  The champ battles back but Tensai’s power proves to be overwhelming.  Tensai picks up the champ and nails a running senton splash.  He makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Before the ref can announce Tensai as the winner, Master Bull comes out and says that he is going to try to enforce the “best of 3 falls/60 minute” rule for all title matches (as long as he can remember).  Bull asks the ref to start the match again for the second fall and then leaves.  First fall was 9 minutes.  The match begins and Kaz does exactly what a champion should be doing and for the next 28 minutes, he takes the match to Tensai finally getting a pin after hitting the Back to the Future Suplex. (2^nd fall 28 minutes; 37 minutes elapses; 23 minutes remain).  The 3^rd fall begins and Kaz is on the defense the entire match.  Tensai battled back like an unstoppable Terminator.  At the 19 minute mark, Tensai and Kaz are on the outside of the ring and Tensai hits a huge tackle.  Kaz goes flying into the ringpost almost knocking him out.  He picks up the fallen champion and throws him in the ring.  He nails a Banzai power bomb and gets the 1-2-3.  Tensai has just won the European title.  He celebrates with the fans as medics come to attend to Kazarian.

 

We cut to the back and Master Bull is in his office with a new guy.  Master Bull is asking him questions.  “So, you know the Pick and the Axe?”  The other guy replies “Yeah, I do…unfortunately.  You see, we all played in a band together.  I was the lead singer; the mainstay of the group.  It was my vocals that rocketed us to stardom.  Unfortunately, Pick and Axe, thought they were the center of attention and we ended up splitting due to creative differences.  I heard about this new team – Hardly Predictable who wants to take the battle to Devon and Medley.  I would be excited to be in their corner – to give them the lowdown; the skinny if you will on how to defeat, what did Casey call them ‘pain in the ass’?  I think that’s great.  But in order for me to do this, I will need to be part of your roster.”  Master Bull acted like a child opening presents at Christmas.  “Hell Man, Welcome aboard.  Glad to have you.  By the way, what is your name?”  The new guy responded “I’m Rocky Lapetus”.  “Well Rocky, hate to do this to you but that name has to go.  What else you got?”  Rocky replied Well, as the leader of the band, I was known as Wam “Bam” Arsonist.”  “SOLD.  That is who you will be.  Welcome “Bam” to our roster.”  They shook hands and Wam then left the office.  Master Bull sits back down and chuckles “heh, Lapetus.  What’s a Lapetus?”

 

As Wam Bam Arsonist leaves Master Bull’s office, he is whistling to himself and we see Cactus Jackie stop with a startled look on her face.  “You have got to be kidding me.”  She makes a beeline for Master Bull’s office.

We head back to the ring for another match.  Big E. Langston and Ezekiel Jackson are in tag team action against two members of the A-Team, Alberto Del Rio and Austin Aries.  Langston and Jackson were told that if they can win a non-title match, they would be considered for title contention.  The longer the match went on, the more it favored the challengers.  Unfortunately due to Cesaro’s involvement at the very end of the match, Big E and Big Zeek could not get the pin before the 30 minute time limit ran out.  Since they put on a hell of a performance, I do think that they would be meeting up with the champs again.
 

Next up is Professor Cobra defending his X-Division title against Mike “the Axe” Medley.  This match will be a 60 minute/best of 3 falls match.  Mike comes down to the ring with Dirk Devon.  Devon attacks Professor ramming him into the steel post.  Dirk throws Cobra back in the ring and the bell rings.  The Axe locks in a bearhug and Professor Cobra taps out at :58.  The second fall begins.  Mike is in the ring showboating.  Cobra rolls out of the ring and nails the Pick with a  flying mamba strike.  He heads back to the ring and nails Medley with 2 King Cobra flying headbutt shots.  He rolls Medley up and gets the 1-2-3 in just under 2 minutes.  Medley is furious.  Devon is livid.  The ref then sends Devon to the back to prevent any further interference.  The bell ring signaling the 3^rd round.  This one goes much longer.  Medley had the slight advantage as he was taking out his anger on Professor Cobra.  About 25 minutes into the match, Dirk Devon comes back out and stands on the stage.  Professor Cobra sees him and just as he is about to complain, Axe takes him down with the Axe smash. Cobra is almost out on his feet.  Medley charges and nails a tackle.  He covers the Professor as the ref counts 1…..2…….3.  Mike “the Axe” Medley has just defeated Professor Cobra to become the NEW X-Division Champion.  Dirk comes down and together, they start laying into Cobra.  Out from the back come Hardly Predictable and they chase off Pick and the Axe.  Medley is showboating with his newly won championship.  HP helps Cobra out of the ring.

 

Once again, we head backstage where we pick up seeing Cactus Jackie storming into Master Bull’s office.  She kicks the door in.  “What the Hell Bull?  I though you didn’t have any contracts to give out.  What is going on?”  Master Bull stood up.  “Hey, you don’t work here.  You don’t just storm into my office demanding anything.”  Master Bull picks up the phone.  “Security, come in here.”  He hangs up the phone and glares at Jackie.  “This is my house.  You don’t tell me what to do in my own house.  I’m doing what is best for business.  Right now, that includes Wam’s hiring due to his connection with the Pick and the Axe.  Right now, this is more important than putting you on an already full women’s roster.”  He looks to the door as security show up.  “Gentlemen, please escort this woman off the premises.  Jackie, you bet take this time to go cool off.” As Jackie was being escorted out, she turns to Master Bull and says:

Cactus Jackie: I won’t be ignored. 
Master Bull: You’re so sad.  You know that, Jackie?  Lonely and very sad.
Cactus Jackie: Don’t you ever pity me, you smug bastard.
Master Bull:  I’ll pity you… I’ll pity you.  I’ll pity you because what you’re doing is pathetic.
Cactus Jackie:  Why?  Because I won’t allow you to treat me like yesterday’s trash that you can just throw in the garbage?
Master Bull:  Take her away.

We cut back to the ring and the main event is up next. Randy Orton will be defending the Intercontinental Championship against Samoa Joe in this 60 minute/best of 3 falls match.   For 15 minutes, Joe stayed toe to toe with Orton.  After connecting with a quick boot to the face, Orton rolled up Joe and hooked the tights to secure the first round win.  For the next 18 minutes, Joe proved why he is such a dominating force.  He beat Orton from pillar to post but after Orton eye raked Joe, he nailed the RKO in the middle of the ring.  He makes the cover for the 1…2…3.  Randy Orton retains the Intercontinental title.

***NEWS FLASH***

This just in.  Master Bull has said that a MAJOR announcement is forthcoming.  This will rival the challenge issued by Undertaker to Brock Lesnar for a Wrestlemania match.  Master Bull promised that all will be revealed in the first week of March.  Stay tuned.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 02.08 – The Fallout

Hello fans, we are still live here in Detroit, MI where last night’s PPV Warzone: Battlefield of Pain took place.  We’ve been snowed in so we have not been able to bring in new performers for today’s show so I expect Master Bull will have something planned.  Speaking of the GM, here he comes now.

 

“Welcome everyone.  Well, we were not able to move on to our next venue so the wonderful city of Detroit has agreed to put us up one more night and allow us to have our next show…in front of such a Great Audience.”  The fans began cheering and wouldn’t stop for about 2 minutes.  Once it started to die down, Master Bull continued.  “On today’s show, we will set up an assortment of matches of sorts that we feel will keep you, the fans, glued to your seats.”

 

Undisputed Champion Kane then comes out.  He gets into the ring and demands a mic,  “Last night, Brock Lesnar and I took each other to the limit.  I proved to be the dominant champion and I stand here now holding this title.  But, last night also showed someone’s true colors.  I am talking to you, Undertaker.  We are the Brothers of Destruction and you proved you are out for no one but yourself.  Hell, I admire that.  You did exactly what I would have done. With that said, brothers stick together so I propose tonight, the Brothers of Destruction in tag team action.  I stand by waiting for your answer.”  The Gong sounds and out comes the Undertaker.  He gets in the ring with Kane.  He takes the mic.  “The Brothers of Destruction reunite for one night only.  Whoever our opponents are will (eyes roll back in his head) REST…IN…PEACE.”  Both men leave the ring.

Master Bull is in the back and makes a note to set up opponents for Kane and the Undertaker.  Brock Lesnar storms into the office.  “I want Kane and Undertaker on a platter.”  Master Bull stands up. “You’re in luck.  They want tag team action tonight.  Find yourself a partner and you’ll have yourself a match.”  “I don’t want a partner.  Put me in the ring against them both.  I’ll tear them both apart” Lesnar replies.  Master Bull doesn’t flinch. “If you want the match, find yourself a partner.”  Lesnar tenses up and then leaves.  Master Bull breathes a sigh of relief.

 

The first match of the night is a rematch between Malo Leche de Mantiquilla and Tyson Kidd.  Kidd kept questioning why he was in this match. Master Bull decided to make this an ECW rules match.  Tyson had control of the match until Malo nailed a doom bomb on a steel chair.  He then follows it up with a snap suplex on the same chair and makes the cover for the 1-2-3.  Malo Leche is booed as he stands victorious.  He then leaves the ring.

Back in Master Bull’s office, he is meeting with Mike “the Axe” Medley and Dirk “the Pick” Devon.  Devon has apparently just been signed to a contract on the HWF roster.  Master Bull welcomes him to the family. All of a sudden, Casey Jones and Bran-Don-Goh enter the room.  Casey just goes off “What the HELL is this?  First you’re all distraught and now you have a new partner?  What the HELL?”  Mike steps up “Settle down Casey.  I’ve known Dirk for a number of years.  We have a past and now, working together, we’ll blaze a trail of domination never before seen.”  Bran-Don-Goh steps up “Mike, what happened?  We are HP; at least we were.  I don’t know what this guy” (he pokes Dirk in the chest) “has told you but it is not you.”  Mike started hulking up.  “YOU DON’T KNOW ME.  Dirk does.  Get over yourself.”  Casey then steps up and slaps Mike across the face.  Dirk then charges and starts pummeling Casey.  Bran-Don-Goh tried to get Dirk off of Casey but Mike hurled him across the room.  Master Bull hollered “Enough.  You 4 need to figure this out on your own so later tonight, you will be in a match.  For now, get the HELL out of my office.”  Dirk and Mike left and Casey just glared after them with a look that could kill. 

 

Just as soon as Master Bull closed the door to his office, there was a knock.  He goes to answer it and it’s a woman.  “Well, as I live and breathe…Cactus Jackie.  How the hell are ya?”  Jackie replies “Great.  I hear you’ve been doing pretty well for yourself.  A GM…?”  “It’s a good gig.  Meyers and Bychowski have a lot of faith in me and after a few hiccups, I think we’re all on the same page.  What can I do for you?”  “Well, I want a wrestling contract.  I’ve been hitting the indie scene and am ready for the big leagues.”  “I’m afraid we don’t have any room on the roster.”  “Wait a sec” Jackie interjects “you just gave a contract to that guy…what’s his name…Dirk something.”  Bull answers “He got the last open spot on the roster.  I’m just capped right now.”  “Master Bull, I need this.  Don’t hold me back.  Give me the shot.  I’ll go wrestle whomever right now.”  “Ok, let’s try this.  Head to the ring and then we’ll see what happens.”  Jackie left to go to the ring.

Back in the ring, Fusion Valentine just came out.  She was promised a match tonight to determine the #1 contender.  Out comes Alicia Fox….or at least it was her music.  Instead, out comes Cactus Jackie like a woman on a mission.  As she makes it to the ring, out from the back comes Alicia Fox and she knocks down Jackie.  After kicking her in the ribs a couple of times, she gets in the ring.  The match goes for 18 minutes and just as Alicia was climbing the turnbuckle to do something, Jackie got up and pushed her off.  Alicia landed hard.  Fusion Valentine then nails the Fusion Reactor (a flying elbow) and makes the cover.  3 seconds later, she is declared the winner of the match and the #1 contender for the Women’s or Diva’s title – whichever she prefers.

 

Cactus Jackie gets in the ring and calls out Master Bull.  “This should have been my match.”  Bull replies “Sorry Jackie but that’s the way the ball bounces.”  “I’ll make you a deal” Jackie comments. “I challenge you to an arm wrestling match – right here and now in this ring.  If you win, I leave.  If I win, I get a contract.  Deal?”  Master Bull thought it over for a second and agreed.  A table was set up in the ring and a ref brought down.  The bell is rung and Jackie nearly takes Bull’s arm off.  Jackie has won.  Master Bull is nursing his arm.  “You won….but as I mentioned before, I don’t have a contract to give you.  You’re just going to have to wait.”  Master Bull starts to leave when Jackie gets on the mic again.  “I won’t be IGNORED.  You’ll have to deal with me sooner or later.”  Cactus Jackie then leaves in a huff.
 

We cut to the back again and there is El Chango.  He is sitting patiently and then in walks Senor Vampiro.  Vampiro says “Ok, you have 5 minutes and then I’m out of here.”  El Chango says “Thank you for coming.  First, I want to start off by saying that it wasn’t Master Bull who paid for your training…it was me.  I had this planned for some time.  Yes, I set you up to be mentored by the same person I dispatched…Pai Mei because he, like Handsome G, were doing absolutely nothing for me.  I did this because, I knew I was going to need a tag team partner.  Someone on the same page as me.”  Vampiro interrupted “You had the Mexicali Flyers as your partners.  What about them?”  Chango continued.  “It was my doing that the Flyers were sent away.  Watch this video.”  A video is shown where El Chango caused a distraction during the Flyers match with Medley and Maddox.  This distraction is what caused the Flyers to lose.  Once the video recap was done, El Chango continued.  “Knowing that I had to get rid of the useless weight the Flyers and Handsome G were burdening me with, I had to clear my mind of all distractions which included the fans so that I could concentrate on what was to come.  This is all my doing.  Senor Vampiro, I want you as my tag team partner.  Shed the burden of the fans and Pai Mei and join me.  Together, we can become champions without anyone holding us back.  I know that this is a dream of yours.  Let me be your guide and let’s accomplish this together.”  Senor Vampiro sat back and rubbed his chin.  “A lot of what you say makes sense.  I will go meditate on this.  Don’t come after me again.”  Vampiro gets up and leaves.  El Chango turns and smiles evilly at the camera.

Back to ring action, HP is already in the ring and calling down Pick and the Axe.  At first they don’t show so Casey takes the mic.  “Listen up Pain in the Ass, get your collective axes our here so that we can PICK you apart.  Axe and Pick make their way to the stage but stop there.  Dirk has his own mic.  “Listen Turtles reject.  The Axe and I work our own schedule.  We won’t have two nobodies such as yourselves calling us down.  In fact, I only signed a contract just earlier today so I’m not prepared for in-ring action.  But, if you two are in such a tizzy about fighting someone, I found a team for you to take on.

Out comes the Colons – Epico and Primo.  They head to the ring.  Dirk comments “Oh by the way, your tag team title spot is on the line here.  Have fun kiddies.”  Dirk and Mike turn to leave.

Both teams end up battling to a 30 minute time limit.  That prompted Dirk and Mike to rush the ring and take apart the already exhausted team of HP.   The Pick and the Axe stand over HP posing and mocking Casey and Bran-Don-Goh.  We are sure this is not over.

The main event of the evening is the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Kane teaming with his brother The Undertaker to take on Brock Lesnar and a teammate of his choice.  First out comes Kane and the Undertaker.  They do all their pyro/funky light show.  Then the Beast’s music hits.  Out comes Brock Lesnar but he is alone.  Kane has a mic “Hey Prick, couldn’t find anyone to team with you?”  Kane laughs in the ring.  Lesnar doesn’t say a word but motions to the back.  New music hits and its….AJ Styles – the CSWA world champion.  Kane is shocked.  AJ shakes hands with Brock and they head to the ring.  AJ and the Undertaker start off in the ring.

It is very odd that Undisputed Champion Kane only got in the ring once.  Undertaker and Kane hop back in the ring and continue to slug it out with their opponents.  Kane chokeslams AJ and Undertaker nails a boot to Lesnar’s face.  Kane then turns and clotheslines the Undertaker.  He then hits a chokeslam.  AJ is back in and nails Kane with a Styles’ Clash.  Brock pulls Undertaker out of the ring and hits an F-5 on the announcers table.  The table collapses.  AJ stands victorious in the ring while Brock stands over the Undertaker. 

That is all we have for now.  Things will continue to heat up until a boiling point is reached.  When that happens…watch out.  Stay tuned.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 02.07 – Warzone: Battlefield of Pain PPV

Hello fans and welcome to our February PPV Warzone: Battlefield of Pain.  Tonight’s event is all about applying pain in numerous ways.  Brock Lesnar has his sights set on Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Kane but he still has to get through AJ Styles first.  Also, Tyson Kidd gets to settle his beef with Malo Leche de Mantequilla. Malo has been interfering in Tyson’s matches over the last month and Tyson had finally reached a breaking point.  Also, Senor Vampiro gets his hands on El Chango.  Pai Mei has trained the man formerly known as Bodacious Brian to prepare him for this battle.

 

We cut to the back where we see Senor Vampiro walk in followed by Pai Mei.  Vampiro looks determined and ready.  He walks up to Master Bull.  “I’m ready for my match against El Chango.  I wanted to thank you and the CSWA/HWF for covering my expenses in preparing me for this day.  I’ll do you proud.”  Vampiro and Pai Mei walk away and Master Bull has a confused look on his face.  “What expenses?”  He turns and looks at Vampiro, shrugs and heads in the other direction.

 

Master Bull makes his way to his office and the door is open.  He walks in but stops just beyond the doorway.  “Well, as I live and breathe.”  He closes the door without us seeing who he was talking to.

 

Cutting again to the back, we see the 3 members of Hardly Predictable Mike “the Axe” Medley, Bran-Don-Goh and Casey Jones walk in.  They pass by a storage area and a shout is heard “Hey Axe”.  Medley tells the others he’ll catch up as he goes to see who called out his name.  He approaches the storage area when someone stirs in the shadows.  He doesn’t step into the light.  “Hey Man, it’s been a while” the mysterious person says.  Medley’s eyes go all wide.  “No, NO.  It can’t be.  How in the HELL did you find me?  Leave me alone.  YOU HEAR ME!  LEAVE ME ALONE.”  Mike then turns and goes to follow his teammates.  He is clearly upset. 

The pyro then goes off as the PPV starts.  Master Bull makes his way out to the stage.  “Welcome Detroit to our first PPV of the year Warzone: Battlefield of Pain.  We have a fantastic line up for you today and know that you will walk out completely satisfied.  On tonight’s card, the respective World Champions Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles get to duke it out to see who goes after Kane and the Undisputed Heavyweight title.  This will be the only match with the 60 minute/best of 3 falls stipulation as it We also get to see the Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel in her first official title defense against Alicia Fox.  The 6 man titles are also on the line with Prestige Inc defending them against Hardly Predictable.  X-Division Champion Professor Cobra will also be in action today against Epico Colon.  And of course, two grudge matches with El Chango vs Senor Vampiro and Tyson Kidd against Malo Leche de Mantequilla.  I want what is best for business so with all this out of the way, let’s get the evening started.”
 

The first match of the night is World Champion vs World Champion for the chance to go after Kane’s Undisputed Heavyweight Championship.  Out comes CSWA World Champion AJ Styles first quickly followed by HWF Champ Brock Lesnar.  Lesnar hits a cheap-shot on Styles before the match could even begin.  AJ nails a Pele kick sending Lesnar to the outside.  The bell rings and the match begins.  AJ nails a Styles Clash right off the bat for a 2 count.  He follows it up with a dropkick sending Brock outside of the ring.  Brock grabs a chair and blasts AJ with it.  He gets back in the ring and nails a Press and Slam right on the chair.  He makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  Brock Lesnar is going on to meet Kane in the main event. (2 minutes)

Next up is Malo Leche de Mantiquilla taking on Tyson Kidd.  Kidd is already in the ring as Malo makes his way down.  Kidd nails a thigh kick and Malo just takes it.  Malo then nails a Black Doom and just stands over Tyson.  Kidd pops up and hits a rolling stampede and follows it up with a legsweep and punches.   Kidd then dropkicks Malo out of the ring and decides he’s had enough but Kidd goes after him and tosses him back in the ring.  Tyson hits a rolling stampede and Malo nails a doom bomb and follows it up with a thrust kick.  Kidd comes back with a running dropkick.  Kidd takes him down with a thigh kick and goes for the pin but only gets a 2 count.  Malo nails a dragon suplex.  Kidd goes for another thigh kick but that gets reversed and Malo nails a black doom.  Kidd nails a thigh kick and both men collapse in the ring.  Kidd is up first and hits a thigh kick and goes for a Code Blue but that is reversed and Malo drops Kidd with a Bitch Slap.  Malo hits a thrust kick sending Tyson to the corner who then climbs to the top turnbuckle and nails a Code Blue.  He makes the cover for the 1…2….3.  Tyson Kidd gets the win.  Malo Leche rolls out of the ring and sulks to the back as Tyson Kidd celebrates with the fans (16 min).

Our third match of the evening has X-Division Champion Professor Cobra defending his title against Epico Colon.  Before the match begins, Cobra challenges Colon to make this a best of 3 falls/60 minute time limit.  The first fall goes to Colon who, after nailing Cobra with a forearm to the small of the back, makes the cover and with his feet on the ropes, secures the win (20 min).  The match begins with Cobra on the defensive but you know what they say about Cobras, you’ll never know when they will strike and Strike the Professor did.  It only took 7 minutes and a King Cobra diving headbutt to give the Professor the second fall (7 min).  The third fall begins and is the shortest of all the matches.  Epico was clearly being outwrestled and in only 5 minutes, Cobra nails a Cobra Clutch Bulldog to secure his win and retain his title. (total 32 min)

 

Next up is for the 6 Man tag team championship held by Prestige Inc and being challenged by Hardly Predictable.  HP walks out first and Medley is clearly distraught.  Casey turns to him and slaps him across the face telling him to pull it together.  Medley nods in acceptance.  Out next comes the champions.  Prestige Inc has all members present including the Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.

Prestige Inc retain the 6 man titles.  Hardly Predictable leave disappointed.  Bran-Don-Goh and Casey Jones don’t even walk with Medley.

We cut to the back where B and Casey try to get to the bottom of Medley’s issue.  “You know guys” Mike begins “I…I don’t know where my head is at.  I’m…I don’t know.”  “Does this have anything to do with the guy you saw before in the storage area?” Bran-Don-Goh asked.  “Yes.  He is someone from my past…someone I had to get away from.  I thought I was in the clear but he seems to have found me.  With him around, I can say that my head won’t be in the right place so I need time to think.”  Casey then spoke up “Well you better think fast as we’re the #1 contenders for the Tag Team titles.”  Mike sadly continued “I don’t think I can do it.  Bran-Don-Goh…you’re just as good as me if not better.  I think you should take my place and team with Casey.  I hope you both do well.”  Bran-Don-Goh walked up and shook Medley’s hand “A place will always be here for you in HP when you’re ready to return.”  Mike shook B’s hand and looked to Casey who refused to shake his hand.  Mike then said “Well, I’ll be seeing ya.”  He then turned and walked away.

 
We cut back to the ring and Alicia Fox is already there for her match against Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  Before the match could begin, Alicia demanded this be a best of 3 falls to ensure the champ did not run away.  Raquel had no intention of running away so she agreed.  2 minutes later, Alicia scores the first pin after catching the champ (who was flirting with her husband Reid Rothchild) with a bridging northern lights suplex (she also had her foot on the bottom rope and the ref did not see it).  No amount of complaining would change the ref’s mind.  The bell rang again signaling the next fall and Raquel took the match to Alicia.  10 minutes later, Raquel picks up the win after catching her opponent in an ankle lock and turning it into a pin combination.  The third round was getting ready to start when Master Bull came out.  He said that he wanted this to be fair and square so it would be a no-Countout match.  However, Reid and the rest of Prestige Inc would be banned from ringside.  If Alicia had anyone come out on her behalf, she would automatically lose.  For the next 30 minutes, both ladies battled it out like there was no tomorrow.  This time, however, the time limit was enemy to both of them.  The bell rang after 30 minutes signaling a draw.   Both woman were not happy with this decision and Fox said she would see Raquel again. (42 total minutes)

We cut to the back again and see the Axe sitting alone in the locker room with his head in hands.  Once again he hears a voice speaking “Sorry about the loss there buddy.”  Mike looks up to see the stranger from before and it confirms Mike’s worst thoughts.  “What do you want?  Haven’t you caused me enough grief for a lifetime?”  The stranger replies “Man, I want to put the band back together.  It hasn’t been the same since you left.  The thumping of the bass and the pounding of the drums…man, those were some great times.  I don’t understand why you’re acting this way.  We were on top of the world before…and you know it….and we can be again.  Just think….Dirk “the Pick” Devon and Mike “the Axe” Medley…first taking the world of music by storm and now we can do it again in the world of Professional Wrestling.  The Pick and the Axe…what do you think?”  Mike looked up, defeated.  “Just like old times, huh?  Well, if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em, right?”  Mike stands up and shakes Dirk’s hand.  “The Pick and the Axe…I like it.”  “I knew you would” said Dirk.  “Hey, let me buy you a beer and we can chat about old times.  Say, do you remember when we did that concert for HP back in the day…..”  Both men walked out the back into the cold evening air.

The second to last match is getting ready to start and Senor Vampiro is being interviewed with his mentor Pai Mei. 

 
Clarkus Kentus:  Vampiro, tonight you face the man who hurt your mentor and took you out of the announcers booth, El Chango.
Senor Vampiro:  El Chango, you are a coward.  Tonight, you will have nowhere to go and you will have to face me one on one in the ring.”

All of a sudden, in walks El Chango.
 
El Chango:  Senor Vampiro…I implore you not to go on with this match.  Everything that has transpired in the past is just that.  In fact, I have a deal I’d like to make with you.
Senor Vampiro:  I don’t want to hear any of your lies.
El Chango:  Vampiro, what I have to tell you is 100% the truth.
Pai Mei:  Do not listen to him Senor Vampiro.  He is like the serpent spitting out lies.
El Chango:  Listen, If I win tonights match, all I ask is for you to sit down with me and listen to what I have to say.  If you win, you will be free to do whatever you want but I reiterate that this is something you really need to hear.
Senor Vampiro:  Pai Mei, you have taught me much and includes tolerance and acceptance.  El Chango, do not mistake this for weakness.  I have learned much in the art of deceit and misdirection.  Do not take this match lightly.
El Chango:  All I want is 5 undisturbed minutes of your time.  Is that too much to ask?
 
Vampiro goes left and El Chango goes right.  Their match is up next.

 

El Chango comes out first but is not showboating or anything.  He is prepared for this match.  Senor Vampiro follows him out.  They get into the ring and the bell rings.

Senor Vampiro leaves the ring with Pai Mei and celebrates with the fans.  He makes it almost all the way to the back when he turns around and looks at El Chango. He stares for a moment and then continues on his way to the back.

The camera pans to Master Bull’s office and he is sitting talking to someone.  The camera pans around (the fans explode with excitement) and there, sitting opposite him, are the Mexicali Flyers.  They have returned from Japan.  They are still in possession of the tag team titles they won over there.  Master Bull stars off “Good to see you both.”  Tornado en Fuego replies “Good to be back.  Japan treated us very nicely but it’s great to be back home.”  El Dragon Insano spoke up “The HWF and CSWA are our homes.  We were sad to leave here but going to Japan got us these great Tag Team Championships.  I think this represents what we will do here.”  “Putting asses in seats…it’s what we do best” Tornado added.  Master Bull stood up.  “Welcome back boys.  There’s work to be done so let’s get down to it.”

We cut back to the ring.  The main event of the evening is a best of 3 falls match between the challenger HWF World Champion Brock Lesnar and the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Kane.  Brock takes it to the champ and doesn’t let up.  22 minutes later, Brock nails the champ with an F-5 and secures the first pin.  Not one to sit back, Kane turned it up 150%.  He rocked Lesnar with his entire arsenal and in 7 minutes, got his redemption win.  One fall remains and the winner will walk out with the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship.  The final fall goes for 23 minutes and the winner and STILL Undisputed Champion is KANE!  Kane defeated Lesnar with a Clothesline from the top rope.  Kane is exhausted.  Brock is exhausted. Both men are down in the ring.

Suddenly, the lights go off…and a GONG sounds.  The blue lights come on and the crowd goes BALLISTIC as The UNDERTAKER makes his way down to the ring.  He gets in the ring as Kane is trying to get to his feet.  Undertaker gets in the ring and kneels and raises his arm as the lights come up.  Undertaker looks at Kane and the brothers of destruction nod.  Kane goes to leave when Undertaker nails a big boot.  He then calls for the chokeslam and in one swift move, drops Kane like a sack of potatoes.  He then turns to Lesnar who has started to make it to his feet.  Undertaker drags his thumb across this throat and stares Lesnar down.  He begins to pepper Brock with lefts and rights and drops him with a flying clothesline.  He picks him up and nails the Last Ride before locking in the Gogoplata.  He has Brock trapped and is tapping out but Undertaker refuses to let go.  Finally, 4 refs jump in the ring to separate them.  2 of the refs help carry/drag Brock to the back.  Undertaker stands in the ring and points to a fan’s sign which reads “The Road to Wrestlemania starts HERE”.  That sign says it all.  I am sure both Kane and Brock Lesnar will have something to say once they’ve recovered enough.
