Albano comes out on crutches accompanied by ‘Dirty’ Dick Albano and Pierre
Boulay. Pierre gets on the mic and says
Tony got hurt and can’t wrestle tonight so Dick will take his place. Dick cracks his knuckles and punches is fist
into his open hand. Tony Ricca comes out
next to a pop and calls Albano a liar saying he was just doing laps in the back
but no worries, he’ll take out whomever he has to.
Match #1: Tony Ricca vs ‘Dirty’ Dick Albano

The
screen begins to glitch, the image cracking as his lips barely move. A final,
haunting whisper escapes, soft but terrifying.
”…hide.”
[Static
cuts the feed to black. Silence lingers.]
Match #2: Goldie Locks & Luna Shadow vs Starla Nova
& Phoenix Blaze
Next
up on the card are fan favorites in tag team action. It’s a rare treat when fan favorites go up
against each other since this doesn’t happen a lot. Starla and Phoenix come out first to a nice
pop from the crowd. Goldie and Luna make
their way out next and get the same pop.
Once all were in the ring, they shook hands and this one got underway.
The tag
team match featuring Goldie Locks and Luna Shadow versus Starla Nova and
Phoenix Blaze was an electrifying contest filled with high-flying moves,
technical prowess, and moments of intense competition. All four ladies, being

be a rumor going around that Jax Brenner is getting a shot at the Hardcore
title at Darkness Rising. Well, let me set the record straight—that is
absolutely not correct."
[The Yeti
grins menacingly, cracking his knuckles in anticipation.]

"Jax Brenner is not next in line. In fact, he doesn't deserve a shot at
the Hardcore title. The next victim, I mean challenger, for the Yeti is none
other than Jesse California. Jesse, you better prepare yourself for the beating
of a lifetime because the Yeti is hungry, and he's looking to destroy anyone
who steps in his path."
[The Yeti
steps forward, his intense gaze locked on the camera.]
The
Yeti:
"Jax Brenner, you think you deserve a shot at this title? You don't
deserve crap. You're nothing but an obstacle in my way. Jesse California is the
next target, and after I destroy him, maybe you'll realize just how out of your
league you really are."
[Count
Vlad chuckles darkly, placing a hand on the Yeti's shoulder.]

"So, Jax, enjoy watching from the sidelines. The Dark Dominion has bigger
plans, and you're not part of them. Jesse California, prepare for your

Bannerman comes out first to a huge pop from the crowd. He walks down to the ring shaking hands with
the fans. He climbs into the ring and
flexes to the roar of the crowd. Next,
the music changed and out comes the diabolical Mr. X. He walks slowly to the ring and sees a fan
holding a sign that reads: “Who’s afraid
of the Yeti? MR. X”. Mr. X sees it and snatches it from the fan
tearing it up and throwing it at him. He
continues walking to the ring. He climbs
in and continues to incite the fans getting them riled up.
[The match
begins with Mr. X executing a Turnaround Sidekick, but Biceps Bannerman
neutralizes the move, gaining an early advantage. Mr. X fights back with a Bare
Foot Kick, but Biceps responds by throwing Mr. X out of the ring. Mr. X barely
makes it back into the ring before the 10-count.]

[As the

Match #4: Jax Brenner vs Apollo Gyze in a Moscow Mayhem

This
match came about after Apollo disrespected Jax backstage (but when does he not
disrespect people). Apollo came out as
his music blared “APOLLO GYZE DON’T APOLOGIZE” and the fans booed the crap out
of him. He of course flipped off as many
people as he could and entered the ring.
He didn’t have long to wait as Jax’s music hits and out comes the
Alaskan Wildman. Jax is accompanied by
Molly Mason but she will not be a factor in this match as Jax has chosen
“Moscow Mayhem rules” for this match. He
gets into the ring and Apollo bails. Jax
had to chase him around the ring a few times before Apollo finally got in.
[The match
kicks off with Jax Brenner executing a Towering Suplex, but Apollo Gyze
responds with a Spin-Out Powerbomb, gaining the early advantage. The action is
intense right from the start, with both competitors trading powerful moves.]

anytime soon."

ends with Apollo Gyze celebrating in the ring, while Jax Brenner storms up the
ramp as Molly goes after him, chasing after the Yeti.]

Backstage, the camera captures Mr. X walking down the hallway, his
expression stormy after his recent match. He clenches his fists, clearly in a
foul mood. As he turns a corner, he comes face-to-face with the US Champion,
Zack Brown, who is scrolling through his phone with a smirk on his face.]
Zack
Brown:
"Hey, Mr. X! Tough luck out there tonight, huh? Oh, and did you see this?
Someone posted a sign that says 'Who's afraid of the Yeti? Mr. X.' It's blowing
up online. Looks like it will be there…FOREVER."
[Zack
chuckles and turns his phone to show the image of the sign to Mr. X. The sign
depicts Mr. X and the taunting message. Mr. X's expression darkens even more. Mr. X attempts to walk away, but Zack's laughter
echoes behind him. The camera follows Mr. X, who suddenly stops, a sinister
gleam in his eye. He turns back and charges at Zack from behind, catching him
off guard. Mr. X slams Zack's face into
a nearby punch bowl, causing punch to splash everywhere. Zack's head then
bounces off the buffet table, sending various food items flying. Zack slumps to
the ground, covered in punch and miscellaneous food, shaking his head in pain.]
Johnny
"the Hammer" Harris:
"That’s brutal! Zack Brown is completely drenched in punch and food!"
[Mr. X
stands over Zack for a moment, a cold expression on his face. He then reaches
down, picks up a donut from the buffet table, and takes a bite. With one last
disdainful look at Zack, Mr. X walks off, leaving Zack on the ground amidst the
chaos.]
[The
camera zooms in on Zack, who is slowly trying to sit up, covered in punch and
food, clearly disoriented.]

Match #5: Owen Zestwell vs Cara Loco
Cara
Loco comes out first and the fans cheer him.
He looks quizzically at them not comprehending what they are doing. He heads to the ring and climbs in. The music changes almost immediately and out
comes ‘Orange Fury’ Owen Zestwell. The
fans have been changing their tune lately about Owen ever since that ‘fan’
started sticking his nose into Owen’s business.
Owen walks around the ring and doesn’t see that person there so he
climbs into the ring and faces the odd duck that is Cara Loco.
[The match
kicks off with Cara Loco gaining the early advantage, executing an Inverted DDT
and a Short Arm Clothesline. Owen Zestwell fights back with a Legdrop and a
Side Headlock, keeping the match competitive.]

action continues with Owen hitting a Jersey Driver and Cara Loco responding

half of the World Tag Team Champions makes his way to the ring. He gets in and Vlad gets on the mic and says
that Terror Fang is open to any challenge.
As soon as music starts JR Fargo comes out and powerwalks to the
ring. He gets right into Wilber’s face
and the two immediately have words. The
fists begin to fly and our next match is ready to go.
Match #6: Terror Fang (Wilber Townsend) w/ Count Vlad
vs. JR Fargo
[The match
kicks off with both wrestlers exchanging early offense. Fargo executes an
Atomic Drop, while Terror Fang counters with a Lifting Sideslam. The action is
fast and furious from the outset.]

it is time for our main event. Jesse
California comes out first to a decent pop from the crowd. He gets into the ring and does some
stretching to loosen up. The music
changes and out comes the Hardcore Champion the Yeti with Count Vlad. The duo are booed heavily as they walk to the
ring. Yeti growls and snarls at the fans
invoking just a bit of fear which he feeds on.
He climbs into the ring stepping over the top rope. He glares at Jesse and as soon as the bell
rings, he attacks.

suddenly go out, plunging the arena into darkness. When the lights come back
up, everyone looks around, confused for a moment, before resuming the brawl.
The World Champion the Rich Athlete slugs it out with the Morningstar, the
Snake Pit go toe to toe with the Nightstalkers and Azrael, and Jack
‘Timberfang’ Lumber and Beastfang duke it out with the Sons of Anarchy.]
