Hello fans. Welcome
back. We hope you had a fantastic
Thanksgiving weekend and survived Black Friday.
Our performers had the rest of last week off to spend with their
families and friends.
Before this tour started, Christian approached Master Bull
and asked to be traded to the HWF. He
felt that he’d hit a roadblock in the CSWA and needed a change of pace. Master Bull agreed and signed him over (he
did make sure all the I’s were dotted and the T’s were crossed). HWF World Champion came by and then Christian
attacked Rey Mysterio and challenged him for the World title. Christian locked him in a sharpshooter and
got Mysterio to agree to the match. After
the match was signed, Master Bull reminded Rey that there was already a world
title match in Chicago against CM Punk so this tour would see the HWF World
title defended twice.
Also, since Casey Jones went through Hell the last couple of
weeks, Master Bull gave him some time off to recover. Mick Foley was also told not to show up or
have any interaction with Casey until Texas.
We’ll see if he abides by that.
With all that out of the way, here are the results from the
different shows.
Milwaukee show
The show began with Ravishing
Raquel and “The Elitist” Reid Rothchild making their way down to the ring. Raquel got on the mic and explained that Gail
Kim cheated to take the title. Raquel
had the guys in the back roll some footage which showed Raquel’s foot on the
bottom rope as the count was made.
Raquel called Gail a cheating champion and said she wanted a
rematch. This prompted Gail to come out
and she corrected Raquel that the win was achieved clean. She showed match footage from their second
encounter where the pin was clean. Uh,
oh, someone has doctored footage. Master
Bull came out and said he would review the footage and make a decision later.
The first match was a Tag team
match: Del Rio and Aries vs the Prime Time Players (non-title): In just under one minute, ADR locks Darren
Young in the Rolling Cross Armbar and got him to tap out.
US title rematch: Daniel Bryan vs
AJ Styles: In 5 minutes, AJ hits a
springboard face smash and Bryan goes down.
AJ makes the cover and gets the 1-2-3.
AJ has regained the US title.
Master Bull comes out and says that the main event tonight will be the
rubber match between these two in a steel cage.
The winner will walk out THE champion.
Rematch: Kazarian vs Ken Anderson: In 26 minutes, Kazarian gets the win after
planting Mr. Anderson with a slingshot DDT.
Next up is our next title match for
the Internet Media Championship: Dean Ambrose vs. Bobby Roode: In 21 minutes, Bobby Roode nails a clubbing
forearm knocking out Ambrose. He makes
the cover and gets the pin. Bobby Roode
has become the new Internet Media Champion.
A rematch will be set for later.
Next on the card is Bran-Don-Goh vs
Brad Maddox: In 10 minutes, Bran-Don-Goh
and Brad Maddox brawl on the outside of the ring. B throws Maddox into the ringpost and then
rolls back in beating the count.
Bran-Don-Goh gets the win via countout.
Cowboy Shizzle vs Curtis Axel: For this match, the Cowboy was TOLD he would
have to wrestle or would be in breach of his contract (this one actually stated
that he would have to wrestle a minimum of once a month). Both men held their own until about 24
minutes in, Donnie B made his way down from the audience and sat in the front
row. Shizzle got distracted and a minute
later, got pinned after Axel nailed a running clothesline. Donnie B left without any physical
altercation.
Our second to last match of the
evening is for the European title match: Magnus vs the X-Division champion, the
Miz. Magnus was accompanied to the ring
by King Damian Sandow. In 16 minutes,
Magnus gets the Miz to tap out to the sharpshooter.
Our main event is the rubber match
for the US title taking place inside a steel cage: AJ Styles vs Daniel Bryan. At 14 minutes, AJ nails a reverse STF and
pins Bryan. Now, it is a rush to see who
gets out of the cage first. Bryan begins
to climb the cage after AJ and they brawl briefly at the top of the cage. AJ somehow hits a side kick to Bryan’s face
and he falls back in. AJ climbs down and
secures the win along with being the official US Champion.
Chicago show
Before the show began, we found out
two things: Mick Foley was in town doing
a comedy show and Casey Jones just happened to be there. Casey heckled Foley on stage and the fans went
along with it. There was no physical
contact between the two.
The show
began with Miz taking on Abyss for the X-Division Title. In 18 minutes, Miz retains after kicking Abyss numerous times while
down.
The next match on the card was
Super Warrior vs. Negronomicon. After 2
minutes of doing practically nothing, Negronomicon got bored and walked out.
Super Warrior gets the win via CO.
The 3rd match on the
card has Ravishing Raquel challenging Brie Bella for her upcoming title
shot. In 10 minutes, Raquel hits the
Simply Ravishing and gets the pin.
Raquel is back in the title hunt.
Up next has Kofi Kingston taking on
Kevin Steen. Steen has not seen a lot of
action lately so he said that if he could not beat Kofi tonight, he’d consider
hanging up his boots. Fortunately, he
didn’t have to. Kevin Steen gets the win
in 14 minutes after wearing Kofi down with a chinlock.
Samoa Joe and the Uso’s are up next
defending their 6 man titles against 3MB.
In 16 minutes, Samoa Joe pins Heath Slater after hitting him with a
muscle buster.
Our second to last match of the
night has the North American Champion El Chango taking on Dolph Ziggler. Chango was getting his ass handed to him
until Handsome G decided to throw his wisdom in. G got Chango to toss Ziggler out of the ring
and G then sacrificed himself to pummeling in order for Ziggler to get counted
out. El Chango wins the match and
retains his title via countout.
The main event of the evening is
HWF World Champion Rey Mysterio Jr defending his title against CM Punk. Punk is the hometown favorite. Before the match began, Master Bull came out
and said that if Rey loses the title here, the rematches will take place
immediately since the title has to be defended again in Indianapolis. This match was very evenly matched up and for
21 minutes, neither man could get a leg up.
At the 22 minute mark, Punk nails a Punk handle piledriver but Mysterio
is back up quickly and nails a 6-1-9.
Mysterio makes the cover and gets the win. Rey is still the World Heavyweight
Champion. After the match, Christian ran
down and nailed Rey with the Unprettier.
Christian held up the World title as the show came to an end.
Indianapolis show
The show began with a recap of
Christian attacking Rey at the end of the Chicago show. Christian eventually dropped the title on the
unconscious champion before leaving. We
will actually have two world title matches in this show. Rey vs Christian will be for the HWF title
and John Cena will be taking on Kurt Angle for the CSWA World title.
The first match of the evening was
Women’s Champion Gail Kim defending her title against Velvet Sky. In 22 minutes, Gail locks in a dragon sleeper
and Velvet taps out. Gail retains her
title but she calls out Ravishing Raquel.
Raquel comes to the top of the ramp but then leaves.
Next up is the Intercontinental
title match with champion Jay Lethal taking on Antonio Cesaro from the
A-Team. Cesaro comes out with his
teammates the World Tag Team Champions Alberto Del Rio and Austin Aries (both
will also be in action tonight for the belts).
At the 19 minute mark, Del Rio tried to hit Lethal when he was on the
outside of the ring but the ref saw it and kicked Del Rio and Aries out from
ringside. While Cesaro was complaining,
Lethal hit the Lethal Combination and got the 1-2-3. Jay Lethal is still the IC champion.
The next match on the card has Marshall
William Pearl taking on Darren Young. In
19 minutes, Young nails a back elbow jab and gets the pin.
Next up has The Bella Twins taking
on Natalya Neidhart and ODB. This one
went 22 minutes and was controlled solely by Natalya and ODB. Brie was getting beat on pretty bad but then
Nikki made the illegal switch and rolled up Natalya for the 1-2-3. The Bella’s get a win!
Next on the card is the Tag team
title rematch: Del Rio and Aries (champs) vs Big Show and Kane. The current champs held their own against the
former champs. At the 24 minute mark,
Kane got frustrated they couldn’t pin the champs so he hurled Aries into the
crowd. Aries got counted out so Show and
Kane win the match but not the titles.
Del Rio and Aries are still the world tag team champions.
Our second to last match has the
CSWA World Heavyweight Champion John Cena taking on the Olympic gold medalist
Kurt Angle. This one goes 15 minutes and
was evenly matched up. Early on, Cena got tossed out of the ring and landed bad
on his foot. He was noticeably limping
throughout the rest of the match. He
stayed toe to toe with the challenger but after a leg sweep, Kurt locked in the
Ankle lock in the middle of the ring.
Cena had nowhere to go and tapped out.
Kurt Angle has won the CSWA World Title.
Cena will get a rematch on the next tour.
The main event of the night is Rey Mysterio
vs Christian for the HWF World title. In
13 minutes, and after a little retribution, Rey got the pin on Christian after
hitting a flying dropkick. After the
match, Christian tried to attack Rey again but ended up eating a 6-1-9. The show ended with the champion celebrating
with his championship held high.
