Hello fans and welcome to our final tour as we lead up to our second biggest PPV of the year Starcade.  This upcoming tour begins in Dallas, continues on to San Antonio and then over to Austin before ending in Humble, TX for the start of Starcade week.  This tour sees the return of Casey Jones back to action.  Before the tour began, there was some backstage news surfacing.  First, Mick Foley approached Master Bull about Casey “crashing” his comedy show in Chicago.  He said that there was no way that he and Casey were going to settle things in a single show.  He began lobbying to have all of his alter egos show up for each show.  Master Bull thought that that would be good for business so starting in Dallas, Casey Jones would take on Dude Love; in San Antonio, he would take on Cactus Jack in a “Battle at the Alamo”; in Austin, he would take on Mankind and finally, in Humble, Casey will get his hands on “Mick Foley” and they will get to settle things once and for all.

As soon as Mick left Master Bull’s office, Bull received a visit from the Women’s Champion Gail Kim.   After Gail and Raquel had their 30 minute battle, Gail Kim came in demanding another match with the Ravishing one.  Master Bull said that they would indeed meet again but their title match would not be happening until Starcade.  Gail said that she wanted Raquel in a match before that.  Bull said he would make it happen during the early part of the Texas tour.  Gail left happy.

The next vignette that played was around Reid Rothchild.  Apparently, at some time during the last tour, Reid’s title was stolen.  Reid has been raising holy hell in trying to find out what happened to his property.  Not even Raquel’s beauty and charm could calm him down.  Reid filmed a vignette where he addressed this travesty of justice.

“I know I’m the greatest, being Elite and all but when someone stoops so low as to steal my property without being man or monster enough to face me and take my title off my dead, lifeless body, that sinks to an all new low.  I don’t know who you are but I officially challenge you to a match at Starcade.  If you think you’re worthy, meet me in the ring and I’ll send you home empty-handed.  That is an Elite promise.”

After this aired, this writer took a poll to look at all the people who could have stolen the title and what the chances are that the thief is them.  All of these people have made mention at some time in the past 11 months of taking Reid’s title.  The odds are listed below with a brief description as to why.

Master Bull – 25% - Master Bull has been a thorn in Reid’s side for the majority of the year

Mike “the Axe” Medley – 20% - Medley, a former lackey, decided to stand up to the egotistical one.

Donnie B – 15% - These 2 feuded the first part of the year over a “parking spot”. DB is mostly retired now.

Negronomicon – 15% - N insulted Reid and Raquel and paid the price

Super Warrior - 12% - Super Warrior has been wandering around backstage badmouthing Reid for the last year.

John Cena – 10% - Cena made comments that the Elitist title was joke and that anyone could win it.

Uncle Nova – 2% - even retired, Nova still made the list.  The former Monopoly Jr tried to hit on Raquel.

Chris Jericho – 1% - Jericho, semi-retired, had a brief feud with Reid for stealing catchphrases.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2013 12.2 – The Florida Tour

Hello Fans, welcome back to our newsletter.  In this issue, we recap the Florida tour that took place in Tampa, Orlando and Miami.  It was also decided by Master Bull that the CSWA titles were behind in defenses.  This means that the champions will get to wrestle multiple times over this tour.  The rematch between Angle and Cena will take place in Tampa.

Florida Tour

Tampa Show

The show began with Reid Rothchild and Ravishing Raquel coming down to ringside.  Reid got on the mic and basically said they had legal action suit against Master Bull for not reviewing all questionable footage where it showed (doctored?) Raquel’s foot was on the ropes.  Reid said that he would dismiss the suit as long as Master Bull put Raquel back in a match with Gail Kim with the stipulation that he be allowed to act as the guest referee.  Master Bull came out and questioned Reid’s qualifications to referee a match. Reid produced his “referee’s license” saying that he would call it down the middle or he would give up ever being a ref again. Master Bull agreed but said the match would take place in Miami.

The first match on the card is Miz defending the X-Division title against Abyss.  Abyss was none too happy with what went down with his “brother” Joseph Park.  Unfortunately for all his posturing, Miz dominated like a champ and in 19 minutes, defeated Abyss with a Skull Crushing Finale.

Next on the card is Sheamus taking on Roman Reigns.  In 20 minutes, Sheamus gets the win with a Celtic Cross Bomb.  Sheamus is positioning himself for another future title shot.

           

The next match is US Champion AJ Styles vs Zack Ryder.  Just after the match began, Daniel Bryan came down and sat at the announcer’s booth.  In 8 minutes, AJ nails a Styles Clash on Ryder on the outside of the ring.  Ryder gets counted out.  AJ and Bryan stare at each other before AJ walks away.

Next we have Magnus taking on Matt Hardy for the European title.  Matt held his own but just could not put the champ down.  The match goes to a 30 minute draw.

The next match is for the 6 man tag team titles with the champs Samoa Joe and the Uso’s taking on the team of King Mo, Mr. Wrestling 4 and Ezekiel Jackson.  The champs get the win in 3 minutes after Mr. Wrestling 4 got counted out.  Joe had tossed 4 into the crowd and the man in black nailed 4 with a chair knocking him out.  King Mo and Ezekiel Jackson chased after the man in black through the crowd but were unable to catch him.

The second to last match of the night is Dean Ambrose taking on the Negronomicon with the winner of the match getting the title shot against Bobby Roode in Orlando.  After executing a Dragon Snap Suplex from the top rope, Negronomicon rolls up Ambrose and with his feet on the ropes, gets the 1-2-3.  Negronomicon is now getting the next shot at Bobby Roode.

The main event will be a rematch between the CSWA World Champion Kurt Angle vs John Cena.  In 15 minutes, Cena nails the F-U and makes the cover and gets the pin.  John Cena has regained the World title.  These two will meet in a rubber match in Miami and one will walk out the official champion.

Orlando Show

The show begins with Professor Cobra taking on Brodus Clay.  In 8 ½ minutes, Cobra gets the win after Brodus Clay got counted out. 

Next on the card is Internet Media Champion Bobby Roode taking on the Negronomicon.  In 6 minutes, Bobby Roode gets a pin after a back suplex.  After the match, Donnie B runs in and unmasks the Negronomicon.  Negronomicon nails a Doom Bomb on Donnie B and then hightails it out of the ring.

Next up is the Women’s Champion Gail Kim defending her title against Fusion Valentine.  Before the match could begin, Ravishing Raquel made her way to ringside to watch the match.  The match was going Fusion’s way until she got tossed out of the ring by the Women’s champion.  As Gail distracted the ref, Raquel got up and nailed Fusion with a chair shot.  Ms. Valentine dropped.  The ref returned to making his count and Fusion ended up getting counted out.  After the match, Raquel was asked why she attacked Fusion and Raquel’s response was that she didn’t want to take any chances with Gail losing her title before Raquel could (and would) gain it back.

Next on the card is European Champion Magnus taking on Kevin Steen.  Magnus came to the ring with his tag team partner King Damian Sandow.  This one went the distance.  The champ controlled the match and even with interference from his royal highness, Steen just wouldn’t give up.

Following that match was Marshall William Pearl vs Bran-Don-Goh for a future US title shot.  In 12 minutes, Pearl retains his title shot after he knocks out Bran-Don-Goh with a chair shot on the outside fo the ring and B never made it back in.

The final title match of the night has El Chango defending the North American Title against Ezekiel Jackson.  At the beginning of the match, Handsome G gave El Chango some advice and it did wonders.  Chango couldn’t be stopped.  He ran roughshot all over Jackson for 12 minutes.  In the end, Jackson gets pinned after El Chango hits the Diamond Dust. 

The main event of the night is Undertaker taking on Ryback.  In an 11 minute asskicking, Undertaker secures the win after planting Ryback with the Last Ride.

Miami Show

The show began with a bang.  Rey Mysterio went up against Christian in a non-title match.  In 7 ½ minutes, Christian and Rey are fighting on the outside of the ring.  Christian nails a one-man concerto and takes Rey down.  Christian barely rolls back in before the 10 count.  Christian gets the win and a possible title match soon.

Following that match is the A-Team (Alberto Del Rio and Austin Aries) taking on Cowboy Shizzle and Marshall William Pearl.  The match goes to 30 minutes and is declared a time limit draw.

King Damian Sandow vs Super Warrior followed.  In 9 minutes, King Damian gets the win after a low blow and then a roll up.

US Champion AJ Styles took on his newest challenger Seth Rollins from the Shield.  In 24 minutes, Styles retains after he nails Rollins with a gut buster.

 Next up is Ken Anderson taking on Randy Orton.  In 11 minutes, Orton gets the win after hitting Mr. Anderson with an RKO.

Our second to last match is a Non-title match: Gail Kim vs Ravishing Raquel with special guest ref Reid Rothchild.  Reid came down first dressed in his referee attire.  Gail came out next followed by Ravishing Raquel.  Master Bull then came out and told Reid that if there is any impropriety shown in this match, he would be banned from refereeing another match.  Each time that Gail tried to go for a pin, Reid would act as if he got hurt in some way, shape or form.  Sometimes it was something in his eye or he pulled his hamstring, etc.  He also tried to count Gail out but she always beat the count.  The match finally hits the 30 minute mark and the bell rings.  Raquel then grabs Reid’s title and blasts Gail with it.  She then stands over the body of the champ and tells her she’ll see her in Texas.

The main event is the rubber match for the CSWA world title with champion John Cena vs Kurt Angle in a Steel cage.   This one went 20 minutes and was controlled by the champ.  Cena had total control until he got catapulted into the cage.  He went down hard.  Angle went to the top of the cage and nailed a B-52 moonsault on the champ.  He made the cover and got the pin.  He then crawled to the door and made it out.  Kurt Angle is once again the CSWA World Heavyweight Champion.

HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2013 12.1 – The Midwest Tour

Hello fans.  Welcome back.  We hope you had a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend and survived Black Friday.  Our performers had the rest of last week off to spend with their families and friends. 

Before this tour started, Christian approached Master Bull and asked to be traded to the HWF.  He felt that he’d hit a roadblock in the CSWA and needed a change of pace.  Master Bull agreed and signed him over (he did make sure all the I’s were dotted and the T’s were crossed).  HWF World Champion came by and then Christian attacked Rey Mysterio and challenged him for the World title.  Christian locked him in a sharpshooter and got Mysterio to agree to the match.  After the match was signed, Master Bull reminded Rey that there was already a world title match in Chicago against CM Punk so this tour would see the HWF World title defended twice.

Also, since Casey Jones went through Hell the last couple of weeks, Master Bull gave him some time off to recover.  Mick Foley was also told not to show up or have any interaction with Casey until Texas.  We’ll see if he abides by that. 

With all that out of the way, here are the results from the different shows.

Milwaukee show

The show began with Ravishing Raquel and “The Elitist” Reid Rothchild making their way down to the ring.  Raquel got on the mic and explained that Gail Kim cheated to take the title.  Raquel had the guys in the back roll some footage which showed Raquel’s foot on the bottom rope as the count was made.  Raquel called Gail a cheating champion and said she wanted a rematch.  This prompted Gail to come out and she corrected Raquel that the win was achieved clean.  She showed match footage from their second encounter where the pin was clean.  Uh, oh, someone has doctored footage.  Master Bull came out and said he would review the footage and make a decision later.

The first match was a Tag team match: Del Rio and Aries vs the Prime Time Players (non-title):  In just under one minute, ADR locks Darren Young in the Rolling Cross Armbar and got him to tap out. 

US title rematch: Daniel Bryan vs AJ Styles:  In 5 minutes, AJ hits a springboard face smash and Bryan goes down.  AJ makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.  AJ has regained the US title.  Master Bull comes out and says that the main event tonight will be the rubber match between these two in a steel cage.  The winner will walk out THE champion.

Rematch: Kazarian vs Ken Anderson:  In 26 minutes, Kazarian gets the win after planting Mr. Anderson with a slingshot DDT.

Next up is our next title match for the Internet Media Championship: Dean Ambrose vs. Bobby Roode:  In 21 minutes, Bobby Roode nails a clubbing forearm knocking out Ambrose.  He makes the cover and gets the pin.  Bobby Roode has become the new Internet Media Champion.  A rematch will be set for later. 

Next on the card is Bran-Don-Goh vs Brad Maddox:  In 10 minutes, Bran-Don-Goh and Brad Maddox brawl on the outside of the ring.  B throws Maddox into the ringpost and then rolls back in beating the count.  Bran-Don-Goh gets the win via countout.

Cowboy Shizzle vs Curtis Axel:  For this match, the Cowboy was TOLD he would have to wrestle or would be in breach of his contract (this one actually stated that he would have to wrestle a minimum of once a month).  Both men held their own until about 24 minutes in, Donnie B made his way down from the audience and sat in the front row.  Shizzle got distracted and a minute later, got pinned after Axel nailed a running clothesline.  Donnie B left without any physical altercation.

Our second to last match of the evening is for the European title match: Magnus vs the X-Division champion, the Miz.  Magnus was accompanied to the ring by King Damian Sandow.  In 16 minutes, Magnus gets the Miz to tap out to the sharpshooter.

Our main event is the rubber match for the US title taking place inside a steel cage:  AJ Styles vs Daniel Bryan.  At 14 minutes, AJ nails a reverse STF and pins Bryan.  Now, it is a rush to see who gets out of the cage first.  Bryan begins to climb the cage after AJ and they brawl briefly at the top of the cage.  AJ somehow hits a side kick to Bryan’s face and he falls back in.  AJ climbs down and secures the win along with being the official US Champion.

Chicago show

Before the show began, we found out two things:  Mick Foley was in town doing a comedy show and Casey Jones just happened to be there.  Casey heckled Foley on stage and the fans went along with it.  There was no physical contact between the two.

            The show began with Miz taking on Abyss for the X-Division Title.  In 18 minutes, Miz retains after             kicking Abyss numerous times while down.

           

The next match on the card was Super Warrior vs. Negronomicon.  After 2 minutes of doing practically nothing, Negronomicon got bored and walked out. Super Warrior gets the win via CO.

The 3^rd match on the card has Ravishing Raquel challenging Brie Bella for her upcoming title shot.  In 10 minutes, Raquel hits the Simply Ravishing and gets the pin.  Raquel is back in the title hunt.

Up next has Kofi Kingston taking on Kevin Steen.  Steen has not seen a lot of action lately so he said that if he could not beat Kofi tonight, he’d consider hanging up his boots.  Fortunately, he didn’t have to.  Kevin Steen gets the win in 14 minutes after wearing Kofi down with a chinlock.

Samoa Joe and the Uso’s are up next defending their 6 man titles against 3MB.  In 16 minutes, Samoa Joe pins Heath Slater after hitting him with a muscle buster.

Our second to last match of the night has the North American Champion El Chango taking on Dolph Ziggler.  Chango was getting his ass handed to him until Handsome G decided to throw his wisdom in.  G got Chango to toss Ziggler out of the ring and G then sacrificed himself to pummeling in order for Ziggler to get counted out.  El Chango wins the match and retains his title via countout.

The main event of the evening is HWF World Champion Rey Mysterio Jr defending his title against CM Punk.  Punk is the hometown favorite.  Before the match began, Master Bull came out and said that if Rey loses the title here, the rematches will take place immediately since the title has to be defended again in Indianapolis.  This match was very evenly matched up and for 21 minutes, neither man could get a leg up.  At the 22 minute mark, Punk nails a Punk handle piledriver but Mysterio is back up quickly and nails a 6-1-9.  Mysterio makes the cover and gets the win.  Rey is still the World Heavyweight Champion.  After the match, Christian ran down and nailed Rey with the Unprettier.  Christian held up the World title as the show came to an end.

Indianapolis show

The show began with a recap of Christian attacking Rey at the end of the Chicago show.  Christian eventually dropped the title on the unconscious champion before leaving.  We will actually have two world title matches in this show.  Rey vs Christian will be for the HWF title and John Cena will be taking on Kurt Angle for the CSWA World title.

The first match of the evening was Women’s Champion Gail Kim defending her title against Velvet Sky.  In 22 minutes, Gail locks in a dragon sleeper and Velvet taps out.  Gail retains her title but she calls out Ravishing Raquel.  Raquel comes to the top of the ramp but then leaves.

Next up is the Intercontinental title match with champion Jay Lethal taking on Antonio Cesaro from the A-Team.  Cesaro comes out with his teammates the World Tag Team Champions Alberto Del Rio and Austin Aries (both will also be in action tonight for the belts).  At the 19 minute mark, Del Rio tried to hit Lethal when he was on the outside of the ring but the ref saw it and kicked Del Rio and Aries out from ringside.  While Cesaro was complaining, Lethal hit the Lethal Combination and got the 1-2-3.  Jay Lethal is still the IC champion.

 The next match on the card has Marshall William Pearl taking on Darren Young.  In 19 minutes, Young nails a back elbow jab and gets the pin.

Next up has The Bella Twins taking on Natalya Neidhart and ODB.  This one went 22 minutes and was controlled solely by Natalya and ODB.  Brie was getting beat on pretty bad but then Nikki made the illegal switch and rolled up Natalya for the 1-2-3.  The Bella’s get a win!

Next on the card is the Tag team title rematch: Del Rio and Aries (champs) vs Big Show and Kane.  The current champs held their own against the former champs.  At the 24 minute mark, Kane got frustrated they couldn’t pin the champs so he hurled Aries into the crowd.  Aries got counted out so Show and Kane win the match but not the titles.  Del Rio and Aries are still the world tag team champions.

Our second to last match has the CSWA World Heavyweight Champion John Cena taking on the Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle.  This one goes 15 minutes and was evenly matched up. Early on, Cena got tossed out of the ring and landed bad on his foot.  He was noticeably limping throughout the rest of the match.  He stayed toe to toe with the challenger but after a leg sweep, Kurt locked in the Ankle lock in the middle of the ring.  Cena had nowhere to go and tapped out.  Kurt Angle has won the CSWA World Title.  Cena will get a rematch on the next tour.

The main event of the night is Rey Mysterio vs Christian for the HWF World title.  In 13 minutes, and after a little retribution, Rey got the pin on Christian after hitting a flying dropkick.  After the match, Christian tried to attack Rey again but ended up eating a 6-1-9.  The show ended with the champion celebrating with his championship held high.
