Wrestling Newsletter Year 5 (2010)_1.4

Hello everyone. As we stated at the end of the last newsletter, there’s tons going on trying to get the top 10 situated as soon as possible so the champs can go on to defend their championships. A few notes: The HWF World Champion Randy Orton actually lost a match (by DQ) so he has a loss to his record. CSWA World Champion Booker T is still undefeated and the CSWA person with the closest record is Devon Dudley with 7 wins and one loss. Devon is on fire. Also of note, it has been decided that as soon as everyone on each roster has 5 matches wrestled under their belts, the top 10 will finally be completed (instead of waiting for everyone to wrestle 10 matches).

Jay Lethal then came down and tried to figure out what the Kraken was up to. Kraken attacked him and that led to the next match. This match went a little longer with the Kraken taking control early but Black Machismo battled back quickly. Lethal connected with the flying elbow but not good enough for a 3. The Kraken nailed a chop block to Lethal’s leg and Jay went down. The Kraken locked in the figure four but Lethal made it to the ropes. The Kraken locked it in again but this time held on to the ropes. Lethal had no choice but to tap out. The Kraken wins another match. He went for a chair again but the ref managed to get Lethal out of the ring before any more damage could be inflicted.

Then the North American Champion Carlito came out and told the Kraken that if he could beat him here, right now, in this non-title match, he would grant him a title shot. The Kraken accepted. Carlito started off with a clothesline. The Kraken answered with a kick to the groin. Carlito came back with one of his own and then Kraken tossed him into the corner. Another groin kick from the Kraken and Carlito crumbles. Carlito goes for an arm bar and twist and gets tossed out of the ring for a 7 count. The Kraken then nails a piledriver for a 2 count. A sleeperhold from the challenger and then an attempted pin results in a one count for the Kraken. Kraken hits another groin kick, a pin attempt and a 2 count. Kraken hits a piledriver and a pin attempt but only gets 2. Kraken is tossed from the ring but is back in at 7. The Kraken hits another piledriver and with his feet on the ropes, gets the 1-2-3. Kraken is now the #1 contender for the North American title.

This brings out the X-Division Champion Kurt Angle. Angle states that he is already the #1 contender as he is a title holder at that already qualifies him as such. Angle said that no one gets a title match before him. Kraken then motioned for Angle to come to the ring. Angle jumped at the chance. Angle says that this match will only have a 15 minute time limit. Kraken must defeat him if he wants to become the true #1 contender. The match went to a full 15 minutes and ended in a draw. Kurt still won’t back down. He says that the Kraken can have another chance later and he walked away.

Charlie Haas got his rematch with the Kraken. The Kraken still hasn’t given us any reason as to why he’s doing all this. I would assume that it is leading up to something. Before the match officially started, the Kraken took a steel chair and nailed Haas in the leg with it. The bell finally rang and Haas was already at a disadvantage. At the five minute mark, the Kraken locked in a figure four in the middle of the ring. Haas, already in a world of hurt, had to give up. The Kraken then got the chair again and put Haas’ leg in it. He went to the top rope, jumped off and landed on the chair. It looks like Charlie’s leg is severely injured but luckily is not broken. The refs had to come in and restrain the Kraken from doing any more damage. Haas was taken out on a stretcher. It also appears that the Kraken has been wrestling on both CSWA and HWF shows. William Regal has agreed that the Kraken can go after any title.

The CSWA now officially has had everyone wrestle at least 5 matches. The best records are currently held by the World Champion Booker T and the Kraken (6 wins, 0 losses – CSWA and 3 wins, 1 loss in the HWF). The worst record is held by Goldust (0 wins, 6 losses).

Hello Fans. Welcome back to our third installment. In this issue, we will recap the matches held. These matches are basically qualifying matches. The results from the HWF and CSWA were held in multiple cities over the span of a few days. The results were as follows:

Fit Finley got a win over the World Champion in a non-title match by count out after Finley hit the champ with his shillelagh and the champ could not get back in the ring before the 10 count. Finley went on to say that since he beat the champ, he deserves a title shot. We will see what ruling William Regal makes.

In the lumberjack match between the Negronomicon and Christian, Christian got the win after hitting the one man concerto. The lumberjacks on the outside of the ring never let the Negronomicon out of the ring and the one time he tried to escape, he got his butt handed to him.

Hello Fans. Well, we are ready to recap the results from the HWF show held in Orlando Fl. No titles were on the line. Since we are still trying to figure out rankings, it is expected that all wrestlers have 10 matches under their belt and from those results, the top contenders will be determined.

The newcomer the Kraken took on the Bruiser. Kraken started off by kicking the Bruiser in the groin and then the Bruiser did the same. The Kraken then nailed the Bruiser in the head with a chair. The Kraken then delivers a piledriver while the Bruiser does absolutely nothing. The Kraken then locks in a sleeperhold and drops Bruiser. He goes for a pin but Bruiser kicks out at 2. Kraken tries to throw Bruiser out of the ring but Bruiser manages to stop it. The Bruiser hits a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker but is unable to make a cover. Bruiser then connects with an impressive dropkick. Kraken battles back by kicking Bruiser in the groin and going for a cover but Bruiser kicks out at one. Bruiser tries to toss Kraken out of the ring but it is reversed and Kraken locks in a nasty headlock. The Kraken then locked in a figure four leglock in the middle of the ring. Bruiser had nowhere to go so he tapped out. The Kraken wins his first match in the HWF. After the match, Kraken took the Bruiser to the outside of the ring, pulled up the mats and then piledrove him right on the concrete. The refs came down to break it up but the Bruiser was busted open and gushing. The medics came down and took the Bruiser away on a stretcher.

1st Main Event: Kurt Angle defeats Undisputed Champion Samoa Joe by ankle lock submission.
2nd Main Event: This match was supposed to be Classy Travis Massie taking on the Negronomicon but Massie was called away on legal matters. In his place, he asked HWF World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton to take his place. He was happy to oblige. Of course, this is a non-title match since Negronomicon can’t wrestle for any title for 6 months. To avoid any misunderstandings, this match would be a no count-out match with a 30 minute time limit. Negronomicon hit a doom bomb but Randy went for a pin and pulled on tights. Randy got a 1 count. Randy tried for a poke to the eye but N nullified it. Randy reverses a thrust kick and wails on Negronomicon with rapid punches. Negronomicon reversed a throw out of ring and hit a doom bomb. Randy then reversed a throw out of ring and took down his opponent with a flying dropkick. He then pulled on the tights and went for a pin. The ref counted 1…2…..3. Randy Orton is the winner of the match.

A few tournaments were held to try to get some matches logged. The first tournament was won by MW3 (defeating JTG, the Hurricane and Matt Hardy). The second tournament was won by HHH who defeated Elijah Burke, Super Warrior and Mohammed Hassan.

Wrestling Newsletter Year 5 (2010) 1.1

Hello fans. Welcome to the first newsletter of 2010. We started off the year with the transitioning of the champions as well as crowning new HWF champions. Let’s first start with the HWF.
Reinstated GM William Regal came down first with the championship belts. He then called out Kurt Angle. Angle came down and accepted the X-Division title. Next, Carlito came down and was given the North American title. Carlito got on the mic and stated that the name of the belt is discriminatory and that it should be referred to as the Latino Championship. Regal disagreed and all but kicked Carlito out of the ring. Carlito yelled that Regal would be sorry for doing that and left. Next, Christian came down and accepted the Intercontinental title. Christian gloated and said that it was a good thing Edge was in the CSWA so he could not get a shot at HIS title (it was stolen from him during the Negronomicon’s reign of terror). He then left the ring. Finally, Randy Orton came down and ripped the World title out of Regal’s hands. He also took the mic and started with his ranting. “This has been a long time coming. I’ve been held down and back worse than any wrestler in the history of this sport. Finally, I get what I deserve…the World Heavyweight title. My next step, of course, will be to defeat Samoa Joe, that over-weight blob and take my rightful place as the “ruler” of this kingdom. I am unstoppable.” Orton’s speech was cut off early when Regal grabbed the mic back. For this insult, Orton delivered a quick RKO to the GM. He then took his belt and went to the back.
Regal wasn’t really in any shape to do the CSWA presentations so out came owner Jeff Meyers. He first called down all of the 2009 champions and asked that they surrender the titles. Jay Lethal came down first and said it was an honor to retire as the Cruiserweight champion. He enjoyed working in the CSWA and looks forward to maybe wrestling there again one day. Out next came Bobby Lashley and he handed over the TV title. Bobby then was asked to say in the ring. Next, Edge came out carrying the US and World titles. He handed them over very reluctantly. I am guessing Lashley was asked to stay just in case something happened with Edge as it just had with Randy Orton. Mr. Meyers then called down Mark Henry, Hulk Hogan and Booker T. Mark Henry was told that this was supposed to be a belt for cruiserweights but since none made it to the finals, as long as Henry was holding this belt, it would be referred to as the Hardcore title. If Henry was to lose this belt (it can only be defended against cruiserweights) or gain a different belt, the championship will revert back to the Cruiserweight name and if need be, a tournament will be held to see who will fill the vacated spot. Hulk Hogan was given the TV title and he felt that he should have been World Champion. Mr. Meyers informed him that like all other CSWA wrestlers, he will have to prove his worth and challenge for it just like anyone else. Bobby Lashley was then given the US title which he proudly accepted. Finally, Booker T was awarded the World Heavyweight Championship. Booker went on to say that with the exception of a small period of time, 2009 was his year as world champion and 2010 would be a repeat of that. He also said that 2010 was his year to win the Undisputed Championship and that he will make sure that Randy Orton is not going to get a shot at all. Before leaving, Mr. Meyers said that he was re-instating the count-out rule. If a champion was counted out during a title match, he would lose the title. He also said that the next piece of information should come from Donnie B but he wanted to break the news first.
It was announced that the Hall of Fame has a new member. He is the monster Umaga. The wrestler known as Umaga died towards the end of 2009. His battles with MW3 will be remembered and he will be missed. A last minute update: At the end of 2009, wrestling lost another superstar. Dr. Death Steve Williams lost his long fight with throat cancer. We extend our condolences to the family and friends of both Umaga and Dr. Death. RIP guys. Dr. Death and Umaga will both be inducted into our 2010 class of the Wrestling Hall of Fame.

Donnie B then came out as Jeff Meyers was leaving. Donnie B was handed the mic. The standing ovation from the crowd was deafening.

“Thank you all for your help and support. Without it, the HWF would never have seen the light of day again. Again, thank you all. Now, on to business: The 1st topic I’d like to cover is the Negronomicon.” The crowd booed insistently. “I know. I feel the same way. As a recap to what he signed last year, I’d like to point out some clarifications to his ‘contract’. First, he is unable to quit. He will be required to do what we say or he will be fired and will be forced to immediately pay for all expenses accrued during his reign. Next, there is a no-compete clause that says he is unable to wrestle on any CSWA show. Mr. Meyers apparently wants nothing to do with him. He is expected to ‘do the job’ for 6 months. This is the amount of time we expect that it will take to make back enough money to cover the outstanding debt. The silver lining to this is that there is a ‘good citizen’ clause that states that if he has done what was asked of him, he will then be allowed to request a new contract and will be allowed to pursue titles. If not, the contract says in place and he will then only be allowed to make minimum wage pay. He will not be allowed to ‘win’ a match unless it has been pre-approved by both William Regal and me. Also noted last year was that any titles that he held during his takeover will NOT be stricken from the record but will be noted with an asterisk. We have already set up some matches that will take place for the Negronomicon. First, a former wrestler has asked for ‘one good shot’ at him. This was granted so the first match for Negronomicon in 2010 will be against “Classy” Travis Massie. Massie has stated that this will indeed be his final match in a wrestling ring. The second match that is being put into place will be a lumberjack match. The lumberjacks on the outside of the ring will consist of all wrestlers (including those in the CSWA) that were ‘screwed over’ by the Negronomicon during his takeover. The opponent for this match will be none other than the current HWF Intercontinental Champion Christian. Thank you for your support.”

Our last bit of new news is that the HWF picked up another wrestler. The way this started was during the HWF 2010 tournament. Just after the Devon Dudley/the Bruiser match, a fan ran in from the crowd and attacked the Bruiser. The Bruiser just lost in a tough 17 minute battle so he was pretty much beat. This new wrestler, we now know that he is called the Kracken, beat the Bruiser from pillar to post. After kicking him in the groin twice, he hit him with a piledriver. He then locked in his specialty move, the Kraken Crush (bearhug) and held Bruiser in it until he passed out. We are not sure why he so blatantly attacked the Bruiser but I guess we will find out soon.

Hello fans. In this issue, we will recap the final house show of 2009 which happened to be held in Colorado Springs, CO. – the home of Starcade 2009. We already know who will be crowned the new champions of 2010 (as described in the last issue) so these matches just determined who would be turning over the belts as of January 1st. The matches on this card inclulded:

AJ Styles vs CSWA Champion Samoa Joe
Edge vs Rey Mysterio for the US title (and maybe the IC title also)
MW3 vs Bobby Lashley for the TV title
Jay Lethal vs Donnie B for the Cruiserweight title
Cryme Tyme vs. the Dudleys in a unified tag team title match in a steel cage.

All of the matches in this show will be no countout/time limit matches. We want to see either new champions or deserving ones.

The first match on the card was Edge vs. Rey Mysterio. Rey starts off with a head scissors but Edge connects with a DDT and gets a 2 count. Edge locks in a headlock and Rey counters with a standing dropkick. Rey hits a spinning heel kick but gets dumped out of the ring. He is back in at 6. Edge hits some rapid dropkicks but Rey shows him the outside of the ring. Edge is back in at 6. Edge hits a clothesline and goes for a pin. The ref counts 1…2….3. In 5 minutes, Edge is the new unified US and IC champion.

The next match is MW3 taking on Bobby Lashley. Bobby hits a full nelson lift and slam but MW3 tosses him out of the ring. Bobby does not make the 10 count but this is a no countout match so he takes his time getting back in. Bobby hits another full nelson lift and slam but MW3 connects with the MW3 driver and gets a 2 count. Bobby is tossed out again but makes it back in at 4. Bobby then tosses MW3 out but he’s back in at 8. Bobby connects with a massive chop to MW3’s chest and it starts to swell up. MW3 hits a dragonscrew but Bobby hits the Dominator. Bobby makes the cover and the ref counts 1….2….3. Bobby Lashley remains the CSWA TV champion.

Next up is Jay Lethal challenging Donnie B for the Cruiserweight title. Lethal starts off strong and hits a snap suplex on the champ. Lethal is tossed out of the ring but is back in at 5. Donnie B hits a DDT and Lethal hits another snap suplex. Donnie B goes for a clothesline off the ropes but Lethal nullifies it. Lethal tosses the champ out of the ring and DB is back in at the 10 count. Lethal goes to toss DB out of the ring but DB reverses it, goes for a neckbreaker but Lethal nullifies it. Lethal connects with a hip toss but doesn’t go for a pin. Donnie B capitalizes on it and hits a superplex but Lethal hits a springboard dropkick. A flying dropkick from Donnie B is met by a hip toss from Lethal. Donnie B tries for an eyerake, is reversed by Lethal’s springboard dropkick and he goes for the pin. Lethal makes the cover 1….2….3. Jay Lethal has won the match and is the new CSWA Cruiserweight Champion. Donnie B congratulates him and leaves the ring.

Our second to final match of the night is for the Unified Tag Team Titles with the World champs Cryme Tyme taking on the NWWA Tag champs the Dudley Boyz in a steel cage. Bubba starts off by rubbing JTG’s eyes in the cage blinding him. Bubba hits a massive chop to the chest and JTG just takes it. Devon is tagged in. Devon hits a hip toss on JTG. JTG grabs some brass knuckles and goes for a swing but Devon reverses it and attempts to toss JTG into the cage but that is reversed as JTG then tries to steal the trunks from Devon and he reverses that and hits a superplex on JTG. He is close enough to the ropes and tags in Shad. Devon hits a shoulder smash on Shad and goes for a pin. Shad kicks out at 1. Bubba is tagged back in. Shad hits a lift press and slam and Bubba hits a chop to the chest. Both Dudleys are in and Bubba hits a bubba bomb while Devon hits a flying headbutt. Devon hits a knee to the gut and Bubba tosses him into the cage. Shad somehow manages to finally shove Bubba down and away. Cryme tyme goes for a double team but Bubba reverses it and hits a Bubba Bomb on Shad. Bubba then chokes Shad between the ropes and the cage. He goes for a pin. The ref makes the count and it goes 1.2.3. Devon somehow smuggled a table into the cage, propped it up and then put JTG through it. They made for the door and dropped to the floor ending the match and becoming the UNIFIED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS. (Editor’s note: The Tag team titles will not be stripped from the champs as the singles titles are. As of 2010, the Dudley’s will be known only as the World Tag Team champs as the NWWA belts are now gone.)

The final match of the night is AJ Styles taking on the CSWA World (and Undisputed Heavyweight) Champion Samoa Joe. Taz has been banned from ringside for this match. Joe then asked that since Taz was not allowed at ringside, why not make this a specialty match. The cage was already there so they agreed to the match. AJ starts off strong hitting a gut buster on the champ. AJ hits a second gut buster and the champ is not doing anything. Joe pulls out some brass knuckles and goes for a swing but AJ got out of the way. AJ hits a reverse STF but Joe hits a flying double loaded elbow to the groin and goes for a pin. AJ kicks out at 2. Joe hits a modifed camel clutch and AJ hits the gut buster. AJ locks in a reverse STF and turns it into a pin. Joe kicks out at 2. Joe tries to throw AJ into the cage but he shakes it off and hits the Styles’ Clash. He makes the cover but only gets a 2 count. Samoa Joe locks in a Rear Naked Choke but AJ reverses it and hits a gut buster. He gets a 1 count. Joe is disoriented and is more so after receiving a spin kick. AJ does not go for the pin. He instead goes for a gut buster but Joe locks in the rear naked choke. AJ doesn’t submit. AJ hits another gut buster but then gets his face raked against the cage and he is blinded. Joe tries to choke AJ between the ropes and cage but AJ nullifies it. Joes tries for the Rear Naked Choke but AJ nullifies that. Joe hits a modified camel clutch and AJ hits a reverse STF. A kick to the chest by Joe is met by a spin kick from AJ. Joe finds the brass knuckles he dropped earlier and catches AJ right between the eyes. AJ kicks out at 2. AJ hits an armlock facebuster and Joe takes out the ref. Joe locks in the rear naked choke and AJ hits a Style’s clash. Both men are down. AJ is up first and tries for a dropkick but Joe nullifies it. AJ then crushes Joe’s fingers against the cage and hits a Styles’ Clash. Joe kicks out at 1. Unbelievable. AJ hits a reverse STF and goes for a pin but Joe kicks out at 2. Joe knocks out the ref again. As soon as the ref is back up, AJ hits an armlock facebuster and goes for the pin. AJ gets the pin and immediately starts going up. Joe tries to stop him and gets a boot to the mouth. AJ is up and over and Joe tries for the door. AJ drops to the floor and the bell sounds. In 34 minutes, AJ Styles is the NEW CSWA World Champion. Just as he is celebrating, Edge comes down with a mic. “You know AJ, you and I have the best records in the CSWA right now. We each have 7 wins with a single loss. I want to challenge you, right now, to a match. This can be for both belts as we will have to give them up in a few days anyway. What do you say?” AJ agreed but this would not be a cage match. This is a regular 30 minute battle.

Edge starts right off with a DDT and a 2 count. Edge looks refreshed but AJ is worn out. AJ hits a gut buster. Both men hit dropkicks and Edge’s seemed to make more of an impact. A reverse STF from the champ is met with a yank hair flip. AJ tosses Edge out of the ring but he is back in at 4 and nails a DDT. AJ kicks out at 1. AJ tries for a flying dropkick but it is reversed by Edge who nails a spear on the champ. Edge makes the cover but AJ kicks out at 2. They go back and forth keeping pretty even until Edge hits a DDT but is only able to get a 1 count. AJ hits a flying dropkick but Edge is up and nails a spear. He makes the cover 1……2……3. Edge is the NEW CSWA WORLD CHAMPION. Holy mackarel.

Wrestling Newsletter Year 4 (2009)_12.10

Well fans, we start off this issue with the announcement that Tommy Dreamer has decided to retire. His contract was ready to expire and he felt that now was the time for him to hang it up. We wish Tommy all the best in whatever he decides to do.

With this announcement, the HWF is now one man short. After some discussion with CSWA owner Jeff Meyers, it was decided that Sting would remain a member of the HWF in order to even out the roster. Sting will be allowed to wrestle on either show but will not take part in any tournament for a CSWA title. With this out of the way, we were ready to proceed with the tournaments to get the final four to see who would become the new champions. Jeff Meyers was again pressed for information as to whether or not the existing title holders would keep their belts or forfeit them (as had been done for years in the past) and he still did not provide an answer. William Regal then stepped up and made the decision that all current champions will indeed be stripped of their belts, retire as 2009 champions, and start over again with the new tournament. There are 28 members on each roster so there will be some bye's generated. To avoid a mega superstar taking on a lower end wrestler, names were drawn at random and then seeded into the tournament.

Over in the HWF, the final four came down to Kurt Angle, Carlito, Christian and Randy Orton. An interesting note is that both Angle and Orton had first round bye's. hristian ended up defeating Kurt Angle so Angle became the X-Division Champion. Carlito was defeated by Randy Orton so he received the North American title. It finally came down to Christian and Randy Orton in a no count-out/time limit battle. With quite a bit of trunk pulling, Randy got the win and as of January 1, 2010, will be crowned the new HWF World Heavyweight Champion.

Over in the CSWA, the final four came down to Hulk "TNA" Hogan, Mark Henry, Bobby Lashley and Booker T. Bobby Lashley defeated Mark Henry early in the match via countout. Hogan lost to Booker T. Henry had the lower score so he was awarded the Cruiserweight title. Since no true "cruiserweight" the title will be referred to as the "Hardcore" title. If Henry was to lose the belt (it can only be defended against cruiserweights), the name of the belt will refer back to the Cruiserweight Championship. If Mark Henry wins a different title while still holding the new "Hardcore" title, the title will then be held up and a new tournament of only cruiserweights will compete for it. Hulk Hogan is the TV champion. The final came down to a no dq/time limit match and in quick fashion and with a bookend, Booker T once again regains the CSWA World Heavyweight title. Bobby Lashley is awarded the US title. Again, the CSWA titles will be handed over by the current champions to the new champions as of January 1, 2010.

Wrestling Newsletter Year 4 (2009)_12.9 – Fallout from Starcade

Editors note: The information that follows takes place approximately one week after Starcade.

Hello fans. Welcome back to another exciting chapter in the world of professional wrestling. The biggest piece of news is obviously that “The Original Big Daddy” Donnie B has won back his federation. It took a whole week but Donnie B was finally ready to provide an interview.

“Well, as you can all see, the tyranny that was the NWWA is no more. My first duty, now that I’m back in the saddle again, is to reinstate the HWF and all of it’s history and glory. The NWWA’s history will not be stricken from the books but will be noted with an asterisk (much like Barry Bonds, Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa). I will be bringing back all of my original titles – the HWF World, Intercontinental, X-Division and TV titles. Since there currently are no champions, or for that matter, a roster, once we are fully staffed, a tournament will be held to determine the final four. From those final four, he who makes it the longest will become the World Champion, the next person will be the IC champion. For the TV and X-Division champs, the champions will be based on their final score in their matches. The person with the higher score will gain the TV title and the finalist with the lowest score will get the X-Division title. Now that the title situation has been sorted out, we need to get down to business. At this time, I would first like to invite CSWA lawyer extrodinaire Travis Massie to come out with the contract.” The former “Classy One” made his way down to the ring with the Massie Contract. “Next, I would like to have security escort the Negronomicon down here.” The Negronomicon appeared at the top of the ramp surrounded by 6 security guards. He was escorted to the ring. “As a stipulation of our match, and the contract that was in place, you need to sign this page giving me back full control of my federation. You will have no recourse. There will be no appeals.” The Negronomicon, defeated, signed the document Travis put in front of him. “Next, this document shows that you will receive a paycheck but that pay will go back to paying off the debt you put the company into.” Without speaking a word, the Negronomicon signed that document. “This third page shows the amount of debt accumulated with all fees, interest and late charges and with the formula presented, shows that the amount of time to work off this debt is 6 months. During this time, any money you make from wrestling, merchandise sales, etc goes to paying off this debt. You will be allowed to go work a second job outside of wrestling(provided you can find one) to cover your living expenses. Sign here.” Negronomicon has no choice so he signs it. “The fourth page shows that you will NEVER be able to sue, request compensation for damages, ask for padding around the ring, etc. Nothing. You will also be required to “job” in every match you particpate in. You will not be allowed to win matches at all. Sign here.” Negronomicon signed this one too. All the while, the fans are cheering to see the Negronomicon humiliated. “Finally, this last page states as such:

‘I, the Negronomicon, hereby acknowledge that Donnie B was the better wrestler in our match. He had the superiority and the intestinal fortitude to step up to the plate and take back what was rightfully his. I am truly humbled and understand the terms of my contract. Any problems that arise if I try to back out or break any of the rules of the contract I signed will force me to leave wrestling for good, immediately pay off all debt and will go to prison. I hereby agree to the terms and conditions that HWF owner Donnie B has set forth.’

Negronomicon very reluctantly signed this last page. “Thank you. Security, please escort the Negronomicon from the arena.” As Negronomicon was leaving, Donnie B said “Oh, one more thing. This final document you just signed, you will have to read it, verbatim, at the first HWF show in 2010. Thank you.”

“Now that this is taken care of, I ask that CSWA Owner Jeff Meyers and GM William Regal come down to the ring.” Mr. Meyers and William came down and got in the ring. “First things first. William, I hereby reinstate you as GM for the HWF. As your duties were before being given the boot by the Negronomicon, you will be in charge of all day-to-day activities as they pertain to wrestling. I will wrestle but remain the owner of the HWF. I will not have any control over my wrestling character and vow to stay out of all affairs as they pertain to wrestling matches and shows unless they truly interfere with the running of this organization. Welcome back.” Donnie B and William Regal then shook hands. “Mr. Meyers, first I want to thank you for allowing most of the outted wrestlers jobs in the CSWA. I am sure that they appreciated receiving a check. Also, those wrestlers who supported the Negronomicon while he was in power will be allowed back to wrestling. Speaking of wrestlers, I need a staff. At this point, I would like to hold the draft to determine who will be where starting in 2010. This will not affect any current title holders or matches to be held at the final house show of the year. Nothing begins until January 1, 2010.” Jeff Meyers agreed. The two of them sat down with William Regal acting as a negotiator when needed. The 2010 draft will include all full time and part time wrestlers (57 performers at this time) We are taking a good hard look at upcomming talent and will bring them into the fold as we move forward. Sting will remain a part-time wrestler and will wrestle, when needed, on both brands (he will NOT be brand specific.) William Regal has decided to hang up the trunks so he can dedicate his time fully to his GM duties. A coin was flipped (Donnie B called heads, Jeff Meyers called tails) and the first pick goes to Donnie B. The 2010 draft will look like this.

At this point, we are unsure if those drafted to the CSWA that held titles (Super Warrior, Bobby Lashley and Edge) will be allowed to continue to hold those belts or if a tournament will be held. Once Mr. Meyers makes a decision, we will let you all know. Samoa Joe, the current CSWA World Champion will keep the Undisputed Championship but will have to relinquish the CSWA World title.

Wrestling Newsletter Year 4 (2009)_12.8 – STARCADE is HERE!

Hello fans. Welcome to the final PPV of the year – Starcade. You know, the evening must be going ok when a fan writes in to us and says “Go Donnie B!!” This must be a positive sign of things to come. There is just so much riding on the line here that this is really shaping up to be one of the best PPV’s of the year. As a quick reminder, AJ Styles (or Randy Orton) will be getting a world title shot; Edge (or Christian) will attempt to become the unified IC/US champion; Hulk Hogan (or MW3) will get a shot at the TV title; and finally Jay Lethal (or Mick Foley or Mohammed Hassan) will get a shot at the Cruiserweight title. Let’s get started, shall we?

The first match of the night had Edge and Christian going at it for the “IC title”. It was decided that whomever wins will go after the US title. Edge starts off with a big bodyslam and Christian glares at him. Edge then locks in and executes a DDT. He goes for the cover but Christian kicks out at 1. A dropkick from C is met with a clothesline from E. Edge then clotheslines Christian out of the ring but he is back in by the 5 count. A kick from Christian is met with a standing suplex from Edge. Edge is dominating this match. Christian hits an inverted DDT and Edge nails some rapid dropkicks. Christian hits a dropkick but then gets tossed out of the ring and is back in by 6. Christian hits another dropkick but Edge hits a One Man Concerto. He goes for the pin but Christian kicks out again. Christian with another DDT isn’t enough to stop Edge and his flying dropkicks. Christian looks down and out. Edge then connects with a standing suplex and goes for the cover. 1….2….3. Edge is the winner of this match as well as the “NEW IC CHAMPION” and goes on to wrestle at the house show for the US title.

After the match, Edge nails Christian with the title and then sets him up in the corner and connects with 3 consecutive Spears. Christian had to be helped to the back.

Next up was AJ Styles and Randy Orton. AJ agreed to put his “title shot” on the line here. One weird thing is that a ref came down with Randy. I wonder what is going on here. AJ starts off with a backflip kick and Randy hits the Orton Stomp. AJ then hits a gutbuster and Randy comes back with flying dropkicks. Randy goes for another dropkick but AJ gets out of the way and hits a springboard face smash. AJ then hits a reverse STF and rolls Randy up for a pin. Randy kicks out at 2. Randy hits the RKO but AJ manages to toss him out of the ring. Randy makes it back in at 9. Just as Randy re-enters the ring, AJ hits another springboard face smash and with a fast count from the ref, AJ gets the win at the 6 minute mark and retains his World title shot. Wow.

Our first title match of the evening came with Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio Jr. for the US title. Rey immediately goes to the top rope and hits Shawn with a dropkick. Rey attempts a flying bodypress but Shawn gets out of the way. Rey tries for some chops but Shawn reverses it, goes up and hits a diving elbow drop. Shawn then locks in a modifed figure four but Rey makes it to the ropes. Rey then goes for a 6-1-9 but Shawn nullified it. Rey finally gets some offense in with a standing dropkick. He follows it up with a Hurricanrana and Shawn rolls out of the ring for a break. Shawn gets back in and hits an inverted atomic drop but then is tossed out of the ring. He makes it back in by 7. Shawn then hits a springboard moonsault, goes for a pin but Rey kicks out at 1. Rey hits a flying bodypress and Shawn tosses him to the outside. Rey makes it back in barely. Rey hits another Hurricanrana and Shawn hits an inverted atomic drop. A standing dropkick from Rey is met with yet another atomic drop. Rey then hits some big head scissors and Shawn tries to recover. Rey follows it up with a flying dropkick. Shawn hits a snap mare and Rey takes a rest. Rey hits another Hurricanrana and Shawn, out of nowhere, hits Sweet Chin Music. Both men go down and don’t get up until the ref was at the 9 count. Rey somehow hits a flying bodypress and Shawn his a flying forearm smash. Shawn is tossed out of the ring and is unable to make it back in. Rey Mysterio wins the match by countout, retains the US title and goes on to meet Edge for the unification of the US and IC titles.

Next up is MVP taking on CM Punk. Punk starts off with a reverse chinlock. MVP hits the playmaker but is tossed out of the ring. He is back in at 2. MVP hits a snap scoop powerslam but is tossed out of the ring again. He is back in at 4. MVP hits a snap overhead belly to belly suplex and Punk is stunned. MVP hits a running big boot and Punk hits an arm Wring of Honor. MVP locks in a three-quarter facelock but Punk tosses him out again. MVP is back in at 6. MVP hits the Playmaker but Punk kicks out at 2. Punk stares blankly as MVP hits a facebreaker knee smash. He goes for the cover but Punk kicks out at one. Punk tosses MVP out of the ring for 2 but MVP hits a snap overhead belly to belly suplex. He goes for the cover but gets a 2 count. MVP locks in a three quarter face lock, Punk powers out, goes to the ropes and does absolutely nothing. MVP rolls him up and with a little trunk pulling, gets the 1.2.3.

Next up is Jeff Jarrett taking on John Morrison. Jarrett immediately tosses Morrison out of the ring for a 5 count and then John tosses Jeff out for a 9 count. Jarrett is tossed out again and Morrison follows him out. Jarrett goes to grab his guitar and swings but misses. The ref turns a blind eye. Morrison kicks Jarrett in the gut, steals the guitar and smashes it over Jeff’s head. He crawls back in as the ref begins his count. Jarrett is out cold. The ref counts to 10 awarding the match to John Morrison by count out.

In the back, John Cena and the Great Khali both were wondering why neither of them were on the card. Regal said that if they were both so desperate to wrestle, they could do it now. Out there in the ring. Cena immediately hits the F-U but Khali tosses him out of the ring. He makes it back in at 8. A stomp to the gut of Khali is met with a big foot to Cena’s face. Cena hits a side suplex and Khali rams him into the corner. Cena hits the F-U but Khali no-sells it. Khali hits the chokeslam and smash and Cena no-sells that. Both men are pretty ticked off at each other. Cena stomps Khali in the gut but Khali comes back and pummels Cena. Cena locks in a reverse chinlock and goes for a pin but Khali kicks out at 1. Cena locks in the reverse chinlock again but Khali hits a huge bodyslam. Cena hits the knuckle jam and Khali hits a big boot to Cena’s face. Another reverse chinlock and another big boot. Khali gets tossed out of the ring but rolls in at 8. He then hits the chokeslam and smash and goes for the cover. The ref counts 1…..2……3. Khali gets the win.

Next up is Bobby Lashley defending the TV title against Batista. Lashley hits a chop to chest and Batista hits the enforcer spinebuster and goes for a pin. Bobby kicks out at 2. Batista then stands on Lashley’s throat. A pissed off Lashley tosses Batista out of the ring and Dave takes his time getting back in by waiting till the 9 count. Bobby hits a kidney punch and Dave hits a forearm smash. Batista stands on Lashley’s throat again. Dave then hits a power clothesline on Bobby and goes for a pin but barely gets a 2 count. Batista tries to stand on Bobby’s throat again but he had enough. He drops Batista and then hits a Dominator. Bobby gets a 2 count. Dave is then tossed out of the ring again but is back in at 5. Dave tries for a Batista Bomb but Bobby reverses it and nails a spinebuster and tries for a pin but Dave kicks out at one. Bobby kicks Dave in the gut and rolls him up for a pin. The ref counts 1…2….3. Bobby Lashley retains the TV title and goes on to the final house show of the year.

Up next is the first three way battle between CSWA World Champion Samoa Joe taking on Mark Henry and Chris Jericho. Joe starts off against Chris Jericho. As soon as the bell rang, Jericho tagged in Mark Henry. Henry charges Joe and Joe helps him over the top rope to the floor. Jericho runs over and handcuffs Henry to the ringside post. Now, I guess this is one on one. Taz chokes Chris on the ropes but he manages to toss Joe to the outside. He is back in at 6. Chris hits the champ with a suplex. Jericho hits a flying forearm and Joe hits him with a running clothesline. Joe goes for another clothesline but Chris nullifies it. Chris connects with chops to Joe’s chest and Joe hits a modified camel clutch. Chris gets out easily. Jericho goes to the ropes and hits a lionsault. He makes the cover. 1….2….NO, Mark Henry somehow broke the handcuff and stopped Jericho in his tracks. Henry looks like he’s going to have words with Jericho and slaps him viciously in the face. Chris goes to the ropes again and nails a lionsault for a 2 count. Chris tries for a bulldog but it is reversed and Henry nails him in the face again with a vicious face slap. Henry blatantly chokes Chris but Jericho manages to hit a bulldog. He hits Henry with a flying forearm and goes for the pin but only gets a 2 count. Henry goes to the top rope and nails a splash. He goes for the cover but Joe breaks it up and tosses Jericho out of the ring. Henry kicks Joe in the jaw. Joe locks in the rear naked choke and Henry’s fading fast. Jericho jumps back in to make the save. Jericho stops the champ with an elbow off the ropes. Chris hits another elbow off the ropes but Joe hits him with a clothesline. Taz jumps on the ring and verbally antagonizes Chris. Joe rolls up Chris and almost got the 3. Joe hits another clothesline as Jericho hits a bulldog. Henry then tosses Chris out of the ring. Henry plunges Joe into the ringpost and Joe counters with a boot to the face. Jericho is in now and tosses Joe out of the ring. Chris hits a suplex on Henry and goes for a pin and gets a 2 count. Henry tosses Chris into the ringpost and Chris hits him with a flying forearm. Henry and Chris start a shoving match. Joe is back in and dumps Henry to the outside. Jericho and Joe battle for a few more minutes before Henry makes his way back in tossing Chris out. Henry misses with a splash due to outside interference from Taz. Joe gets the pin but Jericho makes the final save. Chris is tossed out but makes it back in. Chris goes for a lionsault and misses. Joe hits him with a muscle buster and makes the cover. The ref counts 1…2…3. Samoa Joe is still the CSWA World Heavyweight Champion (after a grueling 32 minute fight).


The next match is our other 3 way battle between Mick Foley, Mohammed Hassan and Jay Lethal. This match started off with Foley and Hassan. Foley hits a piledriver and goes for a pin. Lethal is in and tosses Hassan out. Lethal is taking it out on Foley by hitting him twice with a ringside bell. Hassan is back in tossing Foley out. Lethal hits Hassan with a foreign object but Hassan hits a suplex and goes for a pin but only gets a 2 count. Lethal reverses an eye gouge and nails a back suplex for a 2 count. Hassan is out again and Foley is back in. Lethal hits a standing clothesline on Foley and goes for a pin and was a hair’s length away from the 3 count. Lethal is out and Hassan is back in. Hassan hits a suplex right off the bat and goes for a pin but just gets a two count. Hassan hits another suplex and gets a two count. He then locks Foley in a camel clutch and Foley just barely makes it to the ropes. Foley knocks down Hassan and hits a flying elbow smash. Foley attempts a belly to back suplex but it is reversed and Hassan locks in a sleeperhold. He attempts a pin but Lethal breaks it up. Lethal locks Hassan in a figure four. He won’t tap. Hassan goes to taunt the crowd and Lethal slaps on a headlock. A camel clutch from Hassan is met by a figure four from Lethal. Lethal slaps on another headlock. Lethal goes to the top rope and connects with a top rope axe handle smash. Foley tries to get in the ring and fails. Lethal makes the cover and the ref counts 1…2….3. Jay Lethal is the winner of the match and will go on to wrestle for the Cruiserweight title.

Back to singles action we have Abyss vs Kane. Kane starts off the match by standing on Abyss’ throat. A face rake from Kane leaves Abyss temporarily blinded. Recovering quickly, Abyss goes to the top rope and hits a top rope guillotine. Kane then tosses Abyss out of the ring. He is back in at 7. Kane shoves Abyss hard and his head bounces off the mat with a sickening thud. Kane goes for the cover and the ref counts 1.2.3. Kane wins the match. Immediately, medics run down and take Abyss out on a stretcher as fast as they could. We hope he is ok.

As we weren’t expecting that match to be so short, out next came Big Show taking on Booker T. Regal had informed both men that if they put on a 5 star match, the winner will be CONSIDERED for a world title shot. This is not a promise; just a consideration. Big Show stars off quickly by hitting the Cutting Edge early on. Booker kicks out at 2. Show hits an eye rake and Booker connects with a Bookend but Show rolls out of the ring. Show goes to stand on Booker’s neck but the Book nullifies the move. Show then locks Booker in a bearhug but can’t get him to tap. Booker attempts a flying headbutt but misses. Show tries to toss Booker out of the ring but Booker reverses itand hits a spinning smash. Booker then tries for a Bookend but Show nullifies it. Big Show hits a weak chokeslam and Booker nails him with a dropkick. Show eye rakes the Book and goes for a pin but Booker kicks out at 2. Show then hits a clothesline and goes for the pin again. Booker kicks out again. Booker hits a dropkick and then gets tossed out of the ring. He is back in at 6. Booker is tossed out again and gets back in at 7. Just as Booker is entering the ring, Show nails him with a big foot to face. He goes for the pin but Booker makes it to the ropes. Show calls for and hits the Chokeslam. He makes the cover and gets the 1…2…3. Big Show is the winner in 13 minutes.

We are down to the final 5 matches at this show and then we will recap the results from the Hell in the Cell up in Denver, Colorado. HHH vs. Undertaker is next. HHH hits Undertaker with some DX interference and ‘Taker slams HHH into the corner. HHH nails some rapid punches to the face of Undertaker and then battles back with a throat choke on Hunter. HHH goes to the ropes and hits a hign knee to Undertaker. He goes for the pin and gets a 2 count. HHH hits a standing suplex and ‘Taker hits a weak chokeslam. Undertaker tries for another throat choke but Hunter nullifies it. HHH then executes the Pedigree but barely gets a 1 count. Taker goes to the corner and nails HHH in the face with the urn. HHH nails Undertaker with some rapid punches and Taker just drops. HHH goes for the pin and the ref counts 1….2….3. HHH is the winner.

Next up is for the Unified World Tag team champions with the current World tag team champs Cryme Tyme taking on the NWWA world tag team champs the Dudley Boyz. Shad starts off first against Bubba and immediately starts with a double team. Shad hits a huge clothesline and JTG ties Bubba’s shoelaces together. Bubba battles back and hits JTG with a chop to the chest. The double team continues with Shad hitting another clothesline but JTG does nothing. Another double team with Shad shoving down Bubba while JTG steals his wallet. Bubba hits JTG with another chop to the chest. JTG is tagged in as so is Devon. Now it is Team 3D’s turn as Bubba hits a Bubba Bomb and Devon hits a superplex. Devon tries for another superplex but is thwarted by JTG. Devon then hits a clothesline on JTG and goes for the cover but only gets a 2 count. Bubba is tagged in. JTG hits a shoulder smash and then gets tossed out of the ring. He is back in at 7. Another shoulder smash from JTG and Shad is tagged in. Shad throws some of Team 3D’s stuff to the crowd while JTG locks in a sleeperhold. Bubba’s shoes are tied together agan and Shad dumps him out of the ring but only after he punched Shad in the face. Bubba is back in at 8. Double teaming again from the world champs as Shad shoves Bubba as JTG hits him with a shoulder smash. Shad hits Bubba with a huge bodyblock. Shad goes to the ropes and misses as Bubba plows him right through a table. He tries for a cover but only gets a 2 count. Shad steals Bubba’s wallet again and tags out to JTG. Devon is tagged in too. During a double team, JTG tried to toss more swag into the audience and got a chair to the face for his efforts thanks to Devon. JTG goes for a shoulder smash and gets another chair to the face. Devon make the cover and would have gotten the win had Shad not made the save. Cryme Tyme with another double team but Bubba manages to put Shad through a table to end that. Shad goes through yet another table but somehow kicks out at one. Shad is then tossed out of the ring at the 28 minute mark and is unable to make it back in. Shad is counted out and Team 3D are the winners….but do they become the Undisputed Tag Team Champions? William Regal comes out and says that this is the final show of the year. This was a long match and instead of holding another one, it will be by the flip of a coin. Team 3D won the match. If the coin comes up heads, Team 3D will be the unified tag team champions. If it’s tails, then Cryme Tyme retains the belts. The coin is flipped and it comes up………….tails. Cryme Tyme end up retaining the belts on a count out. This does not sit well with the Dudleys. They demand another match at the final house show of the year. This time it will be in a steel cage…for all the belts. No countout, no time limit. Cryme Tyme agrees.

In order to avoid an issue like this for the rest of the night, Regal says that all matches going forward are now no-DQ/CO/time limit matches.

Next on the card is the Super Warrior taking on Matt Hardy for combining the X-Division and North American Championships. Matt starts off with a standing suplex and SW tosses him out of the ring for 6. SW tosses Hardy out again for 8 this time. SW then hits a full nelson slam. He tries for a one-armed choke slam but Hardy nullifies it. SW then hits a Super Flap Jack and goes for the cover and gets 2. Hardy manages a yank hair flip but SW hits a super powerbomb for the 1.2.3. Super Warrior (in 6 minutes) is the NEW UNDISPUTED X/NA CHAMPION. Matt Hardy shakes his head in disgust but walks over to the Super Warrior, shakes his hand and raises it to the cheering from the crowd.

Our second to last match is MW3 taking on Hulk Hogan. The match was originally supposed to be an “Anything Goes” but was turned into a steel cage at the last minute. Hogan began the match with an eye rake on MW3. MW3 hits a reverse neckbreaker and Hogan locks in a bearhug. Hogan goes to the cage and hits a flying double loaded elbow to the groin of MW3. He goes for a pin but MW3 kicks out at 2. MW3 hits a swinging neckbreaker and Hogan poses for the crowd. Hogan hits a Thunderslam and goes for a pin. MW3 kicks out. MW3 hits another swinging neckbreaker and Hogan locks in the bearhug again. MW3 tried to offer friendship to Hogan but he kicked him in the groin. Hogan locked in a python headlock as he needed a rest break. After having enough of the headlock, MW3 catapulted Hogan into the cage busting him open. An MW3 superkick was met with an eye rake. Hogan then hit MW3 with the ever-vicious back rake. MW3 kicked Hogan in the groin again. MW3 then nails Hogan with brass knuckles and goes for a pin but only gets a 2 count. MW3 then hits an MW2 kneelift for a one count. Both men collide with the ref and he goes down. A chain is thrown into th cage by a masked person. Hogan tried to grab for it but failed and MW3 showed him what to really do with it. MW3 hits the MW3 driver but there is no ref to make the count. MW3 then crushes Hogan’s fingers in the cage and follows it up with an MW3 driver. Still no ref. The ref finally gets up and MW3 hits the MW3 driver again and get the 1.2.3. He then tries to escape the cage. He goes over the top while Hogan is a bloody mess in the ring. MW3 is the winner of this match.

After the match, a messed up Hulk Hogan ran (literally) into the Super Warrior. “Get out of my way you imbicile!” The X/NA champ didn’t take to kindly to this so he nailed Hogan in the back of the head with the X-division title. “We don’t need your ego here, Hogan. I suggest you start to play nice or many around here won’t take to kindly to it. Shape up or get out.” Super Warrior then walked away.

The final match of the card is the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle going against the CSWA World Champion Samoa Joe with Taz in his corner. Joe starts off with a running clothesline and Kurt comes back with a belly to belly suplex. Kurt is tossed to the ropes and Taz interfers and trips Angle. Angle hits the Angle Slam and Joe immediately locks in the Rear Naked Choke. Both men exit the ring quickly. Once they both got back in, Taz trips Angle again. Joe goes for the cover and gets a 2 count. Taz gets into a shoving match with the ref but can’t be disqualified. Kurt uses this to toss Joe out of the ring. Joe is back in at 8. Taz chokes Kurt on the ropes and Joe pulls him back in and goes for a pin but only gets a 2. Kurt locks in a bearhug on Joe. Joe gets out and Kurt locks it in again. Kurt hits an olympic leg sweep and Joe hits a modified camel clutch. Kurt locks in a bearhug again. Joe locks in the Rear Naked Choke but Kurt makes it to the ropes. Joe immediately hits a muscle buster and goes for a pin but only gets 2. Kurt hits the leg sweep and Joe hits the clothesline. Kurt then blatantly chokes Joe but the ref can’t do anything about it. Taz chokes Kurt out again and Joe tries for another pin but Kurt kicks out. Kurt hits the legsweep and both men are down. Both men get up and both hit clotheslines. Both are down again. Kurt gets up first and hits Joe with another clothesline. Kurt gets him up again in the Angle Slam and Joe locks in the RNC. Both men have to break their holds. Kurt is tossed out of the ring and Joe and Taz attack him out there. I’m not sure how much Kurt has left. Kurt makes it back in and connects with a clothesline but Joe hits him with a boot to the face. Kurt tries for an ankle lock but Joe reverses it into the Rear Naked Choke. Kurt still won’t tap. Joe hits Kurt with a kick to the chest and follows it up with a muscle buster. He goes for the pin and the ref counts 1……2……….3. Samoa Joe is the NEW UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. Joe and Taz celebrate in the ring while a defeated Kurt Angle leaves the ring.

All of a sudden, at the top of the ramp, Donnie B appeared in a wheelchair. He was helped out by Jeff Meyers. Donnie B was handed a mic. “I was just released from the hospital in Denver and as you can see, I’m pretty torn up. After the match happened, I still felt it was wrong for you, the fans, to not see the final culmination of this war between me and the Negronomicon. I managed to get a camera crew into the arena our match took place and recorded the whole thing for you. So, my treat to you is that you all get to watch the match in its entirety. Enjoy. “ Jeff Meyers then helped Donnie B to the back and the footage from the Hell in the Cell was run.

Donnie B and the Negronomicon both entered the hellish structure. A ref, on the outside of the cell, rang the bell and the match began. Donnie B starts the match with a superplex. Negronomicon is already howling in pain. Donnie B follows it up with the Guerrero stomp taking his time on making sure every stomp hurt. Donnie B goes for a dropkick and misses totally. Negronomincon reverses a DDT attempt and delivers a thrust kick. Negronomicon dumps a bag of tacks on the mat and bodyslams Donnie B onto them. Donnie B does NOT tap. Donnie B hits another superplex and N hits a thrust kick. Negronomicon tries for a doom bomb but Donnie B nullifies it. Negronomicon hits a running powerslam onto the cage. Donnie B can only manage a stomp. Donnie B hits an eye rake on Negronomicon and he acts as if his eyes were ripped out. Donnie B hits a powerslam onto the cage but Negronomicon throws Donnie B through the cage wall seperating it. Negronomicon then suplexes Donnie B onto the Spanish Announce Table. Negronomicon calls for it and hits the Black Doom Tombstone. He goes for the cover and gets a 2 count. N then grabs a chair and whallops Donnie B with it over and over on his arm and leg and then once to the head for good measure busting him open. He goes for a cover but gets a two count. Donnie B gets up and hits Negronomicon with a suplex onto the spanish announce table. Again, Negronomicon cries out in pain. Donnie B takes him back into the ring and bodyslams him on the tacks. Negronomicon tries to scream that he wants to quit but Donnie B covers up his mouth and continues the beat down. Donnie B takes a foreign object that was under the ring (and put there by the Negronomicon by the way) and nails the NWWA leader between the eyes. He makes the cover. 1…..2……Donnie B pulls him up. “I’m not ready for this to end.” Donnie B catapults the Negronomicon into the cage wall and that one breaks. He then powerslams the Negronomicon on the cage wall that had broken free. The Negronomicon is a bloody mess and so is Donnie B. Donnie B then chases the Negronomicon to the top of the cage. He picks him up and chokeslams him on top of the cage, through the cage and down to the ring below. Negronomicon is out cold. He takes the foreign object and hits Negronomicon with it again. He picks up N and again bodyslams him on the tacks. He is then catapulted into one of the remaining cage walls. He then drags him to the outside again and suplexes him on the Spanish Announce table again and this time it breaks. He goes for a pin but Negronomicon somehow kicks out. Donnie B then takes the ringside bell and clocks the Negronomicon in the head with it. He makes the cover 1…..2…..No, he picks up N again. “Not yet” Donnie B says. Negronomicon gives Donnie B a face rake across the cage wall tearing up his face even more. Donnie B and the Negronomicon head back up again. N is there first and hits the black doom tombstone on the top of the cage. The ref can’t really call it as he can’t see it. N then climbs down and Donnie B starts to get up. Just as N reaches the floor, Donnie B does a superfly splash from the top of the cage onto the Negronomicon. Neither men are moving but Donnie B is covering N. The ref goes over to make the count and does a ver y slow count 1………………………2……………………
3. Donnie B wins the match and wins back his federation.

Probably the biggest OH SH*T moment of the evening was when Donnie B did the superlfy leap from the top of the cage. HOLY CRAP! What an evening. The arena took time to empty as many of the fans were still in shock. Some of the wrestlers came out to talk with the fans after the final match was shown. Those included the Undertaker, MW3, Super Warrior, John Cena, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle, Christian and Mick Foley. Foley was overheard talking with a fan that there was no way he could do that crazy ass stuff anymore.

I’m not sure how many more newsletters will be posted before the end of the year. I do know that once Donnie B is feeling better, I’m sure he will have something to say.

Hello fans. The PPV is almost upon us. The Negronomicon has issued one final statement and asked that we post it here for all to read:

From the Desk of Negronomicon...

"Today it ends. For nearly ten years I have battles Donnie B, and for ten years I have held back. I have never shown Donnie B my dark side, and I realize now that the mercy I have shown him was for naught. Last year, when I triumphantly took the reins of the NWWA, I worked hard to make this the finest, most entertaining wrestling promotion the world have ever seen. Yet, I was placed with obstacles left and right. Wrestlers who were unappreciative of the opportunities they were given. Fans who were too stupid to understand what I was trying to do. And other wrestling promoters who, like vultures, hovered overhead just waiting to feast upon my corpse and the corpse of the NWWA.

These are truly trying times for me.

And now, thanks to the underhanded workings of the vulture in chief, Donnie B, I am forced to once again wrestle him. In Hell in the Cell. Nevermind the fact that I have already defeated him over and over again. Nevermind that I have a business to try to run in the face of rampant fan ignorant stupidity and wrestler malaise. Nevermind the fact that I have an ill family member that I should be with during this Christmas season.

But my heart is not troubled. Because I have forced Donnie B to fund my company when I defeat him, all will be well. Donnie B? Tonight I will show you my dark side. Tonight i will take you to places that you have never been to inside that ring. Tonight I will hurt you. And when you scream for submission, I will keep on hurting you.


You are about to enter a world of pain."

Donnie B was on hand and got to read this and also had a response for the Negronomicon:

“You know, Negronomicon, you are right. At the Hell in a Cell, this comes to an end. 10 years of having to carry your sorry ass around; 10 years of your constant complaining; 10 years of just having to put up with you and your antics. This is it. One of us is walking out of the cell and the other will be carried out on a stretcher. You have won many of the battles between us but now this is a war. The war ends tonight. No more hiding behind lawyers. No more padding around the ring. One on one. Winner takes all. You really have nothing to lose ‘whilst I will be risking an almost certain Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor’ in kicking your sorry ass all over the cell. The time is now. In fact, a song will be written about this. Here is how it will go:

'Donnie B rode a blazing saddle
He was the shining star
His job to battle the Negronomicon near and far

The Negronomicon was about dominating by fear and hate
He turned everyone away
He made life miserable for those in his way

When the Negronomicon ruled the land
And fear was everywhere

Hello fans. We received a taped interview from the Super Warrior addressing his upcoming opponent at Starcade: Matt Hardy. “Warriors, bask in the glory that is your new X-Division Champion!!! The Super Warrior embodies this title like no other for NO ONE is more Xtreme than me I took GREAT pleasure in relieving that sub-normal comic relief known as Santino of this gold strap in Xtreme fashion and I took great pride in participating in the dismantling of the farce that was the NWWA. Hopefully noble Donnie B will put the final nail in that coffin at the next PPV. Speaking of, a Warrior's quest for Gold and Glory never ends and thus my chance at attaining more comes at the same show. Matt Hardy, I suggest you muster up all the Mattitude you can for you will surely need it but I GUARANTEE it will NOT be enough to overcome my WARRIOR WILDNESS!!!

The Super Warrior is pumped up for this match. When asked if he had a reply, Matt Hardy basically stated “You bet I’ll bring it. I didn’t beat that idiot Chris Masters and have to deal with all the crap in the NWWA just to lose out now. Super Warrior, I will be ready. May the best man win.” Very good sportsmanship from both men without a lot of smack talk.

Negronomicon was approached and asked if he had a reply to Donnie B’s last statement. Negronomicon just walked away. We continued after him asking him for a statement. “You want a statement? How’s this for a statement. GET THE **** AWAY FROM ME. “ Ouch. We continued to follow the Negronomicon but from a safe distance. He went back to his office and his mounds of paperwork and overdue bills. He looked defeated. Suddenly, something caught his eye. He picked up a piece of paper and read it and a big smile emerged. He looked up and saw us standing there. “You still here? Well, I now have a statement for you. I have just found a document that forbids Donnie B ever stepping foot in a NWWA ring again. Oh, well, I guess our match won’t be happening. I’m not allowed to wrestle in a CSWA ring and Donnie B can’t wrestle here so I guess we are at an impasse.” Just then, Donnie B walked in. “Hey, you can’t be here!” exclamed the Negronomicon. Donnie B said “I figured you’d try to find some way to weasle out of our match and I do remember that document; the one you made me sign after you kicked me out of the HWF. You’re right, we can’t wrestle in either a CSWA or NWWA ring so we need to come to some sort of agreement. You still can’t afford to fund the NWWA. What are you going to do now? Award yourself the titles AGAIN? You really have no choice. This match needs to happen. You seem very reluctant so I propose this deal: We have a match on the independent circuit. I do hate having to screw the fans out of watching you get your ass handed to you but if the only way this can happen is to go outside of the CSWA then so be it.” “If I do agree to this,” Negronomicon said “then I truly won’t have to worry about the corruption ran by that jerk Meyers. Fine. I agree to it. The stipulation remains that if I win, you will personally fund me forever and pay all outstanding debt. You will also pay for a staff of wrestlers and make sure that they are all well compensated. You will have to figure out how to get them to all come back. I will remain the owner and general manager. I will dictate the direction of all matches and will have total control over all performers.” “Agreed” said Donnie B. “If I win, I gain my federation back. You will work for me. You will work and pay off all outstanding debts. You will have NO control whatsoever over your character. You will do what you are told and without complaint. “ “Agreed” said the Negronomicon. “Now where will we have our proposed match?” Donnie B said “It hasn’t been announced yet but the Starcade PPV will be held in Colorado Springs, Co. To make it easier on everyone, I suggest we host our match in Denver, CO where the last house show took place. This will make it easier on everyone with getting everything we need set up.” “Alright fool. I’ll see you in Denver. Now get the HELL out of here.” Donnie B then left with a smirk on his face with the reporters and camera crew.

We still hope to hear from MW3 but if not, actions will speak louder than words at Starcade. See you there.

Wrestling Newsletter Year 4 (2009) 12.5

Hello fans, we are days away from the Starcade PPV – the last PPV of the year. As a recap, here are the matches that are scheduled:

Shawn Michaels vs. Rey Mysterio for the US title. Rey was eliminated by Shawn Michaels in the tournament so I am sure that Rey will try to seek retribution.

Samoa Joe vs Mark Henry vs Chris Jericho will be a three-way battle for the CSWA World title. Taz will be in Joe’s corner but will it be enough?

Super Warrior will take on Matt Hardy and the winner of that match (on paper at least) will co-hold the NWWA X-Division and North American Championships.

Christian will “defend” the IC title against his old nemesis Edge. If Edge is successful in winning this belt, then his match for the US title will have both championships on the line (the NWWA IC title and the CSWA US title).

NWWA tag Champs the Dudley Boyz will take on World TT champs Cryme Tyme and the winner will be the undisputed tag team champions.

MW3 and Hulk Hogan will meet in an “Anything Goes” match. No DQ, count out or time limit. Hulk Hogan has agreed that if he loses this match against MW3, he will forfeit his TV title shot and MW3 will gain it.

MW3 had this to say:
“You know Chump Hogan, when you first stepped foot in the CSWA, you were looking for top of the line talent. You got it. You humiliated me but I got one over on you so I guess this match at Starcade is our ‘rubber match’. This is an anything goes match and I will do whatever it takes to put you out to pasture once and for all.”

In response, Hulk Hogan had this to say: “Well you know MW3, the Hulkster and all of his Hulkamaniacs will be more than you can handle brother. I will send you back to your parts unknown. You have never seen the Hulkster this pumped up brother. I will retire you and you won’t even be a footnote in the history of wrestling. I am already immortalized brother. So whatcha gonna do when the largest force in the world combined with the largest arms and largest ego in the world destroy you?”


Bobby Lashley vs. Batista for the TV title. The winner of this match will go on to face Hulk Hogan or MW3 at the final house show of the year.

Mick Foley vs Mohammed Hassan

HHH will take on the Undertaker

Booker T will take on the Big Show

AJ Styles will go against Randy Orton. Orton is now demanding that AJ put his future title shot on the line in this match. As of this writing, AJ has not responded.

Jeff Jarrett will take on John Morrison

Abyss will take on Kane

MVP will take on CM Punk

The winner of the CSWA World title match will take on Kurt Angle for the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship. Kurt Angle may be riding high but he was eliminated early on in the tournament. Will that affect his game plan?

Donnie B vs. Negronomicon in a Hell in a Cell is the main event. Donnie B was gracious enough to give us an interview:

“At Starcade, I get to go one on one for the last time against the Negronomicon; the ass who “stole” my federation. Negronomicon: This is it. Our last match. One final time. You and I go to the most unforgiving structure ever created: The Hell in a Cell. Not only did you take what I hold most dear: The HWF – the federation I built from the ground up, but you also outted me from there. Our final battle will not be a pretty one. I plan on making you pay. I will be the one who will survive and will go on to defend the Cruiserweight championship shortly thereafter. My primary focus will be tearing you apart in the cell. You will not win. You cannot win. You have nothing left. Unfortunately, this makes you the most dangerous you have ever been. I see my goal – and that is regaining what you stole from me. Humiliating you will be a bonus. Now, realizing that I am also the CSWA Cruiserweight champion and will have to defend this title against Jay Lethal, I understand that I will not be in the best shape after my Hell in a Cell match. Nevertheless, I will meet Lethal at the final house show of the year. I will give it my all. I will give it 100% of what I’ve got left. It may or may not be enough. Only time will tell. So, Negronomicon, this will be my final interview in regards to our match. I will go prepare and you will find me the biggest threat you’ve ever faced. May God have mercy on your soul.”

This will be a battle for the ages and I’m sure will be a match of the year candidate. Stay tuned.

Wrestling Newsletter Year 4 (2009) 12.4

Hello fans. CSWA owner Jeff Meyers and general manager William Regal issued this statement: “First, we wanted to let you, the fans, know that we are re-instating Sting back to active competition. Sting was forced out by that jerk Negronomicon. It was an unjust move so we opted to right a wrong. Sting has asked that he only wrestle on a part time basis. He was not interested in coming back full time. This request was granted and if he chooses to come back on a full time basis, he will be allowed to. Since Sting has requested to only wrestle part time, he will not be included in the battle royal.

The second note is that the final members of the NWWA including Fit Finley, Scott Steiner, Carlito, Chris Masters, Santino Marella, Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas are NOT being given CSWA contracts. They will be up for free agency and depending on the outcome of the Donnie B / Negronomicon match, their futures will be decided on at that time.

The third piece of news is that William Regal is also going to wrestle part time. He will have absolutely no control over his wrestling career. Any matches that he will be involved in will be handled by the CSWA owner Jeff Meyers.

Probably the most important piece of information is that with the size of the PPV, the CSWA opted to hold the battle royal first at a house show in Denver, Colorado.

The battle royal was held with all 48 active members of the wrestlers. The final four will gain title shots at the CSWA champs at the final house show of the year. Title matches will be based on who lasts longer in the tourney.

Final four are AJ Styles, Jay Lethal, Edge and Hulk Hogan. Jay Lethal was eliminated by Styles and will get a shot at the Cruiserweight Champion Donnie B. Hulk Hogan is eliminated by Edge and will get a shot at the TV Champion Bobby Lashley. The final match between Edge and AJ Styles actually was supposed to end with Edge being counted out but for whatever reason, the match was allowed to continue. Edge ended up getting the win in a controversial decision. William Regal came out and said that since the ref illegally allowed the match to continue, Edge and AJ would have one more match. This time in a Steel Cage. The winner will receive a World Title shot and the loser will get a shot at the US title.

In 17 minutes, AJ escapes the cage first to receive a World Title shot. Edge now gets the US title shot.

The PPV is getting closer so stay tuned for up-to-date information regarding the goings-on within the CSWA.

On a last minute clarification, Negronomicon is the ONLY person left in the NWWA. If he loses, I'm sure Donnie B will have something planned for him.

Hello fans. Well, that was an exciting PPV if I don’t say so myself. We have our first match for the card and that will be Donnie B taking on Negronomicon with the NWWA federation on the line. Also just added is a rematch between MW3 and Hulk Hogan. Hogan wants revenge after the attack at the last PPV.

Since the NWWA and their championships are pretty much gone-but-not-forgotten, the remaining wrestlers will most likely be involved in some way. We hope to have interviews from MW3 and the Super Warrior prior to the PPV but will have to wait and see.

At the latest card, Donnie B successfully defended the Cruiserweight title against Goldust. Bobby Lashley also defended the TV title against Rhyno. After that match, Lashley was attacked by Batista. Batista replied by stating that MVP stole the belt from him and before he could get his rematch, Lashley took the belt from MVP. He is done waiting and is now doing what he needs to to get his belt back. If that means attacking Lashley, then so bet it. Bobby said in an interview that if Batista wants a war, he’d be happy to bring it to his door.

Shawn Michaels also said that he was calling in his title shot at Rey Mysterio for the US title and would take that match at the PPV.

Mark Henry was in the back talking to a reporter about his upcoming shot at Samoa Joe. He was then attacked by Chris Jericho. Jericho said that he was more deserving of a title match over Henry. William Regal then decided to make the match at the PPV a triple threat match between Joe, Henry and Jericho.

A decision was reached by Jeff Meyers and William Regal to do something with the NWWA titles.

It appears that the final card has been released and here is what it looks like (card subject to change)

Donnie B vs. Negronomicon in a Hell in a Cell.
Bobby Lashley vs. Batista for the TV title
Shawn Michaels vs. Rey Mysterio for the US title
Samoa Joe vs Mark Henry vs Chris Jericho for the CSWA World title.
Super Warrior will take on Matt Hardy and the winner of that match (on paper at least) will co-hold the NWWA X-Division and North American Championships.
Christian will “defend” the IC title against his old nemesis Edge
NWWA tag Champs the Dudley Boyz will take on World TT champs Cryme Tyme and the winner will be the undisputed tag team champions.
MW3 and Hulk Hogan will meet in an “Anything Goes” match. No DQ, count out or time limit.
Mick Foley vs Mohammed Hassan
HHH will take on the Undertaker
Booker T will take on the Big Show
AJ Styles will go against Randy Orton
A battle royal will be held with all combatants. The final four will gain title shots at the CSWA champs at the final house show of the year.
Jeff Jarrett will take on John Morrison
Abyss will take on Kane
MVP will take on CM Punk
The winner of the CSWA World title match will take on Kurt Angle for the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship.

Wrestling Newsletter Year 4 (2009)_12.2 – All or Nothing PPV

Hello fans. In this issue, we will cover the results from last month’s PPV – All or Nothing and the fallout which transpired from it. Negronomicon was out first and basically guaranteed that his people will retain their belts here. If somehow they lost, they would all be fired.

The first match on the card was CM Punk taking on the Undertaker. Prior to the match taking place, Undertaker talked with William Regal about Punk calling him out and then running away. Regal asked “What would you like me to do about it?” Undertaker then asked for a no countout/DQ match with a 30 minute time limit. He wants to make sure that Punk cannot run away yet again. Regal agreed.

Undertaker and CM Punk went to a 30 minute time limit draw. Undertaker owned Punk in this match. Undertaker started off the match with a tombstone piledriver but Punk would manage to roll out of the ring. In fact, after any major offense the Undertaker would put forward, Punk would roll out of the ring and have to be helped back in. This went on for the entire match. At the final minute of the match, Undertaker locked Punk in a triangle choke. Punk was stuck in the middle of the ring but refused to tap out. When the bell rang signalling the end of the match, Undertaker still refused to break the hold. In fact, he held Punk in the triangle choke for an additional minute in which Punk finally passed out. Undertaker then called to the back and out came the druids with a coffin. They brought it down to the ring and Undertaker placed Punk into the coffin and then set it on fire. After a minute of burning, some suits ran down from the back with fire extinguishers and put out the flaming coffin. Once it was out, they opened the coffin to find out that Punk was gone. Undertaker then posed in the ring for a minute before leaving the ring.

The next match on the card was Mark Henry taking on Mike Knox. This was a squash match that Henry won in five minutes. The only offense that Knox got in was a huge boot to the face of Henry at the start of the match. Henry wins the match after connecting with a huge powerslam.

The third match of the night was Tommy Dreamer taking on Goldust. Dreamer got the win in 6 minutes after hitting two consecutive DDT’s.

The Bruiser took on Elijah Burke next. Bruiser got the win in 30 seconds after tossing Burke out of the ring and got counted out.

Out next was Chavo Guerrero taking on Stevie Richards. Chavo got the win after Abyss came out and distracted Stevie.

MVP taking on Chris Daniels went to a 20 minute time limit draw. It is expected that these two will meet again soon.

John Morrison got the win over Abyss with the sharpshooter after Stevie Richards came out and hit Abyss’ leg repeatedly with a chair.

After the match, Abyss demanded a match with Stevie Richards. Regal granted the match and said that they would meet in a steel cage.

Big Show got the win over Mick Foley after Randy Orton interferred. Due to their past, Mick has stolen different title matches from Randy. Randy hit Foley with the RKO before tossing him back in the ring. Big Show then connected with the Cutting Edge and got the win.

The first title match of the night was next with Randy Orton taking on Rey Mysterio fo rthe US title. Randy was in excellent form and hit the RKO on Mysterio multiple times. Rey was actually hanging in there and after hitting the 6-1-9, got the closest to a 3 count he had all night. Rey then tossed Orton out of the ring and Foley came in from the audience and hit Orton with a double arm DDT on the concrete floor. He then took off again through the audience and the ref counted Randy down and out. Rey Mysterio retains the US title by count out.

We made an error in the last newsletter. We said that Booker T was still the champ and defending the title against Samoa Joe. In fact, Joe is the CSWA world champ and is defending the belt against Booker T. That match was up next.

The challenger Booker T came out first followed by the champion Samoa Joe w/ Taz. Samoa Joe got the win over Booker T after Booker got counted out. Taz got involved early on and as soon as Booker got tossed out of the ring, Taz handcuffed Booker to the ringside barrier. Booker had nowhere to go and couldn’t get himself free before the ref counted to 10. Joe retains the belt via countout.

Bobby Lashley was up next defending the TV title against the Great Khali. Bobby got the win in 10 minuted after hitting a Dominator in the middle of the ring.

Next up was Hulk Hogan taking on MW3. This match didn’t go very long as MW3 got counted out early after Hogan ran him into the ringpost and he got counted out.

Cruiserweight champ Donnie B took on the Super Warrior. Donnie B retains the Cruiserweight title after connecting with the lights out brainbuster in the middle of the ring.

In tag team action, the took on World Tag Team Champs Cryme Tyme. Cryme Tyme retained the belts after the Dudleys were disqualified. The Dudley’s continued a beat down on Shad and refused to stop after the ref tried to get them to stop.

Next up had Edge taking on AJ Styles. Edge got the win after connecting with the spear.

Next had Jeff Jarrett taking on Chris Jericho. Jericho got the win after Jarrett submitted to the Walls of Jericho. Jericho was told before the match began that if he beat Jarrett, he would gain a world title shot.

Next had Kane going one on one with Mohammed Hassan. Super Warrior came out and distracted Hassan and Kane got the win after a chokeslam.

After serving his suspension, Kurt Angle got to face HHH. Angle hit the Angle Slam early on and many times. HHH just wasn’t prepared enough and tapped to the ankle lock.

The final CSWA match had Shawn Michaels squareing off against John Cena. Michaels started off hot but fizzled quickly as Cena took the match to the next level. Cena got the win after the “You can’t see me” followed by a knuckle jam.

The NWWA card stared next. They only had 4 matches scheduled.

The first of the four matches had Finley taking on Carlito for the IC title. Carlito spit apple early on in the face of the ref and got himself disqualifed. Finley won the match but not the belt.

Next, the X-Division title was on the line. Santino was up to defend the title against the person he “stole” it from – Jay Lethal. Santino got the win after he went for a pin and had his feet on the ropes. Santino then got on the mic and said that he was unbeatable and could take on anyone from any federation at any time. The bell suddenly rang signalling a new match. Santino asked what was going on and the ref said Santino basically requested another match. Out came none other than the Super Warrior. The Warrior took the match to Santino and after blinding Santino with his Dingo War Flags, he covered Santino and got the win. SW then took the belt and celebrated until Santino grabbed the belt and ran off with it. Santino said he had to clarify that the match was not for the belt. SW then challenged Santino for that belt. Santino tried to run away but then ran into a group of CSWA wrestlers including Bobby Lashley, MW3, Donnie B, the Undertaker and John Cena at the top of the ramp. Santino was “convinced” to take the match and get his ass back into the ring. Santino was not looking too good. The bell rang again and Santino took off right through the crowd and never stopped. In fact, the cameras outside the arena tracked Santino as he ran to his car and started to drive off. He kept running into dead ends and could not figure out how to get out of the parking lot. Suddenly, standing at the only exit was the Super Warrior. Santino cried for his mama as SW took a bat to Santino’s car. We faded off as Santino screamed like a little girl while SW destroyed his car.

Super Warrior then was dragging the bloody carcas of Santino to the ring. Santino was in no shape to wrestle but SW provided a contract signed by the Negronomicon giving SW a match. As soon as the bell rang, SW made the cover and got the 1-2-3 and is the NEW X-Division Champion.

Out next was the World’s Greatest Tag team defending the NWWA tag team titles. All of a sudden, they were told this was now a 3 way dance. Their opponents, Ted Dibiasi and Cody Rhodes, would now be joined by none other than the Dudley Boyz. Dibiasi and Rhodes got taken out early and after hitting a Doomsday Device on Shelton Benjamin and putting Charlie Hass through a table, Devon covered Benjamin and got the 1-2-3. The Dudley Boyz are now the NEW NWWA World Tag Team Champions.

Next up was Chris Masters defending the North American title against Matt Hardy. Matt hit the Twist of Fate at the 5 minute mark and got the pin and won the belt. Masters immediately demanded a rematch and before the bell could ring, he attacked Hardy locking him in the Master Lock. Matt was almost out when out of nowhere, Christian ran in and nailed Masters with a chair. He then hit 2 one-man concertos and dragged Hardy over to Masters and covered him. The ref counted and awarded the match to Hardy. Matt is now the North American Champion.

This of course brought out the NWWA World Champion Scott Steiner for his match against Christian. Steiner intentially hit the ref as the bell rang and the ref DQ’d the champ. Christian then took his frustrations out on Steiner by constantly hitting him with a steel chair. He then delivered a one-man concerto on Steiner. Steiner was busted open. Christian hit the Unprettier on the champ and he covered asking the ref to make the count. The ref counted 1-2-3 but there was no title here on the line. Christian then wrapped a mic cable around the throat of Steiner and told Scott that he wanted another match and that Steiner needed to grant it. Steiner managed to squeak out “Hell No” before passing out.

Christian called out Carlito and said that his “familia” are all gone. Carlito stole the IC belt from him and if he thinks he can do it again, try to steal a win now. Carlito attacked Christian but Captain Charisma was ready for him. Carlito went to spit apple but Christian caught him with a super kick and he spit up his apple and holding his jaw. Christian hit the Unprettier on Carlito and made the cover. The ref counted 1-2-3 and awarded the match and the IC title to Christian.

All of a sudden, Kurt Angle came out carrying the unconscious form of Scott Steiner. Angle handed the ref a contract signed by the Negronomicon giving Angle a title match. The ref, not one to question the leader of the Posse, started the match. Angle hit the rolling suplexes, a superplex and an Angle Slam. Steiner still wasn’t moving. Angle made the cover and after a 1-2-3, is declared the NEW NWWA World Champion.

Christian, who was still at ringside, congratulated Angle and then called out the Negronomicon. Negronomicon started off by stating that Steiner, Santino, Haas and Benjamin, Chris Masters, Jay Lethal, Rhodes, Dibiasi, Finley and Carlito were all fired. He is now the only member of the Posse left. Christian pointed out that two matches remained for the night. Kurt Angle was going to take on Samoa Joe and the winner of that match would face the Negronomicon for the Undisputed Heavyweight Championship.

Samoa Joe came out with Taz for his match against Kurt Angle. Angle went for an Angle slam early but Taz tried to interfere and hit the ref by mistake. The ref then sent Taz to the back. Angle, taking advantage of the confusion, rolled up Joe and got the pin. Now, the final match of the night was Negronomicon having to defend the belt he alone was responsible of stripping Angle of. He appeared very worried that he had no one to help him. Angle went right after him as soon as the bell rang but N jumped right out of the ring. He aparently forgot that Christian was at ringside and almost ran right into him. Christian gave the dictator a swift kick in the gut right in front of the ref and the ref did nothing. He then tossed N back into the ring and Angle hit him with the rolling german suplexes and followed that up with an Angle Slam. Negronomicon was in a world of hurt. Angle pulled him right into the middle of the ring and locked in an ankle lock. Negronomicon tapped but the ref did nothing. Angle question what was going on but the ref said for the match to continue. Somehow, Negronomicon hit a Black Doom on Angle and he made a cover. The ref counted 1….2…..NOPE. The ref told Negronomicon that the regime has failed and now Angle was going to take it all out on him. N did the “McMahon gulp” and as he turned around, Angle caught him with a belly to belly suplex. He took him to the top rope and hit a superplex. He got him back up again and with N on his shoulders, hit an Angle Slam from the top rope. The ref took a mic and told Angle that he wanted to see N punished for all the crap he put everyone through. Angle obliged. After 2 more Angle Slams, it seemed that the dictator was done. Angle put one finger on Negronomicon and the ref counted 1…2…3. Kurt Angle is the NEW UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!!!!

Angle and Christian got out of the ring and were joined by the North American Champion Matt Hardy and the X-Division Champ Super Warrior. They all celebrated together but Negronomicon somehow managed to get a mic. “You may have beat me here but I still am not done. For your cowardly actions, you are all hereby STRIPPED of those titles you hold so dear. “ All of the others started laughing at him and walked off with the titles they all won. Negronomicon wouldn’t even be helped to the back so he had to get there on his own.

Before signing off, we are backstage and saw that Hulk Hogan is laying in a pool of his own blood. Standing over him with a sledgehammer is MW3. As the camera faded off, MW3 starts to laugh like a maniac. We fade out.

As a post-PPV note, Negronomicon made it back to his office and looked totally defeated. All of a sudden, in walks Donnie B. “What the hell do you want? You want to gloat? You think that this is over? It’s not. I will figure this all out and make everyone pay.” “Really?” Donnie B replied. “You don’t have a cent to your name. You have nothing. You have a federation so deep in debt that you are really mortgaged up to your eyeballs. You are finished.” “You think so?” N replied. “How about this then. You and me. One final match. You win, you get your federation back. I win, you pay all my bills and you will personally have to fund me FOREVER.” “Wow, that’s an offer I’d love to take you up on but here is the issue. You’ve put this federation in debt. If you really want this match, another stipulation must be added. I went to the lawyer that the CSWA provided to me. You may remember him as Classy Travis Massie but now he is a lawyer extrodinaire. He drew up this contract (calls it the Massie Mania contract) It states that if you lose, I gain my federation back, I pay all your outstanding debt and YOU will work for me. You will do whatever you are told. I will give you a paycheck but you will pay me back for all your debt and will continue to do so for as long as it takes. To be fair, you get to pick the match. The match will take place at the December PPV - Starcade. This is going to finally end this between us once and for all.” Negronomicon snatched the contract and looked it over. “I’ll sign this and then finally, after years of you holding me down and back, I will own you.” “Just don’t forget that if you do lose, I will be the one owning YOU.”
“HA!” Negronomicon exclaimed. “That will never happen. I’ll see you next month in...let's see...a Hell in a Cell.” (note that this all took place in November) Donnie B took the contract and signed it too leaving N a copy for him to dwell over for the next month. That is all. Stay tuned. We are almost there.

Hello fans. By now, you may have heard that the wrestler known as Umaga (real name Eddie Fatu) has passed away from a heart attack. He was 36 years old. Our prayers go out to his family in their time of mourning. We hope he is finally at rest.
