HCW Wrestling Newsletter 2025 #1117 – 7/12 - HCW Live Wire

The show begins with a recorded conversation that took place shortly after Meltdown (originally aired on last Monday’s episode of NPCW):

Scene: Backstage – HCW Arena – Dark Dominion Dressing Room

The room is cavernous and dim, lit only by the flickering glow of a candelabra atop a warped oak table. The concrete walls are draped in deep crimson and black velvet banners bearing the sigil of the Dark Dominion. The air is thick with incense and menace.

COUNT VLAD, regal and relaxed, lounges like a spider in the center of its web. His throne-like chair is obsidian leather with golden claw feet, and in one pale hand he swirls a blood-red wine in a crystal glass. His expression is thoughtful — and calculating. He speaks not, yet the silence he keeps is heavier than any shout.

Behind him, THE YETI paces like a caged storm, his massive frame hunched beneath the low beams, exuding primal fury. His breath fogs the air as he growls low under his breath, impatient for violence.

To the side, sitting on the floor with her knees hugged to her chest, is POLLY MASON. She hums to herself in an eerie, almost childlike tone, her tattered blue dress trailing behind her like a forgotten doll. Her hair is tousled. Her eyes gleam with madness and mischief. She doesn’t blink—she beams.

VLAD (finally speaking, to no one in particular)
Mmm… sweet aroma, dark vintage, decaying hope.

He sets the wine down with deliberate grace. Then, slowly, lifts an ornate gold phone carved with a serpent’s head and dials. After two rings, the line clicks. A voice answers, but we never hear it.

VLAD (calmly)
Do you know why they were sent there?

The voice stammers something on the other side.

VLAD (leaning forward)
Yes, yes, to sew chaos, to fracture unity... But more importantly: to remain unthreatening. The NPCW was never supposed to see the Dark Dominion. Not yet. That’s why those two simpletons were chosen.

He sips, then raises his voice ever so slightly — a rare spike of emotion.

VLAD
And now they are champions… beloved by the frothing crowds… and worst of all—inspired by that abominable, waddling little mascot… that penguin!

Polly giggles mid-hum and whispers to her reflection in a shard of broken mirror.

VLAD (darkly)
This… was not the plan. This makes breaking their spirits infinitely more… complicated. And if we cannot break them… we cannot consume them.

A pause as the voice responds. Vlad’s face twists into a soft sneer.

VLAD
Fix it. Immediately.

The voice grovels. Vlad’s eyes harden. His voice becomes ice.

VLAD
No excuses. I am sending help.

He ends the call with a tap, then reclines slowly. Yeti stops pacing, clenching his fists with excitement.

YETI (snarling)
Let me go back… let me feast on those two fools. I'll tear the smile off that penguin myself!

VLAD (sharply)
No. Your time here is not finished. There is still one spirit left to break.

He lets that linger in the air. Then, slowly, turns his gaze to Polly.

VLAD (gently, like a father addressing a favorite child)
My dear, sweet girl… it seems your loss to Molly has put you… at a crossroads. Unfortunate… but not without opportunity.

Polly’s face lights up like moonlight on broken glass. She tilts her head.

POLLY (softly)
I like crossroads… they're so twitchy.

VLAD
Then dance north, my threadspinner. Go to the North Pole. Bring your brother—and his ugly skull-faced friend—in line. Remind them where they came from. Remind them what waits in the dark. Crush the joy of the NPCW faithful.

Polly stands and begins to twirl, arms outstretched as if the room were a stage and she the prima ballerina of oblivion.

VLAD (to Yeti)
Contact Marcus. Tell him the plan must be accelerated. He is to meet Polly there.

YETI (grinning, showing yellowed teeth)
Marcus has been eager… to release them. It's a shame HCW won’t be their first stage. But NPCW? It will suffice.

VLAD (savoring the moment)
All in good time.

Polly begins to sing—soft at first, then rising into a chilling melody that echoes through the halls like the slow toll of an ancient bell.

🎵 "Thread by Thread (She Comes to Collect)" – A Polly Mason Song 🎵

Slow, gothic strings with ethereal humming beneath—music echoing through fog and broken clocks.

[Verse 1]
In the hush of frost and velvet ash,
Where brother laughs and chaos thrashes,
A thread undone, a bond mislaid—
She walks the veil to find what's frayed.

[Chorus]
Thread by thread, she stitches fate,
Guided by the old estate.
Not for love—no tears, no grace—
But to restore the Dominion’s place.

[Verse 2]
From caverns deep and halls unseen,
She sings of order, dark and clean.
He plays with fools, a laughing flame—
But shadows rise to call his name.

[Bridge – whispered chant]
"Blood knows blood, and masks fall slow...
The puppet must dance where the old winds blow…”

[Final Chorus]
Thread by thread, the needle flies,
Tugging truths through tangled lies.
One more stitch, and all resets—
She comes to collect what he forgets.

The last note hangs like a ghost in the air. Count Vlad raises his wine in toast.

VLAD (softly)
To chaos… properly woven.

Fade to black.

The Live Wire theme blasts through the HCW Arena as red and blue pyrotechnics erupt across the stage. Fans are on their feet holding signs like “Zack Was Screwed,” “Wrestling is Life,” and “Ashley Still the Queen!” The camera zooms in on the commentary table where the iconic duo is ready to kick things off.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Hello wrestling fans, and welcome back to another installment of the HCW Wrestling Newsletter—you’re watching Live Wire and folks, we are still feeling the aftershocks of one of the most controversial, most violent, and most unforgettable pay-per-views in recent memory: Meltdown. I’m Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson alongside the man who never pulls a punch—Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Mike, I still haven’t caught my breath from Meltdown. The Dominion ran wild, the Mason sisters tore each other apart, and don’t even get me started on what happened to Zack ‘Commando’ Brown in that main event. It was chaos—and tonight, the reckoning begins.”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“That’s right. Tonight, Zack ‘Commando’ Brown joins Larry Morton on a very special edition of The Morton Report. And you better believe he’s got words for The Wicked Prophet, who cost him the HCW World Championship and may have just awakened a soldier on a mission.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“And while Zack Brown reloads, the Albano Civil War rages on! Four Albano-related matches tonight—count ‘em!—including O.P. Cunningham taking on Salvatore Albano, and Julius Squeezer locking horns with Tony Albano, both under the watchful eye of that slick little snake, Pierre Boulay.”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“And the stakes get personal in a clash of bloodlines as Lou Albano III battles Dirty Dick Albano. There’s no love lost, no hugs after the bell—this one’s pure Sicilian vendetta.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“And speaking of vendettas, we’re hearing that Luciana Albano is in the building—and word is, she’s demanding a live mic.”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“And in our main event—the newly crowned champion of the night, the Queen of the Dominion herself—Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang—defends her World Ladies Title against the high-flying, never-say-die underdog, Luna Shadow. A win here for Luna would change her career overnight.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“But Mike, with Count Vlad at ringside, and Selena Blackfang at her most dangerous... Luna’s walking into a dark forest—and there are fangs in the trees.”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Buckle up, fans. The fallout starts now—this is HCW Live Wire, and it’s time to light the fuse!”

The crowd roars as the shot shifts to the ring for the opening bout.

Tony Calibur:
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall!”

The arena lights dim and a wave of jeers begins to swell as the pounding beat of “Blood Money March” by The Sicilian Orderlies blasts through the speakers. Emerging from the curtain with calculated arrogance, Pierre Boulay struts forward in a pressed pinstripe suit, smirking as he gestures confidently toward the entrance.

Behind him steps Salvatore Albano, stoic and thick like a Sicilian wall of stone. His expression unreadable, he adjusts his wrist tape and rolls his shoulders as the boos rain down. Boulay pats him proudly on the chest before leading him down the ramp.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“And here comes Salvatore Albano, escorted as always by the ever-scheming Pierre Boulay. You can practically smell the cigars and manipulation trailing them down the aisle.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Say what you will, Mike, but Pierre Boulay has brought the Albanos together and made them dangerous. Salvatore doesn’t talk much—he doesn’t need to. That man speaks in pain.”

Salvatore climbs the steps methodically, stepping through the ropes and pacing the ring like a caged bull. Boulay shouts instructions from the apron, pointing toward the entrance ramp.

Suddenly, the lights brighten and a wild western guitar riff rips across the PA—“Stampede Swing” by Rodeo Riot—and the crowd pops hard as O.P. Cunningham bursts through the curtain, waving one arm high and shouting with infectious enthusiasm.

Tony Calibur:
“And his opponent—from Tulsa, Oklahoma! Weighing in at 267 pounds… Oooooohhhh-Peeeeee CUNNINGHAAAAAAM!!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Listen to this crowd! O.P. Cunningham might be the last wholesome thing in wrestling—and somehow, he makes that look cool.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“He’s got more heart than he’s got brain cells, Mike. But I’ll give him this: O.P. never backs down from a fight, even if the guy across from him looks like he was chiseled out of concrete in a prison yard.”

O.P. slaps a few hands on the way down, then charges the ring and slides under the bottom rope, popping up and pointing toward Salvatore. He gives a deep nod, signaling he's ready to throw down. The crowd claps along as referee ‘Fast Count’ Frank checks both men and calls for the bell.

Match #1:  OP Cunningham vs Salvatore Albano w/ Pierre Boulay

The match opened with a roar from the crowd as Otis Peabody Cunningham used his surprising power to scoop up Salvatore Albano and slam him to the mat with authority. Salvatore rolled to his feet quickly, but O.P. had already established his presence.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Big slam from O.P. to start us off—Salvatore’s gonna feel that one all the way to Sicily!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“He’s got the crowd, sure. But Sal Albano’s not the kind of guy you can keep down with just muscle. He’s a grinder.”

Albano slowed things down with a chilling Intimidating Staredown, freezing O.P. in his tracks and giving the Sicilian brute an opening to drive a knee into the midsection. O.P. fired back with a strong clothesline that staggered Albano, but Sal recovered with a textbook Atomic Drop that bent O.P. backward in pain.

The two traded momentum throughout the match—O.P. showcasing raw resilience with more scoop slams and clotheslines, while Salvatore used his grit and brute tactics to fight from underneath.

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“I’ll give the big goof this—O.P. doesn’t quit. He’s got a chin like a tractor tire!”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“But every time he builds steam, Pierre Boulay is out here whispering into Salvatore’s ear—and you know that means trouble.”

As the match entered its final stretch, the wear and tear was showing on both men. O.P. went for another scoop slam, but this time Salvatore reversed it, planting his boot square across O.P.’s throat in a Choke with Foot that drew warnings from ‘Fast Count’ Frank.

The final moment came when O.P. tried to rally again with a slam—but Sal reversed it and suddenly turned to Pierre Boulay, who slipped a foreign object into his hand. With O.P. dazed and stumbling forward, Salvatore cracked him in the ribs and stuffed the object back into his tights as Frank dropped for the count.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Oh, come on! That snake Boulay just handed him something—this is a robbery!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“It’s called strategy, Mike. The Albano way—win first, apologize never.”

1… 2… 3!

The bell rang and Salvatore Albano had his hand raised, while Pierre Boulay applauded smugly on the apron, satisfied with another well-executed scheme.

Winner: Salvatore Albano (via pinfall, with foreign object assist)

OP leaves the ring nursing his ribs while Salvatore and Pierre gloat in the ring.  Eventually they head to the back much to the delight of the fans.

[Backstage Segment – The Morton Report]

The screen transitions to a dimly lit interview set. A glowing neon sign reading “The Morton Report” flickers in the background. Seated in two leather chairs are veteran journalist Larry Morton and a noticeably tense Zack ‘Commando’ Brown, still in his combat-style jacket and dog tags.

Larry Morton:
“Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a special post-Meltdown edition of The Morton Report. My guest at this time is a man who suffered the loss of the HCW World Heavyweight Championship—please welcome Zack ‘Commando’ Brown.”

The audience in the arena responds with a respectful pop. Zack nods but doesn’t smile. His jaw is clenched, hands resting on his knees like a soldier on edge.

Larry Morton:
“Zack, let’s get right to it. You had Jack Lumber dead to rights. And then—well—the interference from The Wicked Prophet. Your thoughts?”

Zack ‘Commando’ Brown:
“You know what burns the most, Larry? It’s not the loss. It’s that I trained, studied, and earned every second of that match—and it was stolen. Stolen by a snake who can’t stand the thought of someone else rising without him.”

Larry Morton:
“Do you believe it was deliberate? That The Wicked Prophet meant to cost you the title?”

Zack ‘Commando’ Brown:
“Oh, I know he did. He’s been obsessed with Lumber even before the Dark Dominion turn, whispering sermons and riddles like he’s some prophet of truth. But when he came down to that ring and interfered in MY match and costing me MY title, it wasn’t divine intervention. It was ego. It was jealousy.”

Zack leans forward, his tone lowering.

“You didn’t just cost me the title, Prophet. You interfered in my match and that doesn’t sit with me. I’m not gonna waste time throwing cryptic quotes or setting things on fire. I’m gonna find you and you will understand what it means to PISS OFF the Commando.  And when I’m done with you… then I’ll come back for what’s mine.”

Larry Morton:
“And what about Jack Lumber? You’ve said in the past you respect him—does that still stand?”

Zack ‘Commando’ Brown:
“Jack’s carrying a title he didn’t earn that night. But I know Jack. He’ll run and hide; ducking me at every turn but when the time’s right, I’ll see him again… and we’ll settle it the right way—one on one. No shadows. No interference.”

Larry Morton:
“Well said. Zack, thank you for your time—and best of luck in the days ahead.”

Zack stands, nods once, and walks off the set with purpose. The camera holds on Larry as the screen transitions back to the arena.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson (voice-over):
“That was a fired-up Zack Brown, and I don’t think The Wicked Prophet knows what he’s unleashed.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris (voice-over):
“If I were Prophet, I’d start looking over both shoulders—and maybe sleep with the lights on.”

Back at ring side, the energy picks up as the sound of playful brass and slap bass fills the arena. The fans laugh and cheer as “Golden Gravy” by The Boptones hits, signaling the arrival of HCW’s most eccentric fruit-based grappler.

Out comes Julius Squeezer, decked out in his custom fruit-patterned singlet and wearing a foam banana over one shoulder like a championship belt. He high-fives fans, pretends to squeeze juice into the air, and tosses a few stress-relief orange balls into the crowd.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Well, the juice is loose here on Live Wire, and the people love it! Julius Squeezer may be a walking punchline, but don’t let that fool you—he can wrestle when it counts.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“He wrestles like a man who fell into a blender, Mike. If this guy wins tonight, I’m ordering a fruit salad with a side of disbelief.”

Julius slides into the ring, hops up onto the second rope, and strikes a goofy flex pose as the crowd eats it up.

But the mood turns fast as “La Vendetta (Instrumentale)” by Don G and the Brass Knuckles takes over the arena. The lights dim slightly and the jeers begin.

Out struts Pierre Boulay, smug as ever in his custom-tailored charcoal pinstripe suit and red silk tie, twirling his cane like a maestro of menace. Just behind him is Tony Albano, swaggering with gold chains bouncing across his chest, sneering at the crowd like they owe him money.

Tony Calibur:
“And his opponent… accompanied to the ring by Pierre Boulay… from the Lower East Side… weighing in at 234 pounds… TONYYYYY ALBANO!!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“You can feel the shift in the room every time Boulay and one of his ‘New Sicilians’ walk through that curtain. The arrogance is almost a weapon.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“And that weapon’s undefeated, Mike. Tony Albano doesn’t need flash—he’s got fists, footwork, and a family name with muscle behind it.”

Tony sneers at a fan holding a “Squeezer Nation” sign before stepping up onto the apron. Boulay holds the ropes open like royalty as Tony enters the ring, staring down Julius from across the canvas.

Referee ‘Honest’ Abe gives both men a quick check before signaling for the bell.

Match #2:  Julius Squeezer vs Tony Albano w/ Pierre Boulay

The bell rang with the fans still fired up from Julius Squeezer’s banana-fueled entrance, and he didn’t disappoint out of the gate—catching Tony Albano with a crisp back elbow that sent him reeling into the corner.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Julius bringing that juice early! Albano just got squeezed!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“He’s lucky he landed in the corner and not a blender, Mike.”

But the fun ended fast. Tony Albano used his street brawler instincts to shift the momentum, drilling Julius with a brutal piledriver that sent shockwaves through the ring. From there, the match was all Albano—grinding down Squeezer with a bulldog, a front layout suplex, and another near fall that had Pierre Boulay grinning at ringside.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Say what you will about his methods, Tony Albano is putting on a clinic tonight.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“It’s a clinic where the only prescription is pain, Mike. And Pierre Boulay is the attending physician.”

But Julius wouldn’t stay down. With the fans rallying behind him, he exploded with a big Steinerline, then followed with a surprising belly-to-belly suplex that shook Tony’s confidence. The match devolved into a chaotic sequence of reversals—Julius went for another Steinerline, Tony countered into a slingshot clothesline, only for Julius to flip that into a double underhook powerbomb—which Tony reversed yet again into another bulldog.

The pinfall attempts piled up, but Julius kept kicking out, showing heart the Albano camp clearly didn’t anticipate. When Tony went for a legsweep late in the match, Julius rallied once again and locked in a Steiner Recliner right in the center of the ring!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Squeezer’s got it locked in! He’s gonna squeeze out the win right here!”

But before Tony could tap, Pierre Boulay stormed the apron and blatantly jumped in, slamming his cane across Julius’ back in full view of ‘Honest’ Abe.

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“He couldn’t help himself! Boulay just cost his man the match!”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“That’s two matches and two interferences from this weasel! Enough is enough!”

Referee ‘Honest’ Abe immediately called for the bell, waving off the contest and awarding it to Julius Squeezer via disqualification. Boulay dragged Tony from the ring, shouting about “technicalities” as the crowd booed mercilessly.

Winner: Julius Squeezer (via disqualification)

Julius, wincing but smiling, stood tall in the ring—his music playing as he celebrated not just a win, but a moral victory over Boulay’s dirty game.

As the replay of Julius Squeezer’s DQ win wraps up, the camera follows Tony Albano and Pierre Boulay retreating up the ramp, both frustrated and shouting at fans. Julius Squeezer throws one last peace-sign toward the crowd before exiting the opposite way.

The broadcast fades to black with a message:

[COMMERCIAL BREAK – “HCW: Reign of Champions” Coming August 30th – LIVE on Pay-Per-View and streaming on the NSFWA Network!]

[In-Ring Promo: Luciana Albano]

When we return from commercial, the lights in the arena shift to a sultry red-and-gold hue as “La Regina” by Donna di Guerra hits the speakers. The crowd erupts in boos before the first lyric even drops.

Strutting down the ramp in high heels, a black designer blazer with red trim, and the signature Albano smirk, Luciana Albano makes her way to the ring with a microphone in hand. Her thick Italian accent cuts through the chorus of jeers.

Luciana Albano:
“Cut my music!”

The music fades. She steps into the ring, flipping her hair and glaring out at the audience.

Luciana Albano:
“After what I saw at Meltdown, I am done being polite. I am done waiting. I am done being overlooked. I am the crown jewel of the Albano family, and it is about damn time this company—and you people—start treating me like it.”

The boos rain harder, but Luciana only grins.

Luciana Albano:
“I’m not here to beg. I’m here to claim what is mine. So I’ll say it slow, in case management, Count Vlad, or anyone else in the back needs subtitles—I want my shot at the World Ladies Championship.

Before the crowd can react, a loud guitar riff cuts her off—“Queen’s Reign” by Violet Halo hits, and the roof nearly comes off the arena. Out walks Ashley ‘Diamond’ Summers, no smile, no mic—just purpose in her stride.

A person in a body suit

She enters the ring and immediately signals for a mic. The crowd buzzes with anticipation as the two women face off center ring.

Ashley ‘Diamond’ Summers:
“You want a title shot? For what? Because you show up once a month, slap your name on a jacket, and act like royalty? Girl, I was the queen around here. I didn’t ask for respect—I earned it.”

Luciana Albano:
“Oh please. You had your chance at Meltdown, and you choked. You can’t handle the Dark Dominion. But I can. I come from a family that thrives in chaos. I don’t run from monsters—I send them running.”

Ashley ‘Diamond’ Summers:
“You keep talking about your family like it makes you dangerous. But last I checked, you needed Pierre Boulay to tuck you in at night and file your nails before a match. If you want a shot at Selena—earn it. Beat somebody. Beat me.”

A huge pop from the crowd.

Luciana Albano:
“You? Again? Fine. But when I leave you on your back staring at the lights, I want everyone to remember… the name on the marquee… will be Albano.”

Luciana drops the mic. Ashley smirks, then SLAPS her across the face to an enormous reaction! Luciana staggers back—then lunges forward and the two start brawling!

Referees and agents flood the ring to pull them apart as the crowd goes wild. Luciana is dragged to the ropes screaming in Italian while Ashley breaks free once to lunge back at her.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Tempers are boiling over, Johnny—Ashley just threw down the challenge, and Luciana lit the fuse!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“This isn’t just about a title shot, Mike. This is a battle for status. And when pride’s on the line—someone always bleeds.”

As officials finish clearing the ring after the Ashley–Luciana brawl, the lights cut out briefly—and then rev back to life with the rev of a loud motorcycle engine. A dark rock instrumental called “Riding to Oblivion” by Dead Cycle Saints pounds over the speakers.

Two rugged figures appear at the top of the ramp, leather vests over cut-off shirts, fists taped, and eyes cold—The Sons of Anarchy have arrived. The crowd erupts in mixed reaction as the intimidating duo makes their way toward the ring with focused silence.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“You know what time it is, Johnny. The Sons of Anarchy—brawlers, bruisers, and brothers in destruction—are back on Live Wire.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“And they’re not here for a friendly tag match, Mike. When these two enter the ring, you can forget about wristlocks and sunset flips. It’s punches and pain. Period.”

The Sons slide into the ring and immediately take their corners, standing with arms crossed, ready for violence.

The mood shifts dramatically as carnival-style music begins playing. A quirky, high-energy remix of “Here Comes Trouble” by The Klownz of Kaos blares through the arena—and the fans pop hard as two complete oddballs make their way out.

First out is Doofus, who wears a polka-dotted singlet, two mismatched boots, and a helmet with a tiny horn on top. Right behind him is the towering, slack-jawed Waldo, wearing goggles, swim fins, and a fanny pack.

Tony Calibur:
“And their opponents… at a combined weight of 547 pounds… DOOFUS AND WALDOOOOOOO!!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“It goes without saying.  These two idiots are a disgrace to anyone who calls themselves a professional wrestler, business owner or, in their own mind, president of what ever delusional world they live in!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“I’ve seen circuses more organized than these two. They make a mess just walking to the ring!”

Doofus trips on the steps but rebounds with flair. Waldo slides into the ring backward. The Sons of Anarchy glare at the spectacle unfolding before them like they just found a dead squirrel on their bike.

This one is ready to get underway.

Match #3:  Sons of Anarchy vs Doofus Covfefe & Waldo Winchester

From the opening bell, the contrast between chaos and control was obvious—Doofus & Waldo brought the unpredictability, but The Sons of Anarchy brought the pain.

Son of Drew kicked things off with a dazzling corkscrew pescado, dropping Waldo hard enough to force an early tag. Doofus Covfefe entered with a flurry of energy and managed some awkward—but effective—offense, including a bizarre but somehow legal smother with orange hair that had the crowd laughing and groaning in equal parts.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“You’ve got to hand it to Doofus—he’s weird, but he’s relentless!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Relentless? That man tried to suffocate someone with dyed hair gel and self-esteem issues.”

Double-teams from both sides escalated the chaos. Doofus and Waldo landed some tandem offense—a double leg takedown and scoop slam combo that staggered Son of Stache. But coordination began to unravel when Waldo started missing key cues. He stood frozen mid-combo during a tag sequence, giving Son of Stache enough time to recover and level both men with a stiff Lasso Clothesline.

The Sons began isolating Waldo, punishing him with brutal combinations: tombstones, whiplashes, stomps, and their signature La Casita combo. Waldo showed resilience, kicking out more than once, but never truly got back into rhythm.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Waldo is absorbing unreal punishment here. He’s still moving, but it’s like he’s not even aware he’s in a match anymore.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Honestly, Mike, that might be his secret. If you don’t know what’s happening, you can’t feel pain.”

In the final sequence, Son of Drew and Son of Stache hit a perfectly timed set of double team attacks—dropkick, slaps, La Casita, and finally a brutal vicious uppercut from Son of Stache that floored Waldo.

The pin was academic.

1... 2... 3.

Tony Calibur:
“Here are your winners… THE SONS OF ANARCHY!”

Winners: The Sons of Anarchy (via pinfall – Son of Stache over Waldo)

The Sons of Anarchy celebrate with the fans as they make their way up the ramp to the back.

[Post-Match Segment – Doofus Snaps]

Doofus helps Waldo to his feet… then suddenly shoves him back down to the mat with both hands. The crowd buzzes as Doofus rips off his helmet and throws it across the ring, orange hair springing up ala Don King.

Doofus Covfefe (shouting):
“THAT’S IT! I’m done! You hear me, Leon?! DONE!”

Waldo looks up, confused, mouthing “Leon?” as he adjusts his goggles.

Doofus Covfefe:
“This tag team was a disaster from the start. We’re not just bad—we’re E.G.O.D., man! End of Good Decisions!”

He storms toward the ropes, then turns back one last time.

Doofus Covfefe:
“Go back to sniffing glue and eating crayons or whatever it is you do. I’m out.”

Doofus exits the ring to a mix of boos and stunned silence, leaving Waldo alone, still blinking and slowly exiting the ring like nothing happened.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“I… I don’t even know what to say.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“I do. That was the most coherent sentence Doofus Covfefe has ever spoken—and it ended a tag team.”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“I know what to say…good riddance!”

[Backstage Segment – Interview with the New Sicilians]

Backstage, the camera cuts to Candace Hart (back to being a redhead), standing by in front of the HCW Live Wire backdrop. She’s flanked by three very annoyed and very loud members of the New SiciliansPierre Boulay, Tony Albano, and Salvatore Albano. Dirty Dick Albano stands just behind them, bouncing on his heels like a man about to start a street fight.

Candace Hart:
“Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with Pierre Boulay and the Albano Clan, and I have to ask the question everyone is wondering—Pierre, why did you interfere in Tony Albano’s match earlier tonight? You cost him the win!”

Pierre Boulay:
“Cost him the—!? Excuse me? Cost him? No, no, chérie, what you saw was me—doing what I always do. Managing. Advising. And perhaps most importantly—protecting my investments. That match was being lost by poor officiating and bad positioning. I was simply correcting the situation.”

Tony Albano (cutting in):
“Exactly! I had him beat ten different ways before that zebra got involved. Squeezer got lucky. Let him enjoy his fluke—next time, he gets his juice box smashed over his head.”

Candace raises an eyebrow, unconvinced.

Candace Hart:
“Right. Because the guy who got DQ’d is always the real winner.”

The camera shifts slightly as Dirty Dick Albano steps up between them, cracking his knuckles and sneering at the lens.

Dirty Dick Albano:
“Enough talk about Tony’s match. That’s in the past. Tonight, it’s my turn to make a statement. Lou... Lou Albano III—you might have the name, you might even have the blood, but you ain’t family. Not where it counts.”

Dick points a thick finger at the camera.

Dirty Dick Albano:
“You walked away from us; siding with the no-good Marconi’s. Deep down, you know what you are—you’re a no-good, two-faced, disrespectful little punk who turned his back on his own bloodline. And tonight? I’m gonna slap the Albano back into you.”

Salvatore Albano glares silently, arms crossed, his presence alone adding weight to the moment. Pierre Boulay straightens his tie and leans into the mic one last time.

Pierre Boulay:
“Tonight, the family handles its business. We’re done losing. We’re done playing nice. And after Dirty Dick is done... there will be no more confusion over which side of the family matters.”

The entire group walks off in unison as Candace gives the camera a sideways glance.

Candace Hart:
“Well… that escalated quickly. Back to you, Mike and Johnny.”

he arena lights dim, and a pulse of defiant rock riffs floods the speakers—“Legacy Over Blood” by Iron Quarter blasts through the HCW Arena as the crowd erupts in cheers.

Out walks Lou Albano III, draped in a leather sleeveless hoodie. There's a focused scowl on his face, but he pauses just long enough to slap hands with the front row before storming down the ramp.

Tony Calibur:
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first… from Brooklyn, New York… weighing in at 239 pounds… representing La Famiglia Marconi… LOUUUUU ALBANO… THE THIRD!!!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Listen to this crowd! They know what’s at stake. This isn’t just a wrestling match—it’s a clash of bloodlines.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Lou Albano III made his choice ages ago, Mike. He turned his back on the Albano Mafia, and now he’s gonna have to answer for it the hard way.”

Lou enters the ring, pacing like a caged lion, staring straight at the curtain with his fists clenched. Then—

BOOOOOOOOOO!!!

The moment the first bar of “Made Men Don’t Apologize” by Omertà Syndicate hits, the loudest boos of the night pour down from every side of the arena. The heat is volcanic.

Out steps Pierre Boulay, fuming with swagger, waving his cane overhead like a general sending his troops to war. Behind him stomps the brawling bruiser known as Dirty Dick Albano—muscles flexing, taped fists ready, face twisted in a smirk that screams bad intentions.

Tony Calibur:
“And his opponent… accompanied to the ring by Pierre Boulay… from the Lower East Side… weighing in at 253 pounds… representing the New Sicilians… DIRTY DIIIIICK ALBANO!!!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“The man may be family by blood—but tonight, he’s pure venom. And with Pierre Boulay by his side, you can bet Lou’s walking into enemy territory.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“This is the kind of match where names don’t matter anymore, Mike. All that matters is who walks out—and who gets left in pieces.”

Dirty Dick and Boulay slowly make their way to the ring, jawing with fans and throwing insults as security keeps the front row from climbing over the barricade. Dick climbs the steps and glares across the ring at Lou, then spits over the top rope in his direction.

Lou doesn’t flinch. He just takes off his hoodie and hands it to the ringside attendant, never breaking eye contact.

Referee ‘Honest’ Abe checks both men, then signals for the bell.

From the moment the bell rang, the tension in the arena could be cut with a knife. This wasn’t just family drama—this was a war for identity. Lou Albano III circled the ring with controlled focus, while Dirty Dick Albano oozed contempt with every movement, spitting toward Lou’s feet and smirking.

The match began evenly, both men trading measured offense until Dirty Dick snuck in a side headlock with a thumb to the eye, drawing boos from the crowd and a warning from Fast Count Frank.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Just like we knew he would—Dirty Dick goes right for the shortcuts.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Shortcuts, Mike? That was a Sicilian eye exam.”

Lou rallied with a stiff combo of power forearms, sending Dick stumbling into the ropes. But every time Lou started to string together momentum, Dick found a way to cut it off—this time with a head slam off the ring post that nearly took Lou out of the fight. Boulay howled in delight at ringside as Lou narrowly beat the 6-count back into the ring.

The two continued exchanging control—Lou firing back with a fiery ground and pound, Dick stalling with another smothering chinlock, grinding the match into his comfort zone. The crowd rallied behind Lou, but it was clear the wear and tear from earlier beatings were catching up.

In a mirrored repeat of earlier action, Dick again rammed Lou’s head into the unforgiving steel post. Lou answered with a desperation strike—another set of power forearms—but couldn’t stay on his feet falling out of the ring.

.

Fast Count Frank began his ten count. Lou struggled to pull himself up on the apron—eyes glassy, legs shaky.

7… 8… 9… 10!

Tony Calibur:
“Here is your winner… by count-out… DIRTY DICK ALBANO!!

Winner: Dirty Dick Albano (via count-out)

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:“What a gutting end. Lou was fighting with everything he had, and Dick knew exactly how to exploit it.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Say what you want—Dirty Dick Albano just sent a message to every Marconi in this company: blood doesn't matter. Damage does.”

[Post-Match – The Assault]

Lou had barely rolled under the bottom rope when Dirty Dick Albano charged back at him, leveling him with a cheap shot to the back of the head. The crowd erupted in furious boos as Dick grabbed Lou by the hair and dragged him outside the ring.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Come on! The match is over—get security out here!”

Ignoring the referee’s warnings, Dick yanked Lou to his feet and savagely slammed his skull against the steel ring post with a sickening CRACK. Lou crumpled to the floor, blood beginning to drip from his forehead.

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Good God! Lou’s been busted open!”

Medics and HCW security sprinted down the ramp as Pierre Boulay clapped proudly from ringside, shouting, “That’s family justice, baby!” Dick held up Lou’s bloodied hoodie like a trophy as he backed up the ramp, laughing with Boulay.

Outside the ring, referees tended to Lou while a trainer applied pressure to his forehead. The crowd booed mercilessly as the New Sicilians vanished into the back, victorious, unapologetic, and more dangerous than ever.

[Backstage Segment – Candace Hart Interviews Selena Blackfang & Count Vlad]

Backstage in the dimly lit interview area, the lighting has been adjusted to a cool violet hue. Velvet curtains hang behind Candace Hart, who stands poised with a mic in hand.

Candace Hart:
“Ladies and gentlemen, joining me at this time—she is the reigning HCW World Ladies Champion and Queen of the Dark Dominion… Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang, accompanied by Count Vlad.”

The camera pans slightly as Selena Blackfang steps into frame, her championship belt draped across her shoulder like an heirloom. She wears a gothic black and crimson bodysuit with widowweb lace detail, her eyes painted in sharp, angular strokes. Standing just behind her, towering and composed, is Count Vlad, dressed in his signature dark suit with the faint glint of a blood-red amulet resting at his collar.

Candace Hart:
“Selena, tonight you defend your World Ladies Title against Luna Shadow, but before we talk about that—your name has been in the mouths of several women lately. Earlier this evening, Luciana Albano demanded a title shot… and that brought out Ashley Summers, who certainly hasn’t forgotten her issues with the Dark Dominion. Your response?”

Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang:
“Luciana….you want to skip the line and wear the crown? You’ve done nothing but hide behind the smoke of your family's name. I don’t see royalty—I see entitlement draped in designer fraud.”

Selena smirks as she adjusts the title on her shoulder.

“And Ashley… you just don’t learn. You talk about earning respect. But you don’t earn respect by losing in your one opportunity and then begging for another. You lost at Meltdown. Talia  didn’t push you… I simply opened the trapdoor.”

Count Vlad gently places a hand on Selena’s shoulder and leans toward the mic, his voice dripping with menace and calm authority.

Count Vlad:
“The Queen has spoken. Luciana will get nothing she has not bled for. And Ashley Summers? She had her chance, and now she stands on broken ground, haunted by what she could not claim. Tonight… Luna Shadow steps into the ring. A noble soul. A worthy spirit. But still…”

He smirks.

“…just another offering to the throne.”

Candace Hart:
“Then let’s talk about tonight—Selena, any concern facing someone as unpredictable and resilient as Luna Shadow?”

Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang:
“Luna is brave. She dances in the light and pretends not to see the fangs in the dark. But courage without cunning is just a fancy way to say ‘next.’ I don’t underestimate Luna… I outlast her.”

Selena leans in close to the camera now, her voice barely above a whisper.

“And when the lights go out… she’ll remember why the Widow’s Fang always strikes last.”

Count Vlad (quietly, as the camera fades):
“Long may she reign.”

The screen fades to black with a faint sound of wind and whispering violins.

The arena dims to an ethereal indigo glow as swirling silver moonlight effects cast across the entrance stage. A soft chime builds into a powerful synth overture—“Midnight Solace” by Celestia Veil—and the crowd erupts with cheers as Luna Shadow steps through the curtain.

Cloaked in a silver and black longcoat with glowing runes etched along the hem, Luna raises one arm toward the sky, then points to the ring before breaking into a confident stride down the ramp. Her focused eyes never waver from the ring ahead.

Tony Calibur:
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall… and it is for the HCW World Ladies Championship! Introducing first—the challenger… from Crescent Falls… LUUUUUNAAAA SHAAADOWWWW!!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“This is the biggest match of Luna’s career. She’s beaten odds before, but tonight she’s not just facing a champion—she’s facing a throne made of shadows and the monsters guarding it.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“She’s got courage, no doubt—but courage has a short shelf life when the Dominion’s involved.”

Luna rolls into the ring and removes her coat, revealing sleek black gear with a moon sigil on her back. She takes a deep breath as she looks toward the entrance, bracing for the darkness.

Suddenly—total blackout.

A blood-red spotlight hits the stage. Strings screech. A haunting female choir cuts through the silence as “Crimson Hymn” by The Thorns of Orpheus echoes across the arena.

From the shadows emerges Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang, the HCW World Ladies Championship slung across her waist like a weapon of legacy. Behind her, walking slowly and deliberately, is Count Vlad, his expression unreadable, his presence chilling. The crowd lets loose with the loudest boos of the night, a wall of venomous noise.

Tony Calibur:
“And her opponent… representing the Dark Dominion… accompanied to the ring by Count Vlad… she is the reigning, defending HCW World Ladies ChampionSELENAAAA ‘WIDOW’S FANG’ BLACKFANG!!!

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“That reaction says it all. There’s no love for Selena Blackfang—not tonight. But the Queen of the Dominion doesn’t need your love. She thrives on your fear.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“And with Vlad walking beside her? That ring might as well be a spider’s web. And Luna Shadow just walked right into the center of it.”

Selena walks slowly around the ring, eyeing Luna with icy precision. She removes the belt and lifts it high, standing perfectly still as Vlad holds the ropes open for her. She enters, handing off the title to ‘Honest’ Abe without ever taking her eyes off her opponent.

The championship is raised. The air tightens. The arena is ready.

The bell rang, and Luna Shadow came out fast—clamping down a surprise Abyssal Lock moments after both women collided mid-ring with high-impact offense. Selena fought through the pain and managed to break free, only to be planted with a Starafall DDT that nearly stole the match right out of the gate.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“Luna Shadow is coming in with zero fear tonight—this is the most vulnerable we’ve seen Selena since winning that title!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“She’s got the champion rocked… but staying on top of Selena Blackfang is like trying to put a lid on a volcano.”

Just when Luna started building momentum, Count Vlad struck from the shadows—casting the Evil Eye from ringside. The distraction left Luna dazed for just a moment… but it was all Selena needed. The Queen of the Dominion snapped into motion, planting Luna with a Snap Suplex and quickly mounting a counter-offensive.

The match turned into a chessboard of reversals and traps—Selena attempted a Cloverleaf, only for Luna to reverse it straight into another Abyssal Lock. The fans were on their feet as Selena clawed toward the ropes, refusing to tap.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“How many times can Luna lock that in before Selena breaks?! That’s the third time and she still won’t quit!”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“Say what you want about the Dominion, but Selena Blackfang might have the toughest spine in the women’s division.”

The final minutes saw both women trade heavy offense—Selena hitting a vicious Spinning Leghook Fireman’s Carry Slam, Luna answering with the Twilight Powerbomb. Each time Selena went for a pin, Luna powered out at the last possible second.

But after a final, brutal Headbutt, Selena targeted Luna’s lower back and finally locked in her Cloverleaf submission again—this time transitioning into a pinning cradle. ‘Honest’ Abe made the count:

1… 2… 3.

Tony Calibur:
“Here is your winner… and still HCW World Ladies ChampionSELENA ‘WIDOW’S FANG’ BLACKFANG!!

Winner: Selena ‘Widow’s Fang’ Blackfang (via pinfall)

The crowd boos thunderously as Count Vlad enters the ring and raises Selena’s hand high, the title gleaming under the blood-red arena lights. Luna is helped to the corner by officials—battered, but refusing to bow her head.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson:
“An incredible showing from Luna Shadow—she made Selena work for every inch of that match. But in the end, the Queen still rules.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris:
“And now? Ashley Summers. Luciana Albano. They just watched what happens when you step to the Widow’s Fang. You get tangled. You get trapped. And you lose.”

[Closing Segment]

As the Dark Dominion’s theme echoes through the arena, Selena drapes the World Ladies Title over her shoulder. Count Vlad leans toward her with a whisper that draws a chilling smile to her face.

Before the broadcast fades, the camera cuts backstage briefly—where a furious Ashley Summers is watching a monitor, fists clenched… and Luciana Albano is seen adjusting her gloves, glaring at the screen with venom in her eyes.

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson (voice-over):
“The road to dominance runs straight through the Dark Dominion—and the rest of the women’s division just got a clear reminder: the throne isn’t vacant… and the Queen doesn’t share.”

Johnny ‘the Hammer’ Harris (voice-over):
“But things are heating up, Mike. And if Luciana or Ashley want that title? They better be ready to go through hell to get it.”

Mike ‘the Voice’ Johnson (voice-over):
“Thank you for joining us, fans.  Tomorrow is Voltage—we’ll see you next week… and until then—stay tuned.

Fade to black.
