HWF/CSWA Wrestling Newsletter 2014 – 04.08

Hello fans and welcome back to our newsletter.  In this issue, we will recap the event in Charlotte, NC.

In the back, Pick and the Axe are walking around and they see Wam Bam Arsonist sleeping in the back.  It seems that he was released out of witness protection.  Pick asks if they should pull a prank on him but Axe says to leave him be.

Hulk Hogan is in the back and he welcomes the newest addition to the roster – Psycho Jack Hercules.  Hogan asks Jack what he hopes to accomplish while in the CSWA and the HWF.  Jack replies “Whoever pays me the most.  I’m a gun for hire.  You need something or someone taken care of, I’m the guy.”  Hogan replies “Good to know Brother and welcome on board.”

Match #1:  In a non-title match up, Women’s Champion Gail Kim took on Diva’s Champion Ravishing Raquel.  This was a short one with Gail cheating (Raquel was dominating her) by choking Raquel on the ropes and then locked in a sleeperhold.  Raquel ends up passing out and Gail gets the win via submission.  Gail was actually booed by the fans as she left.  Raquel was revived and she left to the cheering from the fans.

Match #2:  The next match saw Wyatt’s Warriors (Centurion, Truth, SW) vs Cody Rhodes, Goldust and Tyson Kidd.  For his first outing, Bray told Centurion that he would be starting off the match.  In fact, Centurion was in the ring 90% of the match. He held his own against both the Rhodes brothers and Tyson.   Once Bray felt the time was right, he sends in the Super Warrior who dispatches Cody with a Super Powerslam.  Bray gets in the ring with his team.  “I told you that Wyatt’s Warriors would be unstoppable.  Centurion, in his first match, did all the hard work.  This was done to show EVERYONE never to underestimate the resilience of a Warrior.  I’m proud of my Warriors and we will continue to be a dominant force in the sport.  I will throw this challenge out there…we want GOLD.  The 6 man titles are ripe for the picking.  Shield or A-Team…the challenge stands.  Which of you will accept?”  Bray and his Warriors then left the ring.

Match #3  has Cactus Jackie taking on Fusion Valentine.  Jackie was not happy that Fusion cost her the match against Spider Violet.  Fusion had tried numerous times to apologize but Jackie wouldn’t listen.  Jackie was taking the fight to the former Diva’s champion until Spider Violet comes out and attacks Fusion.  The ref calls for the bell and disqualifies Cactus Jackie again.  She is now livid.  She nails Spider Violet with the dustdevil DDT and then locks Fusion in the Desert Stretch.  Fusion is yelling in pain but Jackie won’t let up.  Finally, the ref gets her to break the hold and then she leaves with a smirk on her face.

Match #4 has the Mexicali Flyers vs Bran-Don-Goh & Professor Cobra.  The Flyers are accompanied by the rest of the 719 Cartel (VamChango, Malo Leche de Mantequilla and Rey Rey) but they remain at the top of the ramp.  During the match, Bran-Don-Goh gets tossed out of the ring and then is attacked by Dirk “the Pick” Devon who slithers in from the audience.  Dirk hits him with the “bass drum” and B is down.  After 6 minutes, the Flyers get the win via Countout.  The 719 Cartel run down to surround the ring but Dirk took off through the crowd.

Match #5:  VamChango remained at ringside and called for Dirk to come back to the ring.  He did and was accompanied by the Axe.  VamChango told them to get in the ring but Dirk said “no, unless you put those titles on the line, man.”  VamChango agreed.  The champs were dominating until the rest of the CWO (Prestige Inc and the A-Team) ran down and attacked Senor Vampiro and El Chango.  “The Elitist” Reid Rothchild kept the ref busy while the others did the dirty work.  At the 23 minute mark, Dirk locks in the Coda Clawhold and gets Senor Vampiro to submit.  Pick and the Axe have just won the World Tag Team titles.  The rest of the Cartel run down and chase off the CWO but the damage has been done.

Match #6:  The A-team return to the ring and run their mouths about being the greatest 6 man champions.  This of course, brings out the 6 Man Tag Champs – The Shield.  Roman Reigns, who is also the Intercontinental Champion, tells the A-team to put up or shut up in the ring.  This one goes 19 minutes and sees the CWO once again return to the ring to attack the Shield.  They managed to fight them off but Alberto catches Ambrose unaware and hits a lifting back suplex.  While Reigns and Rollins were fighting off the CWO, Alberto rolls Ambrose up for the pin.  The A-Team have just won the 6 Man World Tag Team Titles.   The CWO is on FIRE!

Lesnar is beside himself.  He gets out of the ring and grabs a steel chair.  He slides back in and blasts Bobby with it.  Bobby goes down.  Brock continues the beat down until Hogan comes out and orders Lesnar out of the ring or face suspension.  Brock leaves begrudgingly.   The ref helps Bobby out of the ring.  I’m sure he’ll want Lesnar again.

Hogan heads to the ring.  “The Hulkster is in the house, BROTHER.  With this being our final show for the month of April, I wanted to come out and thank all the fans and Hulkamaniacs for attending our show.  I spoke at length with owners Donnie B and Jeff Meyers and I’m happy to announce that I am granting the WHOLE roster vacation.  That’s right, Brother.  Everyone will get the month of May off.  This will allow everyone to recharge their batteries and come back healthy and ready to go.  Everyone will have 3 weeks off to do whatever they want but that last week, everyone will be expected to hit the gym and get into ring-ready shape.  The June PPV will be the Great American Bash and it will be set for June 28.

Before the shows ends, “The Elitist” Reid Rothchild headed to the ring.  He began gloating about his win over Professor Cobra and how easy it was to take his championship back.  All of a sudden, Psycho Jack Hercules comes out and attacks Reid.  He places Reid on the Spanish announce table and then goes to the top turnbuckle and nails a 450 splash onto Reid.  The table and Reid both crumble under the impact.  Psycho Jack then leaves as medics come down to check on him. They immediately call for an ambulance and is rushed out of the arena.  En route to the hospital, it seems that Reid….Died.  WHAT THE HELL???...To be continued….
