The show kicks off with an explosion of red and gold pyro across the stage. The Voltage theme thunders as the camera pans the hot crowd, signs waving everywhere: “Scarlett Cashes In!” – “Ashen Burns Azrael!” – “Thaddeus = Trouble.” The excitement feels electric.
Sam Duffy:
“Hello wrestling fans and welcome back to another installment of the HCW Wrestling Newsletter! Tonight on Voltage, the balance of power could shift yet again! A Ladies World Title clash, the long-awaited Men’s Battle Royal, and the fallout from one of the wildest months in HCW history!”
Rick Granger:
“You nailed it, Sam. August was chaos — Dominion dominance, shock betrayals, and contracts flying everywhere. September is about settling scores and setting futures. And tonight? Two men will walk out with briefcases, not one. That’s unprecedented.”
The camera cuts to the announce desk where Sam Duffy and Rick Granger sit sharp in their suits, leaning into the energy.
The crowd erupts in boos as Tony Calibur announces:
“Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome your General Manager… Max McGillicutty!”
Max walks to the ring with an arrogant swagger, smirking at the jeering fans. He pauses on the apron, adjusts his jacket, and raises his arms, basking in the heat like he’s proud of the hate pouring down on him.
Rick Granger:
“Listen to this disrespect, Sam! Max McGillicutty has brought order, opportunity, and dominance to HCW, and this is the thanks he gets?”
Sam Duffy:
“Order? You mean Dominion Law, Rick. Max is no longer the man the fans once believed in. He’s Count Vlad’s right-hand suit, and these people aren’t fooled for a second.”
Max takes the mic, smirk never fading.
Max McGillicutty:
“Boo all you want. It doesn’t change the fact that I run HCW. And when I say something happens, it happens. Last month, you were promised battle royals — but the Dominion had bigger plans. So tonight, to silence all the whining, I’m going to give you what you want… and what I want. The Men’s Battle Royal returns, and BOTH finalists will walk away with contracts. Two men, two chances to shake this company to its core. And who knows… maybe both of them will be smart enough to recognize where the true power lies — with me, and with the Dark Dominion.”
The boos grow louder, but Max smirks as if he thrives on it.
Sam Duffy:
“He’s turning this into a recruitment drive, Rick. This isn’t about opportunity, it’s about Max stacking the deck in the Dominion’s favor.”
Rick Granger:
“Or it’s about smart business, Sam. He’s guaranteeing chaos and leverage, and the Dominion are the masters of leverage.”
Max gestures toward the entrance.
Max McGillicutty:
“And now, someone who knows what it means to be a real athlete — not someone playing out in the woods — is going to show you exactly what I mean. Thaddeus Zestwell, take it away.”
The arena fills with a loud brass fanfare as Thaddeus Zestwell steps through the curtain in a satin boxing robe, boxing gloves draped over his shoulders. He struts down the ramp with exaggerated confidence, smirking at the booing fans, one of whom holds a giant sign reading “Thaddeus is Trouble.”
Thaddeus enters the ring, raises his gloved fists like a prizefighter, and takes the mic.
Thaddeus Zestwell:
“Take a good look, HCW. This is what a real athlete looks like. I’m not chopping logs in some backwoods nightmare like my pathetic brother. I’m sculpting myself into a machine. A prizefighter. Owen’s out there playing lumberjack Rocky, and I’m here preparing for war like a professional. He’s weak. He’s slow. And he’s not built for this sport. I am.”
The crowd boos relentlessly, but Thaddeus smirks wider, shadowboxing in the corner for effect.
Sam Duffy:
“You can almost feel the venom when Thaddeus talks about Owen. This rivalry’s getting ugly fast.”
Rick Granger:
“I don’t see venom, Sam. I see facts. Owen’s splitting logs. Thaddeus is splitting skulls. I know which brother I’d put money on.”
Thaddeus tosses the mic arrogantly to the mat, raises his gloves once more, and exits with the smugness of a prizefighter, setting the stage for his brother’s rebuttal in a very different way.
A sharp cut transitions us to the mountains. Owen Zestwell is in a gritty training montage: hauling logs on his back up a steep incline, chopping wood with raw aggression, running through snow, and shadowboxing against the icy wind. No dialogue — only the pounding rhythm of drums and guitars.
The final shot shows Owen standing at the crest of a mountain ridge, sweat steaming off his body, fists clenched, staring into the sunrise.
Sam Duffy:
“That’s no lumberjack game, Rick. That’s grit. That’s determination.”
Rick Granger:
“Or desperation, Sam. And desperation doesn’t win matches. Thaddeus already told us what wins — discipline, conditioning, the heart of a prizefighter. Owen better pray his little campfire routine pays off.”
Tony Calibur (Ring Announcer):
“Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall!”
The lights flicker blood-red as an ominous low drone hums through the arena. Azrael steps onto the stage, his dark attire flowing behind him, a smirk carved across his face. He raises his arms to summon jeers from the crowd, then slowly makes his way down the ramp, eyes locked on the ring.
Sam Duffy:
“Azrael, one of the most dangerous affiliates of the Dark Dominion, comes to the ring tonight without Count Vlad at his side. That’s rare, Rick.”
Rick Granger:
“Rare, but calculated, Sam. Azrael doesn’t need Vlad tonight. He’s here to make a statement, to show that even on his own, he can break anyone who stands in his way.”
Azrael slithers into the ring, leaning back in the corner, staring coldly at the stage as he waits for his opponent.
The arena plunges into near-darkness. A single white flame flickers on the screen, accompanied by the sound of echoing chimes. Then a deep, slow drumbeat begins. Out steps Ashen Vicar, draped in ceremonial garb, hooded and solemn, his face cast in shadow until he lowers the hood to reveal an unflinching gaze.
He walks with deliberate steps, almost ritualistic, ignoring the fans’ mixed reaction — some booing in confusion, others silent in intrigue.
Sam Duffy:
“Who… exactly is this man? We’ve heard whispers, Rick — Ashen Vicar, they call him, the Master of the White Flame. But no one here in HCW knows what to expect.”
Rick Granger:
“Look at him, Sam. Calm, composed, deadly. He’s not here to pander, he’s not here to explain himself. He’s here to fight. And if I’m Azrael, I’m not underestimating this guy for a second.”
Ashen Vicar climbs the steel steps, pauses at the apron, and raises a hand in a slow, deliberate motion — as though blessing the ring with some ritual before stepping inside. He sheds his ceremonial cloak, revealing a lean but powerful frame, fists clenched with intent.
Tony Calibur:
“Introducing first, from the shadows of the Dominion, weighing in at 241 pounds… Azraeeeel!”
The crowd boos as Azrael sneers, pointing to himself.
“And his opponent… from the Sanctified Barracks of the Fist, in the Western Carpathian Mountains… weighing 227 pounds… the Master of the White Flame… Ashen Vicaaar!”
The crowd is unsure how to respond, a rumble of mixed reactions filling the arena.
Sam Duffy:
“The air just feels different with Ashen Vicar in the ring, Rick. This is one of the most unsettling debuts I’ve ever called.”
Rick Granger:
“Unsettling? Try dangerous, Sam. I don’t know if the fans realize it yet, but I think they’re about to.”
Match #1: Ashen Vicar vs Azrael
The bell rang and Azrael wasted no time, blasting Ashen Vicar with a spear that nearly cut him in half. He sprawled across him for a quick cover, but Vicar kicked out defiantly, earning murmurs from the crowd.
Sam Duffy:
“Azrael wanted to end this before it even began, but Ashen Vicar just shrugged off a spear like it was nothing!”
Rick Granger:
“That was no shrug, Sam — that was survival. Let’s see how long he can last.”
Azrael and Vicar collided again, both unloading heavy offense. Vicar hurled Azrael overhead with a crushing Divine Reversal suplex, but Azrael returned fire with his sinister Darkness strike. The crowd buzzed, unsure whether to cheer or jeer this strange new presence.
The match turned as Ashen Vicar unveiled his arsenal: the Pale Revelation spiking Azrael headfirst, followed by the Excommunication backdrop suplex that rattled the ring. With each throw, Vicar’s cold precision left the audience stunned into silence before bursts of awe.
Sam Duffy:
“Everything he does looks calculated, like every move is part of some ritual. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anything quite like this.”
Rick Granger:
“And Azrael’s feeling every bit of that ritual punishment. Vicar’s not here to entertain — he’s here to dismantle.”
Azrael fought back with bursts of agility — a flying head scissors, another spear that forced a two-count — but the Master of the White Flame refused to stay down. Rising with unshaken resolve, he delivered the Fall of the Faithless for a close near fall, then planted Azrael with a brutal Writ of Flame neckbreaker.
The end came when Vicar hoisted Azrael once more, dropping him with a final, emphatic Excommunication suplex. He pressed down into the cover as Honest Abe counted:
1… 2… 3!
The crowd erupted in a mix of shock and awe.
Tony Calibur:
“Here is your winner… the Master of the White Flame… Ashen Vicaaar!”
Ashen Vicar rose, expression unchanged, raising a hand in a slow, ritualistic gesture as the fans buzzed, still not sure how to feel about this mysterious force.
Sam Duffy:
“I don’t think the HCW faithful know whether to cheer or shiver, Rick. Ashen Vicar just arrived, and he’s already carved his mark.”
Rick Granger:
“He doesn’t need cheers, Sam. He doesn’t need noise. He needs victims — and tonight, Azrael was the first.”
The crowd is buzzing in confusion as Ashen Vicar stands tall over Azrael’s fallen body. The referee raises his hand, but Vicar doesn’t even acknowledge it. Instead, he retrieves a microphone from ringside. The arena falls into an uneasy hush.
Ashen Vicar lowers his hood back over his head, standing in the center of the ring like a priest delivering a sermon. His voice is calm, measured, but chilling — every word deliberate.
Ashen Vicar:
“Count Vlad… Dark Dominion… you cloak yourselves in shadow and call it power. But shadows flee before the flame. Your fangs drip poison… mine burn with truth. And I have come to purge the heresy of your empire.”
The crowd murmurs as he slowly raises a hand skyward. On the big screen, a white flame symbol flickers for just a moment, casting an eerie glow across the arena.
Ashen Vicar:
“This is your warning… Dominion. The fire is coming… and it will consume all who kneel to false kings.”
He drops the microphone with a hollow thud and exits the ring, never looking back at Azrael. The fans buzz, torn between awe and unease.
Sam Duffy:
“Sam, did you hear that? He’s calling out Count Vlad himself! That’s suicide!”
Rick Granger:
“Or it’s insanity, Sam. The Dominion runs this place, and if Ashen Vicar thinks one sermon is going to change that, he’s about to learn a very painful lesson.”
The camera lingers on the white flame symbol one last time before fading out to commercial.
Backstage – Count Vlad Reacts
The screen flickers from the white flame symbol back to the backstage area. Count Vlad sits in his leather chair, cane resting across his lap, a crystal glass of red wine in hand. Behind him, members of the Dark Dominion linger in the shadows — Selena Blackfang, Beastfang, and Terror Fang among them. The room is dim, candlelight casting eerie shadows on the walls.
Vlad chuckles softly, swirling his glass before taking a slow sip.
Count Vlad:
“Ahhh… the Master of the White Flame. How poetic. How… dramatic. He speaks of purging heresy, of burning my empire to the ground. But tell me, my children — what happens to flame when it is smothered by eternal night?”
He sets the glass down and leans forward, his eyes gleaming with amusement more than fear.
Count Vlad:
“This Ashen Vicar believes he is fire. But I have seen fires burn bright… and then die in ash. My Dominion does not burn… it endures. It devours. And soon, this holy man will learn what it means to truly live in the dark.”
He smiles, the room filling with the low growls of Beastfang in the background.
Count Vlad:
“Let him speak his sermons. Let him show his symbols. The Dominion fears no priest, no prophet, no savior. When the time is right… we will make him kneel before the Eternal Fang.”
The camera lingers on Vlad’s grin, half-charming, half-menacing, as the Dominion members nod in unison.
Sam Duffy (voice over):
“That’s the face of a man who doesn’t take Ashen Vicar’s warning seriously.”
Rick Granger (voice over):
“Nor should he, Sam. The Dominion has crushed every so-called challenger. Why should this be any different?”
The screen fades back to the arena, leaving the fans buzzing about a storm that’s clearly coming.
Commercial Break
🎺 [Overly triumphant horn music plays] 🎺
The screen cuts to a black-and-white clip of an exhausted fan sitting in the bleachers after a long night of Voltage. He looks drained, clutching an empty popcorn tub.
Narrator (cheerfully dramatic):
“Tired of Dominion darkness? We’ve got the cure!”
Suddenly the screen bursts into color — an over-the-top HCW Voltage Energy Drink can pops open with sparks flying.
The fan takes a sip and suddenly leaps up, flexing, dancing, and waving an “HCW Forever!” sign.
Narrator:
“Packed with 150% of your daily allowance of adrenaline and 0% of Dominion corruption, HCW Voltage Energy Drink keeps you chanting long after the pyro fades!”
Cut to Tony Calibur in the ring holding a can, shouting into the camera like a game-show host:
“HCW Voltage Energy Drink — feel the shockwave, not the fangs!”
The tagline slams across the screen with glowing lightning bolts:
⚡ HCW VOLTAGE ENERGY — OFFICIAL FUEL OF HERITAGE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING! ⚡
The ad ends with a fine print scroll at the bottom:
“Side effects may include spontaneous chants, excessive pyro appreciation, and believing you can German suplex Azrael. Please sip responsibly.”
“Brought to you by Bah Humbug Global Tidings.”
Back from commercial:
The broadcast returns with the crowd on their feet, cheering. The camera pans the arena as the HCW logo flashes.
Sam Duffy:
“We are back here on HCW Voltage, and folks, it’s time for a big clash! The pride of the Samoan Bloodline takes on one of the most hated men in this company, the U.S. Champion himself — Mr. X!”
Rick Granger:
“Hated? Try respected, Sam. Mr. X isn’t here to make friends, he’s here to win fights. Raku might stomp around like a beast, but he’s about to learn why X is a man obsessed with getting his title back.”
The arena lights shift to a deep red glow, drums pounding through the speakers. The crowd comes alive as Raku, the Samoan Stomper, bursts through the curtain with fire in his eyes. He slaps his chest, lets out a primal roar, and storms down the ramp. Fans at ringside slap the barricades in rhythm with his steps, creating a thunderous beat.
Tony Calibur (Ring Announcer):
“Introducing first… from American Samoa… weighing in at 285 pounds… the Samoan Stomper… Raku!”
The fans cheer wildly as Raku climbs into the ring, pounding the turnbuckle pad with both fists, ready to unleash.
Sam Duffy:
“Listen to this crowd! Raku is pure intensity — every time he steps in that ring, he brings the fight of his ancestors with him.”
Rick Granger:
“Intensity is great, Sam, but all the intensity in the world doesn’t stop a man like Mr. X from punching you in the mouth.”
The arena plunges into darkness as a single spotlight hits the stage. Mr. X emerges, hooded and brooding, his pace deliberate and cold. The fans explode in boos — even louder than usual — taunting him with chants of “YOU LOST! YOU LOST!”
Mr. X sneers at the crowd, jaw clenched, and stomps his way down the ramp. His eyes burn with rage, but there’s no gold on his shoulder anymore. Instead, he repeatedly slashes his hand across his waist, mouthing off at the fans: “I’ll get it back jackass.”
Tony Calibur (Ring Announcer):
“And his opponent… from Parts Unknown… weighing in at 263 pounds… Miiister X!”
As he climbs into the ring, Mr. X rips the microphone out of Tony’s hand for a moment.
Mr. X (shouting at the fans):
“Shut your mouths! Wilber didn’t beat me — he stole from me! That title is mine, and I’ll break every single man in that locker room until I get it back!”
The boos rain even heavier, but Mr. X slams the mic back into Tony’s chest, pacing like a caged animal.
Sam Duffy:
“You can feel the bitterness dripping off him, Rick. Mr. X can’t stand that the U.S. Title is gone, and it’s eating him alive.”
Rick Granger:
“And so it should, Sam! That title was his lifeblood, and now that thief Wilber Townsend parades around with it. I almost feel sorry for Raku tonight — almost.”
Match #2: Mr. X vs Samoan Stomper Raku
The bell rang and both men charged into each other like bulls. Raku slammed Mr. X face-first into the post, grinding him cruelly, but X snapped back with a hip roll to whip the Samoan Stomper down. The fans were firmly behind Raku, chanting his name as he fired back with those heavy double chops to the neck.
Sam Duffy:
“Every strike from Raku echoes through this arena! He’s got those heavy hands, and you can see Mr. X feeling every shot.”
Rick Granger:
“And yet, Sam, look who’s still standing. X eats punishment and comes back harder every time.”
Mr. X found his rhythm in the middle of the match — nailing Raku with sharp martial arts strikes, a turnaround sidekick that cracked across the jaw, and even a set of dropkicks that caught the big man off guard. He covered, but Raku powered out defiantly, earning a pop from the fans.
The Samoan Stomper rallied with back-to-back Samoan Death Stomps, shaking the ring as the crowd roared. He hooked the leg and nearly got the three, but Mr. X kicked out just in time, slamming his fist into the mat in frustration.
Sam Duffy:
“Raku had him! He had him! That was inches away from the biggest win of his career!”
Rick Granger:
“Inches away doesn’t mean a thing, Sam. You either win or you lose — and Mr. X refuses to lose again after Wilber embarrassed him.”
The end came in sudden, brutal fashion. Raku lunged for another stomp, but Mr. X ducked under, springing up with a vicious bare foot kick that connected flush to the temple. Raku crumpled to the mat, and X dove on top for the cover.
Honest Abe:
1… 2… 3!
The bell rang as Mr. X rose, sneering at the jeering crowd, shouting that Wilber Townsend’s win at Reign of Champions was a “fluke.”
Tony Calibur:
“Here is your winner… Miiister X!”
Mr. X shoved past the referee, pointing at the hard camera, shouting: “That title is still mine!” before storming out, dripping bitterness with every step.
Sam Duffy:
“You can feel the obsession, Rick. Mr. X is going to make Wilber Townsend’s life miserable until he gets another shot.”
Rick Granger:
“As he should, Sam. A man robbed will do whatever it takes to reclaim what’s his — and if I were Wilber, I’d be watching my back.”
The camera cuts back to the announce desk after Mr. X storms away.
Sam Duffy:
“Fans, we’ve seen tempers flare and rivalries ignite tonight — but up next, opportunity is at stake for the entire HCW roster. It’s the All Men’s Battle Royal!”
Rick Granger:
“And this one’s unique, Sam. Every man in that locker room without a title has been thrown into the mix. The prize? Not one, but two title contracts. The final two competitors standing both walk out with the chance to change their careers in an instant.”
Sam Duffy:
“That’s right. No champions allowed, which means some familiar faces… and maybe some brand new ones are about to step into the spotlight.”
Suddenly, the arena speakers hit with a pounding, industrial rock theme. Out steps a stocky, barrel-chested newcomer in black trunks and boots, his scowl locked on the ring. His body is thick with power, his presence radiating raw toughness.
Tony Calibur (Ring Announcer):
“Introducing competitor number one… from Milwaukee, Wisconsin… weighing in at 283 pounds… the powerhouse… Bruiser McPuuuugg!”
The crowd pops with curiosity and excitement as Bruiser McPugg stomps down the ramp, cracking his knuckles, eyes locked on the ring.
Sam Duffy:
“Whoa! Look at the size of this man! That’s Bruiser McPugg — a brand-new addition to HCW, and he looks like he could tear through steel with his bare hands.”
Rick Granger:
“You can see it in his walk, Sam — no nonsense, all muscle. Reminds me of those old-school brawlers like The Crusher or Scott Norton. And now he’s got a chance to make an immediate impact!”
The fans continue buzzing as McPugg climbs into the ring, pacing like a caged animal while awaiting the next competitor.
Sam Duffy:
“If this is how we’re starting, Rick, I can’t imagine what’s going to happen once the ring fills up. Folks, the Men’s Battle Royal is NEXT!”

The ring was chaos from the opening bell — bodies flying, alliances forming and breaking in seconds. Early on, the fans got their first real look at newcomer Bruiser “Cauliflower” McPugg, and he wasted no time making his presence felt, muscling Doofus Covfefe out of the ring with a stiff punch before planting Otto Ruthless with a devastating powerbomb that had the crowd roaring.
Sam Duffy:
“Bruiser McPugg has been a one-man wrecking crew since he stepped into the ring! Look at that raw strength — it’s like a throwback to the old-school bruisers.”
Rick Granger:
“And that’s why you don’t take your eyes off a man like McPugg. He’s built like a tank, he hits like a tank, and he doesn’t give a damn whose head he’s taking off!”
The eliminations came rapid-fire — stars like Marvin Barnes, Jake Montrose, Ethan Hayes, and even the Yeti were tossed aside as the field thinned. The fans roared again when McPugg stunned everyone by lifting and hurling Mr. X over the top rope, adding fuel to X’s post-Reign of Champions frustrations.
Sam Duffy:
“Can you believe that?! McPugg just dumped Mr. X! That’s a statement if I’ve ever seen one!”
Rick Granger:
“And look at X on the floor, Sam! He’s seething — this is only going to make his obsession with that U.S. Title even worse.”
Despite his dominance, McPugg’s night came to an end when Mike “the Rebel” Matthews managed to muscle him up and over the ropes. Even in elimination, the crowd gave the new bruiser a respectful ovation for his impact.
Sam Duffy:
“Bruiser McPugg didn’t win, but he just made an entire arena believe in him. That’s how you debut!”
The action whittled down to the final four: Sterling Silverman, Dominic Marconi, Mike Matthews, and Samoan Stomper Raku. One by one they fell until only Raku and The Rich Athlete remained.
Tony Calibur:
“Ladies and gentlemen… your final two competitors — both of whom will receive title contracts… the Samoan Stomper, Raku! And the Rich Athlete!”
The crowd erupted as Raku proudly opened his briefcase first, revealing a contract for a shot at the Heritage Tag Team Titles for him and Tumu. He roared and raised it high, the fans chanting his name.
Meanwhile, The Rich Athlete snatched his briefcase, refused to open it, and strutted to the back, taunting fans with his trademark arrogance. He let out a trademark “WOOOO!” and spat insults as he headed up the ramp, leaving the mystery of his contract unanswered.
Sam Duffy:
“Raku’s got a tag team title contract — huge news for the Samoan Bloodline! But the Rich Athlete? He’s keeping his cards close to the vest.”
Rick Granger:
“Smart move, Sam. Why tip your hand when you can play mind games with the entire locker room? Only Rich Athlete knows what’s inside that briefcase, and he’s not telling.”
Commercial airs:
HCW Dominion-Proof Umbrella ☂️
🎶 [Dramatic storm sound effects, thunder crashes] 🎶
The screen shows a terrified fan at ringside as Dominion “blood rain” pyro pours down. His popcorn is ruined, his soda is spilled, and he looks miserable.
Narrator (serious, mock-infomercial tone):
“Are you tired of the Dark Dominion ruining your night? Sick of being drenched in fake blood, shadow fog, or Count Vlad’s wine spit?”
Suddenly, the fan pops open a bright HCW umbrella with lightning bolt decals — the Dominion-Proof Umbrella! Sparks and blood pyro bounce right off it in exaggerated comic-book style.
Narrator:
“With the HCW Dominion-Proof Umbrella, you’ll stay dry, safe, and ready to boo your least favorite vampire lord in comfort!”
Cut to a montage of happy HCW fans holding umbrellas with slogans: “Raku Rules!” – “Scarlett Forever!” – “Down with Vlad!”
Final shot: a family of four holding umbrellas as Dominion chaos erupts in the background, everyone else soaked except them.
Narrator (cheerfully dramatic):
“Get yours now for only $49.95 — and for a limited time, we’ll throw in a matching tote bag absolutely
free! (disclaimer, you still have to pay $19.95 in handling costs).”
Tagline flashes in bold letters across the screen:
⚡ “HCW Dominion-Proof Umbrella — because not even fangs can pierce polyester!” ⚡
Narrator (final line):
“Brought to you by Bah Humbug Global Tidings.”
The crowd roars as the camera cuts back from commercial. Sam Duffy: “We are back on Voltage, fans, and it’s time for our main event!”
Scarlett Howl storms down the ramp first, fans rising to their feet in unison. She snarls, slapping hands with a few kids at ringside before locking eyes with the ring. She’s here for a fight.
Moments later, the arena plunges into red light as “Crimson Hymn” by The Thorns of Orpheus hits. Selena “Widow’s Fang” Blackfang emerges alongside Count Vlad, the Dark Dominion’s puppet master. Selena carries herself like royalty, cold and confident, while Vlad smirks wickedly. Behind her, Count Vlad stalks like a predator, smirking at the crowd’s venomous boos. Scarlett bounces in the ring, daring her to come on.
Rick Granger: “And here comes the Queen of the Dominion—she doesn’t just want to beat Scarlett, she wants to humiliate her.”
Sam Duffy: “And you see him—Count Vlad. The puppet master himself. You never know when that cane of his, or worse, the rest of the Dominion, will rear their heads.”
As Vlad escorts Selena to ringside, he stops cold. In the crowd, two unexpected figures rise from their seats: Van Helsing and the dark, brooding Crimson Vane. The crowd buzzes with shock. Vlad stares at them, stroking his beard before nodding to the entrance ramp.
Sam Duffy: “Scarlett knows she’s outnumbered before the bell even rings, Rick. But she’s never backed down from a fight in her life.”
Rick Granger: “And that’s why she’s going to get chewed up. Selena’s not just a wrestler — she’s the Dominion’s queen. And with Vlad lurking, this is practically three-on-one.”
Match #4: Main Event: Ladies World Title: Selena Blackfang w/Count Vlad vs Scarlett Howl (contract cash in)
The bell sounds and Selena wastes no time, scooping Scarlett and planting her with a massive powerbomb. Scarlett writhes, clutching her back as Vlad applauds smugly. Selena struts around the ring, taunting the fans.
But Scarlett explodes back, countering the next slam with a Full Nelson Slam that rattles the mat. The crowd erupts. Scarlett mounts her, raining down stiff forearms until Selena bails to the outside. Vlad pulls her close, whispering strategy while glaring at Scarlett.
They collide again in the center: Selena nails a Fallaway Slam, but Scarlett rebounds with an Electric Chair Facebuster that plants her square. Pin attempt—1…2…kickout!
Scarlett fires up, unleashing chops and suplexes, but Vlad pounds the announce desk, distracting her. Selena seizes the moment, spinning Scarlett into a Fireman’s Carry Slam for another near fall.
Sam Duffy: “Scarlett’s hanging in there, but every time she gains momentum, Vlad pulls the strings!”
Rick Granger: “That’s what great leaders do, Sam. Vlad is always two moves ahead. Scarlett’s just chasing shadows.”
At the midpoint, Scarlett hits the Basket Buster (Pedigree) out of nowhere, and the place explodes! She crawls into the cover—1…2…Vlad yanks Selena’s boot onto the ropes.
Scarlett storms over, screaming at Vlad, pointing to his cane. Vlad just smiles, shrugging innocently. When Scarlett turns back, Selena blindsides her with a vicious Cradle DDT. The ref argues with Vlad, missing the blatant choke Selena applies in the corner.
Scarlett rallies with a surge of pure adrenaline, headbutting her way free and cracking Selena with a Belly-to-Back Pendulum Facebuster. She covers—1…2…Selena just barely escapes! Scarlett pounds the mat in frustration, but the crowd chants her name, keeping her alive.
Selena answers back with brute force, grinding Scarlett down with a Cloverleaf submission. Scarlett claws toward the ropes, teeth bared, but Vlad hops to the apron to distract the ref. Scarlett taps—but the official doesn’t see it. Selena releases, laughing cruelly, dragging her foe up again.
As the match nears twenty minutes, both women stagger, battered and bloodied. Scarlett surges one last time, hitting a Full Nelson Slam, but as she lifts Selena for another, Vlad again distracts the ref. Selena counters, planting Scarlett with a Butterfly DDT from the top rope.
1…2…3!
Tony Calibur: “Here is your winner, Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang!”
Scarlett has barely rolled to her side when the ring is invaded. Empress Korbi Kong, Grizelda, and Mina Harker hit the apron at the same time and storm inside like a pack of wolves. The three descend on Scarlett, stomping and clawing, tearing her back down to the canvas. The boos rain down, the crowd in an uproar.
Sam Duffy: “Come on! Scarlett just went through twenty minutes of war and now this? This is a mugging!”
The fans erupt as, suddenly, Crimson Vane vaults the barricade. He charges headlong into the chaos, throwing haymakers at Korbi and Mina. The arena comes alive with hope, the Dominion staggered by his sudden fury.
Moments later, the energy spikes again as Ruby Howl bolts down the ramp, sliding under the ropes to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with her sister. Together, the Howl sisters fight back, creating a rare moment of even footing.
The four clash in a wild melee that has the fans screaming.
But the tide turns. Selena Blackfang rises, smirking through her pain, barking orders. Mina rips Ruby down by the hair. Korbi nearly cuts Crimson Vane in half with a lariat. The numbers tilt back into the Dominion’s favor, and Scarlett is dragged into one corner while Ruby is stomped down in another.
Sam Duffy: “This is an ambush! This isn’t about victory — this is about sending a message!”
Rick Granger: “Message received, Sam! The Dominion are in charge!”
And then, another horror. From the crowd, like a monster unleashed, Beastfang bursts forward. He blindsides Van Helsing on the outside, smashing him into the barricade with a thunderous tackle that sends the wall crashing down. Beastfang rains down fists, snarling as Vlad points and laughs maniacally from ringside.
Rick Granger: “Good God — Beastfang just took Van Helsing’s head off!”
Sam Duffy: “This is a massacre! The Dominion’s trap has been sprung!”
Inside the ring, the Dominion finish their work. Scarlett and Ruby are planted side by side with brutal finishers. Mina raises one of the Iron Maidens Tag Team belts, Korbi snarls over the chaos, and Selena hoists the World Ladies Championship high as Vlad finally enters the ring.
The boos are deafening, but Vlad only relishes them, lifting Selena’s arm like a prizefighter’s. He takes the microphone, his voice dripping with arrogance:
Count Vlad:
“Scarlett… Vane… Helsing… Howl… you are not the hunters. You are the hunted. And in my Dominion… no one escapes the fang.”
The crimson lights bathe the arena, Dominion symbols flashing across the video wall. The camera zooms tight on Vlad as he turns to Beastfang, who climbs back into the ring, chest heaving. Vlad places a hand on his monster’s shoulder. The audio doesn’t catch it — only faint static — but the camera just barely catches his lips forming the words:
“…pack your bags, Beastfang… you’re going to the North Pole.”
Beastfang’s eyes widen, his mouth curling into a guttural laugh as the Dominion close ranks, standing tall over the broken bodies of Scarlett, Ruby, Crimson Vane, and Van Helsing.
Sam Duffy: “The Dark Dominion has left devastation in their wake again tonight — and who, Rick, who can stop them?”
Rick Granger: “No one, Sam. Not Scarlett, not Van Helsing, not Ruby. The Dominion owns Voltage — tonight is just more proof!”
The boos cascade, the crimson lights pulse, and the show fades to black with Vlad’s smirk frozen in the darkness, the ominous tease of his whisper hanging in the air.
Sam Duffy (voice fading as broadcast ends): “What did he just say? What trip? What is Vlad planning now?!”
Fade to black.
Stay tuned to see what happens next.
