Welcome to
another edition of the HCW Wrestling Newsletter!
The road
to Reign of Champions grows shorter, and with every passing week, the
championship picture throughout Heritage Championship Wrestling becomes
clearer.
Tonight,
the mysterious Null Order enters its first official six-man battle as a
complete unit. For weeks, Lazarus Blackstar has quietly assembled his
followers, but tonight promises to mark the beginning of something far greater.
Television
Champion The Rich Athlete has requested interview time after growing
increasingly frustrated by the attention surrounding Jack Lumber's Convergent
Championship defense in NPCW. Will the self-proclaimed greatest champion in HCW
have a message for the locker room—or someone in particular?
World
Ladies Champion Luciana Albano returns to action in a non-title match
against Sparkle. With Aurora Storm waiting for her opportunity at Reign of
Champions, every victory—and every distraction—could prove significant.
Nyx
Evermore will finally explain why she abandoned Starla Nova and embraced
Lazarus Blackstar as "The Convert," while Mr. X continues
demanding that United States Champion Jett Sterling acknowledge him.
The road
to Reign of Champions continues...
HCW
Live Wire starts right now!
HCW
Live Wire
The
Columbia Coliseum erupts as a wall of pyrotechnics explodes across the entrance
stage. Thousands of fans leap to their feet while the HCW Live Wire logo
flashes across the Omegatron. Camera shots sweep throughout the arena,
capturing homemade signs, cheering fans, and the electric atmosphere inside one
of HCW's signature venues.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Good evening, everyone, and welcome to another exciting edition of HCW
Live Wire! I'm Mike 'The Voice' Johnson, alongside my broadcast partner, Johnny
'The Hammer' Harris. Thank you for spending your Saturday night with us."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Mike, every week the road to Reign of Champions gets a little shorter,
and tonight feels like one of those nights where the landscape of HCW could
change in a hurry."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"We've already heard that Lazarus Blackstar has something to say following
Null Order's first official six-man match later tonight. Whatever he's
planning, history suggests it won't be good news for someone."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And speaking of people who love hearing themselves talk, Television
Champion The Rich Athlete requested interview time tonight. Apparently he's
tired of hearing everyone talk about Jack Lumber defending the Convergent
Championship in NPCW."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Jack is representing HCW wherever he competes, but Rich Athlete has never
been known for sharing the spotlight. Something tells me Candace Hart may have
her hands full."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"I feel sorry for Candace already."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"We'll also hear from Nyx Evermore for the first time since she aligned
herself with Lazarus Blackstar and betrayed Starla Nova. Tonight, she promises
to explain why."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"I've been waiting to hear this one. Everybody wants to know what
changed."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"And World Ladies Champion Luciana Albano is in action tonight against
Sparkle. With Aurora Storm waiting in the wings, you have to wonder if Luciana
can keep her focus where it belongs."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"She'd better, because one mistake in this company is all it takes."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"We've got a packed night ahead, so let's get things started."
"The
Scholar's March" fills the Columbia Coliseum as Leopold Dilg emerges from
the curtain to a warm ovation from the Live Wire faithful. Dilg acknowledges
the fans before making the walk toward the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Leopold Dilg has quietly become one of the most respected competitors in
Heritage Championship Wrestling. Every time he steps into the ring, you're
guaranteed a fundamentally sound wrestling match."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And tonight he's got his hands full with Nico Burnett. Burnett's got all
the talent in the world, but when you've got Julian Furnace whispering in your
ear, things usually get ugly."
Julian
Furnace steps through the curtain with his trademark smug grin before motioning
toward the entrance. Nico Burnett follows, eyes locked on Dilg as he
confidently heads for the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Julian Furnace has spent weeks trying to sharpen Nico Burnett's focus.
Tonight is another opportunity to prove that investment is paying off."
The
referee checks both competitors before signaling for the opening bell.
DING!
DING! DING!
The two
competitors waste no time locking up. Dilg uses his technical expertise to take
control early, driving Burnett to the canvas with a powerful bodyslam. Burnett
quickly answers with a perfectly timed DDT, reminding everyone that he can
strike just as effectively.
The pace
remains fast as Dilg regains the advantage with a beautiful belly-to-back
suplex, earning applause from the crowd before attempting to wear Burnett down
with a Crossface Chickenwing.
Burnett
refuses to stay trapped.
He slips
free of the hold, catches Dilg off guard with a blatant eye rake while
"Honest" Abe's vision is momentarily blocked, and shifts the momentum
in his favor.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"That's exactly what frustrates so many people about Nico Burnett. He's
talented enough to compete straight up, but he always seems willing to take a
shortcut."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"If the referee doesn't see it, it didn't happen."
The match
settles into a competitive exchange. Dilg connects with an atomic knee drop
before Burnett responds with a hard body slam of his own.
Neither
competitor is able to pull away.
Midway
through the contest, Burnett strings together a beautiful series of armdrags,
keeping Dilg off balance and forcing the veteran onto the defensive.
Dilg
refuses to surrender the momentum completely, stunning Burnett moments later
with a crisp double underhook suplex that shakes the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"What a counter by Leopold Dilg! That's the experience we've come to
expect from him."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Yeah, but every time Dilg gains an advantage, Burnett finds an
answer."
Sure
enough, Burnett spikes Dilg with another DDT, and both men slowly climb back to
their feet as the crowd applauds the evenly contested battle.
The pace
quickens entering the closing moments.
Burnett
once again catches Dilg with another fluid series of armdrags, sending the
veteran tumbling across the ring before quickly hooking both legs.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Burnett rolls him up!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"He's got him!"
One...
Two...
Three!
DING!
DING! DING!
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Nico Burnett steals the victory with that series of armdrags! What an
impressive opening contest here on Live Wire."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Call it stealing if you want, Mike, but the record book says Nico Burnett
just beat one of the most respected veterans in HCW."
Julian
Furnace slides into the ring with a satisfied smile, raising Burnett's arm in
victory as Burnett glares back at Leopold Dilg, who slowly rises to his feet
after a hard-fought contest.
Winner: Nico "The Inferno"
Burnett via pinfall (Series of Armdrags)
The camera
cuts backstage where Candace Hart stands in front of the HCW Live Wire
backdrop. Beside her are the reigning HCW Television Champion, The Rich
Athlete, dressed in an immaculate designer suit with the Television
Championship draped confidently over his shoulder, and his manager, Ruth
Heartless.
Candace
Hart:
"Fans, please welcome my guests at this time... the HCW Television
Champion, The Rich Athlete, accompanied by Ruth Heartless."
The Rich
Athlete adjusts the championship on his shoulder before looking directly into
the camera with a smug grin.
Candace
Hart:
"Rich, before we came on the air, Mike and Johnny mentioned that Jack
Lumber is representing HCW tonight while defending the Convergent Championship
in NPCW. I wanted to get your thoughts on—"
The
Rich Athlete:
"My thoughts?"
He
chuckles dismissively.
"My
thoughts are that I'm getting a little tired of hearing about Jack
Lumber."
"You
people act like he discovered fire because he walked into another promotion
carrying a championship."
"I'm
standing here with the HCW Television Championship—the most prestigious
championship defended every single week (he’s over exaggerating here) in
Heritage Championship Wrestling—and somehow everybody wants to talk about a man
wrestling somewhere else."
The Rich
Athlete taps the faceplate of his championship.
"This..."
Tap.
"...is
the title that matters."
"I'm
here."
"I'm
defending championships."
"I'm
making this company look good every single week."
"So
while Jack is off playing traveling hero..."
The Rich Athlete
smirks.
"...I'm
carrying HCW on my back."
Candace
Hart:
"Reign of Champions is only a few weeks away. Have you given any thought
to who might challenge you there?"
The
Rich Athlete:
"I've given it plenty of thought."
"The
problem is..."
"I
haven't found anyone worthy."
"Look
around this company."
"Who
honestly belongs in the ring with me?"
"Who
deserves to share a marquee with The Rich Athlete?"
Nobody.
"That's
not arrogance..."
"That's
reality."
Candace
turns toward Ruth Heartless.
Candace
Hart:
"Ruth, over the past few weeks there has been some speculation regarding
your interest in Dex Ledger. Is there anything you'd like to say about
that?"
Ruth
smiles politely.
Ruth
Heartless:
"Candace... people love to speculate."
"As a
manager, I pay attention to talent."
"I
evaluate competitors."
"I
watch opportunities."
"That's
my job."
"But
let's make one thing perfectly clear."
"The
Million Dollar Alliance is united."
"My
focus remains exactly where it belongs..."
She places
a hand on the champ’s shoulder.
"...with
the greatest Television Champion this company has ever seen."
The Rich
Athlete smiles proudly.
The
Rich Athlete:
"And until someone proves they belong in my ring..."
"There
isn't a man alive who can take this championship away from me."
The Rich
Athlete confidently walks out of frame with Ruth beside him, leaving Candace to
face the camera.
Candace
Hart:
"Confident words from the Television Champion. We'll see if someone
answers that challenge as Reign of Champions draws closer."
The camera
fades back to ringside.
The
energetic sounds of the Australian Outback fill the Columbia Coliseum as the
crowd erupts. Outback Oscar steps through the curtain wearing his trademark
wide-brimmed hat and a broad smile, slapping hands with fans on both sides of
the aisle as he makes his way toward the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Here's a man who never fails to put a smile on the fans' faces. Outback
Oscar brings a tremendous amount of energy wherever he goes, and tonight he'd
love nothing more than to pick up a victory over Harrison Marks."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"I'll give the guy credit, Mike. He enjoys himself out there. I just don't
know if smiling wins wrestling matches."
Oscar
climbs onto the apron, removes his hat, and raises it high above his head as
the crowd responds with a loud cheer before handing it to an attendant at
ringside and stepping into the ring.
The
atmosphere quickly changes as the arena lights dim slightly and a cold,
deliberate theme echoes throughout the Coliseum. Harrison Marks slowly emerges
from behind the curtain, wearing an expression of complete indifference toward
the fans. He pauses on the stage for a moment, surveying the arena before
beginning his measured walk to the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Harrison Marks has developed a reputation for believing he's the smartest
man in every room he enters. That confidence has certainly helped him find
success, but it hasn't earned him many friends."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"He doesn't need friends, Mike. Harrison Marks is methodical, disciplined,
and he never lets the crowd dictate what he's going to do."
Ignoring
the boos raining down from the audience, Harrison Marks calmly circles the ring
before stepping through the ropes. He never takes his eyes off Outback Oscar as
"Honest" Abe checks both competitors.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Two very different personalities are about to collide. Outback Oscar
thrives on emotion and crowd support, while Harrison Marks approaches this like
a calculated business transaction."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And only one of those approaches is going to leave here with a
victory."
The
referee signals for the opening bell.
DING!
DING! DING!
Outback
Oscar explodes out of the gate, catching Harrison Marks off guard with a
thunderous Spinning Elbow Drop. Oscar immediately hooks the leg, but Marks
rolls through the pin attempt and nearly steals the match with a quick cradle
of his own.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"What a frantic opening! Outback Oscar nearly had this one won in the
opening minute!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And Harrison Marks almost turned Oscar's momentum against him. That's
veteran awareness."
The pace
settles into a competitive back-and-forth contest. Harrison Marks begins
targeting Oscar's back with a series of back suplexes, big boots and crushing
backbreakers, slowing the Australian fan favorite considerably.
Oscar
refuses to stay down, answering with knee lifts, boots to the midsection and a
perfectly executed swinging neckbreaker that brings the Columbia Coliseum to
life.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"This has become a chess match. Every time Harrison Marks thinks he's
taken control, Outback Oscar finds another answer."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"I'll give Oscar credit. He just keeps coming."
Marks
attempts to change the complexion of the match by throwing Oscar over the top
rope to the arena floor. "Honest" Abe immediately begins the
mandatory count.
The crowd
rallies behind Oscar.
One...
Two...
...
Eight!
Oscar
slides back into the ring just before the count reaches nine.
Marks
greets him with a devastating powerbomb.
Later in
the match, Oscar catches Marks charging and traps him in the Outback Stretch,
forcing Harrison Marks into a desperate struggle to escape before reaching the
ropes.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"That submission nearly ended it! Harrison Marks had nowhere to go!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"He survived it, Mike. That's what matters."
The match
continues at a relentless pace.
Powerbombs
from Harrison Marks are answered by Australian Leg Sweeps.
Rotating
Vertical Suplexes are answered by swinging neckbreakers.
Backbreakers
are answered by Full Nelson Face Smashes.
Neither
competitor can build enough momentum to put the other away.
With both
men exhausted, Oscar sends Harrison Marks tumbling to the floor with a throw
out of the ring. Once again, "Honest" Abe begins his count.
Marks
narrowly beats the count, returning to the ring at eight.
The crowd
senses the match reaching its climax.
Oscar
lands another Spinning Elbow Drop.
One!
Two!
Harrison
Marks kicks out.
The
Columbia Coliseum erupts.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"I don't know what it's going to take to keep Harrison Marks down!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Whatever it is, Oscar better find it fast!"
Moments
later, Harrison Marks delivers yet another backbreaker, but the damage to his
own body has begun to take its toll.
Oscar digs
deep.
As Marks
charges once more, Oscar sidesteps him and connects with one final, perfectly
timed Spinning Elbow Drop.
He hooks
both legs.
One!
Two!
Three!
DING!
DING! DING!
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"What a victory for Outback Oscar! Twenty-six hard-fought minutes, and he
finally puts Harrison Marks away!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"I've got to admit it—that was one heck of a wrestling match. Harrison
Marks threw everything he had at Outback Oscar, but tonight Oscar simply
refused to stay down."
Outback
Oscar rises to his feet, acknowledging the roaring crowd as Harrison Marks sits
in the corner, frustrated by the hard-fought defeat.
Winner: Outback Oscar via pinfall
(Spinning Elbow Drop)
As Outback
Oscar celebrates with the fans, Harrison Marks rolls from the ring, clearly
frustrated after dropping a hard-fought decision. Oscar acknowledges the crowd
one final time before heading backstage.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"What an effort by Outback Oscar! Harrison Marks threw everything he had
at him, but Oscar stayed resilient and earned a tremendous victory."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Give Oscar credit, Mike. Twenty-six minutes against Harrison Marks isn't
easy. Harrison's going to be kicking himself over a couple of missed
opportunities."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Outback Oscar picks up some valuable momentum here tonight on Live
Wire."
Suddenly,
the arena lights dim.
A low,
ominous tone echoes throughout the Columbia Coliseum.
The crowd
immediately begins buzzing as a lone figure slowly emerges from the back.
Mr. X.
Dressed in
black from head to toe with his face concealed behind his signature mask, Mr. X
walks deliberately to the ring without acknowledging the fans. He steps through
the ropes and stands motionless in the center of the ring as a microphone is
handed to him.
The arena
falls silent.
Mr. X:
"Jett Sterling..."
A chorus
of boos fills the building.
"You
call yourself the United States Champion."
"You
walk around carrying that championship like it makes you untouchable."
"But
week after week..."
"...you
don't show up."
"You
don't answer me."
"You
don't defend your championship."
"You
hide behind excuses."
"You
hide behind management."
"And
most of all..."
"You
hide behind your own ego."
Mr. X
slowly paces the ring.
"I've
called you out."
"I've
challenged you."
"I've
waited."
"And
still..."
"...nothing."
Mr. X
stops and looks directly into the hard camera.
"So
let me make this perfectly clear."
"I'm
not going anywhere."
"I'm
coming for the United States Championship."
"And
sooner or later..."
"I'm
coming for you."
Before Mr.
X can continue, familiar entrance music fills the arena.
General
Manager Max McGillicutty
walks onto the stage to a loud ovation from the Columbia Coliseum.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Here comes General Manager Max McGillicutty."
Max enters
the ring and stands face-to-face with Mr. X.
Max
McGillicutty:
"Mr. X..."
"I've
heard you."
"And
whether Jett Sterling wants to admit it or not..."
"You've
made a compelling case."
The crowd
applauds.
"So
here's what's going to happen."
"Next
Saturday night..."
"Right
here on Live Wire..."
"You
will compete in a Number One Contender's Match."
Another
cheer from the audience.
"Your
opponent..."
Max
pauses.
"...will
be revealed next week."
"If
you win..."
"You
will become the official Number One Contender to the HCW United States
Championship."
Mr. X
lowers his microphone slightly before giving Max a single nod.
Without
another word, Mr. X exits the ring and walks back up the entrance ramp.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"There you have it! Next week, Mr. X has an opportunity to earn a United
States Championship match against Jett Sterling."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And Jett Sterling better be paying attention. Whoever Max has lined up
for Mr. X won't be an easy night, but if Mr. X wins... Jett's got nowhere left
to run."
The camera
cuts backstage where Candace Hart is standing with Valeria Vex in front
of the HCW Live Wire interview set.
Candace
Hart:
"Fans, please welcome my guest at this time... Valeria Vex."
Valeria
stands with her arms folded, an expression of quiet confidence across her face.
Candace
Hart:
"Valeria, last Wednesday on Shockwave, emotions boiled over between you,
Ashley Summers, and Veronica Flame during your match. Now, all three of you are
headed toward Reign of Champions with Heritage Women's Champion Korbi Kong
waiting. What's your mindset?"
Valeria
Vex:
"My mindset?"
"It's
simple."
"I'm
the only woman in this division focused on winning the Heritage Women's
Championship."
"Ashley
Summers hides behind Ruth Heartless."
"Veronica
Flame spends more time talking than proving anything."
"I'm
not interested in politics."
"I'm
interested in championships."
"When
Reign of Champions arrives..."
"I'm
walking in with one goal..."
"...and
walking out with Korbi Kong's championship."
"Well,
that's funny..."
The crowd
inside the arena erupts as Ashley Summers, accompanied by Ruth
Heartless, walks into the interview area with a sarcastic smile.
Ashley
Summers:
"You make it sound like you've already won."
"Valeria..."
"You
couldn't even finish the job when we were in the ring together."
"What
makes you think you'll survive me at Reign of Champions?"
Valeria
steps forward.
Valeria
Vex:
"Because unlike you..."
"I
don't need someone else fighting my battles."
Ashley
laughs.
Ashley
Summers:
"Jealousy doesn't look good on you."
Before
either woman can say another word—
"Would
both of you please stop embarrassing yourselves?"
The camera
widens as Veronica Flame, with Julian Furnace beside her, walks
into frame.
Veronica
Flame:
"Listening
to the two of you argue over who deserves Korbi Kong is adorable."
"Neither
one of you has what it takes."
"The
only reason either of you are even in this conversation..."
"...is
because I'm allowing it."
Ashley
immediately steps toward Veronica.
Ashley
Summers:
"You really believe that?"
Veronica
Flame:
"I don't believe it."
"I
know it."
Valeria
moves between them.
Valeria
Vex:
"If either of you spent half as much time improving yourselves as you do
talking..."
"...you
might actually deserve to be in the match."
Ashley
shoves Valeria.
Valeria
immediately shoves Ashley back.
Veronica
steps in and shoves both women.
Within
seconds, all three women are shouting over one another as the confrontation
threatens to erupt into a fight.
Candace
Hart:
"Hey! Hey! Ladies!"
Several
HCW security officers rush into the interview area before punches can be
thrown.
Security
quickly separates the three competitors, each continuing to yell threats while
being held apart.
Ashley
Summers:
"At Reign of Champions, I'm taking that title!"
Veronica
Flame:
"You'll never even make it to the finish!"
Valeria
Vex:
"Bring everything you've got. I'll be waiting."
Candace
steps out of the chaos as security escorts the women in different directions.
Candace
Hart:
"I don't think we've heard the last of this rivalry. Let's send it back to
ringside."
The camera
returns to ringside as the crowd continues buzzing following the confrontation
between Valeria Vex, Ashley Summers, and Veronica Flame.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"I don't think there's any question that the Heritage Women's Championship
picture is reaching a boiling point. Those three women could barely stay in the
same room together."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And the funny thing is, Korbi Kong wasn't even there. Imagine what's
going to happen when all four of them are standing in the ring together at
Reign of Champions."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Everyone wants that championship, but first, the World Ladies Champion is
in action."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And she'd better stay focused. With Aurora Storm waiting for her
opportunity, every match becomes more important."
Elegant
orchestral music echoes throughout the Columbia Coliseum as Pierre Boulay
steps onto the stage with a confident smile. A moment later, the reigning HCW
World Ladies Champion, Luciana Albano, emerges behind him wearing her
championship proudly around her waist. Luciana pauses at the top of the
entranceway, looking out over the crowd before confidently making her way
toward the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"The reigning World Ladies Champion has looked every bit the part since
capturing the championship. Tonight isn't about defending the title—it's about
proving why she's the champion."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And don't overlook Pierre Boulay. He's always thinking two or three moves
ahead. Having him in Luciana's corner is an advantage most champions would love
to have."
Pierre
holds the ropes open as Luciana gracefully steps into the ring. She removes the
championship from around her waist and hands it to Pierre, who proudly raises
it before carefully taking it to ringside.
The mood
instantly changes as bright, upbeat music fills the arena. Sparkle
bursts onto the stage with boundless enthusiasm, waving to fans on both sides
of the aisle. She high-fives children along the entrance ramp before jogging
toward the ring, feeding off the crowd's energy.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Sparkle knows this is the opportunity of a lifetime. A victory over the
World Ladies Champion—even in a non-title match—would send shockwaves through
the entire division."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"She's got the energy, but now she has to survive one of the best
competitors in HCW."
Sparkle
climbs onto the turnbuckle and acknowledges the cheering fans before hopping
into the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"The World Ladies Champion versus one of the most energetic competitors in
HCW. This one is underway next."
DING!
DING! DING!
Sparkle
wastes no time taking the fight to the reigning World Ladies Champion, meeting
Luciana Albano in the center of the ring as the two immediately exchange holds.
Luciana
quickly demonstrates why she wears championship gold, countering Sparkle's
early offense with a devastating Belly-to-Back Pendulum Facebuster that
rocks the challenger.
Sparkle
refuses to be intimidated, battling back with a Lance Crab before following it
moments later with a powerful Sidewalk Slam that brings the crowd to its feet.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Give Sparkle credit! She came to fight the World Ladies Champion, and
she's showing absolutely no fear."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Fear doesn't win championships, Mike. Luciana Albano has been in this
position before."
Luciana
begins slowing the pace, methodically targeting Sparkle before planting her
with a crushing Electric Chair Facebuster.
Pierre
Boulay applauds approvingly from ringside as Luciana remains firmly in control.
As Sparkle
struggles back to her feet, movement on the entrance stage suddenly catches
everyone's attention.
Aurora
Storm steps
onto the stage.
The
Columbia Coliseum erupts.
Aurora
says nothing.
She simply
folds her arms and watches.
Luciana
notices.
The World
Ladies Champion turns toward the stage for a brief moment, locking eyes with
her challenger for Reign of Champions.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Aurora Storm is here."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"She's not interfering... she's just watching."
Luciana
smirks.
Without
taking another step toward the stage, she turns her attention back to Sparkle.
Sparkle
charges—
Luciana
catches her.
In one
fluid motion, the World Ladies Champion spins behind her opponent and cinches
in the Nightmare Lock Inverted Cloverleaf.
Sparkle
desperately claws toward the ropes.
She
reaches...
But
Luciana has the hold locked in perfectly.
With
nowhere to go...
Sparkle
taps out.
DING!
DING! DING!
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"What a statement by the World Ladies Champion! Aurora Storm came out here
hoping to rattle Luciana Albano, but Luciana never lost her focus."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"That's exactly why she's the champion. Aurora got her attention for a
second, but once Luciana went back to work, this match was over."
Luciana
slowly releases the hold before rising to her feet. Pierre Boulay enters the
ring and presents her with the World Ladies Championship.
Luciana
raises the championship high while staring directly at Aurora Storm on the
entrance stage.
Aurora
simply returns the stare.
Neither
woman speaks.
Neither
woman moves.
The
tension between champion and challenger says everything.
After
several moments, Aurora turns and calmly walks backstage.
Luciana
continues holding the championship high as Pierre applauds beside her.
Winner: Luciana Albano via submission
(Nightmare Lock Inverted Cloverleaf)
Luciana
Albano and Pierre Boulay make their way up the entrance ramp while Aurora Storm
has already disappeared backstage. The World Ladies Champion never takes her
eyes off the championship resting on Pierre's shoulder.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Another impressive victory for the World Ladies Champion. Sparkle showed
a lot of fight tonight, but once Luciana Albano locked in the Nightmare Lock,
there was nowhere to go."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And did you notice something? Aurora Storm came out here trying to get
inside Luciana's head."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"I don't know that she was trying to get inside her head."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Whether she was or not, Luciana noticed her."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"She did—but she also stayed focused, finished the match, and reminded
everyone why she's carrying the World Ladies Championship."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"That's what champions do."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"We're going to step aside for our only commercial break of the evening.
When we return, Jax Brenner will be in action, and later tonight we'll hear
from Nyx Evermore as she explains why she became 'The Convert' of the Null
Order. Don't go away."
HCW Live
Wire fades to commercial.
HCW Live
Wire returns from commercial with a wide shot of the Columbia Coliseum as the
crowd applauds.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Welcome back to HCW Live Wire. Before we continue with tonight's action,
we've received some footage involving HCW Director of Talent Relations Adam
Jameson."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Adam's always on the road looking for the next generation of talent.
Let's see what he's been up to."
The
broadcast returns to the Columbia Coliseum.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Adam Jameson certainly keeps himself busy."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And you never know who might catch his eye. That's how careers get
started in this business."
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Speaking of opportunities, it's time to head back to the ring."
A gritty
rock anthem echoes throughout the Columbia Coliseum as Joe Sanders steps
onto the stage. Sanders pauses briefly, surveying the crowd before making his
way to the ring with a focused, businesslike demeanor. A few fans cheer, others
boo, but Sanders pays little attention to either reaction.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"The Jackhammer has never been interested in pleasing the fans or
upsetting them. He walks into every match with one objective—winning."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"That's why I like Joe Sanders. He's not worried about popularity
contests. He comes to work."
Sanders
steps through the ropes and retreats to his corner, calmly stretching as he
waits for his opponent.
The arena
suddenly comes alive as The Alaskan Wildman Jax Brenner's entrance music
hits. The crowd rises to its feet, cheering loudly as Jax walks onto the stage
with Molly Mason at his side. Jax points toward the fans before
exchanging a confident glance with Molly, who smiles encouragingly as they make
their way toward the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Jax Brenner has all of his attention focused on one man—Hardcore Champion
Terrible Herse. Tonight is another opportunity to build momentum before those
two meet again."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And don't underestimate Joe Sanders. If Jax spends even one second
looking ahead to Terrible Herse, Sanders is more than capable of making him pay
for it."
Molly
offers a few final words of encouragement before Jax climbs onto the apron. He
salutes the fans on one side of the arena, then steps through the ropes and
turns his attention to Joe Sanders across the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Jax Brenner knows every victory matters as Reign of Champions draws
closer."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Now let's see if he can stay focused on the man standing in front of
him."
DING!
DING! DING!
Joe
Sanders meets Jax Brenner in the center of the ring, and the two immediately
begin exchanging heavy strikes.
Jax opens
with a crushing forearm bludgeon, but Sanders answers with a barrage of hard
punches, refusing to give the bigger man an early advantage.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Joe Sanders isn't intimidated one bit. He's standing toe-to-toe with Jax
Brenner."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"That's the only way Joe Sanders knows how to compete."
Jax
attempts to end things early with the Bigfoot Bomb, but Sanders
brilliantly slips free before the gutwrench powerbomb can connect.
The
momentum swings back and forth as Jax lands stiff knee lifts while Sanders
repeatedly answers with his bruising fists and a punishing chinlock, trying to
wear the Alaskan Wildman down.
At
ringside, Molly Mason keeps her composure.
When
Sanders pushes the limits of the rulebook, Molly calmly gets the official's
attention before the situation can escalate.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Molly Mason has become an important part of Jax Brenner's corner. She's
constantly looking out for him."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"She's making sure Joe Sanders doesn't get away with anything."
As the
match wears on, Molly's encouragement becomes just as valuable as her
awareness.
She
continues urging Jax forward, refusing to let him become frustrated.
Jax
responds with renewed intensity, driving Sanders backward with a series of hard
knee lifts before overwhelming him with relentless offense.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Listen to this crowd! Jax Brenner is feeding off every bit of Molly's
encouragement."
Joe
Sanders desperately tries to regain control with another choke, but Jax powers
through the punishment.
Molly
pounds the apron providing Intestinal Fortitude.
The crowd
joins her.
Jax surges
forward.
With
renewed determination, he unleashes a powerful offensive flurry that leaves
Sanders reeling.
Joe
Sanders stumbles toward center ring.
Jax hooks
him.
The crowd
rises.
Jax
delivers his finishing maneuver—
THE
PICKAXE!
Sanders
crashes to the mat.
Jax hooks
both legs.
One!
Two!
Three!
DING!
DING! DING!
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Jax Brenner picks up another impressive victory here on Live Wire!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Joe Sanders gave him everything he could handle, but once Jax built that
momentum, there wasn't any stopping him."
Molly
Mason enters the ring, embracing Jax as the crowd applauds the hard-fought
victory.
Winner: "The Alaskan Wildman"
Jax Brenner via pinfall (Provide Intestinal Fortitude)
Suddenly...
The
arena lights go dark.
A cold
wind whistles through the sound system.
The
Omegatron flickers to life.
An
abandoned cemetery appears on the giant screen beneath a gray, overcast sky.
A lone
figure slowly emerges from the mist.
Hardcore
Champion Terrible Herse.
The
Hardcore Championship rests across his shoulder as he stares directly into the
camera.
His voice
is slow...
Measured...
Almost
amused.
Terrible
Herse:
"So..."
"The
Alaskan Wildman survives another fight."
A twisted
grin creeps across his face.
"They
tell me you've earned another chance."
"They
tell me you're guaranteed a rematch."
He
chuckles.
"Funny
thing about guarantees..."
"They're
written on paper."
"They're
not earned in the ring."
Herse
slowly begins walking between weathered gravestones.
"You've
been wandering around the Alaskan Wildlands."
"Perhaps..."
"You
should go back."
"Keep
searching."
"There
are still plenty of lost souls waiting for you."
"But
don't confuse wandering through the wilderness..."
"...with
being worthy of standing before the Hardcore Champion."
He stops
walking and rests one hand on the championship.
"You
don't deserve another opportunity."
"You've
merely been promised one."
"And
promises..."
"...are
broken every day."
Herse
lowers his head for a moment before looking back into the camera.
"When
the time comes..."
"I
won't just defeat you."
"I'll
bury what's left of your hope."
The screen
slowly fades to black.
The
Columbia Coliseum sits in stunned silence.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Terrible Herse continues to play mind games with Jax Brenner, but Jax has
earned that rematch, whether the Hardcore Champion believes it or not."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Herse may not think Jax deserves another shot, but one thing's certain...
when those two meet again, somebody's going to leave with scars."
Inside the
ring, Jax Brenner never takes his eyes off the now-dark Omegatron as Molly
Mason stands beside him, equally focused on the challenge that awaits.
The camera
returns to ringside where the lights suddenly dim.
A deep,
haunting orchestral note fills the Columbia Coliseum.
The
familiar symbol of The Null Order slowly materializes on the Omegatron.
The crowd
responds with a chorus of boos.
Moments
later, Lazarus Blackstar steps onto the stage.
His
expression is calm.
Purposeful.
He says
nothing.
A few
steps behind him walks Nyx Evermore.
Gone is
the smile the fans once knew.
Gone is
the enthusiasm that once defined her.
Her face
is composed.
Focused.
Resolved.
Lazarus
and Nyx make their way to the ring in silence before Lazarus motions toward the
ropes, allowing Nyx to enter first. A microphone is handed to her while Lazarus
quietly takes his place a few steps behind.
The crowd
begins chanting:
"STAR-LA!
STAR-LA! STAR-LA!"
Nyx waits.
She
doesn't react.
She simply
lets the chant die on its own.
Nyx
Evermore:
"You keep saying her name..."
"...as
though it still means something."
The crowd
boos.
"You
believe I owe Starla Nova an explanation."
"I
don't."
"You
believe I owe her an apology."
"I
don't."
"You
believe what happened on Shockwave was betrayal."
A faint
smile crosses Nyx's face.
"It
wasn't."
"It
was awakening."
Nyx
briefly looks toward Lazarus Blackstar before turning back to the audience.
"For
the first time in my life..."
"...I
see clearly."
"I
understand purpose."
"I
understand direction."
"Lazarus
Blackstar didn't change me."
"He
simply revealed what I was always meant to become."
"You
call it darkness."
"I
call it truth."
"I
spent far too long believing that friendship was strength."
"That
loyalty was enough."
"That
standing beside someone gave your life meaning."
"I
was wrong."
"Purpose
gives life meaning."
"Conviction
gives life meaning."
"The
Null Order gave me both."
The crowd
boos even louder.
"Starla
Nova still clings to yesterday."
"I
have embraced tomorrow."
"I no
longer seek acceptance."
"I no
longer seek approval."
"I no
longer seek permission."
"I
have been..."
"...converted."
"I
am..."
"...The
Convert."
Nyx slowly
lowers the microphone as the boos rain down. Behind her, Lazarus Blackstar
gives only a subtle nod of approval, never taking the microphone for himself.
Suddenly,
Blair Kensington's entrance music hits, drawing a loud ovation from the
Columbia Coliseum. Blair marches onto the stage with Coach Randall at her side
and heads straight for the ring.
Blair
climbs through the ropes and walks directly up to Nyx.
Blair
Kensington:
"If you're so convinced you've changed..."
"...prove
it."
"You've
done enough talking."
"Fight
me."
Nyx and
Blair stand nose-to-nose.
Nyx
glances toward Lazarus.
Lazarus
offers only the slightest nod.
Nyx looks
back at Blair.
Nyx
Evermore:
"As you wish."
Blair
backs toward her corner as Coach Randall offers a few final words of
encouragement. Lazarus quietly exits the ring, leaving Nyx to face Blair
one-on-one.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Nyx Evermore says she has found purpose in the Null Order. Now we'll find
out if that conviction translates into victory."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Blair Kensington wasn't interested in debating philosophy. She came out
here looking for a fight, and she's about to get one."
DING!
DING! DING!
The match
begins at a furious pace as Blair Kensington immediately looks to back up her
challenge with action. She catches Nyx Evermore with a powerful Alabama Slam,
sending The Convert crashing to the canvas.
Before
Blair can capitalize, however, Lazarus Blackstar quietly circles the outside of
the ring.
The
referee's attention is briefly diverted.
Lazarus
discreetly slides a foreign object toward Nyx.
Nyx uses
the opening to regain control.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Come on! We just got started!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"I didn't see anything, Mike."
Nyx begins
finding her rhythm, driving Blair backward with a Wheelbarrow Bulldog before
unleashing a series of her trademark Midnight Strikes.
Blair
refuses to stay down.
The former
fan favorite answers with a Release German Suplex, followed by the devastating
Storm One DDT, bringing the Columbia Coliseum to its feet.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Blair Kensington is taking the fight right to Nyx Evermore!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"She's making Nyx earn every inch tonight."
Lazarus
once again inserts himself into the match.
As Blair
connects with another Alabama Slam, Lazarus distracts the referee just long
enough to create an opening for Nyx to recover.
The
interference goes unnoticed.
Coach
Randall immediately protests from ringside.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Lazarus Blackstar is pushing the limits of what he'll get away
with!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"If the referee doesn't catch him, it's fair game."
The match
continues swinging back and forth.
Nyx lands
a perfectly timed Superkick.
Blair
responds with another Alabama Slam.
Nyx
answers with Midnight Strikes.
Blair
delivers a Perfect Storm Delayed Fisherman Suplex.
Neither
competitor can build lasting momentum.
Late in
the contest, Coach Randall becomes increasingly frustrated by Lazarus' presence
at ringside, stepping toward the referee to argue that the Null Order leader
has repeatedly inserted himself into the match.
While the
official attempts to restore order outside the ring, Lazarus simply smiles.
He says
nothing.
He merely
watches.
Back
inside the ring, Blair plants Nyx with a beautiful Release German Suplex.
The crowd
rises.
Blair
hooks the leg.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"This could do it!"
One!
Two!
Nyx twists
her hips and rolls through, reversing the pin attempt.
Blair
instinctively tries to roll her shoulders free—
—but as
she does, Lazarus calmly places the toe of his boot against the bottom rope
behind Blair's upper back.
It's
subtle.
Almost
imperceptible.
Just
enough to prevent Blair from rolling completely through the reversal.
The
referee never sees it.
Nyx keeps
Blair's shoulders flat.
One...
Two...
Three!
DING!
DING! DING!
The
Columbia Coliseum erupts in outrage.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Wait a minute! Lazarus Blackstar just stole this match for Nyx
Evermore!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Can you prove it, Mike?"
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"I saw enough to know something wasn't right!"
Coach
Randall rushes toward the official, pointing angrily at Lazarus Blackstar.
Lazarus
doesn't argue.
He doesn't
celebrate.
He simply
smiles.
Nyx rises
to her feet.
Lazarus
steps into the ring and quietly raises her arm.
Nyx never
looks back at Blair Kensington.
Her
expression remains calm.
Certain.
Resolved.
As the
Null Order symbol appears once again on the Omegatron, Nyx and Lazarus leave
the ring together while Blair remains seated on the canvas, frustrated and
bewildered over how victory slipped away.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Nyx Evermore is victorious in her first match as The Convert, but there's
going to be a lot of people questioning exactly how that victory came
about."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Question it all you want. The record book won't mention Lazarus
Blackstar's boot—it'll just say Nyx Evermore won."
Winner: Nyx Evermore via pinfall (Pin
Reversal)
Backstage
Interview
The camera
cuts backstage where Candace Hart stands with the complete Null Order.
Standing
behind her are Lazarus Blackstar, Nyx Evermore, Ambrose Chapel,
Dorian Vire, and Titan Briggs. The group stands silently, each
member staring directly into the camera. No one speaks until
Candace
begins.
Candace
Hart:
"My guests at this time... the Null Order."
She
pauses, looking toward Lazarus.
"Lazarus
Blackstar... over the past several weeks, we've watched your group grow.
Tonight, Nyx Evermore won her first match as a member of the Null Order, and in
just a few moments your group competes in six-man action."
"My
question is simple..."
"What
is the Null Order trying to accomplish?"
Lazarus
smiles faintly before answering.
Lazarus
Blackstar:
"Accomplish?"
"We
already have."
"The
recruiting is over."
"The
invitations have been accepted."
"The
world has finally begun to understand."
He slowly
looks at each member of the group.
"The
Witness..."
Ambrose
Chapel lowers his head.
"The
Distortion..."
Dorian
Vire smirks.
"The
Enforcer..."
Titan
Briggs cracks his knuckles.
"...and..."
"The
Convert."
Nyx
Evermore calmly nods.
"They
are no longer searching for purpose."
"They
have found it."
Candace
Hart:
"So... what comes next?"
Lazarus
Blackstar:
"Expansion."
"Not
in numbers."
"In
influence."
"The
Null Order was never created to exist beside Heritage Championship
Wrestling."
"It
was created..."
"...to
reshape it."
Candace
turns toward Nyx.
Candace
Hart:
"Nyx... tonight you called your actions an awakening. After defeating
Blair Kensington, do you believe you've proven your point?"
Nyx
Evermore:
"I didn't prove anything."
"I
simply confirmed what I already knew."
"The
Convert doesn't seek validation."
"I
have purpose."
"That
is enough."
Candace
nods before turning toward Ambrose Chapel.
Candace
Hart:
"Ambrose... what does tonight's six-man match mean to the Null
Order?"
Ambrose
Chapel:
"It is another step."
"Nothing
more."
"Nothing
less."
"Every
step brings us closer."
Candace
looks to Dorian Vire.
Candace
Hart:
"Dorian?"
Dorian
Vire:
"People keep asking where we're going."
"They're
asking the wrong question."
"They
should be asking..."
"...who's
going to stop us."
Titan
Briggs finally speaks.
Titan
Briggs:
"They won't."
An uneasy
silence follows.
Candace
slowly turns back toward Lazarus.
Candace
Hart:
"If your goal is to reshape HCW..."
"...where
do you begin?"
Lazarus'
smile widens ever so slightly.
Lazarus
Blackstar:
"With the foundation."
"In
this company..."
"Champions
are the foundation."
"And
the strongest foundation..."
"...stands
on two shoulders."
Candace
realizes what he's implying.
"You
mean..."
"The
World Tag Team Champions?"
Lazarus
Blackstar:
"I mean..."
"Ambrose
Chapel."
"Dorian
Vire."
"The
Null Order Expansion."
"They're
no longer looking for competition."
"They're
looking for championships."
"And
at..."
Reign
of Champions...
"...they're
coming for the Samoan Bloodline."
Lazarus
steps toward the camera.
"Raku."
"Tumu."
"You've
built an empire."
"Now..."
"We're
coming to claim it."
Lazarus
lowers the microphone.
The entire
group turns and walks away together without another word, leaving Candace
standing alone.
Candace
Hart:
"The Null Order has made their intentions crystal clear. They're coming
for the World Tag Team Championship."
The camera
fades back to ringside.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"There it is. The challenge has officially been made."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And in just a few moments, we're going to see the Null Order Expansion
alongside Titan Briggs in action. If I'm the Samoan Bloodline, I'm watching
this match very, very closely."
The
Columbia Coliseum comes alive as upbeat rock music blasts through the arena. Muscles
Weasley, Thorpe, and McGuire emerge from behind the curtain
together, pumping their fists to the crowd. The trio exchanges high-fives with
fans lining the entrance aisle before stopping at the top of the ramp and
raising their arms together.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"The Muscles Trio has become one of the most entertaining groups in HCW.
They may be giving up a size advantage tonight, but they certainly won't be
giving up heart."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"They'd better bring more than heart, Mike. Across the ring is the most
dangerous faction in HCW."
The trio
jogs to the ring, each climbing a different side before acknowledging the fans.
They gather in their corner, exchanging a few final words as they prepare for
the challenge ahead.
The arena
lights suddenly fade.
A low,
resonating tone echoes throughout the Columbia Coliseum.
The Null
Order symbol slowly fills the Omegatron.
The crowd
immediately showers the arena with boos.
Out of the
darkness walks Lazarus Blackstar.
Several
steps behind him are Ambrose Chapel, Dorian Vire, and finally the
imposing Titan Briggs.
None of
them acknowledge the audience.
None of
them speak.
They walk
with deliberate purpose toward the ring.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Look at the focus. Look at the discipline. This group moves like a single
unit."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"That's because they know exactly who they are. Whether you like them or
not, they've got everyone's attention."
Lazarus
reaches ringside but remains on the floor as Ambrose Chapel enters the ring
first, followed by Dorian Vire. Titan Briggs steps onto the apron before calmly
stepping over the top rope, towering over the opposition.
The four
members of the Null Order stand motionless.
Lazarus
quietly surveys the arena before taking his place in the group's corner.
The crowd
continues to boo as the tension inside the Columbia Coliseum reaches a fever
pitch.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Moments ago, Lazarus Blackstar declared that the Null Order Expansion is
coming for the World Tag Team Championship at Reign of Champions."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Now they have an opportunity to back up every word they said."
Tony
"Echo" Calibur walks to the center of the ring as both teams stand
ready.
Tony
"Echo" Calibur:
"Ladies and gentlemen... this is tonight's MAIN EVENT!"
The crowd
erupts.
Tony
"Echo" Calibur:
"This contest is scheduled for one fall!"
Tony turns
toward the corner occupied by the fan favorites.
Tony
"Echo" Calibur:
"Introducing first... the team of Muscles Weasley... Thorpe... and
McGuire...The Muscles Trio!"
Cheers
fill the arena.
"And
their opponents..."
Tony turns
toward the opposite corner.
"Accompanied
by Lazarus Blackstar..."
"The
team of Titan Briggs... Ambrose Chapel... and Dorian Vire..."
"THE
NULL ORDER!"
A fresh
wave of boos rains down as Lazarus slowly raises one hand. The Null Order never
breaks their focus.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"The stage is set for our main event."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And if the Null Order is as good as Lazarus Blackstar says they are...
we're about to find out."
The
official checks both teams before signaling for the opening bell.
DING!
DING! DING!
Ambrose
Chapel and Muscles McGuire begin the contest, but it doesn't take long for
Ambrose to establish the pace with a thunderous Big Boot before bringing Titan
Briggs into the match.
The
Muscles Trio immediately tries to overwhelm Titan with quick tags and
combination offense.
Running
Splash.
Diving
Crossbody.
Front
Dropkick.
The crowd
roars.
Titan
doesn't budge.
He absorbs
the assault before driving straight through the trio with brute force.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"They threw everything they had at Titan Briggs!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And Titan Briggs just walked through it."
The match
becomes increasingly physical.
Whenever
the Muscles Trio begins building momentum, the Null Order calmly cuts the ring
in half with efficient tags between Ambrose Chapel and Titan Briggs.
At
ringside, Lazarus Blackstar remains eerily still.
He never
shouts.
He never
distracts.
He simply
watches.
Midway
through the contest, chaos erupts as all six competitors spill into the ring.
The
official struggles to restore order while bodies fly in every direction.
Ambrose
drives Thorpe backward with a Bicycle Knee.
Titan
follows with a crushing Back Suplex.
Dorian
Vire launches into the action with a beautiful Rope Flip before the Muscles
Trio finally answers with a flurry of offense of their own.
The crowd
erupts as both teams exchange heavy blows.
Eventually
order is restored.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"This has broken down into absolute mayhem!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"And somehow the Null Order still looks completely composed."
Once legal
competition resumes, the Null Order begins methodically wearing Thorpe down.
Exploder
Suplex.
Deadlift
Release German Suplex.
Overhead
Belly-to-Belly Suplex.
Every tag
is crisp.
Every
movement deliberate.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Whatever Lazarus Blackstar has built... it's incredibly
disciplined."
Thorpe
finally escapes long enough to tag Muscles Weasley, who briefly ignites the
crowd with a diving crossbody that catches Titan Briggs by surprise.
The
momentum doesn't last.
Titan
quickly regains control with another devastating Deadlift Release German Suplex
and nearly ends the contest before Weasley narrowly kicks out.
The tag is
made back to Ambrose Chapel.
Thorpe
re-enters.
He
charges.
Ambrose
catches him flush with another massive Big Boot.
Thorpe
collapses instantly.
Ambrose
hooks both legs.
One!
Two!
Three!
DING!
DING! DING!
The
Columbia Coliseum boos as the Null Order stands victorious.
Lazarus
Blackstar calmly enters the ring.
He says
nothing.
He simply
raises the arms of Ambrose Chapel, Dorian Vire, and Titan Briggs.
The four
members stand together beneath the Null Order symbol displayed across the
Omegatron.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"What a statement victory for the Null Order."
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Lazarus Blackstar said they were coming for championships."
"After
that performance..."
"I
believe him."
Winners: The Null Order (Ambrose
Chapel, Titan Briggs & Dorian Vire) via pinfall (Big Boot)
The
Columbia Coliseum remains filled with boos as the Null Order stands united in
the center of the ring. Ambrose Chapel, Dorian Vire, and Titan Briggs stand
shoulder-to-shoulder while Lazarus Blackstar slowly accepts a microphone.
The crowd
chants:
"BLOOD-LINE!
BLOOD-LINE! BLOOD-LINE!"
Lazarus
waits.
When the
chants begin to fade, he raises the microphone.
Lazarus
Blackstar:
"That..."
"...is
exactly what I expected."
"You
still believe the Samoan Bloodline is untouchable."
"You
still believe championships make men invincible."
"They
don't."
"They
simply give them something to lose."
Lazarus
slowly walks between his three followers.
"For
months..."
"HCW
has celebrated strength."
"It
has celebrated power."
"It
has celebrated dominance."
"But
strength..."
"...without
purpose..."
"...always
falls."
He stops
between Ambrose Chapel and Dorian Vire.
"These
two men..."
"Are
not chasing championships."
"They
are chasing destiny."
"At
Reign of Champions..."
"The
foundation of Heritage Championship Wrestling begins to crumble."
Lazarus
lowers the microphone and slowly looks toward the entrance.
"I
believe..."
"...our
invitation has been accepted."
The crowd
erupts.
The
familiar war drums of the Samoan Bloodline thunder throughout the
Columbia Coliseum.
The fans
leap to their feet.
World
Tag Team Champions Samoan Stomper Raku and Tumu Vaega walk onto the stage with the World
Tag Team Championships resting proudly on their shoulders.
Neither
man rushes.
Neither
man looks intimidated.
They stop
at the top of the entrance ramp.
Raku
slowly removes his championship from his shoulder and raises it high above his
head.
The crowd
roars.
Tumu rests
his championship across his shoulder, his eyes never leaving Titan Briggs.
The two
teams stare at one another.
Neither
side moves.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"Business is about to pick up."
Raku
slowly lowers his championship before accepting a microphone.
Samoan
Stomper Raku:
"Lazarus..."
"You
talk about purpose."
"You
talk about destiny."
"You
talk..."
"...too
much."
The crowd
cheers loudly.
"You
wanted our attention."
"You
got it."
"You
think those championships belong to you?"
Raku
places a hand on Tumu's shoulder.
"You've
never stood across the ring..."
"...from
us."
Tumu takes
one deliberate step forward.
Tumu
Vaega:
"You've made a lot of promises."
"At
Reign of Champions..."
"You'll
have to keep them."
Raku nods.
Samoan
Stomper Raku:
"We've heard all about your Witness."
"We've
heard all about your Distortion."
"We've
heard all about your Enforcer."
He points
directly toward Ambrose Chapel and Dorian Vire.
"But
those names..."
"...don't
win championships."
"We
do."
The crowd
erupts again.
Raku
raises his championship one more time.
Samoan
Stomper Raku:
"If you want some..."
He points
directly at the Null Order.
"...come
get some."
The
Columbia Coliseum explodes.
Neither
team moves.
Lazarus
Blackstar smiles.
Ever so
slightly.
He slowly
nods.
The Null
Order symbol appears on the Omegatron behind the group.
Across
from them, the Samoan Bloodline stand proudly with the World Tag Team
Championships held high.
Two
dominant forces.
One
collision waiting to happen.
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"The challenge has been answered!"
Johnny
"The Hammer" Harris:
"Reign of Champions can't get here fast enough. Two of the most dominant
teams in Heritage Championship Wrestling are on a collision course!"
Mike
"The Voice" Johnson:
"For Johnny 'The Hammer' Harris, I'm Mike 'The Voice' Johnson. Thank you
for joining us for HCW Live Wire! We'll see you next Saturday night!"
The camera
lingers on the intense staredown between the World Tag Team Champions and the
Null Order before fading to black.
